This bra is highly modest- molded and covers quite a bit solidly. The nude color is lighter than my skin tone, but it's still better than white under thin tops. This makes a great t-shirt bra, it does disappear under clothes if it fits you. No cleavage, just a smooth transition. Doesn't really lift the front much, but does round everything out. If you want a more 'natural' shape I'd steer clear.
As for the fit, it works excellently on my bottom-heavy and separate breasts. The straps are quite far apart so you may want to fasten them tight- I have 44" shoulders ...and the straps were slipping off quite a bit before I tightened them up! Furthermore, the underwires are long and go around further and up to your armpits, which could be a problem if you are rather petite or have narrow breasts.
The band is looser than other Panache bras I've tried- a 32FF in the Freya Deco (Pistachio) was way too tight, but the 32G here is comfortably tight! If you are between cup sizes go up one, as this model is known to run small in the cup. Read more 92 more words
My first professionally fitted bra, done in Dama de Copas, Barcelona. The bra sits very well on my chest and immediately felt the difference between a properly fitted, supportive bra and none.
I wear both my 34FF and 32G Panache Ana Plunge bras, however my 32G fits slightly better now than it originally did because I have lost a few pounds. I also have this bra in 32FF which is too small in the cup. I measure a 32G, so for me this bra fits TTS. I love that the gore is overlapped slightly making it fit between my breasts better than if it weren't. The gore for me still very slightly sits on breast tissue but not to the point where it's uncomfortable. This has been my unicorn bra, and I have it in several colors. The one colorway I have stayed away from is the black one because it was too small in the cup and a 32GG would have been too tall in the gore area. This bra works well for me and my shape.
I think over all this bra is beautiful. I think it fit OK, but I returned because I think I need a smaller band, and not quite what I'm looking for anyway. Just wanted to start with a bra in my size due to just learning my REAL bra size. I have an issue with the wires though, under the cups felt like they were trying to slide behind my ribcage and the gore was poking into my sternum at the top. I don't know if this is normal because I haven't worn wires in 10 plus years. I think they were too big for me. I have a very wide ribcage. I'm looking for less of a girly lacey bra anyway. I need one that I can work and sweat it with support and preferably breathable or wicking.
This bra is still new to me, but so far so good. The band is comfortably snug on the loosest set of hooks. The cups encapsulate my breast tissue nicely and wires stay in my IMF and follow my bust line nicely. The wires don't poke any where and the gore is the perfect height for how my bust tissue connects to my sternum. To find this bra I tried on 5 cup sizes, DD to G in the same band size. The FF was close to fitting, but gave me a bullet shape, felt compressive and also gave me cleavage, plus the underwire was sitting on my side boob. The G gave me a rounded lifted shape, no cleavage and feels supportive without over compressing the breast tissue.
Really comfy, used abrathatfits calculator and bought this in UK sizing as recommended. Nipple shows a bit (through the lace) and it doesn't hurt or chafe. Sometimes the wire starts hurting at the end of the day but i think this is normal with Panache bras, i haven't modified the wires. Still, i could sleep in these with no problem.
Bought this bra used on BTB, together with a Snake Jasmine in the same size. The bras arrived neatly packaged and are still in good wearable condition, as advertised.
When I first discovered the Envy (4-5 years ago) I purchased multiple sizes to decide which worked best, so I had previously tried it on in this size, 32G. Back then I discarded the 32G as 'too flimsy', as I preferred the 3-hooks and sturdier construction in the 30GG that I kept, in black.
Now, I specifically wanted a 'lighter' fitting stretch lace bra (quarantine comfort, ya know), and I'm trying to be more mindful of re-using and recycling - which made me ...buy these 2 bras second-hand.
I really love the pink color, which may also come in handy in summer under lighter tops or dresses. Comfort-wise, it's not ideal though. It fits alright, but the wires are still Panache-firm (which makes sense) and the gore is too high for me - I had to bend it out with pliers to stop pressing into my sternum. Interestingly, the gore feels relatively higher than the floral 30GG that I still own? Perhaps the 'scaling' of the 30GG works better for my frame.
Compared to the 30GG, this does feels like 'less bra' as I remembered. But fit-wise there are some issues: wires are too wide, the narrow band feels less comfortable to me and the narrow-ish shoulder straps are pretty wide set and sometimes slide off my shoulders.
Other issue: the underband is permanently 'rolled' outward under the cups, which feels uncomfortable during wear. At first I thought washing it would help; with some manual manipulation to re-structure and un-roll the underband while drying it - but that sadly hasn't helped.
As -to my own surprise- I actually didn't own any pink bras, I will definitely keep this and will probably get more wear out of her in spring/summer. But for now, it's not the super comfy quarantine bra that I was looking for - which may be reasonable as after all, Panache is known for pretty hard wires. So, I will probably stick with bralettes for slouchy couch days (; Read more 245 more words
This bra's measurements have been altered
Bought used, so probably some extra stretch in band
Bought this bra used on BTB, together with a pink Envy. The bras arrived neatly packaged and are still in good wearable condition, as advertised.
When I first discovered the Jasmine (4-5 years ago) I purchased multiple sizes to decide, so I had previously tried it on in this size, 32G. Back then I discarded the 32G as 'too flimsy', as I preferred the 3-hooks and sturdier construction in the 30GG and 30H.
Now, I specifically wanted a 'lighter' fitting stretch lace bra (quarantine comfort, ya know), and I'm trying to be more mindful of re-using and recycling - which made me buy these 2 bras second-hand.
While I was initially ...content with my purchase, and there's nothing majorly 'wrong' with this bra, after a couple wears I'm not sure this is best for me; comfort-wise. It fits alright, but the wires are still Panache-firm and the gore is too high for me - I had to bend it out with pliers to stop pressing into my sternum. Interestingly, the gore feels relatively higher than the 30GG that I still own?
One issue: the underband is permanently 'rolled' outward under the cups. Not sure how this is caused exactly, as I haven't experienced this happening as signs of wear in my 'own' bras (when bought new - however the Envy I bought together with this Jasmine has it as well). At first I thought washing it would help; with some manual manipulation to re-structure and un-roll the underband while drying it - but that sadly hasn't helped. Too bad, because although it seems minor it does create some discomfort on me.
I do really like the appearance, the grey/brown/purple-ish snake print on black, and the stretch lace cups that Jasmine is famous for. Also like the black straps, quite convenient as I wear black often. This bra is certainly wearable and might serve a purpose, but as I do actually have more comfortable unpadded bras, it may need to be rehomed or donated in the end. Read more 225 more words
The Envy is another staple for me, just like the Jasmine, because of the stretch lace at the top of the cup. I feel like this forgives so many different difficult shapes to fit. I have this one in a cute cotton candy pink which I love! It's so cheery. A supportive, sturdy, staple in my bra wardrobe.
The Jasmine is a go-to staple in my bra wardrobe. This one is a black and gray colorway with snakeskin print on the cups. It's solid, comfortable, and supportive, and the stretchy lace at the top of the cup is really forgiving for full on top shapes.
This bra is gorgeous for a nursing bra! The lace is soft and beautiful as an overlay to the other fabric beneath. This gives a somewhat pointy silhouette.
This is an especially bad fit for me--kind of a train wreck. Still not 100% sure of my size bc I can't find a bra that fits properly. I'm splayed and wide set (3 fingers at top of IMF in a bra and slightly more out. Bottom width is a hand's length where the splay creates that triangle shape.) I'm quite inner full and bottom full. My tissue is very soft so it sort of flows where it can and unfortunately in this bra that means it gets shoved toward my underarm and creates a bulge in the lower outer part of the cup. I have not found ...a bra that fits into my IMF, but this bra shows just how badly it does not fit. My boobs are 2-3 cups different in size. I wear an insert and took a photo with it and without it. I think this is a definite shape mismatch and I can't tell about the size bc it's just so bad. Gonna guess that I need more bottom projection closer to the gore side at the very least. This is a very nice bra. It works as a t-shrt bra but is a bit more attractive than your average t-shirt bra, given the color and pattern. It's different from other cleo/panache molded bras I've tries like the Neve/Koko or porcelain lines. The cups are more formed like the neve, but other than that it's quite different from both of those lines of bras. It's not as much of a plunge, it's more full coverage, the cups are deeper/more projected, and the sides are shorter (don't dig into the armpits as much). For me, some of those things are plusses and some are minuses. I know many people find the Neve and other molded bras in this size range to be too shallow, so that is probably a benefit of this bra for many people. Ultimately this bra doesn't work for me, there's too much extra space on top, which could be a size or shape mismatch, but it's otherwise a very nice bra.
Received this bra from a user here on bratabase. It is a nice shape for me. It's also the best fitting bra I've tried so far. It feels pretty much like I've got effortless support. Gore tacks, cup width is good, wires don't poke. Just the right amount of coverage and immediate projection. The straps are almost too wide, but they are staying on without too much strap tightening. I know panache has the reputation with the firm wires, but they don't seem uncomfortable to me.
Only issue is the left cup is wrinkling at the bottom front by the gore. It's almost like the lace layers are misaligned. I padded out that side and it seems to be better, so assuming that's just my asymmetry. Haven't seen quite this result before.
Me: short & narrow roots, center full, close set, pendulous, petite, short waisted, low set
The Great Amazon Prime Wardrobe Try-On, Part 3 My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots. Appearance: The lacy design on top of the cups reminds me of Art Nouveau illustrations. It's very delicate and pretty. The cups are a see-through, soft lace fabric in a mauve, slightly purplish color. Fit: The underwires are very high and narrow. They poke me in my armpits. The cups are larger and deeper than what I need, and the band is quite stretchy.
My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots. Special thanks to MamaPagan for sending me this bra (and many others!) to try on! Appearance and Fit: I've worn the newer model Panache Sports bras for years, so this older one (I'm assuming?) was really odd for me. The neckline is a lot taller and more square, and the cups seem a little shallower. I don't do any hardcore working out, so I'm not sure how great this particular bra would be for heavy exercise. It does smoosh the breasts down at least an inch. (according to my bust measurements, anyways.) I was concerned that I wouldn't even be able to get this bra on at first; the space around the straps and armpits is a lot smaller. The straps are not fully adjustable. Once I got it on, however, it wasn't uncomfortable.
I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.
The band measures 25” to a max of 34” with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eye loops. It used to have a loop of fabric to slide over the hooks, but I took it off years ago, and misplaced it so the photos do not reflect this feature.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 10”
2 Placing the cup over the knee ...and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This measurement is: 13”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
While I am not a fan of Panache bras, when this one fit, it was wonderful! Panache bras are horrible, but their Sports bras appear far more comfortable, and supportive.
This was one of the 8 bras I tried in my first Amazon Prime Wardrobe Box! (Sadly, 8/8 did NOT fit) Whoa, I had NO IDEA how long the wires in these bras would be. I had some serious wide/poking into my armpits issues with this one. Keep that in mind if you're thinking of ordering this! The pink color (which is what I ordered) was really pretty.
