I loved the fit of this bra. I felt very supported and it gave AMAZING cleavage..almost fake-looking. What I didn't like was the feel of the fabric. It was extremely scratchy, especially in the armpit area. Also, the band was very thick and overpowered my tiny frame. It looked sexy from the front, but slightly orthopedic in the back. Sadly, I had to return it.
Great Bra! I finally found a nice bra for touching cleavage. Will buy again! the bra fit me perfectly in the 34 G. I have a ribcage measurement of 31 but prefer the larger bands, because I'm wary of shopping for bras in the size 32 I. I have a hard enough time with the 34G! Anyway, this bra was exactly what I was looking and it made my day when I received it in the mail this afternoon. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
This bra claims to be a 34H, which in Parisa's system translates to a UK 34FF. However, this bra is easily two cup sizes too small once the padding comes into play. This bra is heavily padded, and pushes the breasts up and in. However, the outer shape of the bra has the cups pointing out and to the side. This creates an incredibly strange flat front, with tons of tissue spilling into the middle.
I'm not sure if that shape would happen in someone who fits the bra. It's a shame, because the color is utterly goregeous, and the entire bra seems to be well-built. The wires seem to be a bit wide, as the bra doesn't lie flat when the band is clasped.
When I ordered this bra, I was wearing 30 bands. I'm pregnant and by the time the order had arrived, my ribcage had expanded and now this band is too tight! Ugh! A brand new bra, too!
Ok! So, this was my first attempt at buying a bra with the 'US' sizing. The site I ordered it from said that a G-cup in the US sizing was equivalent to an F-cup in the UK sizing. My 38E and my 36F are probably my most comfortable bras at the moment (my 36FF Deco might be just a tad roomy) so I decided to give the G-cup a try first.
Note that this IS a push-up bra - I was going to try a little surprise for the husband with this one and it came close to achieving the desired effect. But whether this brand runs a little ...small, or just because there is added padding in bottom of the bra cup - it is a little small for me. I have boob spilling out the center and as a result the gore doesn't tack against my sternum. I wouldn't have minded a little spillage if it was over the top of the cups, but it just doesn't look the part with breast oozing out the center. Just looking back at the bras I've previously measured ti seems that the ones that fit me best all have a roughly 11 inch cup depth; this one is closer to 10 inches.
Depth of the cups aside, I love the look of the materials this is made from. I ordered the Wild Orchid color. It is a little more pink than purple, but the fabric has a sheen to it and a great texture. The lace is lovely and is very securely attached as an integral part of the bra; not tacked on as an afterthought as I've seen with some companies. The inside of the cups is made with a wonderfully soft fabric and the wires are well contained; no poke!
The 4 hooks per column on the band seems a little overkill, but I appreciate the wide band holding everything in. It is worth noting that the lower portion of the band is stretchier than the top due to the lace arching along the top of the band. The lacy portion doesn't really stretch at all.
I'm exchanging this for the 36H cup version (UK 36FF) and we'll see if that helps the fit issues. Read more 264 more words
Overall this is a pretty comfortable bra. With the wide straps and the full coverage racerback, it feels very supportive. I am usually weary of front close bra's because you can't adjust the band, but this one happens to fit perfect.
My only complaint is that the cups come up so high at the top point (the top corner where the cup meets the strap) that they rub against my arms. But it's not bad enough to cause discomfort or marks, its just a bit annoying. Wouldn't be a problem at all in a shirt with sleeves.
Overall I really like this bra and it does give really good support, with the added bonus of great lift and shape.
The 34E is actually my sister size up, as my regular size 32F didn't fit right. This one gives me slight quad boob, but it's not a lot and it's not visible under clothing. I haven't tried a 34F so I am not sure if that would be perfect or just too big. For now I am very happy with this one and plan to keep it.
I really like this bra, the color is beautiful. It's called Ember Glow (it's like a fluorescent red) with black lace trim.
The cups fit perfectly, every area is filled properly and the underwires fit well all around.
The problem is in the band, it's way too big for me. I had read that these tend to run small in the band so I ordered a size up to 34, but I really should have stuck with my normal 32.
This is a push up bra with some major plumping action going on. When I do the swoop and scoop I get a very prominent quad boob going on. Great for super low cut v neck tops, makes my hubby go https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_eek.gif" alt="o_O" /> The band is comfy and the straps are not only fully adjustable but you can also change them to crossback.
This is a comfortable bra that is neutral looking without it being a boring beige or white. Straps can be adjusted the entire strap length. I do have gaping where the straps meet the cup however it is such a pretty bra and comfortable I dont mind. The cups are surprisingly deep and lightly lined which is perfect for me in the winter time since I have prominent nipples when they are contracted. Overall I really like it and can wear it all day without having to adjust the bra multiple times a day.
Very pretty, seems well constructed, was listed as a UK 32G, it's actually a US 32G, so 2 sizes too small with an INCREDIBLY (as in I can't even hook it) small 32 band.
I bought this in a mass purchase from BN but had to return it because it wasn't compatible with my breast shape. These are my impressions of it.
The fit of the bra seems correct for a 32DD. The band is fairly firm with side boning, smoothing fabric, and four(!) hooks. The cups give a fairly nice rounded shape but, either due to the straps being too far apart for me or the cup shape, I have gaping in the center near the gore. So, maybe this would be a good option for someone who is fuller on top. The center gore is at that height on me where ...it jabs into my sternum, so that's not good. The straps are fully adjustable with a firm stretch and set apart in the front but closer together in the back. (The cups are covered in a dotted mesh, and the dots do show through thin fabrics and jersey. However, I don't think it would be difficult to snip it off, nor destructive to the support of the bra.
Overall, I would suggest this bra to someone with round or top-heavy breasts (not bottom-heavy) and either broad or normal shoulders (not have narrow or sloping) who is looking for a pretty t-shirt bra. The floral fabric and lace on the band, keyhole gore with a petite bow, and dotted mesh overlay on the cups coupled with the fine construction all make for a beautiful, supportive bra.
This bra made great cleavage, but it is too small for me, so I got quad-boob. The top edge of the bra is fairly thick and I might expect it to show under stretchy shirts, even if there was no quad-boob going on. The bra seems solidly built, with *a lot* of padding. The band is very thick and sturdy.
This was not the right size for me. The bra itself is quite pretty and would be well suited to someone who can pull off plunges in general. With my wide, top heavy breasts I can't, though, so even if this bra went up to my true size I don't think I could make it work. I also felt the band ran loose.
This bra was measured new and unworn, and was labeled using US sizing.
This is more of an F cup than and E cup. There is a lot of room to spare at the top of the molded cups
SIDENOTE: It is wearable on the last set of hooks, tho the band isnt as tight as id like for the support i need. I plan to alter the band so it will be wearble when the other bras are in the wash https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
