End of November 2015 I finally decided and bought a bra from Bratabase from a user. She has contributed lots with reviews and comments so I trusted her enough to buy her bra with Paypal's friend option. Because it's sent with regular mail there is no tracking code. After she received it she told me she would ship it to ... me on the next day. It would ship internationally, but since our countries are next to each other I figured it wouldn't take too long.
Unfortunately for me it now has been 7 weeks since it was shipped out. During these weeks I have had some communication with her in which at first she said it might take up to 2-4 weeks before I might receive it, but about 2 weeks ago says it might take up to 6-8 weeks. The listing I bought is also still open instead of closed.
For next time I think I'll just pay more and request a tracking code and cover the paypal fee.
Bratabase, should I be more patient or am I being naive by waiting for so long and still having hope? I am kind of freaking out and would love to receive some advice from you all.

Name the user, please! I had a similar experience with user veggie who has never sent out 3 bras in a bra exchange from mid August 2015. I was just thinking about suggesting a blacklist or exclusion of such users.

One of the reasons why I prefer not to ship w/o tracking to international people is for this reason. You don't know whether it was shipped or not or even where it is (if it was shipped out).
I have a free bra on its way to me, but I've been waiting since early November, I believe. I'm not stressing it because it was free, but if I paid I'd be nervous.

I received my first bra from a fellow Bratabase user yesterday (woo-hoo!), and today I sat down all ready to accept the transfer and measure the darn thing, but I can't seem to accept the transfer. What am I doing wrong? On the Transfers page, after I click the bra it says "When you get this bra, click here to get you set up" and there is a pink "Mark as received" button, but pressing that button just takes me back to the Transfers summary page. Infinite loop of frustration. :-/

I have a problem too, I transferred a bra so it's in transit (marked as shipped) but I still have 0/31 outgoing transfers...

Has anyone ordered from TR lately? I placed an order 12/15/2015, and have received nothing. I reached out to them regarding the order's status, and heard nothing. I opened a dispute with PayPal, but am wondering what the deal is, and if anyone else has experienced this lately. In the past, I usually receive TR orders approx. 10 days after the order has been placed. And now, it's been nearly a month.

Their instagram and twitter have been used within the last few hours. Perhaps reach out to them there? You shouldn't have to resort to that, but I don't know what else to do when email fails.
I've asked them questions on their insta before, and they delete my comment without responding to it . :-/ Otherwise, I'd be all over it!

I'm pretty sure I'm missing something super obvious. I entered the measurements for my 32D - Shock Absorber » Ultimate Run Bra (S5044) and it's still showing "Not measured." At the same time, the measurements are there.Since it's wireless, there is no cup separation or wire length. However, I did enter cup depth/width by measuring and then dividing by 2. It made sense, and looks like a couple of others have done the same thing. Is this wrong? Should I have left all of those blank and only entered the bust measurement?

Looks like a case of misconfigured bra. The site thinks it is an underwired bra so it expects it. I just made the changes. Sorry about that, it should now be complete :)
i'm trying to add a bra that is a size M and it won't let me add it, it says invalid size, how do you had these? the make and model are not listed so i was entering a new brand/model, if that helps??

What brand/model it is. Maybe it is misconfigured. If the model is not on the database, when you add it you will be asked to indicate which kind of sizes it uses, there you can indicate SML else it will validate against standard sizes and give you that error.
i tried to add a new brand and then a new model and then when i got to the input sizes thing, there was no option for SML, so i just tried to type S and got an error.

I know you can search the listings for a key word but when I put in a country nothing comes up. And I know there are bras for sale there. Is there any way to search by the location of the bra?

I didn't add it because it would be an inexact search, the location field is an optional open text that gets autofilled from the country you've set in your profile (which is also optional).
I made this an arbitrary text field is that you can change the country name for something else, maybe the city and country or maybe another country. So there are bras from "US", "USA", "California", "CA", "USA - California", "United States"" that will not all match the same search by text even if they're in the same country.

I ordered from Comexim on November 21st. Got an email confirmation that it shipped on December 11th...when I check tracking nothing has changed. It still says the 11th. Any ideas? I just want my order!! Is it stuck at the post office in Poland or do you think it is on the move?

I have a similar problem. Mine shipped on 12/8 and shows it arrived at another place in Poland (Wer Lodz) on the same day. But there is nothing after that... I'm leaving the country on the 7th and am really worried it won't be here by then!
I had an order ship from Ewa December 1st and I just got it today... With Christmas I find customs at least in Canada have been very slow to release packages.
I'd say give it a couple more weeks to show up

Guys please... Always make sure that when you are sending your stuff they don't smell bad or you don't put them wet/dump into a bag coz it comes with smell that you can't even stand it.. Some stuffs I just thrown to the bin as the smell didn't go even after few washes. It happened to me few times now (not only on bratabase) and those situations make me to stop buying from private people..

Jeez, that is bad. >< I got some once that smelled so badly of smoke I smelled it as soon as I opened the box. But that's the only one time something like that has happened to me.

In case you haven't noticed. When you go measure your next bra, there will be a button on the bottom of the screen "Switch to Advanced form".
It will change your measurements screen to a smaller one that doesn't have the instructions clutter on each field. Use this if you're already a pro measuring bras B-)
The preference will be saved, so you should get a smaller screen that fits easily on a phone to work as you go. You can always switch back to the page with instructions clicking the button again.

This is MUCH BETTER. Thanks! I like that it saves my preference, too. I added measurements for eight more bras last night. I would make one tiny modification, putting it at the top of the measurements page, rather than at the bottom. Thanks, Jj!

I am trying to add a Comexim bra. The model is not listed on the bra, and I cannot find it listed. When I try to add a new model, I get errors about the size. I cannot proceed if I only enter 32G, as that's the only size on the tag. Help?

Jj Which model are you trying to enter? Comexim typically uses EU sizing, so that could be the error you're encountering. Did you order through a retailer?
What does it look like? Comexim uses EU sizing, so the 32G on your tag suggests a third party vendor.

I have a TON of bras that need new homes! Most have only been worn 2 or 3 times, before my band and cup size changed recently.
Sizes range from UK 32H/GG, 34GG/G

Aw, tons of awesome bras, 2 cup sizes too small for me. So close and yet so far!
I never need too many fit details on them, but I love seeing listings of them and buying! It would probably work best with bralettes from popular stores like VS, but for most of my bralettes I have no idea what model they are.
