Really like this bra. It's a really great shape for my breasts. The material has very little stretch, which provides nice shaping and support but is also not very forgiving to weight fluctuations.
I do have some wrinkling on side/bottom of right cup but none on left. My right breast is my larger one, so I think the wrinkling may reflect a need for a bit more projection at the bottom of the cup, rather than the bra being too wide. Not 100% certain though.
Wires run a bit higher than I'd prefer, but nothing I can't get used to. (It's more that my underarms aren't used to feeling fabric there than an issue of the underwire poking, so it doesn't bother me once I'm dressed.)
Appearance wise, I like the bright colors and sheen of the embroidery, although it's definitely not the sexiest or most beautiful bra I own. Overall, feels like quality construction, although a thread has popped up out of the embroidery.
Okay, so this bra is my best fitting bra so far! It's sturdy embroidered mesh material in a yellow-toned beige colour ('Nude'). I have even all over boobs with a medium width, close set and with average projection. Gores are my nemesis.
Pros: - Comfortable, the only bra I forget I'm wearing! - Straps are a good length - The only bra I can perfectly fully fill out a cup in! - Nice colour selection Cons: - The gore used to be painful, so I bent it out a bit and it's now so comfy. - The wires are a hair too U shaped, so I get some wrinkling at the bottom of the cup, but I ...don't find it to be any other issue apart from cosmetic. - The shape it gives is a little bit 'meh'. It's kind of a 'natural' pointy shape that looks ok under clothes but nothing that makes me think 'Damn I look good!'
Conclusion: My favourite comfy every day bra so far. I think I'll keep looking for something with a nicer shape, but honestly that feels like it might be a unicorn for me.
EDIT: I recently tried this on again with an extender because the band started to feel tight, and I found the top of the cup was gaping and I realized the wires were just a bit too wide for me. Panache Jasmine in 36F is a good fit for me. Read more 121 more words
Curious, in my size range it runs really large in the cup, like possibly a full cup size bigger - does it run big in your size range compared ot other bras you've tried?
Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. It fits me the same as my Freya Fancies plunge-balcony does. It's quite deep at the nip rather than deep at the underwire and from what I can tell you have to be a really specific shape for it to work, because there is no give in the cups. I had previously thought I needed a cup size bigger in general because I was spilling out of my Cleo Marcie, but I fit fine in the Tango and the Fancies, so I suspect that the Tango plunge works better for me because it's not as narrow as Cleo's are. The Marcie was probably forcing my tissue up and out. I hope this helps somewhat :-)
Have you tried panache clara? based on this it might work well for you too
hugsforyourjugs no I haven't, I was tempted but I heard it had a wide & tall gore (I'm very close set) so I haven't tried it. It's gorgeous though!!!
So after putting this bra in the "does not fit" drawer, and trying it on with a non-stretchy extender, I've changed my mind.
This bra is really comfortable! (after bending the gore... The gore hurts pretty bad if it's not bent, but now it's perfect)
This is the only bra I've got that is actually the right height cup for me (besides Hettie... but Hettie's almost a Jasmine clone). Most bras I have thought "fit" for example Panache Tango Plunge and Freya Fancies plunge balcony are actually too wide and high for me. I feel so supported in Jasmine and it looks great really.
I've found since trying on some of ...my 'does not fit' bras with an extender, I've been learning a lot about what I really need in a bra. The wires on this bra are a good width on me, they no longer poke under my armpit (thank you extender!). I do have a little bit of wrinkling on the bottom of the cup, but this fits me so well in other areas that I'm happy to but that aside. I often struggle to fill out bras near my armpit because I seem to have no fullness there, but since the cup on this is short it works well for me.
The straps are a little widely spaced but I can hardly complain, I think this bra is so great. I get a nice rounded shape under clothes. Sometimes I tend to get a 'torpedo' shape in other bras (Hettie why do you do this to me!) but this one is nice and round. Looks great under low necked tops too.
Anyways...
I think this bra is as close as I've gotten so far. I think I could buy the 36F but honestly I have two perfectly good 34FF's that I can wear with extenders. The black colour is perfect for my needs and it's really sturdy, well made and keeps everything in place thanks to the ever-so-forgiving stretch lace at the top of the cup. Read more 223 more words
MamaPagan thanks so much!! It feels good to finally find something that fits right! I never thought Panache would be the brand to get me there with all the pokey issues I had without the extender, haha!
This bra fits great. I desperately want more lift but I do like the way this bra keeps my breasts front and center. I would like a more rounded silhouette but I am becoming more accepting of how unlined, non-molded bras fit and look under clothes. My breasts are extremely soft and this bra keeps my tissue contained comfortably and properly.
The materials for this bra are more stiff and starchier than my @Gossard bras at the start. The band doesn't relax much. The vintage color is a good neutral colorway. There is a side sling for additional side support. The side sling is not covered and has to be adjusted slightly to lay flat against the side breast. There isn't an inner cup lining on this bra. This is probably my best fitting and most supportive bra, for my shape which is functionally full on bottom, narrow and short root, with immediate projection. There was an adjustment period as it sits a bit on breast tissue at the top of the gore, I have a "bridge" of breast tissue between my close set breasts that requires a short gore. I still wear this bra, but I have moved to the 32G for better fit and support as the band on this bra is too loose now.
Seems to be very well made. The straps have little loops that make them hard to adjust so they should stay put while wearing it. I don't really like the pointy in your face shape my boobs have in this bra.
Nice looking bra, good quality. Just not the right shape for me. The wire on the side is too short so my tissue migrates to the armpits and spills. The cups are too small so there's quadding in the center top.
Ordered from Zulily with much trepidation (because of the no returns policy) but yay it fits great! Also very comfortable, but it does have the typical Panache wires which work well for me but I can understand why some people find them so uncomfortable. There is a lot of depth in the bottom of the cup and it gives me a very rounded shape. I reach for this bra more than any other.
Looks like a Tango II but the model # is different and it just says Tango Balconnet on the tag. Cup is big, I think more like a G. I fill the bottom and my nipples are at the apexes of the cups but I have wrinkles on the top. I'm pretty even, if anything tending slightly towards FOT so I'm guessing this cup is a little too deep for my shape. I would keep it and wear it with padding but the under wires poke into my sternum and the gore is too tall and wide for me. The under wires end on the sides about 3/4" below the top and since I'm squishy under there that little bit of fabric sticks out and rubs my arms when I move. Too bad, it's pretty, but not comfortable enough to keep.
Pleasantly surprised! When I felt the material, I thought it would be too soft to wrangle the girls, but it manages. The band felt a little pinchy after a day of wear, but no moreso than any other new bra would. The shape is nice - I prefer to be hauled up a little higher, but the shape is good and the lace is so light and breathable.
Definitely order your sister-size up a band, and perhaps consider going down a cup size too. I measure 32FF, but after reading reviews I went with this. I think that the 34FF cups are just ok, perhaps a little borderline large. I want to try a 34F just to see if I can tweak a great fit into perfection.
Padded cups give a comfortable, cushioned feel. Lines barely visible under thin tee. Holds and protects entire boob. No quadraboobing or puckering. Underwire comes up a bit high on the sides for my taste - pokes a tiny bit if slouching. Looks great - simple design with rich colors (royal blue and pink). Pretty straps look nice if they do peek out, but the bra stays in place.
EDIT: im looking at selling this, as its unwearable due to shape and gore issues. i dont think its right for me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Bought this from a Facebook swap group with the knowledge that the purple version runs small. The previous owner says she wore it once or twice, so its basically still completely new. Ive been after a 34FF for a while, after i tried on a 32FF with an extender and found it looked pretty good. This bra still has issues that bother me, but its overall probably the best fit I've found so far on my fitting journey. Hopefully ...i can find a bra similar, but without the cons of Andorra.
PROS **this purple color is gorgeous! very deep plum, i love it. **the band feels snug but not painful. **i think the wires are finally the right width. **The stretch lace is forgiving of my different sized breasts, and i experience no quad boob or gaping- yay!
CONS **the gore is HORRID. its not as bad as Cleos, where when i bend or sit it feels like I'm being impaled, but the top half of the gore presses so hard into me that i have a really deep indent and i cant stand to actually wear it for more than a few minutes because of it. maybe it will soften up with time and wear?
**The "sling" inside the up does its job on the larger left side, but on the smaller right side, it leaves a weird indent in the side of my breast. i have to tighten the strap more on that side, and i've seen other reviews that say tightening the straps too much will pull on the sling and do this. it seems like a crappy design feature that you cant have the straps where the need to be to even out breast sizes, and its not as though i am pulling the strap very tight- its a smidgen more.
**the lace at the bottom of the band rolls, which wont be terrible as long as it rolls out and not under. if it rolls under, i imagine painful pinching will occur. the lace at the top of the cups rolls a little here and there too, probably because it's elastic. Not a deal breaker for me, but may be for others.
**the shape is more "retro". Not hugely pointed, but not really something i think i like. It's very similar to my naked shape and makes me uncomfortable. On my smaller side its more extreme. If i had no other choice, i might get used to it, but id prefer to find something rounder.
**The horizontal seams show through my lightweight t shirts, and the full cup style means i cant wear this with even a slight v-neck. this is nitpicky, but worth mentioning.
**I dont feel very supported in this. Sitting still, i feel lifted, but moving around not so much. i agree with other reviews that i wouldn't want to wear this on a day i might need to catch a bus! Read more 400 more words
How does anyone stand this bra? It's so itchy and there's no give to the cups at all. They end up slicing into the breast tissue on top while sagging emptily below. The overall shape is pointy 50s all the way. I should have read more about fitting for top-heavy, wide-root, shallow breasts before getting this bra, but even if my breast shape fit into it, the rough fabric would still be a deal-breaker. I can't imagine how this bra ever got rave reviews!
This is my second Jasmine, this one bought September of 23. The back is much tighter than the older Jasmine bought 5 years previous. However, trying to add a spacer makes it too loose. A drop in quality in 5 years? Not sure why they no longer measure precisely 75 cm. The fit is good - great projection. I find I do need to adjust or even sweep again after a few hours - larger breast wanders out near armpit. Although the projection is nice, I am very aware of wobbles when I walk. Walking quickly can look like a fist fight going on inside my shirt, lol. The straps are just on the edge of too wide, often they slide off my narrow sloping shoulders when sitting, or slouching. I do get 2 small wrinkles in bottom inside part of cup.
Very close to fitting, but larger boob has quadriboob and smaller boob doesn't quite fill the cups. Unknown how comfortable it would be wearing for the day as only tried on.
The panache Ana is likely my best fitting bra but I can’t stand the way it makes my boobs look. I feel like I have torpedo, half football boob cakes on my chest. However, it fits my projection perfectly and my boobs do not move in this thing. The lace was scratchy at first but has softened after a few hand washes. Wire is very stiff.
Looks very good on you!
Pretty color (:
