This is very tight so far in the band. i have only worn it 3 times, but it is most comfortable with one row of extender hooks at the moment. The cup is fairly true to size, maybe a little bit generous. I think that i will choose the 30H next time, but the GG is okay.
I bought this bra because I need a 34FF (my 34Fs are giving me that orange-in-a-glass effect, and not filling the bottoms of my bras). The band is tighter than I like it, but I'm sure it will stretch with wear. The lace is stretchy and less itchy than a lot I've tried on (and you can't really see nips through it, which I think is a plus). It also has a smoother front than most soft cups I've seen and --while not quite a T-shirt bra-- it does show a lot less under soft/stretchy fabrics than either my Chantelle Demi or Lepel Plunge. This bra definitely pushes my chest forward and helps my posture. I wish it came in more colors because I really actually don't need another black bra, but this one fit too well for me to leave it in the store.
This is a great bra for full on top uneven breasts. The stretch lace on the top of the cup makes it seem like the bra is custom made for you. It is very supportive, nice round shape, and I don't shift around in it. The band is very firm even after several washes and wears. If you are in between band sizes I would consider the larger size. The cup sizing is accurate. Also the lowered underwires under the arm are a welcomed improvement. If you suffer from constant quad boob give this bra a try.
Update: I put in the measurements after wearing the bra for a couple months so the band has stretched. This bra takes a while to break in but is well worth the pain. It is now a comfy bra and the band is comfortably snug. Can't wait to get this bra in a lighter color!
- Very supportive - Stable construction - Wires are strong and don’t distort - High center gore adds extra support for (medium) soft center heavy breasts (which tend to fall out of plunges) - Shoulder straps are lightly padded - Wide band provides extra support & minimizes back fat - It comes in basic colors and several pretty fashion colors - It’s aviable for cheap prices on ebay - round natural looking shape from the side - no jiggling, no need to adjust the bra during the day
What I don’t like: - The shoulder straps are not fully adjustable. - The bra needs time (and 1-2 washes) to break in. - Since my breasts are very close set, the center gore does poke a bit (but it gets better with time) - Shape : A bit too east – west for my liking
i tried on the 32GG and it fit nicely but it did cut into my boobs a tiny bit, i thought about keeping it but decided against it. the 30HH on the other hand made my boobs look a bit pointed and i can only wear it with an extender not sure if im keeping it atm.
I have the Ariza in the midnight/fuschia color as well as the matching thong. Very pretty bra, coloring is similar to Cleo Lucy in navy/pink. The band is nice and snug, probably closer to a 28 which is good for me. Very narrow straps. The cups are true to size. There are two cons for me: the gore is too high and rubs on my sternum, and I am not fond of the shape it gives me. I've found I'm okay wearing it under loose fitting tops (scrubs) but I don't think I would wear it under anything snug.
The band is too tight for comfort. Digs into my tissue and leaves welts all around my rib cage, back, sides, and front. The side support ribs are too tall and dig into my armpits. Oddly, I have another Panache in the same size, and the band is comfortable, although on the tight side.
This bra is the prettiest and sexiest I've ever owned, but it's still very comfortable and great for every day wear. It seems to be holding up well, so I'd say the quality is good too. The lace on top doesn't really cut into my breast tissue unless I stand with perfect posture and inhale. The bra doesn't show under t-shirts. I haven't owned it long enough to know if it stretches out of not. My right boob doesn't quite fill the bottom of the cup, but it's not nearly so bad as my (smaller) left boob- sometimes I'll stick some tissue in there just to fill it out.
Found this and the Deco thanks to the marvellous ladies at Bravissimo Covent Garden! Really comfy! Great shape, I don't fall out of it and I even forget I am wearing a bra. It's up there with my Freya Deco. Never thought Id'd ever get away with a plunge shape as I have softish boobs, but I don't fall out of this. I measure 31 and the band is fine. It loosens quickly, so definitely buy one that is snug or use an extender for the first few wears.
This bra gives a beautiful round shape for my bottom heavy and pointy breasts. I learned from Bratabase that this bra runs small in the cups and that you may have to size up. I ordered a 32H instead of my usual 32GG, which was a right decision. 32GG would have been way too small in the cups (and because my breast tissue is constantly remigrating I might even need a 32HH in the future). The lace in the upper part of the cups is soft and stretchy, so it accomodates to breast shape without gaping or wrinkling.
I love this bra! The band is a size too big for me, and the cups a little too small, but I still love it. Aside from some fidgeting with the band, it is extremely comfortable. And it's gorgeous!
This bra was no good for me - I feel I need a 28FF although my measurements fit a 30E on the size chart when I purchased. With scooping I'm spilling out majorly at the sides. This bra also digs into my sternum and presses on my breast tissue as I am too close set for it. Not a good shape for me. The straps are too thick and wide for my frame, and are trimmed in hot pink and shimmery white. I'm not a fan of the comfort of the soft cup (thinly or padded is much more comfortable) and the mesh 3 part cups I find ...unattractive. The back half of the bra is white. All in all, this bra looks a hot mess. It's combined a print for under 25s with the cup style of a granny bra.
I popped this bra on my sister who is a 30E/28F in measurements and it fits beautifully on tightest hook. I believe the major reason this bra did not fit right was that the wires were too far apart for my close set breasts. She finds it comfortable and I will be ordering her a 28F in it if possible, or taking in the band. Read more 98 more words
I got this one off eBay. I knew it probably be a bit too small in the cups, because my 32H Tango II Balconnette is. But as H is the largest it comes in and 34 band would be too big, I ordered it anyway. Just to have a go!
The funny thing with this bra is that even though the cups are technically too far apart for me, and the wires are too wide, the bra actually fixes itself. The central gore sort of folds up under the pressure, making the cups shift up towards the center, and, guess what? The wires end up being right on spot.
Too ...bad the 32H is a bit too small in the cups. I'm hoping that this will be corrected if I lose a bit of weight and/or manage to finally stop breastfeeding. But who knows what other issues that will bring.
Anyway, even with the fit issues I can and will wear this bra (until I find something better). The gore is low enough not to show in low cut tops. I love the "everyday cleavage" that isn't too cleavage-y. And the bra's sturdy enough for my daily activities (provided I have the opportunity to arrange myself every now and then). And I love the aubergine colourway.
I'd recommend to try this bra when you're looking for a decent, good quality everyday plunge. If it fits, you'll love it!
Edit. I don't know quite what's going on here. My measurements haven't changed but the fit of my bras has... This one I've had to wear with an extender. Otherwise the band is too tight, the bottom of my breast can't fit in the cups and because of that there's a lot of bulging over the top. My guess is that a 34GG would actually be a good fit. Meanwhile the Tango II balconnette in 32 H fits almost perfectly. I suppose that because the gore collapses on me, the band is strained more. On someone that has wider set breasts, the band would not be so tight.
Edit 2: I've found that I'm not compatible with this plunge shape after all. My boobs are soft, and tend to spill out a bit in the middle. Read more 260 more words
I love this bra! Cups are a teensy bit too big (that never happens btw) but it's so nice not to have a quad boob. Band is not as stretchy as my Curvy Kate and Freya bras.
