Backwards: Pretty good fit. I could feel it sliding down, though.
Wires: Seem ok. Not uncomfortable or pressing. See about the right size.
Gore: Bottom of the gore is against chest. Slopes upward from there. Is sitting on breast, but I don't think that's the gore's fault. My breasts spill out, but that seems like the fit and not the gore itself.
Cups: Wrinkles at the bottom. Not touching the inframammary fold (1 inches-ish? didn't measure but felt), although at the bottom the material presses against my chest, wrinkling. My breasts are spilling out the tops of the cup.
Straps: The width of the straps are fine, they're about .5 inches wide and I like them. They adjust beautifully and sit close to my neck. The back seems to be riding up just a tiny bit in the back, although that might just be how I put it on.
Comfort: Lower back behinning to hurt. Moves too much and lets breasts spill out. I'm quad-boobing.
I adore the colors, and there is a little seam where the colors meet that I find adorable. The straps have metal incorporated in them and are very thin. The cups are smooth despite the padding. I also really like the intricate design of the back.
This is a beautiful bra that is unfortunately not in my size.
It has a great stretch and cute straps, but the low gore made it impossible for me to wear. I did not wear it long enough to see if it would stretch out.
Great bra, but it is not the correct size for me. The double strap looks pretty, but it can be a little uncomfortable sometimes if the bra does not fit properly.
This is a great bra and would be very comfortable if I were truly a size 34 B. However, the cup size is too small for me (truly a C), and the band is too wide.
I bought this bra long before I had any concept of proper size and fit, and thus it definitely does not fit me. It used to come close though, when I first bought it.
I like the bra, and I think it's a good multi-way and push-up option if it's the right size. My favorite features are the wire height gore, so essentially there is no gore between the breasts, only under it at the band level. I like the way they did the multi-way straps, they are better designed than the ones I see on the market today. I like the hardware, they us metal for all connectors. And I like the cleavage, this gives glorious cleavage.
Excellent quality, very comfortable, wonderful cleavage. I don't know what to wear with this black lace shirt... Bra is showing https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Please help https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Well all bras will show through a lace shirt and the band will be noticeable unless you wear a longline or a camisole... I suppose you could try a beige bra? Depending on your skin tone, that could be less visible, not completely incognito close up, but passable. Do you have something suitable in beige?
either wear a pretty bra or wear a cami?
Yeah, I would go for a sexy longline bra. It will look like a top under the lace shirt. Thanks :)
This is a quite pushupy bikini top (in the true Victoria's Secret style). Just a note on the measurements: the top has a tie back that can't be completely undone, so the band measurements are a bit iffy. I tried to make the unstretched band measurement the tightest that it can be adjusted to before stretching. The stretched measurement is the loosest that it can go, but it was probably not stretched as much as it could have been.
I wish this bra was made in more sizes! It's the most comfortable and supportive bra I've worn in the 10 years I've been wearing one. The perfect width for my narrow rooted breasts but the cup is too shallow for me producing quadboob. If I gently bend the underwire to conform to my ribs the gore tacks and stays tacked. Leaving the wires straight the gore *almost* tacks. Really sexy, supportive, and comfortable if you fit into them. I find the demi version has slightly more quadboob effect than the Perfect Coverage Body by Victoria because it IS a lower cut, but there's also less fabric in the armpit area which means it's more comfortable for me and others like me where our tail of spence really gets irritated by extra fabric.
Very attractive looking bra but when I went to try it on I could hardly fasten it because the band was so tight and the cups so tiny! I'm comparing this bra to the Body by Victoria Lined Demi and Perfect Coverage models which are the biggest 32DDDs I've found at VS and fit me almost perfectly. I am sized as a 30FF/32F UK (30H/32G US) Just one cup size bigger than a DDD but I couldn't possibly squeeze into the cups on the Dream Angels Demi. My verdict, runs small in band and cup.
This is my old faithful. I dislike my large chest, and this bra tends to give a flatter profile than most, although the trade-off is looking very full from the front if I'm wearing something fitted. It's by far the best bra I've had for looser shirts; they don't tend to hang off me in this, but drape more like they're meant to. It's also the most comfortable underwire bra I've owned. The fabric is super-smooth all over.
I really like the design of this bra. However, as per usual of VS, the cups are not as much too wide for me, as too far apart (making them appear too wide). This causes a few problems: -Quadding/falling out in center. Not a lot, but it's there. -Wires ending way outside my IMF. This is typical of any bra, since I'm tuberous, but whereas bras like Comexim, EM, and Cleo come super close, this is just pretty far off. -Having padding near my armpit which makes it look like my tissue is under my arms since this is padded. Not as bad as my 32DD Strappy Butterfly print bra, but that's because ...that was a larger size and wayyy more padded. -Gaping on the top corners of the bra. While the depth isn't too deep for me whatsoever, the distance of the cups olaces them so that they hit a spot on my chest where I have NO tissue, which makes them gape at the upper corners.
Other than that, I like this bra. It's very comfortable, and VS is sneakily making their bands tighter but not changing the band numbers. I've had this experience with a Body By Victoria 32DD, a new babydoll and bra in 32D from the same fabric that they're currently selling as well. Idk the name, but it's light pink, black, and white lace. Very pretty. It was definitely a 27" band on a "32". Not only that but the fabric wasn't stretchy at all. I would've had to size up to a 34. Pretty crazy for VS IMO.
This one is tighter, and it has a split in the fabric so that looks a little weird on me, because it's almost a longline and my skin is softer as you move down my ribcage. I'm going to measure when I have a chance, but I'd place it at a 30-31" band.
Overall, I like this, I just wish, as usual, the cups were closer.
Edit:
Between the cup distance and the cup height/gaping at the sides, I have to sell this. :/ Not happy about it. I did discover that the straps are convertible, so perhaps criss-crossing them would help with the gaping, but, blah. I feel bad because I love the band on this so much, but it's just not right for me. The only VS bras that really work for me are the Dream Angels bras, normally, and some unlined ones. Oh well https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Maybe when I learn how to sew I'll make a cool band like this, that will fit 28" too.
