(This review is for the original Adriana bralette. This style has been re-released and is allegedly truer to size, though I did not have any problems with this bra not being true to size)
Sometimes online reviews are really critical to choosing the right size, as in the case of Masquerade Alice where I had to size down in the cup to a 28DD/30D. However, sometimes you are reminded that many of them are written by people who do not know how bras are supposed to fit, particularly if the reviews don't come from Bratabase or a bra blogger. There wasn't too much info here on ... Bratabase for the Parfait Adriana Bralette, so I let myself be (mis)guided by the Amazon reviews and ordered a size up as everyone complained this ran small.
Actually, it doesn't run small at all. It is totally true to size. My normal size is 28E, my sister size in Parfait is 30DD, so I went up one cup size (I did not go up a band size since I am already ordering my sister size) to 30E. It fits, but I can tell that the cup is designed for someone fuller, as they are quite tall and roomier at the upper portion of the cup than I need. The V portion of the neckline is very high and doesn't look very balanced on me, but I tried sizing down to 32D and it still looks quite tall on me, so I think this is intentional.
The band is firm and true to size for Parfait, but because it has 4 rows of hooks and a very wide bottom elastic band (3 cm), it feels firmer and more secure than a standard bra band. I am happy with this band size as it is supportive and comfortable, which I rarely find in a bralette. Almost all bralettes are way too loose for me in the band to provide any kind of support. The wings are super tall on this style, and there is a long piece of flexible plastic boning which adds extra stability. The band is made from double layered mesh and floral lace.
The construction of the cups has more shaping than a standard core sized bralette, so you can tell it's designed as a full figured garment. The 2 piece cup is seamed vertically in the middle for depth, but there's also a separate horizontal piece sewn at the bottom of the cups that acts like a bit of a cradle. I believe this piece allows the cup to have more projection and yet still be seamed smoothly into the band without resorting to shirring. The construction of the cups is much simpler than the Panache Andorra Wireless Bra, but the fit is rather similar. The inside of the cups is made from silky knit fabric and is quite comfortable, as there are no scratchy seams to be found.
The downsides to this bra are the tall cups, which are basically designed to be full coverage, but can show under clothing. The stretchy floral lace is soft and nice quality, but Parfait decided to enclose 4 layers of fabric together in the vertical seam going down the cup, so this seam is definitely visible under clothing. The upper part of the strap is wide lace and tapers to normal elastic, but the adjustable portion is quite short. I had to shorten the straps down completely. Despite these shortfalls, I am surprised by how comfortable and supportive this bralette is, and if I add foam liners for shape, I would definitely wear this out of the house. I think this would be fantastic for plane rides where comfort is paramount.
I think my best size in this bralette would be my normal sister size of 30DD, but I've reordered this in a 32D and in a 30D since I could find those sizes cheaply. The 32 band is definitely riding up a bit, but it feels comfortable, and still provides support since it's so wide. The 32D cups are still a bit tall on me, so that's why I decided to try sizing down to 30D to see if the cups will be a bit shorter, while still having the snug band I prefer. Overall, this bralette is what I wanted the Cosabella Never Say Never Curvy Sweetie Soft Bra to be, but at half the price, and with a secure hooked band, and what I wanted the Panache Andorra Wireless Bra to be, though the one I tried wasn't in my size.
If you typically have trouble finding small band, medium or large cup bralettes, I highly recommend giving this a try!

I ordered this from the same closeout eBay seller where I ordered my 28E Red Charlotte Padded Plunge that measured at least a size too big (ordered 28E, measured between 28F and 28FF). This bra has the same problem. I ordered a 30E to try because the 30DD I got originally felt a size too small, and I read that this bra runs small. However, the bra I received measures at least a 30F, potentially 30FF (the measurements listed for both sizes here are pretty similar and I'm not sure which set is more correct). Therefore, it is far too big.
Once again, I highly recommend ordering Parfait bras only if they are returnable, since there can be a lot of inconsistency.

The cups/wires of this bra are too short which causes some spillage. Too bad because everything else about this bra is great.

This works really well for my tall roots. Love the firm and supportive band that is still stretchy enough to be comfortable, this was the first bra I repurchased in my new size when I lost weight. Nice lift and shape.

The Parfait Jeanie was my go-to standby model when I was a 30DD, so when it got to be a little tight I figured sizing up would work great. Unfortunately, this is a bit small for me, and also a shape mismatch. At this size, the straps are also further apart, almost as far apart as in the 32DD, and so cut into my arms. Sizing up to a 30E has made the cups much wider, but not much deeper, than the 30DD. It would be best suited to someone with wide roots.

This bra should have been a sure thing for me, but it didn’t quite work. Like the Jeanie bra, the wires are very aggressive, but unlike the Jeanie their placement bothers me. Charlotte is fairly open on top, being a balconette, but still somehow cut in. I think it may have been the wrong size, ultimately.

I believe some of the scaling issues on this bra have improved in newer colorways. This is the Dusty Rose which I got in a swap for a red 30D. It comes up incredibly wide, shallow, and closed on top. The outer edge of the cup rests all the way up in my armpit and chafes badly. I also get a lot of quadding because the cup is so closed and flat. I have a red Charlotte in 32DD which is scaled much better. I will probably get rid of this bra at some point since I only wear it when all of my other bras are dirty.

Bought this in Floral Shimmer. The cups run a little big. I have empty space in the cup above the horizontal seam. It's not really noticable in pics since the cups are moulded. Debating if a cupsize down will cause a quadboob effect. Gore tacks but it's definitely too high for my comfort and a smidge too wide. The channels have about 3/4 inch beyond the length of the wire for some maneuvering.

Impossible to measure the way bratabase wants me to, it's connected and doesn't lay flat, so I can't measure stretched band length. But I do love this, very sexy. Mine doesn't zip up all the way, but it came from ebay, and the material chafes after wearing for a few hours. A bit wrong for my shape, I need something less shallow, but I'll keep it for special occasions (since I also have the matching panties).

The cups are much too small for me in this size, but the projection/depth is impressive! The gore is nice and narrow, the band is snug, & the wires aren't too wide. The decorations, though, make this bra very difficult to disguise under fitted tops; it's cute but somewhat impractical.
I really hope to try this in a 30FF some day!

I like this bra, despite the nude-for-me being too greenish-gray beige. I prefer beige that is clear with pink or peach undertones. My gripe with this bra is the cup edges are too thick or tilt out so they show under thin, clingy t-shirts. I rarely wear clingy t-shirts, but when I do, I don't want obvious bra cup lines. The center gore is a true plunge. I need very low gores because of my lack of space between the boobs. The cups aren't too high coverage. The straps aren't insanely wide-set, like those of certain Polish bras. The straps aren't too skinny, so they don't chafe. The bra is comfortable. The usefulness of a seamless, plunge, molded cup bra is almost canceled out for me by the obviousness of the cup edges under my favorite gray t-shirt.

This Fuchsia Rose color fits as well as my other Parfait by Affinitas Casey in 30E, which is in the original beige with an odd greenish tint. I don't know what they called that original beige color. It preceded the tan one they're calling European Nude. Anyway, the band on the 30E Parfait by Affinitas Casey in Fuchsia Rose stretches to only 28" for me. I am a reformed overstretcher. Now when I do my tedious measuring, I make sure not to distort the wires.
I hope this bra will stretch a bit with wear. The color is amazing. It's exactly the kind of deep pink I like best. ... This one edges slightly toward violet. The color is clear, deep pink--not coral, not red--but avoids any appearance of neon fluorescence. I just realized the buttons on Bratabase that are deep pink, like "Save changes" or "Edit this bra" or "Log out" are very similar to this Fuchsia Rose color. What a coincidence!
I just realized another thing. The name Parfait by Affinitas chose for this bra, Fuchsia Rose, is PERFECT. It's exactly fuchsia infused rose. Fuchsia is a purely cool toned, electric pink. Mix rose in there, and it has a hint of warmth, of spring's weak yellow rays on winter's coldness For once the color name of a bra is accurate! I'm going to have to write them. After the disastrous naming of the color European Nude, I'm sure they need bucking up. If my photos don't capture the color adequately, I'll reshoot them.
I'm mostly wearing my Ewa Michalak 3Ds, but so many of them have sharp edges. This is inexcusable in a bra. So I alternate with my Parfait by Affinitas Casey and Masquerade Tiffany Plunges. In my EM 3Ds, I wear 65F, roughly equivalent to 30F in UK sizes. My Masquerade Tiffany Plunges are 28FF and 30F. The Parfait by Affinitas Casey is somewhat deeper in the cups, especially toward the center gore, so I can size down in the cups.

I wasn't sure about ordering this bra, because I didn't like the vertical stripes, but it's much more beautiful than I thought. Weirdly enough the 30E cup works for me, although it's slightly on the larger side. In Parfait plunge bras, 30DD is way too big for me.
The shape of this bra is great for me: on the wider side (although they're probably still sitting on breast tissue), but shallow (I have very wide, very shallow tissue, but a lot of center fullness). I have tall roots and these cups are tall, which is great for support, but I do feel them in my armpits so I'd ... have preferred narrower straps. The band is rather tight, although the measurements don't show it, it feels much tighter than the band of my Casey, which is about the same length, but more comfortable. The problem I have with this bra is that the wires are very hard and poke in my sternum. Compared to the Parfait Casey plunge, of which the wires don't bother me at all, the wires are much less flexible. I've tried to bend them and it's a little better now, but it's doesn't feel great. The gore is also way too wide for me. I'm getting tired of altering bras, so I'm returning this. Such a pity, because this truly is a beauty.

As they say - if the shoes fits... in this case, The Bra! Very comfy to wear everyday and the girls don't mind the occasional pinch, if you're an active lass like I am. This bra is very sexy, just too bad the store didn't have the matching panty. Last one in my Size! WHOOTS! It was on sale for $5.00 and it was red tagged as a clearance item, so I got an additional 50% off! My only regret is that they didn't have more!

I normally wear 30Es. The band seems true to size (nice and tight), but the cups seem to run a size too small.
This bra makes me quad-boob, has cups that are too small, too wide, too separated and the underwires are also a bit uncomfortable on my ribs. Specifically, the center gore comes up rather high.
If this bra did happen to fit you, the cups are unlined and specifically cone-shaped/pointy. Madonna is not my favorite look. The gore runs extremely high, so you better gave good separation between your ladies all the way up. At least the cups aren't itchy or anything.

I found the band of this bra very comfortable but the cups were not right for my shape (FOB, slightly projected). I have gapping on the top and near the gore. The lace part where the cups meet my underarm was rubbing a bit and I could imagine it might get irritating throughout the day

I bought this bra used but in good condition from someone on Reddit. The only defects are a seam on the left cup, the brand label is missing, and the back material near the hooks has some strained spots. The band is difficult to do up, but with some more practice I should be able to get the hang of it. The cups fit well, but have an east/west look which isn't my favourite. As well, the band comes up quite high and gives me lots of fat spillage. Otherwise the bra is really pretty and as it breaks in to my body it should become more comfortable.

I'm not sure what you mean. I only see two photos and I don't own a Fauve bra.
Cookie222, it looks like the second and third photos are of the Fauve Delphine. Did you accidentally upload those to this review, or is this a bratabase error?
