I really like the mesh slide sling, which is helping keep my breast tissue from splaying out too much or getting squished to the sides. Also a big fan of the satin wire casing, it makes wearing a well-fitting bra sooo much comfier, especially when I have sensory issues. The only downside of this is that the wires are a bit more slippery, and I've found longline bras helpful in combatting this issue. Will come back in the evening to report on how this non-longline one has fared!
There is slight wrinkling in the stretch lace at the top of ...the cups that I believe is a result of shape mismatch (I'm not top-full enough) and thus tension on the straps. However, I've started being kinda a fan of plunge-then-balconette styles as it means the straps don't put as much pressure on my tail of spence/armpit area which is a lot more comfortable than bras that 'actually fit'. The straps slide down on my more-sloping shoulder and stay on nicely on my less weird one. Arguably the straps are 'too wide set' for me but I'm going to say it's the asymmetrical-ness of my shoulders that are the issue here (as they usually are).
This works well for me (even fullness, center-full, slightly splayed, average root height, slightly wide roots, shallow and functionally FOB due to soft tissue), though I would prefer wider straps for support/comfort. Anyhow, this is a cute bra and feels comfy so we'll keep it for now https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Edit: This one has fared well after a day of wear! The wires are staying where they should stay, and the band is snug and supportive, but not so tight as to make things uncomfortable. My only issue is with the straps sliding down my left shoulder slightly from time to time, but I'm inclined to say that's an issue with my shoulder moreso than the bra. Can safely say this one is a keeper!

About me: Shallow, tall and narrow-average roots, even vertical fullness, close-set but extremely outer full so I don't look close-set at all.
28Cs are so hard to find that this is my first time getting a bra in my calculator size. (Most of the other 28Cs out there are shape mismatches for me, while TLBC runs small so I have to get 30C in that brand.) It's a little narrow and reminiscent of TLBC, so I've definitely had better fits than this, but for someone less outer-full and/or with softer tissue, this would be fantastic. The band definitely runs tight, but since I'm a small 28 that's not much of an issue. The wires are about as narrow as your average Japanese bra, but they also don't come up high enough to cause any problems. Generally speaking, worth the $25 on sale.
This bra is so pretty and such a lovely color. I really wanted it to fit. On me, the straps were working very hard. I didn't feel like I could get the band tight enough (comfortable underbust around 25 inches, loose around 27 inches). The cups were also too narrow for me. I struggled to collect all the tissue inside the cups, and the gore wanted to sit on breast tissue.
This bra was not for me. It fit much smaller than the Leah lace balconette that I bought from Boux Avenue. Definitely not great for anyone with projection or a substantial amount of upper breast tissue. This is probably better for shallow shapes. The material of the wings and cups is nice, but I was not sure how to feel about the straps. The material there bothered me during my short try on test. I would not recommend if your skin is highly sensitive like mine.
Not enough room in the cup for me. I suffered from the quad boob effect in this bra, and the center gore dug in. This bra has a lovely appearance for an every day bra. I wish it had fit.
The band however feels quite tight and the cups are on the smaller and more shallow side.
On me the cups are squishing the boobs very heavily, which is common with strapless bras but this one does it much more than others. Would recommend sizing up in both band and cup (unless you like the girls squished).
Beautiful design, surprisingly comfortable and not itchy or pokey despite all the lace and wires that come with longline corset style bras. Unfortunately the band is too big so it rides up and the straps can't be pulled tight enough but I still wear it on occasion as it's gorgeous and comfortable!
This bra fits...very strangely. The band is quite snug. and I think I would've been fine with a 30 band. I have no extender on hand to see if that helps the fit, but we'll go with it. The shape is... so so odd. The bras are very pointy - I can't even say projected, they're straight up pointy. Madonna-esque. When I scoop and swoop. I get weird spillage, but the apex of the bra feels like it is completely empty. Maybe this is what a too-projected lined/padded bra looks like on me, as bras that I've tried on that are too projected have been unpadded.
I own the Ann Summers Sexy Lace bras, which I would argue is the sister to the Mollie bra (they're rival companies, and the bras look the exact same), and I prefer my Sexy Lace better, even if I can only get it in a 30 band. However, if you're quite projected, and I emphasise projected, give it a try. Maybe size up on band though.

Cup shape is primary halfcup, overall projected shape and even width on both halves, so might be prone to east-west.
True to what I've seen from the rest of this brand, bottom inch of cup is very shallow! So this is ok for upper full types, or for some even fullness. Might not work as well with bottom fullness.
Build is thick/soft/pillowy with satin ...outer/cotton knit inside cups, very supportive although openness on top and shortness of cup may leave some room for improvement with movement.
The straps are reminiscent of like a handbag, oblong or oval shaping, very soft and attach in the front with a large o-ring. I ***Really*** like these in particular.
Band is flat/straight not curved like polish bras. It's made with a higher quality powermesh and appears to not have the issues with elastics and main being different stretch ratios (looking at you panache & curvy kate).
Since this is not for me, am not quite sure how the fit and wear is like. Read more 109 more words
This can hardly be called a balconette. I was warned that the "balconettes are good for shallow breasts" advice only really applied to smaller cup sizes, but I was not prepared for its cups to actually be deeper and narrower than other bras in its size. That's, like, the exact opposite of the reason one buys balconettes, isn't it? As a consequence of this, the underwire doesn't at all sit right (even when I feel like I've scooped all my side boob into the cup, the outer underwire is still floating), the gore never quite rests properly, and I look ridiculous with these enormous-looking cups that are essentially ...resting on air. As if to add insult to injury, the top of the cups actually cut into my breasts if I bend forward at all, despite not even coming close to filling their extremely round depths. I don't know to what extent it's related, but the straps are also way too wide-set; I'm assigned male at birth and my shoulders can barely catch them. Really, this whole bra just feels like it's measured wrong in all the right places. Even the band doesn't actually stretch to a 40 (though this one is fine for me because I'm between a 38 and a 40).
Rating this bra is pretty difficult. It seems well-made, but also poorly-measured? The fabric is extremely comfortable, but literally everything else about it isn't. The bra looks really pretty and cute in a vacuum or on a model, but looks absolutely terrible on me. I'm just gonna split the difference as best I can. I'm really disappointed with this, and at this price (I paid like $60), I'm terrified to try another full-bust sized balconette after this one. Read more 181 more words
My fit needs: projected, immediately projected, slightly narrow, fob with tall roots (functionally even), very close set, very center full. The St Kitts is similar to the other boux avenue bikinis I have. It doesn't fit me anymore but it was perfect depth wise when I was a 26FF but the band rode up a little. Really good for cleavage, moderate projection and width (but outstanding for a moulded bikini especially in comparison to cleo and freya). It also is angled in a way where the its thicker foam at the bottom than the top to push up the boobs. I would love to get this in a 30G, since I love the color and design. Definitely more for tanning and lounging around than swimming lol.

So this bikini doesn't fit me anymore but it was perfect depth wise when I was a 26FF and iirc although the band rode up a little bit, it was still pretty tight (27"). The 30D - Boux Avenue » Kara Non-padded Balconette Bra (101748) was my favorite bra when I first got it. I have since gained weight and it no longer fits. The lace will show through thin shirts, it isn’t a tshirt bra anyway. I didn’t find the seams and lace on this bra itchy.
When I first got this bra, the cups fit perfectly and were super comfortable. The band was quite a bit too small so I got a band extender and it fit perfect. I've since gotten bigger and it no longer fits at all. It is really cute. I do think Boux Avenue runs a bit small.
This is a really cool looking bra. I'm sad they are out of 30G, or I'd try it, even though I'm pretty sure it won't fit (probably not projected at wire enough for my FOB breasts).
