It can be comfortable in the short term as I love how soft it is, but at the end of the day, the wire pokes me in the armpit and I'm not a huge fan of the shape. So I'm going to put it up for sale at some point.
I probably had bought at least six bras since finding out I was not in the correct size and the Sienna was my first "wow" bra. It was a bit big at first with a little wrinkling on the cups, but over time my boobs might have gotten bigger because it really fits like a glove and gives me the best shape out of any I've tried.
Nice bra and it fits but I prefer more purple shape and would like to feel more compressed. Due to the stretchy lace would fit for different shapes and is very forgiving
It fit okay (was a size too small in the cups though) but I disliked the 2 hook band, and the cups made my breasts look kind of pointy and I didn't like the shape. I am sending it back, so I don't know anything long term.
I gained a bunch of weight and didn't notice it. This bra was too small, I shouldn't have bought it. I suspect it would have been not a great match anyway due to lack of immediate projection in the bra, and a lot of it in my bosom. I might have my mom try it out for a better estimate.
This bra isn't the best fit, but it disappears under my scrubs, so I continue to wear it. I have a problem with the straps sliding off, but tightening the straps has made the issue a little better. Also I don't quite fill the cups anymore, but since this is a molded style, it's not really noticeable.
Tried on at Nordstrom. Spice/maroonish colourway. It's a cup and band size bigger than what I need (32G instead of 30G/32FF). Made my boobs super pointy, probably even more so than it should normally because the cup was too big. I also felt as though it didn't support very much or give any lift but of course the cup was too large. I'd like to try it in my proper size but I'm afraid I won't like the shape as much as I like the shape my Cleos give me.
This bra definitely gives me a projected, torpedo-ish look. Not the shape I aim for, personally, so I won't be keeping this bra.
I love the color (I have the pink). I feel like it would work as a lovely neutral/nude under clothing without being boring.
I consistently have issue with bras with slings- the slings cut into my soft breast tissue and give me under-quad-boob. The straps are also too wide for my narrow shoulders.
It's worth noting that the band is too big, so that may be why I have so many fit issues.
It's worth noting that this bra was the wrong size for me. I wear a 30G/GG.
My breasts are too soft for this bra. The sling caused an indent on the sides which was visible through clothing. The horizontal seam across the cup was also very visible through clothing.
I disliked the shape, also. I suppose you could call the shape natural, but it almost didn't look like I was wearing a bra at all- everything was very low and sloping. It also gave me a lot of east-west- the overall impression was very matronly.
The underwires went too far back on me and dug in under my arms. The gore dug into my sternum and I actually found a small abrasion there the next day.
The stretch lace itself was very comfortable, it felt like it was encasing my breasts gently.
Slightly too big for me in both the cups and the band, but this was expected. It's still wearable but I feel rather jiggly. The wings come up very high for me, and the wires poke and stab my armpits. I think I prefer Freya's relatively lower wings because my breasts are higher set on my torso.
Purchased bra right before I realized that I had to transition to 30 bands. The cups work well, but Andorra in 30G/GG provides much better support for me. I'm in love with the stretch lace; this style is perfect for any tenderness/swelling (that may or may not be caused by shark week).
I wanted to like this Panache Melody so much. It's so pretty and the fabric is so comfortable. The 34 is too loose but the 32 is too tight. The top of the cups press down too much on my breasts even in this larger cup size of 32G (I normally wear 34F).
EDIT: I've lost weight since I bought this, and it's now too big in the band (I wear it on the tightest hooks), and about a cup size too small, even though the wrinkling would suggest otherwise - it cuts into the sides just slightly, and stands away from my chest just a bit. The Tango is, I think, both a hard bra to fit and a bra that a lot of women can wear - I see a lot of "it fits, but..." reviews. I do think the cup runs slightly larger than other Panache 32Gs, and unless ...you're naturally rather pointy, expect a bit of wrinkling.
I've owned this less than a day, but so far, I really like it. The band is firm but not tight on the first set of hooks. Others report that the underwire comes up too high under the arm, but this hasn't been a problem for me. I changed into it post purchase and wore during an evening out with friends. Other than finding it necessary to adjust one cup's underwire just slightly during a bathroom visit, it otherwise was comfortable supportive and unnoticeable. It's a beautiful color.
I tried this bra in a 32 FF as well, but the underwire dug into my sides and the cup felt too snug.
UPDATE: The center gore doesn't exactly dig in, but it's tight, and has left me feeling sore and bruised. This is definitely a bra that requires a break in period.
This is the first bra I've ever brought that fits properly! I am still adjusting to having a fairly tight band, so it feels a little tight, but I know that it fits and I can definitely get a few fingers under it.
This bra is very pretty and supports my breasts well. The only downside that I've found so far is that the seam going across the middle of the breasts is pretty noticeable under any thin or tight fabrics. I think it might fade overtime, but it means that I can't wear it under a lot of my clothes. Oh well, I'll get more bras to wear for those types of clothes!
Again, this is a beautiful, well-made bra that gives me good support and shape.
I purchased the Caribbean Blue Summer 2013 fashion color.
This is my best fitting bra yet (only my second one) but I do have a few issues with it.
First, the underwires are a bit long for me and poke. I can ignore it for the most part and adjust a bit, but it is uncomfortable. This might not be the best bra for someone with a high root.
Second, the craftsmanship is not what I expected from reading other reviews. The power mesh on the sides of the bra has unraveled from the elastic on the first use. I do not think this is normal, ...as the material stretches a lot farther than when it is worn. I observed the runs started at the seams, so I wonder if they simply became unraveled because of the type of seam used (not finished at all on one side.) On one side there is an area that the other kind of mesh has run also, though I may have snagged it on something. When I observe the seam there, though, it seems to be a bit wonky, and the lace on the other side has a stressed area as well, so I suspect this was an error when sewing the bra that caused the problem.
This bra was tight when I got it, but became more comfortable with use. I love that the center gore is very narrow, and the stretch lace is lovely. The seams running across the breast do show under a tshirt, but I do not mind. I think I may need to go up one cup size in this bra based on what it does to my shape and some slight quadboob effect, but because of the stretch lace, this bra is very forgiving, as many others have also pointed out.
I have heard of the craftsmanship issue with this color once before, so I wonder if it's just this particular color that has fabric problems. Other than the underwire problem, I love this bra, and would love to try other colors, particularly the fall spice color. Read more 247 more words
Interesting. Mine is also in Caribbean Blue and the fabric on the sides/back also wrinkled at first or second wear.
