The best fitting strapless I've ever worn. A 28 band would probably have been better, but it fits on the second tightest column of hooks for now. There are 4 total columns. Instead of silicon, it has heavy duty elastic, which I find much more comfortable. I also like that there are two different places to attach the straps on the back, so you can angle them in or have the traditional parallel fit.
When I purchased this from Nordstrom Rack it was supposed to be a 30E. They actually shipped me a 30DD. But even taking that into account, this bra still runs at least 1 size small in the band and 1 size small in the cups. Seems really comfortable and well-made...if only it fit me...
I was fitted at Nordstrom and this was one of their recommendations for me. It is comfortable, not scratchy in the least. it is somewhat supportive but does not push breasts forward. My shape wearing this is quite rounded. The lined lower halves of the cups cover my nipples and are opaque enough so they don't show through. The cups are stretch lace but there's a thin band of elastic at the top than cuts into my top fullness.
It is a nice basic bra, very light and airy, not full coverage but good enough for me, I am pretty sure that the 30 FF would fit better, this one does fit, but I have to fasten the band on the tightes set of hooks right away https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> wich is not good because the life of the bra is not going to be that long, and a G cup would have been better too, because the gore tacks but not completely, and I have read that that might be because the cups are a bit small. The support is not that great, The straps adjust all the way and you can wear it criss-crossed too. Over all a really nice bra!!
34: 7 Index Size (2 cup sizes smaller than my usual cup size) (usual index size= 34: 9) Pros: -Fairly Comfortable -Good everyday/ work bra--hides cleavage, minimizes bust size -Cup Seams offer decent support--2 vertical seams, 1 diagonal -Underwire does not stab me - Band has 4 columns of hooks --theoretically allows for a nearly 2 inch adjustment
Cons: -Underwires are NOISY/ Creaky. Even when not wearing the bra, the contact of the wires with the wire channel fabric results in a creaky/ squeaky sound(this has been my experience in all my Chantelle bras.) -Underwires slightly wide. - Cups are 1 size smaller than my usual size, so they cut into the tissue at the top - Straps are wider than I would like, leading to minor discomfort when moving arms horizontally across my body (cups/ straps cut into sides of arm) -Band: I can already hook it on the tightest wire, but that might be in part due to my measurements and squishyness (my snug underbust measurement is 33")
Really comfortable right when I put it on, cup material is soft and the fits well without squeezing me like some other 30 bands. Design is simple but pretty, not a lot of extra lace and doodads hanging off it.
I have said in another reviews "most comfortable bra ever" but to tell you the truth, forget about those other bras, of course, some of them are comfortable, but by far this one is IT!! It is very very soft, the fit is perfect, it gives a tiny bit of a pointy look, but is fine, the lift is great, i wore it for the whole day and not once did I felt uncomfortable, the band fit is a little on the big side, but not enough for it not to fit in my regular size, the color is so beautiful, is a wounderful tone of blue, the straps are the right width, the bra is just absolutely beautiful!! Very feminine!! Really in love with this bra, absolutely amazing!!!
This bra is comfortable, and at first I really liked it. Then I started getting picky with it and I found a few issues: the gore gaps a bit at the bottom and I get a small amount of pinching at the top of the cup. I think also it may be a bit too full coverage for my liking. It is a really nice bra in general.
Band fits fine, cups are just too small or too closed at the top. I was so happy to find a basic, comfortable dark brown bra that I bought it, and I shouldn't have. And it is comfortable, I just have extra boobs popping out the top. Ah well.
The cups are made of a mesh material similar to Freya Hero. But, unlike Hero, there is a thin fabric lining beneath that so that no skin is actually visible through the cups,
Wide underwires which works for my wide roots. I am still spilling out the sides under my underarms a bit. I didn't quite fill the top of the cup at first bc I am shallow on top, but the moulded cups hid that fact. Now it seems either the memory foam eventually conformed to my shape so I fill it or I am just PMSing. In fact with my PMS it is cutting into my breast tissue on top so I wouldn't recommend for any fot women. It is comfortable to wear. As others have said the band is stretchy and loose. ... I sewed the band in a bit so it fits better. I would prefer smaller band sizes in Chantelle. The cups are only moulded so I find my shape is so-so. I like the wire width but wish they had more padded bras to push my splayed breasts in and my fob, shallow top breasts up. I will say it is comfortable to wear and I do like wearing it as an everyday bra. I have the multi-position straps for this style which is great for wear umder all kinds of tops. I don't know if it is meant to be a strapless but heck for my boat neck tshirt I got, I am definitely wearing this as a strapless! I find the price a bit expensive but honestly, I am just glad it fits! Denise5 Read more 145 more words
This is my staple bra. I have at least five of them in different colors. Comfortable, durable, and gives me a great shape. This is a definite must for those of us with a fuller bust!
This bra has some minor fit issues on me.. tops of cups cut in slightly, cups slightly wide...
The wires seem more uncomfortable and stabby than with the bras I own. The band is surprisingly tight, considering it was bought used. The shape it gives me is lower set and more flattened than I like.
I was going to give this bra a try despite these things, but after a few hours on two separate days, the gore was killing me with how it was stabbing my chest https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
