I tried the black colorway. The band on this is very stretchy. I needed it on the tightest hook right away. The cups are on the wide side. I might try this in 28GG, but, in general, this gave me no uplift and a very pointy (downward) look. Also, it cut in on the top, so I don't think I can go down a size. The straps were almost impossible to adjust. Freya's softcup bras are hit or miss on me. Recently, the Freya Chameleon worked for me in 30G, but this one, not as well.
Pretty, and works for backless or semi backless things in the way non-busty people do cute bralettes. Fabric is a little high under the arms and shows at the edge of tank tops, seams are visible but not too bad. Comfortable, and pretty.
First fitting bra I had after being correctly sized. Doesn't tack at the gore but fits perfectly in my opinion. Slightly tight, doesn't stretch as much as other brands. Washed on vacation and has little snags all over making it considerably less nice looking.
I bought this bra New with Defect on eBay, and the alleged defect isn't even visible, so that's a win. Less of a win is how it fits. I bought this bra because I could tell from the way my old 30GG bras were fitting that I had shrunk a bit. I went for a 30G, and possibly I should have gone for a 28GG instead. The band of the Deco Delight is firm, but I would be getting a bit more support from a smaller band size. The trouble is the cups. I have the slightest bit of quadboob on the inside cleavage area (the breast tissue ...squishes out a bit between the gore and the top of the cups). I think this is just a shape mismatch. The gore is also too wide for me, so it floats and cuts into my breasts by several millimeters on each side. I'm hopeful that if I lose a bit more weight, my breasts will get a bit smaller and this Deco Delight (or a 28GG model) will fit better.
Fit issues aside, the Deco Delight in the Denim colorway is a very handsome bra. The fabric of the cups has a faux heathered effect that doesn't really look like denim, but is still very cute. There is lace trim on the gore and sides of the cups in a powder blue shade. There is also a hook built into the bra straps in back so that you can convert the bra to a racerback. I haven't been able to hook it on my own, but it's easy for another person to hook for you. I find that when it's hooked the bra cuts into the flesh under my arms in a way that goes from simply uncomfortable to outright painful over the course of a day. However, this may be another sign that the Deco Delight is simply a shape mismatch for me. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the hooks on the straps will catch on certain clothes -- if I wear a sweater with a loose weave, for example, the larger hook will stick out through the holes in the sweater. I haven't had anything snag yet, but it potentially could. I wouldn't wear this bra with a delicate or valuable fabric top, unless I had the hooks engaged racerback style, because the risk of snags is so high. Read more 291 more words
Backwards & Upsidedown: Fits looser than most 30 bands I've come across, but isn't slipping and is very comfortable. Wires: Extend past breast tissue, do not poke. Seem slightly too short? Gore: Floating slightly. Resting on breast tissue on left side. Cups: Quad-boob. Underwire .5-1 finger below IF. No pain. Straps: Love them. Wide, padded, cute, and completely adjustable. Band is parallel to floor. Comfort: Fits fine. Seems tight on underwire on right boob. Makes my back begin to hurt.
This is a really great bra. I think it gives a fantastic shape, and while it's a bit shallow it's far superior to many others like it. In my humble opinion, if you don't have the time to wait on getting a perfect polish fit this is a great tshirt or every day bra.
**Wires:** Too short, more on left than right. Starting to really hurt after three hours of wear.
**Gore:** Bottom is flat, top is a thumb-length from sternum. Width is fine, height is fine.
**Cups:** Lie about 1/2 inch below inframmary fold after three hours of wear. Fit ok when first adjusted into it. Spilling out top into quad boob.
**Straps:** The width of the straps are fine and are the right width apart.
**Comfort:** I like the shape, it's the best fit I've ever had, and it's super supportive, but it is poking me in the sides and becoming hard to breathe in. The bottom of the longline is tipping up, but that's to be expected, I think?
This was my favorite bra for a very long time. It's a touch to shallow at the wire, and my close-set breasts caused the top button to break in half, but it was never uncomfortable and only slightly quaddy.
It's no longer the right size, and I'm more discriminating about fit now, but for a non-Polish half-cup, this was fantastic.
I was on a Fauve/Freya half-cup kick for a while, so this happened. It's a very nice bra but does not fit me well at all. It's shallow even as an example of the Patsy species. The wires shift way down, and I quadded a lot, even when it fit be better (when it first came out and I was closer to a 30G/32FF.)
This is totally the wrong shape for me. It gives me serious torpedo boobs. The diagonal seam runs right across my nipple. The fabric is nice and soft and the color is great. I wish it had worked out for me.
This bra began life as a freya deco vibe. I bought this bra with the intention of heavily altering it to be a deep u plunge bra. The bra did not fit well to begin with, the straps were too wide, the cups cut in at the top as well as puckering at the bottom.
After I did unspeakable things to it it fit very well, and gives wow-wow photoshop cleavage. The only thing that I couldn't fix is the band feels too tight. That was the case before I alerted the bra, and is about the same after.
I moved the cups in a great deal, there isn't a center gore anymore because of this. The band is probably more like a snug 28 now, which may be why it feels too tight. Aside from that I'm very happy with the way it fits now.
This is a lovely, light weight, breathable bra. I love the color and bows, it's all very cute and delicate.
Like all freya seam bras it is too closed at the top of the cup for me. I suppose if you had a more FOB shape, or very sudden projection at the top root of your breasts this might work. I have even fulness so it's not a great fit on me.
I really wish freya had some models similar to this with stretch lace. That would solve nearly all the fit issues I have. But alas, this is not the way things are.
This is a lovely little bra. The pattern is so delicate, and I love that it continues all the way around the band. The cups are kind of on the shallow end, but still offer a great deal of support. It's one of my go to bras when I know I'm going to be pulling a 12 hr shift at my hospital. Great bra Freya! 9.6 out of 10. Ill give you the full 10 when you give me a correctly scaled band.
I can't say enough positive things about freya long lines. They offer such comfort and great support. I feel like the girls are fully locked and loaded in these. But the cut is still low enough to wear with dresses and v necks. I love love love these freya. Just make the wires a little narrower and move the straps in. You've got a near perfect bra.
This bra is so beautiful, and so comfortable. I love it. There's so much that is wrong for me, but I just don't care. The wires are too wide, the cups are too shallow, the band flips up. BUT even with all that, it is still comfortable for a 12hr work day. I walk about 10,000 steps a day, and this is the go to bra. It minimizes me a good bit, but I don't mind because of the comfort.
Band runs smaller than any other 30 band I've tried. It fits like a 28 and has a texture on the edge that makes it extremely uncomfortable when it's worn for long periods of time. I experience wrinkling at the outer bottom corners of the cup, presumably because the wire is a good 1.5-2 inches too wide for my breast and there is not enough immediate projection as I am bottom heavy and pendulous. The top of the bra comes up very high and I'm unable to show any cleavage at all in a low cut shirt. Did a good job staying in my IMF with slight adjustment throughout the day.
Had this bra in 32FF and loved it but was too big (Nordstrom Rack clearance bra) and ordered a few sizes online and this one fit so I bought an extra. Can double as bikini top because material.
My go-to bra for daily wear is the Freya Patsy half cup in 30G. This is supposedly the same style but it does not fit the same at all. The band is much firmer on this bra and the cups are more shallow at the bottom. I have a lot of soft tissue and my boobs are slightly pendulous, so I need a bra cup to have structure to both support me and give me shape. My breasts don't settle into the bottom of these cups so there is a finger's width of empty space between the wire and my IMF. And I have massive quadding where the excess that didn't settle down spills over the top. The wires also seem wider than the Patsy because I have some rubbing under my arms. It's a shame because this is an adorable bra. The colors are lovely, the fabric is smooth, and the button detail at the gore and the frill at the bottom of the band are both really cute.
