Perfect fit, very comfortable. I had tried the 34F and it was a tad small after the swoop and scoop. Nice lift and cup separation. The band is snug but stretchy; I'll wear extenders until it loosens up. The gore and wires at the side dig in a bit, but its manageable.
This bra is lovely, relatively comfortable, and currently my best fitting bra. That said, if I wear for more than 10 hours, the center gore really starts to bother me, and the band feels very tight (and leaves marks).
I really wanted this bra to fit, it's so comfortable but the cups are too small sometimes (depends on how long it's been since the baby ate) and cut into the top of the breast tissue. The band is a bit small as well but not as tight as some other 34s. The material is so soft and the pattern and lace is really nice. It seems like the seems dig in a bit when I raise my arms.
You look so petite to be wearing a 34/36 band! Are you very tall, or athletic?
Not particularly petite, 5'6" 155lbs. Could lose a few lbs but I doubt it'll affect my ribcage size :/
SHUSH NOW, 155 is about what I weigh lol!
More seriously though by petite I meant your frame. I'm sure you know what you are doing but I was just surprised because most women who feel good in a 36 are either a lot fluffier than you, or else they are 6 feet tall or very muscular. But if you used the Bratabase calculator and that is what it recommended, I'm sure you are close to your correct size range.
Whoops; sorry! Wrong review!
Well I measure at a 34 but the 34s always feel way too tight. Though I've re-tried on all my bras and the 36 is probably a bit too lose. There's no way I could fit into anything smaller than a 34.
I can imagine. Just goes to show how photos can be deceiving especially when cropped--I would never have guesstimated a 34" ribcage circumference from those pictures, I would have been way off base and probably assumed your underbust measurement was in the region of 30".
Very beautiful bra, nice and soft but it created a very pointy profile. The band is firm, the wires sit right under my breasts in the inflammatory fold and didn't budge. If the fabric was more molded or lined I am sure this bra would be perfect for me but alas, it missed the mark. I am full on bottom with soft projected breasts that are a big saggy. This bra would suit someone who is more projected and fuller on top. I didn't quite fill out the top and there was wrinkling in the bottom of the cup. I wear a 34FF Cleo Lucy perfectly and had hoped this would be a similar fit but it definitely wasn't.
Its supposed to be closer to the Marcie, I think. Sorry it didnt fit - its my best fit so far! While the slight torpedo-ish look seems odd on its own, I actually kinda like it under shirts!
I find Lucy doesn't suit me quite perfectly (technically fits but doesn't flatter), so I think that's another vote for Floris for me.
I have both Lucy and Floris (and loads of projection) and Lucy fits me great, while Floris is too open on top. Floris is basically Marcie but with Panache construction.
Yes lol its my bestie! The top loose flaps tightened up some, tho - i think it shrank a little when I washed it
This is a very pretty bra on a hanger -- I love the pattern of the fabric and the embossing on the straps! -- but the cut doesn't suit me at all. The cups are cut very high, I don't have enough bottom fullness to fill them out, and the overall effect is very minimizing, which is not what I'm aiming for. It's comfortable, though, so if you are looking for a minimizing T-shirt bra this might work!
This bra is very comfortable but utterly hideous. The cups are like huge flat dishes, which results in a very flattened appearance under clothes, while also pushing my breasts together to the point where if I scoop and swoop they quad-boob at the middle of my chest rather than the top. That said, if you need a racer-back bra or a VERY low plunge, you probably don't have a lot of options, and it is perfectly wearable if you don't mind how it looks. I have the nude version (it's not really nude, it's more like a dusty rose?) and it stains very badly when I sweat on it.
This bra's cups are shaped like UU , I bent the underwires to look like l__l l__l. Now the fit is much better, no buckling at bottom of cup but it still is a weird fit. Keeping because it was an affordable t-shirt bra.
(update above) I believe this bra is either a cup too big or the cup is too tall for me. The band fits comfy, more loose than I am used to, but does not ride up. This is definitely not a nude color for me, it is more nude for a lighter skin tone. Overall this bra is very, very comfortable and doesn't show seams under a shirt.
This bra is a bad fit for my soft, somewhat wide root boobs. It also is about one-two cup sizes too big. The band is pretty snug, so I would say it is a tight 34. The material is a bit scratchy to me. I've been waiting about a year to own a Jasmine and it just is heartbraking that its not for me.
This was my first attempt with Panache. Knowing I wore roughly a 34H in American Wacoal bras, I ordered what I thought was the UK equivalent. I couldn't really try it on because it would stretch out the underwire too much, and the cups barely even come all the way up to my nipples. It's just too small in every way. Very pretty bra, seems well-constructed, but I would need at least 2-3 sizes up in the cups -- still not quite sure where to start with Panache.
Edit: I decided to keep this bra, so I altered the gore down. I took the top of the gore completely in, and angled the seam in a wedge to take even more out of the bottom of the gore, which made the almost a balconette shape, with a corresponding rise in the position of the gore when worn. I also pushed the wires to the end of their channel away from the center, and sewed them there, so the top half inch of the gore is just for show. The alterations made it essentially full coverage, and revealed that the cups are slightly on the large side, ...since the apex is now in the right place. The straps were sawing into my arms a little, but I tried an extender and that went away. I think it'll be a very comfortable bra, once broken in. It gives me a round-perky shape I quite like, though my smaller boob gets a bit oddly shaped as the day goes on, since it doesn't fill out the cup apex well and slides around. If I decide the cups are still too separated, I'll go back and let out the bottom of the gore a bit to go back to a true plunge shape.

The cups are too far apart for me as-is... The bra slides down my chest, stabbing the insides of my breasts, and had hardly any support because of it. I could tell why people call Panache bands firm. I don't have any quadboob, nor any sign that the cup size was too big. I suspect the wrinkling at the bottom was due to the cups being too separated for me. To see how it would fit if I decided to alter it, I safety pinned the underwires until they nearly overlapped. As I suspected, that kept the wires from poking into my breasts, but did little for the bottom wrinkling or support. Next, I pinned the bottom of the gore closed by a similar amount as the top (~2 cm), which did improve the support and wrinkling... Though the support still wasn't quite what I was hoping for, given that the gore tacked and the band seemed like it would bruise me, at least until I broke it in. I wish there was a little less stretch lace and more firm fabric, just to hold things down a bit better.
On the bright side, I love the look and comfort of the stretch lace (though maybe not the bounce factor). This is quite a sexy bra, despite having a lot of coverage for a plunge. I wish it came in nude... As-is, the super bright colors aren't very practical for me. It's well made and seems durable. If I can't find better, maybe it's worth wearing thicker and darker tops to accommodate a few of these (though definitely altered). Read more 370 more words
I love the print. Its beautiful in real life. The fabric is not super soft. I haven't found the right cup size yet, but if I do I would keep this print https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
This bra is beautiful when I first put it on. For everyday wear, however, it just doesn't work on me. The cups are very narrow and the wires are super long. Even though the center gore was flat against my chest, it would start to be very uncomfortable after a few hours of moving around just because it comes up so high in between my boobs. It also gives a very projected round shape, although to me it didn't feel very secure. I felt like my boobs were very squishy looking and flopping around. The upper part of the cup is made with a flimsy lace material that ...didn't do much to hold me in. Might have been better if the whole bra was made with the sturdier fabric but alas it was not to be. Under shirts it looks okay, but the cleavage factor is not even a wowza because the center gore comes up so high that low cut shirts show part of the bra. Also the material is scratchy. I actually would say that I hate this bra. Super cute pattern though! Read more 77 more words
I want to love this bra so badly. After spending years in an inappropriate size, this has been the closest to fitting I've encountered yet. Granted, my search for ABTF has only just begun..
It's a beautiful bra; my SO is particularly fond it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />. It's a style and construction that I hadn't before tried, but I love how natural my breasts feel in the unlined, three-part cups. But, the shape is just all kinds of wrong for me. I'm still trying to figure out what works for me, but wearing this bra for a few hours has proved that this is just not it. My issue is with the underwires; they are way too big me. They wrap around my torso, and poke me in my arm pits. And, to top it off, the lace is itchy. As much as I'd like to hold onto this one, comfort is more important to me than a hot bra!
I loved this bra while it still fit me well - it's a little too big now. The lace is gorgeous, and I adore the spice color, as it's the perfect shade of red. This bra has the most comfortable cups, and I never have to reach in to adjust my boobs. The only con is that the underwire at the center gore pokes into my sternum a little, which is uncomfortable at times.
I really like the design and quality of the bra, but unfortunately it is waaaaaaay too small for me. Even though it's my base size, it's almost impossible to wear the thing without it digging in to me and leaving marks after only a few minutes. And the underwire keeps digging into my sternum because it's too high and seems to want to drill through the bone. It's a shame, really, because it's a fantastic bra if it fits you correctly!
This was recommended as I suffer from armpit fat with many different types of bra. The sides were lovely, unfortunately that was the only lovely thing about the bra! Extremely uncomfortable in both fit and fabric. Centre gore dug in. Straps were hard to adjust. Breasts didn't fill the cups nicely either at the top or bottom. Sent straight back to the shop!
This was an excellent bra until the band started to stretch. Its still a very good and comfortable bra but I wish the band would have stood up a bit longer
Overall this is a close fit and the only other bra that's come close is the Panache Fern.
Any complaints I have about this bra are minor. The gore tacks but slightly digs in. The wire under the armpit does poke a little. The band also is a hair too tight. I would suggest going up a size if you don't like tight bands.
I'm pretty happy with this bra and love the way my breasts look in it. I'm so happy to finally have two bras that come so close to fitting!
If Mama'z happy, EVERYBODY 's happy! ;^)
