I was shocked to find that this bra didn't fit when my 30F became too loose. I had to size down another cup to a 30DD, making it the smallest bra I own based on the tag size. I think this is due to the fact that it is wireless and somewhat compressing, and also because I am more FoB. Panache Sport are known for needing a size down if you are less full on top. What I also noticed about this colorway (Latte) is that it runs loose in the band compared to the other colorways I've tried (including Ultraviolet, Black/geo and Floral/gray). The materials are also somewhat softer, which is nice, but I would need a 28 for sure. The straps were also much looser than I found with other colorways. I have to wear this bra with the straps tightened all the way and the j-hook connected for full support. The Latte color also clashes with my pale skin.
I ordered 1 cup size smaller than my normal size since I like my sports bras to be pretty tight and I think that was a good decision. At first, the bra felt too small but after wearing it a few times, both the band and the cup size feel great. Definitely the most comfortable underwire I've ever worn! I was a little skeptical about getting a sports bra with underwire, but it's amazingly comfortable and feels very supportive. The straps are comfy and the band feels perfect on the biggest hook.
The band on the Panache Sport underwire sports bra is extremely snug on the last set of hooks. While I can get the bra on, I am choosing to use a band extender until the bra breaks in a bit more. The support is fantastic even with an extender, as I have taken this for a 6.4km (4mi) run with no problems. I tried on a 32DD sister size at BraTopia, but the fitter felt that I filled the cups better on the 30E. During certain time of my cycle, I would alternate between a 30E and 30DD.
Definitely my favorite sports bra, but I still haven't settled in on my size. 30DD is my usual, but it seems a bit big in band. 28E is probably best fit, but when I have a few extra pounds I get lots of back fat protruding (I am pretty fit and slim in the torso). Still, 30DD, 30E and 28E all work pretty well; even 28F seems ok at times. Maybe none of them truly fit, but the cups are molded so they work. Gives a very nice shape!
I sized down in the Panache Sport Bra, to a 30E from my usual 30F, because I wanted the Red with Charcoal colorway, and largecuplingerie.com had run out of 30Fs during their sports bra sale. I had also heard from some reviewers to size down in the cups. However, I'd say if your breasts behave full on top in a bra, stick with your usual size, at least in my size range.
I have spillage under the arms. I think this bra is low under the sides. The underwire channels don't go high enough under the arms, the wires don't fill the channels under the arms, ...and the wings are super low. This is really annoying for me. I have very round breasts with firm tissue that resists being moved around. Certainly they see no reason to move more front and center. There is already no space between them.
The red color is wonderful. It is a true red, neither crimson nor scarlet. The gray accents it perfectly. The cups material is silky. I love the cushioned bands. I appreciate the padded underwire channels and cushioned material under the hooks. The bra is not as well cushioned as the Chantelle Hausmann, which was like wrapping my boobs in a firm down comforter, but the Panache Sport is pretty good. Read more 112 more words
Fits well and is comfortable while supporting very well. I wish all bras would be this nice looking and fit as well. I think I´ll have to get more excercise hobbies because I own this good sports bra! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
ETA. I had to change the "fits" to "didn´t fit" because I realise now that there still is some quadboobing https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> After trying 28FF I also realised that the 30 band is too big for me.
I absolutely love this sports bra and got it in different colours, just to notice now that the size is wrong after all https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
I have this same bra and size in pink as well, see my review there.
Neither the 30F and this one fit. The main problem with this size the that the cups don't cut high enough so I'm getting a double boob. I'm pretty disappointed. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Cup depth: 20.5cm Cup width: 13cm Underwire length: 21cm
Could you write down the cup's width? I think I'll have to add support for those measurements to certain sports bras.
