Would have loved this bra, as its comfortable and the gore is not too wide but could be taken in further easily. However, the lace overlay at the top bulges under the armpits due to excess fabric, while the bra band underneath does fit tightly.
I am not full enough on top to fill out the lace on this bra, which is a shame because otherwise the fit is quite good. There are no creases around the bottom and it gives a nice rounded shape. It doesn't seem to have extra space at the sides either, which is nice. This would be a great summer bra as it is so light and airy! The embroidery is quite lovely as well. I'm not sure if sizing down would fix this.
This is a really comfortable wireless bra. It’s a lot more shallow than the UW deco and a good bit taller/wider. I do wish it was available in a GG cup but I went with 30G instead since I knew 28G would be way too small for me. The band feels more snug than the regular decos too, just a bit but that could be due to the cups being shallow. This bra fits my smaller side perfectly, unfortunately I get a bit of quadding and cup collapsing down at the bottom on my larger side but it’s still wearable if I loosen the strap enough. The material ...of the straps is very soft compared to the ridged elastic on other decos but I haven’t had any problems with slippage yet.
The material is silky and smooth all over, some reviews mentioned rough seams where the underwire would be if it had one but I haven’t noticed it bothering me. I’m wide set, splayed, and never get anything close to cleavage in any bras, even in the UW decos a size too small yet this wireless soft cup gives me the closest thing I can get to cleavage compared to anything else I’ve ever worn, go figure. I’m surprised at how supportive it is for a wireless bra too even though I tend to wear a 28 in other decos. I got a great price on eBay but I can say that I probably wouldn’t ever pay full price for this. If only it came in a 30GG or was slightly less shallow it would probably be perfect, but it’s definitely a welcome addition to my deco collection since that’s pretty much the only bra I ever wear anymore. This is a really cute bra, but 30G is too small for me in the band and the cups. I might try a 32G to see if that is any better. I'm actually surprised that the G cup was too small, because I typically wear a 32-34FF. The material is really nice, though, and the bra feels sturdy and supportive.
This Freya bra is so freaking cute. I love the adorable floral pattern and the rosettes at the gore, which feels really unique. It has a vintage vibe to it that I just love. Even though I got it from another Bratabase user who sold this used, it is still incredibly sturdy and supportive, so I feel like it is a really quality construction.
Offers a lot of support, but the cup and gore are too wide for me, making it quite uncomfortable. The wires at the side of the gore dig into the side of my breasts, the cups gape on the outside of my breast. There is not enough projection, so my boobs push the wires down out of my IMF. The spacer foam cups are soft and comfortable and have a lot of stretch which is good for the changes in fullness while nursing, but it can also be a little annoying when you pull the cup down for nursing as it lifts my breast and causes a little pressure that makes my already fast letdown even stronger. I would rate it 6/10. A good bra, but not for me.
Yet again a very stretchy band, to the tightest hooks I use it's easily 31". Straps not quite as wide apart as other models, the whole thing is soft and comfy but will definitely get a 28 band in any future mesh type Freya bras. Suits moderately wide, tall roots, pretty open on top. Fairly smooth under clothing.
Super stretchy band (aaargh Freya!!!), quite tall and deep cups for a Freya half cup, fits very slightly large in the cup, and slightly more open on top compared to supposedly similar styles.
For some reason the measurements for this bra are NOT as I input, the band measures 32.5" fully stretched to the tightest hooks!
I got it a cup size smaller than I should have (because it's second hand and this is what was available), so I have some quadboobing in my bigger breast, although it fits the other one fine. I usually wear a 32 band, but this one is very stretchy, and doesn't even feel as tight as some 32 bras I own. I would probably size down in the band if I bought it new too, knowing how much it stretches.
This size is significantly more comfortable for me than the 30FF. However, while walking, this presents considerable bounce. I don't think this is a practical bra for my activities.
The straps on 30G are a marked improvement over the straps in the 30FF: 30G straps are thicker and more plush. They are, however, only marginally wider.
The black deco fabric has an uncanny ability to attract light-colored lint. Each of the four NWT bras I received from Amazon were speckled with lint. And, despite the smooth surface, the lint does not "brush off."
Within a few minutes, I feel a cup crease developing 1.5" up from the band. Sigh. This is not a great bra for me, but I can recommend it for wide, shallow breasts. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
Cups are generously deep, narrow, and very open on top. This seems to run at least a cup size too large since 30G is on the small side for me in a number of bras, but I'm getting wrinkling in the bottom *and* tiny bit of gapping along the top (which is the rarest for me). I like that it has a bit of room to grow since I do seem to grow quite often. The problem is that the gore is too tall and digs in to my breastbone. I used to have the Rio in 30F ages ago (red colorway) and the gore wasn't nearly as high on that size. I definitely need to bend it out in order to wear it comfortably. I think the gore, or the way I bent it, is also making it harder to keep the wire in the IMF.
This bra would be perfect, if only it fit me. I will likely either give it away or keep it in case my breasts magically balloon from a 30FF to a 30G somehow--probably the former. The band fits nice and the quality is great; it's definitely a bra for everyday wear as it feels very comfortable and supportive. However, like I mentioned, I ordered the wrong cup size and so it does not fit. Definitely disappointing as this bra is perfect.
The colour and the j-hook make it look a bit like a sports bra, what I really enjoy. The black stripe at the top of the cups is not a ribbon or satin, it has kinda fur, but it is tiny.. Like velour or something. I would prefer smooth material, but it is so small that I don't mind.

This bra is too good to give it away https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> (I'm slowly loosing weight, and my breasts are already smaller about 2 cups)
It's true to size and beautiful- it's just that my boobs have shrunk https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> It's my fav bra in the world and I wish it fit me! I'm a 28FF now https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
This fit is slightly different than other Freya cut and sew bras that I have tried. It fits more "rounded" less "pointy". Still has a lot of projection at the apex and not as much as I need at the bottom. Good projection for my center fullness. The wires seem a bit more narrow than other styles, but still a touch too wide. Very comfortable with a narrow and low sitting center gore.
This bra has molded cups but the material is thinner than the Deco and not enough to prevent nipple show through if that's a concern to you. It is very light and comfortable however, which makes up for that. The cups are about an inch too wide for my narrow rooted breasts but they don't cause any discomfort while wearing like the Deco Strapless did. The apex of the cup is quite high up but even as a full-on-bottom girl my breasts have enough room. In the Deco Strapless there was such a lack of immediate projection that the cups literally folded on the bottom near the wire ...to provide the needed projection. The straps don't dig into my tail of spence which is usually a problem for me but not with this bra! Center gore is a nice height to hold the girls in whereas the Deco Plunge lets them spill out. Cup separation is on the narrow side, but works fine for my breasts that have a 3 finger gap between them. This style is a much better fit for me than others but wish Freya would make narrower wires - my breasts do not extend into my armpit and I don't know anyone whose breasts do!
UPDATE: My breasts have grown and this bra simply can't take the added weight. I've had it less than 3 months and the wires no longer come up to the top of the gore. It has not held up well. Read more 140 more words
