This bra runs incredibly small! I can barely close it on the last set of hooks!

This bra is a 34FF UK, and 34H.

It's one of the worst fitting bras I've ever had. I have medium-wide roots, and the wires were trying to wrap around my back! Also, the straps would not adjust tightly enough, so the underwires were basically an inch lower below where they actually should have been. The band was way too loose, but that's my fault since I'm actually a 32. The cup gave me quad-boob for days, so even though the 34FF is the same cup volume (theoretically) as the 32G, I'd probably need a 32H UK in this bra for it to actually fit. The shape was nice, though.

As stated by pretty much everyone here this bra runs small! I actually found the band to be okay, but I do measure at a 28e. I know some people say that it is really a 26 but I measure at 27.5 snug and 26 BTT and the band is veryy comfortable. My problem was the cups.. they seem to run 1-2 sizes too small. I had got 2 of these and I gave one too a friend as soon as I tried it on because it wasn't working out for me. I'm hanging on to the other one for now incase ... I want to show a lot of cleavage some time but I just ordered a 30G (2 cup sizes bigger than the DD because it is in US sizing) and I'm hoping that one fits better. Other than the sizing issue, it seems like a nice bra. The material feels nice and it does have a LOT of padding which is rare in cup sizes above a D. I would just suggest ordering one band size up and maybe a cup size up too (so get a 32DD or DDD if you are a 30DD). Also be forewarned, these bras are in US sizing so adjust your size accordingly!

This bra is small.
I bought it thinking it's be a good push up but when I got the bra... It barely stretched so there was no way to get it on. With almost a full band extender in place, the cups were even, wide and too small for me.
I would suggest this for someone who is wide rooted, fairly shadow and measures at a 26F/FF or 24FF/G because it's so small! It feels very well made and is a crazy push up, I'd love to keep it, but I it's just not a match for me.

This bra is a mess.
I actually thought I purchased the 30DDD but accidentally got the 30G THAT is how similar they look.
This is definitely not a 30G. It measures like I'd imagine a 26FF maybe. Possibly 26F.

Though if I understand correctly Parisa is a US brand? Perhaps this is equivalent to UK 30F? Or at least supposed to be. The band is definitely 24-26. So I guess 26G ish.

I bought it at Burlington Coat Factory. I knew the band was way too small -it's like a 24 or 26. I planned to use an extender with it and try it on at home. So I did.
The cups are ... somewhat small, but I think that has a lot to do with the fact that the gore is like miles apart. The cups therefore begin at a ridiculous spot on my boobs and make me spill. Then there's extra cup on the sides because they are just too wide apart

The material is very nice and comfortable, but there's a lot of padding. Would give a light push up if my boobs were actually able to be fully in the cups.
ALSO considering the 30DDD and G are so similar in cups, just a forewarning, it appears the higher you go, the smaller the cup stays.
Needless to say, I probably either won't be keeping this or the gore distance is being altered.

The band is still very snug after a couple of years. The elastic in the band helps hold it in place very well. The wires are wide enough for me. However, the cups are just too shallow.

The cups on this bra are actually really nice. The material is nice, love the color, and the padding does a good job pushing up and in. The problem comes in with the band. It seems to run a bit big for a 32 (unstretched) compared to others I've tried, and there's boning. I don't understand the point of the boning, but it wasn't uncomfortable on the one side. One the other side, however, it wasn't cut to the proper length, so its causing the elastic edging it's sewn into to bend. The bending combined with the mismatched length is causing actual pain on that side from the discomfort. If the band had been the right fit, and that side's boning hadn't been messed up, I may have considered keeping this because the cut & cups were actually a good fit for me.

I measured the bra fresh out of the mail, so it hasn't been broken in yet as far as band stretching.

I know I am not a 32 band, but I love this bra anyway and it doesn't come in a 30! The cups fit me perfectly, it's sexy looking and comfortable to wear all day. My Parisa Verona Contour bra was very tight for a 32 (which was good for me), so I thought this model would be the same. It's definitely too big, but again I love the look so I'm keeping it! My breasts are wide set (3 fingers apart), therefore very hard to get any sort of cleavage. I have a nice shadow in this bra (and kissing cleavage when ... I scoop and swoop). Woo hoo!

The bra has a pretty lace overlay and the scalloped edge helps prevent gaping (in my opinion). The 4 hooks in the back means I have to put the bra on backwards, but I actually think this is a nice feature. Helps gather up all my side boobage. This is a padded bra, but I don't think it's crazy padded. It enhances my bust yet doesn't add 2 cup sizes or anything like that. The straps are quality and comfortable. For my wideset, shallow breasts this one is a keeper even if the band is too big.

Found this bra at Marshall's and I think I lucked out as it seems to be a good fit for me. My breasts are wide set and shallow and I'm always inbetween a 32DD and a 32DDD. The triple in this bra fits and I fill the cups. It also doesn't droop down and dig at my ribs. The tag is itchy, I need to remove it. The wire comes up a little too close to my armpits, but so far it's not bugging me.

I have the pinky orange color. I got a 32 band because everyone's review was saying that the band runs small. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with me. I can stretch this band to 30.5". But I have tried on 32 E bras before and this definitely fits like a 32E. So I would say with my particular bra, it runs true to size. From hook to hook the bra is 23.3". Stretched the band is 30.5"
Way too big and wide on me.

This bra has 4 hooks. It doesn't feel tight or loose in the band to me probably because the top of the band is not bigger than the bottom of the band. Most women are V shaped so most bra bands are made for V shaped women. I am not V shaped and this band is not tight on me at all. It feels more loose than all my other bras. Above my under bust is smaller than my under bust. Makes bra fitting for me really hard.
The cups are really wide, which isn't really a problem for me except the strap need to be taken in and then this bra would be a nice fit instead of the straps/cups being in my armpits.

I wanted this bra to give me the look of full boobs, but the padding just pushes my boobs right out of the front of the bra. It has a ridiculous amount of padding in the cup and I think that if I took some of it out the bra might actually fit. Reviews I read said that the band runs tight enough to size up, so I did, but I found that it loosened up quickly so I would recommend ordering your true band size. I like the shape it gives to the parts of my boobs that stay in, and it is very comfortable with four hooks and fully adjustable straps, but the padding ruins it for my shape.

Same fit as my other Parisa in a 32G US (Firecracker). Freaky small band (more like a 28), odd cups (two sets of pushup padding), great materials, awesome 4-rows of hooks. More like a 28F UK.

I ordered this in a 30E. I was soooo excited about a plunge push-up in this size. I measure a 27 snug and a 25 tight, but this... this was a contraption made in hell. It's around 25 inches stretched. I got it on, but my breasts wouldn't even fit in the cups. There was no room with all the padding. Not only that though, it looks to be about 2 cup sizes too small. I took a deep breath and popped a freaking seam and now the gore is about to fall off so I can't even return it -.-

My rib cage actually measures 23 inches so this ridiculously tight band was actually to my benefit. Between the thick band, thick straps, and 4 hook closure this is very well built. The push up isn't that much. Looks great under t shirts without a camisole! However I will say the straps are much too long for a short, high-boobed (is that a thing?) girl like me!

The band is definitely the right length however the boning on the side back hurts after a couple hours of wearing. The cup size is definitely all wrong for me - but it was a gift to try to find a better fit post-ABTF measurements and realizing I've been wearing the wrong size my entire adult life. Very cute in appearance though.

Fits okay, but nothing to write home about. Extra space in the bottom of the cup leading to wrinkling. Band feels unusually snug but I can still fasten on the loosest hooks without trouble. Four hooks, for those looking for extra security in that department. Straps are not fully adjustable. No seams, so might be useful if you're looking for a bra to wear under T-shirts. Mainly bought the bra because it was extremely cheap and I wanted to get an idea of my sizing in Parisa Fe / US bras in general. Does come in a bunch of fun colors! I got the purple.
