This bra is comfortable enough for daily wear but isn't a perfect fit on me. It's pretty loose all over. The straps aren't completely adjustable so they're too long, even on the shortest setting, and the band is very stretchy. The cups give me a nice shape, though I have a tiny bit of gapping at the top. The problems aren't major and I am going to keep this bra in my rotation, but I'm also going to keep looking for a better fit.
This is an old bra and I really don't like it anymore... I thought it fit long ago but nope. Nope. Cups gape and the band is too big. Underwires poke into my side.
A cute bra and a good push up! It seems good for wide roots, but for me band is too large and the cups are too small.. i think i'm going to alter the band to try to make it fit. The band seems to stretch easily too which is unfortunate combined with the fact that it's already too big
I love the fabric of this bra, is sooooo silky soft, It is a beautiful bra, sadly for me doesn't fit right, still wearable, but I have to be on the watch for cuadboob all day long, that means pulling and adjusting all day long, I guess if I could find a ddd would fit me right on the cups but the band would still be too big.. Other than that I could wear this bra all day long without a problem, it is very comfortable. Come on Victorias secrets you have to make bras in 28 and 30 band.... Please!! washed only by hand, I don't think this bra could stand a washing machine.
This is hands down the SOFTEST bra I've ever put on. It is so comfortable, seriously. I wish the band came smaller because it would be a hit. But of course VS doesn't go below 32. Shallow, wide set friendly. Very pretty.
Suuuuch a beautiful bra with the lace and sparkly details. Definitely a date night bra. Well constructed. Band is too big on me, cups a touch too small/short. This band runs tight for a 32 in my opinion, could work as a 30E possibly. Good for wide set, somewhat shallow boobs.
Super cute, kind of a leotard back band. Adorable lace detailing on the straps. Too big in the band and the straps don't adjust short enough as they aren't fully adjustable. Otherwise, it's very comfortable. This band is verrry generous, IMO. Even if it wasn't, a 32 band is too big on me.
Very pretty, and like most VS bras, great for shallow & wide boobs. The band runs tighter than most 32 bands, IMO, but still too big for me and that is why it doesn't fit. Also, I find the wires to be a bit short under my armpits, enhancing the "armpit fat" effect. I would call this bra more of a 30E than a 32DD, simply because of the band measurements. It's molded but not stiff, with very soft lining.
Cute bra. It was a style VS didn't carry very long. It doesn't fit me simply because the band is too long and in the time I've owned it, I now know I need a 28 band. Due to the structure of the band, it wouldn't be friendly towards alterations. The gore does not tack most likely due to the length of the band. BUT, it is a very shallow-friendly bra - which I desperately need. The 6" cup width is perfect for me. There is a lace edge above the inner lining/moulding that I do not fill out - this might work better for shallow boobs with upper fullness. The band across the back is sheer lace. It doesn't work for me, but it would for someone in this size range who doesn't need a ton of structure or added support. I will be listing this bra here.
I bought this set off of eBay with the matching Strappy panties in a leopard print, and I am in love with this design! This is now my THIRD VS Very Sexy, and this one is def different than the other 2 I have. I'm not exactly sure which model of the Very Sexy line this is, it wasn't specified, but it's not the Strappy (I don't think) cuz there is a full band in the back, it's actually mesh.
One thing I will say about this bra, the band is very tight for a VS 32 band!! And I'm loving it, since my true size is a ...28G (just can't seem to pull myself away from VS bras!). I'd say this is a true 30 band! It fits more like a 30FF. Unlike my other Very Sexy bras, the cups on this one are too far apart for my close-set boobs (almost 2"). I'm gonna have to try taking in the gore I think. And the cups are really wide! And they do come up pretty high on the sides. But I think I can make it work, I really hope so. This set is just too adorable! I'd hate to have to sell it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Read more 105 more words
Bra fits well and is mostly comfortable. Foil material somewhat scratchy around band. Maintains shape well and bra straps fully adjustable. I personally prefer bras with less padding for a more natural shape.
Good fit. I personally prefer a bra with more cup coverage and a higher center gore vs. a demi style push-up. Bra foil lace somewhat scratchy around band secondary to nature of the material.
Very comfortable. Hugs both my breasts like it was made for me. Soft, smooth under clothing. Good price until I am completely healed and settle into my size. Would recommend as a good wireless everyday bra!
I've kept this bra for way too long, even though the band is too big and the cups are too shallow (though only recently is it no longer technically a decent sister-size for me) because it's so vibrant and pretty. It's silky, and comfortable, and it makes my boobs look good even though it offers approximately zero support thanks to being too big in the band. The gore is SO LOW AND TINY! I'll never get to wear another gore like this again, which is a shame because I have close-set breasts.
It's time to move on, but I want someone to have it, because it's gorgeous and I'm honestly pretty sad to part with it.
I kind of miss wearing Victoria's Secret bras. I mean, they don't come in my size, they're too shallow for me, and they all kind of look the same. But they're so soft. And conventional--no one asks you questions about a Victoria's Secret bra.
So obviously these cups are both too small and too shallow, even though they're a little too wide. The band is WAY too loose for me (I prefer 28 bands these days). But other than that, this bra has a lot to like. It's got nice thin straps that don't provoke questions if you can see them mingling with spaghetti strap tops. It's got a super low gore, so low that it doesn't matter that it's wider than any of my other gores, because it's a seriously deep plunge and meets below my boobs. It also gives awesome cleavage despite the absence of huge push-up inserts. It's plain but comfortable. I'd love one that fit better.
I've had it for years and it really hasn't changed much. It's pretty indestructible.
I'm surprised this bra put up with as much abuse as I put it through. Too much boob for too little cup, machine washing (at least not drying!), hard wear... There's some discoloration under the wires on the outside of the bra, but the fabric feels very nice on the skin and the molding is soft and doesn't squeak like foam.
Of course, it doesn't fit me and I've just been muddling along with it anyway because I was unemployed. If I were the proper size for this bra, I'd probably be pretty keen on it, though I've noticed it stretches out quickly.
Ridiculously cute and has smooth fabric and molding that looks good under t-shirts, soft enough cups and lining that it's the most comfortable bra I've got. If only it fit... Vickie's has size issues and quality issues, we all know that. Mine have held up pretty well for such heavy abuse as I give them, so I think the quality isn't really that bad. I desperately wish I had such cute colors or patterns available in sizes that actually fit me. The problem is that VS bras and their marketing don't fit.
I've been wearing 38DD in VS for a long time, knowing that it doesn't fit me, because I didn't know I could access larger bras. The bra stretches out and the pattern is definitely visible under thin clothes, but for five years of machine-washing and hard-wearing and filling with far too much boob for the bra, it's held up remarkably well.
Not to diss this bra or anything, but I'm pretty sure you can find designs that are as cute or cuter in a size that actually fits. What is your correct size, incidentally?
I'm actually a 36GG. I'm just reviewing my old, ill-fitting bras because they're about to go.
And you still can't find anything cute in 36GG? That surprises me!
Maybe it was just the specialty store I went to. Everything was industrial beige or white and that funky satin. I ended up with a decent Elomi and a Fantasie, both for everyday. But man, I'd love some bright colors and floral prints and polka dots...
Small lingerie stores have to be really really conservative with what they order, and often don't like to gamble with fun or cute styles that may not sell as well in each color overall (what with different customers preferring different colors). Look online and you'll see how much there is to choose from! Amazon does free returns and exchanges, for example.
Now that I've had a chance to try on and buy a 36GG Elomi and a 36G Fantasie (apparently, the cups run big so that works - I'm still on the fence with this idea) I'm hoping that I'll feel confident enough to try online shopping for bras!
Honestly with free returns, all you have to lose is time. Just don't be tempted by the super discount websites because you typically cannot return anything.
