Comfortable bra with thicker padding to conceal protruding nipples. 3 part cup. Seams can be seen under clothing and makes breasts appear a bit pointed. Does not give touching cleavage. Bra looks better without clothing on.
Sizing: I normally wear a 30G UK, erring on the side of a 28GG in stretchy brands, with a rib cage that measures 30-30.5 inches depending on which way the wind is blowing and a BTT measurement around 29.5-30 inches. I went with a 32H(the size recommended to me by aforementioned other user), and was told this brand runs small in the band. The Passion does NOT run small in the band. It runs very true to size in the band, and out of the box I definitely need the tightest set of hooks. Even that is a little looser than I'm strictly happy with, but it doesn't move. The cup ...is a size or so small for me so I would need a 30(65)I or maybe even J. It looks like Rosme doesn't go down past a 32 band though, so apparently this experiment is a failure for the 30 and under crowd. However, if you do fit in it's size range, it may well be worth a try. Looks: It's actually much prettier in person. My monitor made this bra look white when I ordered it, but it's actually a very light gray, with a pretty light purple trim that strays a little closer to fuscia than lavender. Fit: Stretchy, comfortable material that will give for most breast shapes, but because of that the bra has a minimizing effect on projected breasts. It's not uncomfortable, but does make the girls look smaller, so a good bra for days you want your bust to be a little understated. Not ideal for FoT shapes, since it has that elastic under the top edge of the lace that EU brands seem to be so fond of. Would definitely cut into my boobs (a chronic problem) even if I sized up in the cup. Potentially a good bra for FoB breasts, maybe even breasts if you're not particularly soft (soft breasts may experience the cutting issue from the elastic), and I expect may be a very good bra for short roots. The stretchy material will squash down projected breasts a bit (though it will acomodate them, that's the minimizing effect), but will probably work very well for shallow shapes for the same reason. Wires are comfortably narrow - not as narrow as the polish brands, more on the narrow side of average. I think they're somewhat similar to Freya Arabella. Wires are a good height - neither too tall, nor too short. Center gore is low, but not a plunge. The material is soft and feels good against the skin.
On amazon and ebay, this bra is listed in US sizing, be aware of that if you order. I ordered a 32H, thinking I was ordering a UK size, and ended up with a UK 32G - clearly did not read carefully enough. That means I'm sized out of that brand, but if you're in its size range, it might be a nice addition.
The quality of the bra isn't great, but it holds up well and doesn't stretch out too much. This is a very shallow bra, so girls with projection, look elsewhere! Also, the vertical seams give the bra a kinda cone like shape, which of course is a matter of taste, but I personally don't mind the look. The vertical seams can sometimes be seen under shirts as well, just so you know!
Very cute red background with brown/cream-ish flower/ribbon print. Lace on top edge is brown and center bow is brown/cream striped.
Lightly padded, evenly throughout cup.
It's adorable, but does not fit because it is expecting my boobs to be taller and more projected than they are and the wires pull too easily wider. I have a similar style in a 75H that deals with my short boobs much better and has narrower wires.
I wouldn't mind it in a 75H (34H) or possibly an 80G? It's not super-high quality, but if I could find it in a size that fit me, I'd probably get a few for everyday use.
awesome! The fit around is great, the cup fit is perfect and makes me look perky. I would highly recommend trying these, especially if you can't afford on of the more expensive bras.
I love the way this one pushes me up without being a pushup, and makes me look fuller on top.
(This is a review of a friend of a friend, I have no personal experience with this bra, I am posting it here so that others can find it.)
Dark brown padded halfcup
material: 69% polyamide 22 % cotton 9 % elasthane
chocolate brown, brown lace on brown padding
** wide and soft wires, wide and very shallow cup compared to Cleo and Panache
Cups are lined with cotton, very comfy for the wearer, padding is thicker compared to Cleo Juna/Martha/Sadie/Darcy/etc or Freya padded halfcups like Summer/Monet/Teagan/etc.
Can I ask what the sizing is actually on the band and what size range typically fits your friend?
I'm trying to figure out what size to order from them, but their sizing chart seems to think that the +4 method works. I just want to know if they are using more UK/EU or French band sizing. Their website follows more of the underbust in cm = band size (so I thought, oh, French sizing), but they say they are EU sizing as does bratabase.
Plus their cup-sizing chart is stating that an 8" difference is an D cup. Their A-cup difference is 5". (!)
Thanks!
I don't know if you're still looking, drownedsalad, but I just tried two Rosme bras and the bands seem to run true to size. As far as the cups go the European sizing seems correct and the UK conversion is wrong. I tried an H and it was too small for me; normal European conversion would put me in a J.
