I ordered this on Zulily in a size EU 65F. Converting directly, that should be equivalent to a 30E, but this one fits much more like a 30F. The cups are very projected overall, but lack a bit of center projection. I would imagine this issue becomes more severe in larger cup volumes, so it's something to be aware of if you are center full. The straps on this are multiway, so you could use it as an X back bra if you prefer. The embroidery is even more gorgeous in person and continues around the entire bra. The gore is moderate height and fairly narrow. The band runs fairly true to size, but feels incredibly soft and stretchy. Obviously, a 30 band is too large for me, but I would have altered it if everything else fit.

    • This is so pretty! Such a bummer it doesn't fit. Your review was very thorough, as always.

    • 1

Always a risk when trying a new brand unfortunately. Hopefully the measurements and reviews help other people looking into Samanta. I'll definitely be listing this!

    • 2

Projected bras are a beacon of hope for me. Thank you for taking this risk as many of us benefit greatly from your sacrifice :-) I adore the juxtaposition between the embroidery and angular seams: beautiful!!

    • FoodForest anytime! I love projected bras as well :) Polish bras seem to be the masters of projection. It's such a gorgeous design! Definitely try it out.

Giggle. I really like the seam the cookies add. Seriously.

    • Really? Looking at the pictures, it really bothers me how I placed them slightly differently. They're just cookies that came out of a target swimsuit! They're the largest volume ones I have.

    • 1

Asymmetry is visually interestin to me. In fact, I might just add an extra seam for decoration. :-)

The lace on this bra and the silk fabric is exquisite! I have a bit of under cup wrinkling on my larger side and I need to do some swooping and scooping and pulling to get my breasts to settle into the cups properly. I am curious to see how it will wear all day and even though I tend not to soft cups this will be lightweight for summer. Not sure why Samanta does not put 3 hooks on for a 40 band and H cup which honestly I would prefer for stability and also some back fat smoothing. I get the annoying band roll on my ... smaller side. A beautiful bra nonetheless. If they would ship to North America I would be trying way more of their styles. Zulily events is where I find them for now.

EDITED TO ADD: after a few hours of wear I'm happy to report that my breasts have settled into the cups nicely and the underwires are doing a good job of holding me together. Great bra for those days when you don't want to put your chest front and center or feel too "boobalicious".

Oh, I am really interested to hear about the support in this size range! I've thought before that the materials on this bra looked promising in this regard. The A211 cut looks more wearable than the other cuts I've seen Kerk in.

    • 2

Once I wear the bra for a day I will let you know wendybien :)

    • 1

They have thin bands in my size too. I also wish their bands were a little wider. I'm a 65G in Samanta

    • 2

      Very pretty on you

    • Yes on the wider bands...what a game changer it would be on these bras! Especially in the larger cup sizes.

    • 3

I agree revisa this bra is gorgeous! The color is so pretty. Also, this is one design that looks a thousand times better in a larger cup volume--the lace appears to its full advantage here, it is stunning in this size range whereas I think it is just OK-pretty on a smaller cup surface. (Quite the opposite of some UK brands that are cute up to a G cup!)

    • 1

wendybien I'm happy to say after wearing this bra today (did it for bra science!) the bra is still comfy and it wore fine all day. The wires on this bra really do the work in this cup size and my band didn't move like I thought it would roll on my smaller side. I'm pleased. I would recommend this for larger cup sizes. My breasts settled into the cups and there was no wrinkling. The lace does a great job of wrapping around the breast tissue.

That is great to know roxannelovesbras . Thanks for the update! Folks IRL know I have a small (OK not small!!) bra obsession and often ask me for recs and it is HARD to find beautiful, but practical options in the smallest and largest band ranges so I am always greedy for new suggestions! This one looks so good-- now that I know it is also supportive and comfortable I am excited to talk a few friends into trying it now.

Going strictly by the construction and the measurements, this should fit like a Lily or a Marcie.

    Noooooooooope.

The elastic reinforcement at the top edge of the cup creates the quaddiest quadboob ever on my tall shallow roots. The minor top-cup wrinkle I get in the Lily becomes "saw your boobs in half" bad in this bra.

Which is really too bad, 'cause damn, is it beautiful.

The beige is maybe a little too yellowish to be completely flattering on me, but otherwise, the lace pattern and the detailing are gorgeous. I love the super-narrow gore and the removable/convertible straps. The straps *could* be longer, but they're nicely padded, so the tightness doesn't bother me much. (The tightness also might be caused, in part, by the too-short cups.)

So sad this didn't work out.

    • Did you find this to be true to size? I'm very interested, but reviews are not plentiful and I've seen one or two saying to size down in the cup.

    • Honestly, the fit was so weird on me it's hard to tell, but by the measurements, it's halfway between a 32F and a 32FF. It's not as narrow as other Polish bras, either, if that makes a difference.

    • Thanks for the input!

Very pretty high quality bra with nice narrow wires. Super low gore. Unfortunately it's too small in the cups and the band is too big, it feels pretty stretchy. This bra does not have enough immediate projection. The wires are super comfy. Actually it's all so comfy and pretty I'd like to try it in a 60ff or so. There are very pretty bows on the straps and the gore. Samanta describes this cut as: "The design of the push - up type bra is dedicated to women with smaller and less firm breasts. Lifts and collects brests to promote cleavage while it enlarges and rounds the bust. Provides impressive level of comfort while wearing." I would completely agree and wish it fit!

This one is closer to my size than the A122 in the same cup volume (65F/30E). The cups are a shape mismatch for me and are too wide in the wires and shallow at the bottom of the cup. The gore is also ever so slightly too wide for me. The straps are very thin (and convertible). The lace on this bra is absolutely gorgeous! The band is quite thin and very stretchy. It runs a bit tight and stretches to 27.5 inches. I think this style would be best for a 28F/FF with average projection and taller roots than I have.

Okay, so I really like this bra. I have this bra in the Cream colorway which isn't nearly as beautiful as the green but is a lot more practical. I love how sheer and soft the cups are and I honestly like how much my nipples show through it. If you don't want your nipples to show this might not be the bra for you. The seams and embroidery show through t-shirts a little, but I don't really care. The band is really soft, satiny, and stretchy as well. It's plenty supportive for me but the stretchiness could be a problem for those with a larger bust.

I was ... between sizes and I decided to size up rather than down which was definitely the right choice. Initially this bra was a bit big but wearable on me and I've since grown into it. I'm hoping the open top will allow me to keep wearing this bra even if my boobs grow more. I have what I would call an average root width, average projection, and a conical shape. The cup width on this bra is perfect, the band is very comfortable though narrow as is standard for Polish brands. The gore is fairly high but comfortable most of the time. Occasionally it'll dig in and I'll be left with pretty bad red marks. When it bugs me I just put a folded cotton round under it. I think the gore is the narrowest of all my bras.

I bought this 65L Aurora in the Claret colour, as earlier this year I bought a 65J Aurora A122 and it was too small in the cup. The A122 now fits and the A922 is 2 cup sizes too big for me. It is a bit deeper than the A122 and has more immediate projection, which is great, so I may try a 65J some time.
The A922 is also a bit more coverage, but not a full cup kind of style. It definitely suits a more full on top shape. Wires are very nice and narrow and the quality is fantastic.

    Didn't fit

I purchased this bra from a Zulily sale and I had to do some guesswork with the size cause I couldn't find very much info. I ended up choosing this 70G, which is technically an index size smaller than what I usually wear (:8, FF UK). I was really surprised when I tried it on and the cup was far too large! It has mostly empty space at the top and a little wrinkling at the bottom, so i think it might fit someone who is a 32FF-ish with more taller roots than me (mine are extremely short). The band is definitely true to size tho, not small ... like other Polish brands--it stretches right to 32. I would love to try Samanta again in a cup size down, because this bra is so beautiful.

It has side boning and a side sling in the cups. The shape is spread a bit wider and shallower than other Polish bras, looks like it would give a rounded shape held closer to the chest. It seems like it is closed on top, with a strip of elastic sewn at the top of the cup (although I've seen someone remove that with a seam ripper before). It's a stiffer mesh that's definitely strong enough to give shape to soft breasts. The embroidery is absolutely beautiful, and the bra is a deep bordeaux type red. The straps are half adjustable because there is padding halfway up them. 2 hooks in the back, the wider spaced type, think Freya not Cleo. Very narrow gore--the wires come about as close as possible without overlapping. Cute little gold "S" insignia in the center. It comes in a cute little box, which is something I've seen Polish brands such as Gorsenia and Kris Line do and I really like that, it just makes it feel very special I guess.

Sadly I will have to sell it, but I will definitely be purchasing Samanta again, I can't wait to have a bra this pretty that fits me!

    • What a shame, it's so pretty--I'm so sorry it didn't fit! Are the measurements displayed your own? I'm just surprised that a cup that's bigger than a typical 32FF would be only 9" deep. I wore 32FF for quite a few years and usually looked for cups 10" or more.

    • wendybien yes, which confused me too--usually 9" deep would be too small for me in a non-padded bra. but I think it's due to the width and height--it's spread out in a less projected shape. The proof is in the wearing, I didn't even take a pic when I tried it on cause the cup was so big on me that it looked as if I'd taken a bra that belonged to someone else, that had no business being on my body at all.

    • Oh right, so you have a wider, shallower shape? So in narrow projected bras you are forced to size up to get the correct width?

    • No, sorry, I don't, the bra does. So there's lots of extra space all around.

    • 1

Y'know, i thought about it and now tried it on again, gave it a stronger scoop and swoop and it definitely wasn't as ridiculous as i first thought, so I added pics wearing it and edited the review to reflect that. If i had taller rooted breasts i think it would be a better fit.

I've been wanting to try other Polish brands, so the last time Samanta was on Zulilly I thought I'd give it a try.

The bra cuts in slightly at the top, but there's an extra elastic along the edge and I think if I removed it I won't experience the mini-quadboob effect I'm getting.

The gore doesn't tack at the top (although it does at the bottom). At this height of gore I'm pretty close-set and anything this tall just won't tack all the way.

The straps are very wide-set. I have pretty broad shoulders so it's not a problem for me, but I can see it being an issue for ... lots of people.

My big problem is that there is not enough immediate projection at the center gore.

Update: I bent the hell out of the wires, and that pretty much fixed my fit issues. The gore more-or-less tacks, the quadboob is gone and the projection is improved (although still too east-west for my liking). However, because the wires were so bendy, when I put the bra on the wires would bend back to their original shape. I was able to rectify that with an extender.

The new problem I noticed this morning is that the embroidery shows through thin shirts.

I ordered an 80H, which is the equivalent of my usual UK size (36FF). This turned out to be a mistake, as the bra fits more like a 36G, maybe even a 36GG. The shape is probably part of the problem; since I have little upper fullness, the lace section is not only empty, but also folded back on itself when I put on the bra.

It does give a lovely, rounded shape similar to the one I get in the Cleo Marcie, and the band is actually tight to TTS. However, I can't really comment on other aspects of the fit because the size throws everything off.

Chose my size based on Samanta's size chart, and that ended up being not quite right for me. I'm between bands at the moment, and wearing 75s in Comexim, but favoring 70s in Kris Line, so when the calculator spit out 75J, I thought that seemed pretty reasonably close, and it's been a while since I've had the opportunity to try a Samanta, so it seemed safest to just go with it. I will definitely want to try a 70K the next time I have the chance. The band is easy to fasten on the tightest hooks, and I could likely go tighter. I am saying that ... as someone with bony ribs who tends to prefer a slightly looser band. This is very stretchy compared to other Polish brands I've tried, and that was my experience a while ago when I tried the Hana in the A122 cut as well, so it seems like those of us who generally size up one for Polish bras don't need to for Samanta.

As is common with Polish bras, the full coverage style fits me a bit more like a balconette. I find the cup a little on the shallow side for my extremely projected breasts, but that may well be because it's a sister size off. I'm not sure if I would still think it's shallow in the proper size.

All in all, it's a nice basic black, and perfectly wearable, though the band is going to need to be shortened without much delay. Wish Samanta would make some pretty bras in the larger sizes. It seems my choices are basically black, beige, or white. It's not an unattractive bra, but it's also nothing particularly exciting.

  15. Passion (A142)

The fit of this bra is absolutely adorable, currently the best fitting unpadded bra I own. The first day I wore it I had to use an extender, but I'm sick of bands that are riding up just after more than one day of wearing, and the second day I could already wear it without the extender. (It didn't stretch out more later, just adapted to my body https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
The wires surround my breasts exactly and it gives me a very round and full shape. With other unpadded bras my boobs always look a bit smaller than when I wear padded ones, but with the Passion I don't see a big difference.
If you ususally often got problems if the straps are too far on the sides, this bra is maybe not for you.

Attention - This is not UK size 28G, it's the European size without double letters, if you convert it, you'll probably have something between a 28F and FF (the UK sizes that usually fit me).

The best fitting bra I own. I fill the cups perfectly, they give me a wonderful rounded shape. The wires are perfect for my breasts and also the back band is just as tight as I like it. I wear it so often, that unfortunately it only looks half as beautiful as it was when I bought it, it looks just very "used" now, but it's still tight enough and helps me through the day. A plus for me is, that the straps are convertible. Love it!

This bra is in means of fit very similar to the Samanta Rew. Both bras are made from the cut A345, a lightly padded balcony bra.

The bra straps are convertible and you can even wear this bra strapless. I wouldn't recommend wearing it strapless for long party nights because it doesn't have any rubber straps on the band as most strapless do and hence it doesn't stay on its place as well as e.g. the Ultimate Strapless (Wonderbra) or Strapless Czarny (Ewa Michalak).

But especially for a smaller bust it works ok to wear it strapless for some time if you don't dance all the night ... href="https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" rel="nofollow">https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

The colour is a very nice dark blue. Works great under black clothes too.

In terms of fit I'm quoting from my Samanta "Rew" Review, because this works for both bras:

Especially the cut A345 seems to fit a lot of women who don't need very deep, but broad cups.
The wires are wide, nothing is poking anywhere and the band didn't stretch out.

It provides a very nice round shape and looks great under T-Shirts.
The cups are lined with very soft cotton.

Although it looks a bit like UK Halfcups (read: Masquerade Georgiana or Rhea, Curvy Kate Thrill Me & Tease Me) the cups don't show as much cleavage.

It really is a perfekt bra under shirts. If you want to show a lot of cleavage, you might want to try Samantas Plunge cuts (Samanta bras always come in at least 2 different cuts per style).

Sold as a balconette, but So Much Bra. Big everywhere, including band. Would prob have to size down in band and 2 cup sizes? But wouldn't bother, still gonna be tall sides etc. hard to imagine wings and cup edge wouldn't be pushing bra out of IMF even in smaller size.

Does that thing where the wires start distorting immediately if you stretch it.

    Straps are only half adjustable.

Pretty, nice color. Probably amazing for someone.

This bra would probably not suit most people. The straps are set super far apart, but I was able to alter it without any problems. The band is true to size, but too big for me (26 band). The most unique aspect of this bra is the semi shallow cups with a vertical seam, and the teeny tiny plunge gore. The tiny gore is perfect for my extremely close set, touching roots. I have never experienced a gore this low in this size range and I must say it's very flattering as well as comfortable. However, this would probably not suit center ... heavy breasts or softer tissue, since it would surely mean falling out the middle.
Even with the large band, my breasts are supported from the cups, and I get a really nice lift. I will be altering the band down to wear this summer since the cup fabric is thin and breathable.

10/21/22: Apparently I've had this bra for almost 7 years now. I have been wearing it off and on with the alterations above. At this point, the bra is dead and I am disposing it. It lasted quite a long time!
