This is the only print to come along since the plaids that has really caught my attention. I had to try it on! Purchased 28GG/28H for comparison. Once upon a time I almost bought AW10's Sadie 30G in Purple Plaid (see review here: http://bra.pe/RGu/). Those cups were just a bit too small and now that I think of it they were quite similar to Freya's Padded Half Cups. Except ...there is this bit of loose lace trim on these Juna-style Cleo bras. Well, the 30G Sadie felt just a bit too small in the cup and here the 28GG Rihanna feels just like that but firmer in the band. The 28H (tighter band equivalent of a 30GG and one-cup bigger than the original Purple Plaid Sadie was made, she stopped at a G-cup!) This is my ideal fit: firm in the back, nice little lift and all-rounded shape. The lace does stick up a bit on my smaller breast but flattens underneath a t-shirt. And in a gorgeous 80's video-game type print to boot! Reds, blues, greys and white glory. I will keep an eye out for more wonderful patterns in the future now that I know my Juna-size. Next, I'm ready to try an actual Juna from the core line! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

This bra is super comfortable - no padding just a classic three section balcony cup.
The 28GG is my go to size for Cleo - the band is a true size 28 and fits very comfortably and firmly without feeling tight. The cup size is a little bit generous right through the nipple/deepest part of the cup and I found that the 28GG was perfect for my bigger breast and a bit big on my smaller breast. The smaller breast has a small amount of wrinkling towards the armpit where the lace meets the floral fabric but because the lace is so very thin I don't think the extra ...fabric will show under clothing at all.
The fitter suggested I try the 30G (I think she puts a few clients down a cup size for this bra) but I found that it cut in a bit in a bit along the top edge of the lace section and this was noticeably giving me quad boob on my bigger boob.
I took my usual size happily because unless I wear a very very tight knit tee (which I wouldn't do because it would show the 3 piece cup seams too) the extra fabric puckers in one cup won't be noticeable.
The print isn't my favourite - it's a bit young with a very pale off white "ballet" pink base covered in blue and hot pink flowers) but I thought the shape this bra gave me was lovely and naturally perky. It's a great basic balcony - the kind I'll reach for often in my drawer.
A cute detail in the bra's center: two layers ribbon bow and a hot pink miniture button sewn down on top. Read more 175 more words
I'm not really sure what to say about this bra. The band was ok, but a tiny bit looser than what I'd like. The cup fit itself is just plain odd. The underwire isn't really too big, as much as it just goes too far back. It is literally around my ribcage, past the sides, to where my back and sides meet. It is slightly too big in the cup, but I think if the cup wire wasn't as wide it would fit better. There is slight wrinkling at the top of the cup, just along the extra panel on the top of the cup.
Pros: lovely, great shape, wide-placed straps, nice lift
Cons: the seam right before the top is too tight and cuts in... but the rest is fine? Strange. Also, the straps DO NOT STRETCH... they will curl strangely if too tight. Also, it claims to be a 32, but fits more like a 28 or 30. My other 32s from Panache are much looser.
Advice: go up a band size (and down a cup size) if buying this bra.
This is essentially the same as my review fot the 28F. I got both the 28F and the 28FF assuming I'd find my size and send the other back. The 28F fits best during my "small week" right after my period, and the FF right before and during my period week, so I ended up keeping them both.
What I like about this bra:
*I'm a bit "bottom heavy/teardrop shaped." Fuller cup styles always, always wrinkle at the top, but the balconette style is nice. *I like the colors. especially the orange-red color of the lace. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> *The band is nice and tight, but this ...could be because this was the first bra I got in a band size that wasn't huge on me. *The cups are lightly padded, so they help to hide nipples without adding size.
What I don't like:
*There was definitely a breaking-in period. The bra was really stiff and scratchy the first couple of times I wore it, but is fine now. *I am already using the middle hooks, but I can't say whether it's because the band is stretching out already or if I'm just getting used to tighter bands and realizing I can comfortably fasten tighter than I have been. This may not be the bra's fault. I'll update when I've had it a little longer. *The wires come up too high in the middle, where they cut into my breasts just a little bit. I think if I could snip off the top 1/2 inch in the middle or move the wires down and around a bit so they're higher on the outside and lower in the middle it would be much more comfortable. EDIT: Yes, pushing the wires down in the middle a little, so the "rotate" up higher on the outer sides, helps a lot. *The seam down the middle of the cup is visible under tighter clothing. *I can usually get away with tightening the strap on my smaller side, but with this bra/size I need to pad my smaller side a little. This bra seems a little less accommodating to asymmetries than others I have had in the past. I don't really have this problem with the 28F, but I think it's because, even though the 28F is a little too small half the time, I'm still only a small 28FF in this bra the rest of the time, if that makes sense.
I've seen complaints elsewhere about the lace sticking up awkwardly above the cups, but I've not really had problems with that. I'll try to get pictures of some sort up soon, and will update about quality when I've had them a little longer. Read more 337 more words
Whether it's due to weight gain or migration, this bra fits comfortably all the time now, with the 28F being too small. It's softened up a bit after washing, but the decorative fabric overlaying the cups seems to have stretched a little bit or something. It seems to wrinkle a little bit, independently of the actual cups. It's not visible under clothing, however. Overall this is one of the best fitting bras I have right now.

Edited the "Fit Issues" to reflect the way the bra is currently fitting. Since this was my first bra in something close to a good band size it may be due to migration, but this size is definitely too small now.
Despite this bra being a Panache build/design (Panache straps are too wide for me), I love this bra. The lace has a wonderful liner that prevents most of the itchiness. It's very supportive and, mostly, very comfortable. There are a few spots that are a bit harsh at this point, but the bra is still new and I expect them to "break in" - mostly these spots are where the straps attach. This particular Eleanor is bright red, with a teal and yellow/gold bow, and as a result is a bit much for me (it was part of a grab bag, so I didn't select the color), but ...I would absolutely buy again in a color more to my liking.
I do think the bra is a bit "plain" for a style bra like this. The only non-red is that little bow. More integration of the offset color, or choosing a more subtle offset color and using it significantly, would help with the interest of the bra. This basic bra in fleshtone or black as a "intentionally boring, subtle bra" would be fantastic. Read more 74 more words
The Cleo Jude is a moulded cup, plunge bra, similar to the Deco in that. However, the similarities to the Deco end there. While the Deco has a rounded, uplifting shape (causing my bust to look artificial), the Jude allows a more natural shape. When first seeing this, I thought I would love the bra, as I strongly prefer a natural shape.
Unfortunately, the fit of this bra just isn't up to snuff. After one wearing, I'm already tightening the band and still not finding the kind of support I'd like. I'm left with a feel that the support comes more from compression than from uplifting. Perhaps this is ...due to the cups being a touch too small, but it's not available beyond a G. I'd expect a larger chest/ribcage to find a better fit, and if between sizes or near the tighter edge of your size, get a smaller band.
The straps irritate the front/side of my arms, when they reach to go over my shoulders. This is typical for Panache (and Panache designed) bras. Additionally, when I reach, the underwires poke my underarms painfully. This is not typical of Panache bras for me.
I love the natural shape of this bra, and I appreciate how the lines are smooth under clothing (even the slight lace trim at the top of the cups hide easily under clothes). I'd like a less stretchy/tighter band, and of course I'd like a Freya shape rather than Panache shape. Read more 135 more words
I've been eyeing this bra for a while, but I finally decided to get it and I'm glad I did. It has a very fun look which I've been missing from my collection for a while now. The cups are made of mesh with an extra mesh lining on the bottom half of the cup which feels nice and soft.
Fit wise, it's pretty good and it gives a natural rounded shape. The band feels really firm, like the Panache Andorra in the same size. My main problem with bras is that the top edge tends to cut into me, but I don't have that problem with this bra. I'd say the cups are a bit taller so I get a bit more coverage. I do have some wrinkling across the top seam, but it's not saggy at all. When I hunch forward (like reaching forwards to stretch) it gapes at the top, but otherwise it's fine.
The Lizzie is part of the Cleo George/ Lizzie/ Eleanor/ Sasha/ Alexa line. I can strongly recommend checking out ebay for the Cleo George, that bra is just as good as the Lizzie while the Eleanor has been a bit of a let-down. Also, have you tried the Panache Harmony Balc. and the Panache Sienna? Those are similar to the Lizzie in the ways they handle a lot of volume on top.
No I haven't tried the Harmony or the Sienna yet, since I'm looking for more colourful bras at the moments. I'll try them next time. :)
I bought this bra becauase I needed a really plunging bra to go with a low cut shirt. This bra basically does the job.
It's lightly padded and the material is quite soft, like a t-shirt.
The sizing feels really similar to the 30E, but the 30E gave me a double boob and this one didn't. It also gives a nice rounded shape.
Some things I didn't like:
- The colour. I'm not a huge fan of magenta, but I thought it was better than the grey.
- The top embroidery, just doesn't look elegant. I don't think black and magenta go together.
One thing that confused me was that of all the pictures of I've seen of this bra, the models have amazing cleavage and I didn't when I tried it on. I did get a double boob effect with the 30E, but I don't think that's the same as having a proper cleavage.
Thank you for being the 1st to post images of this bra! I have not had the chance to see it in person so I hope to order it online. It looks like the cup and wing are very similar to the Masquerade Maia that I own, very cotton-y: http://bra.pe/SKl. This gives me hope it might fit properly. Have you tried the Cleo Jude plunge? (http://bra.pe/SKo) Do you think these two are very similar in shape? I hope so. :)
Hi! :) No, I haven't tried the Cleo Jude, so I can't say if the shape is the same unfortunately. If you want to try this bra, I would recommend www.brastop.com since they're a bit cheaper there (and that's where I got mine).
I tried this bra and did get great cleavage double boob BUT - that seam is so prominent that it is hard to hide under any sort of thin fabric. (28FF) Before I found this site, I tried the Cleo Jude in both the 28 FF (waaaay to small in the cup and this is my normal size in the Freya Deco) exchanged for a 30G - Band too Big; Cup oddly proportioned for me - overall didn't fit.
mamakhan, I hear you. I learned the hard way that Cleo plunges are just too small for me. I think Panache as a brand run small whereas Freya runs larger. However, Panache wires just aren't shaped for my body. After owning 2 Cleo models (Jude & Alex) and having tried Cleo "Sadie", Panache "Porcelain", "Tango II" and the "Anna" bikini top... None have worked out. My boobs do 1 of 2 things: either just look saggy or spill out the top/quad-boob. I currently really enjoy the non-wired Sophie but so far it's the only soft cup model of any brand I have tried. If you try more Panache def go up 2 cups from Freya. I think I am a GG in them! UGH! ;) :P
Actually, quite sad too since Bravissimo have the adorable Cleo exclusive "Karina" plunge which looks like a cross btw Penny & Jude--up to a small-sized G cup. :(
1. It's a fabric bra, what I like. And I like the design. 2. It gives to my breasts a horrendous shape. Looking from the front, it's fine. But from the side... The middle is empty, the top of the bra is digging in the breast (a bad bra for fuller on the top boobs?), the shape is "sad". I look, as if i had no breasts in it. I want to ask, if the constructor was drunk, or something, or was he looking only from the front to the bra. 3. It's comfortable, the bra, the band, etc. I wear it at home, when no one can see me. 4. I'm not sure, how to put it with the stars.
Like the model in coral, also the mint green one fits very well - there's a bit too much lace fabric in the upper half of the cup, but that's no problem. The band fits tight (to me it seems tighter than the same model in coral and I think I will be using an extender) and the bra gives a great shape.
The Panache Cleo Jo is a really fun and cute bra for that more youthful look. Slightly wider straps (1/2") and they are comfortable. The seams are unobtrusive and there is a light foam lining, and it also has a plunge shape, so it is a good choice for under low-cut t-shirts (darker ones, otherwise the print will show through).
The foam lining is very soft and thin, almost as if it isn't there -- I think it's the softest foam I've ever felt and I'm thrilled with that. The combination of the plunge shape and thin fabric means this bra doesn't offer much in ...the way of support though, so take that into consideration if you're larger busted.
Also, the band is quite light and stretchy, so no cheating on the band size... you must measure accurately and buy the band size that is closest to your actual ribcage measurement. For example, my ribcage measures 27.5" around. I bought a 30 band in this because it was the smallest offered at the place from which I was ordering, but I'm already wearing it on the center hook so a 28 would have been better.
The printed overlay fabric on the cups feels delicate, so this is definitely a hand-wash-only item.
Overall a cute, fun bra and well worth the price (and the hunt). Purchased Spring 2010 from Bare Necessities. Read more 125 more words
Yay, this one fits! My breasts are not exactly the same size and it's noticeable to me that there is some slight puckering near the strap on the smaller one. The straps seem to be set very wide, I find that the puckering is less when the strap is worn closer to my shoulder. Tightening the strap just makes the puckering worse. It's mostly lace there and I don't think it's significant enough to be visible under a shirt. Band feels great, I'm glad I tried a 28, and the straps are very smooth and not too thin. Overall it's a keeper but I would not recommend this bra to someone whose breasts are not somewhat close to the same size. Should also mention that the cups tend to run small - I ordered the 28DD and 28E and found that both were too small - but my only reference is a 30D bra that fits in another brand.
Love the look of this bra, it's certainly the sexiest one I own.
So glad you found the right size, Shell! I only wish I could have gone up a cup size too but it's not made. :( I'm glad the verdict on cups running small is not just me. I have found trying on a few of the different Panache brands some styles run smaller than others. I had to return my Sadie. Enjoy her!
Unsure whether to say all Panache bras run slightly smaller than others. Personally, I think it's more TTS in general. I'm curious of your opinion even after just *trying on* a few more brands. :)
This is such a beautiful bra. The colours are pastel-soft and, honestly, simply *chef's kiss*.
More importantly--it fits!!!
I have average to slightly wide-ish roots, and the cup width on this one fits me really well. Again, average to slightly tall roots, and the cup and side wing heights work well for me. My biggest fit issues are usually to do with the softness of my tissue, and I sized down 2 cups from my calculator size for this bra. One cup size up gives slight wrinkling in the cups and is not shallow enough to support my boobs; this one is more annoying to put on initially but a ...LOT more supportive. However, there's the higher side panel thingy (?) that presses the tiniest bit into my breast tissue when I exhale. Not enough to create any quadding or be uncomfortable, but notable enough to mention in case anyone else is trying to decide between two cup sizes for this bra. It's helpful in 'guiding' inwards my slightly splayed boobs though.
The strap width is narrow enough for me, and I must admit I thought all straps were doomed to fall from my sloping shoulders before this bra, so a pleasant surprise I guess. I'm a big fan of the plunge/balcony hybrid type of bras for this reason and will probably be investing in another one of this model if a nice colour gets released in the future https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
The current only issue is band tightness (after like, a few hours of wear and very bad posture anyways), but easily dealt with with an extender. I'm also center full and the gore is a bit wider than I'd like, but it doesn't really affect the fit/wearability/comfort much at all which is nice. The stretch lace has that elastic band that I was worried would create quadding but it ended up being alright for me (even fullness but soft tissue so functionally FOB).

My shape: I have narrow set, full on top, medium firm/soft high density breast tissue with moderate sagging from weight. My nipples sit low and centered.
Issues I usually have: Most bras are too shallow for me and I spill at top. Or too projected and I get weird flat on side of breast and odd rounded torpedo shape at center of breast.
Cleo blossom bra fit: This bra has a VERY stretchy backband compared to most panache bras. It makes it more comfortable, i can breathe.
The wire is very narrow and not too high. I don't think I can sister size for a slightly wider wire, without the band becoming too ...loose.
I usually run into the opposite problem of wires being too high or wide, so I found this surprising.
This bra has alot of projection, maybe slightly too much? Or the material has poor support for center and inner breast tissue?
I find myself pushing my boobs slightly in wishing it would stay there for that perfect rounded shape.
I fill the bra completely, with no wrinkles and no gapping or spillage.
My opinion of the blossom bra: For me, it the best fit I've found outside my wired panache sport bras in 30H (with a bra extender).
The cleo blossom, like many other panache unlined bras, flatten the sides of my boobs too much, and all the tissue is overly centered, creating a odd, almost torpedo effect... but not quite. It's that strange flat on side pile at middle shape. The odd shape is less severe than all the panache side sling bras.
My complaint on unlined panache bras: I think panache bras do not provide enough center support for larger sizes. And no, a crushing high gore is not a good solution. I'm upset that the sculpturess line excludes smaller back band sizes.
I think it could be resolved if the bras were made with some dart/panel structure at the inner breast, halfway between the center gore and center breast seam that meets the nipple.
With that said, it's the best I've found yet, but still not 100% happy and I still prefer my sport bra.
I've considered making my own everyday bra. With a Side sling, center seam, inner seam, top seam, 3-4 hook back. Narrow set straps, with padded comfort wires To make that fully supported rounded look. Although I do not have all the resources or time to take on that project.
If anyone has found a bra that matches what I dream of making for myself, please let me know. Read more 303 more words
This is my 4th, possibly 5th Blossom. One is a 28F that is too small but the other 28FFs & one 28G are some of my favorite bras.
This particular bra seems to fit me perfectly. I do not need to shorten the strap on my smaller side! It is comfortable in every aspect. The wires are perfect - no poking. The gore sits flat (maybe the slightest tilt after wearing it for a bit, but it’s not uncomfortable). The band is comfortably snug.
I’m not usually a fan of white bras, but the yellow accent is gorgeous. Unlike my other Blossoms, this one has a bow at the gore rather than a silver charm.
I have a full-on-top, center-full shape with soft tissue. This Cleo Blossom is close to the perfect bra for me.
I love this bra! I decided to purchase my 2nd Cleo Blossom just in case Cleo ever decides to discontinue it. I find myself reaching for my original Blossom (Lilac) frequently.
I have soft, asymmetrical breasts with upper fullness. This bra is comfortable and provides fabulous support.
Edit: I noticed someone upvoted my review so I took a look. Interestingly, I am wearing this beauty today. I added a few photos of me wearing it (just had to take my top off).
I ordered *another* Cleo Blossom 28FF from BOB today - the lemon yellow/white one. This is one of my favorite bras.
This is my current favourite bra - it ticks ALL the boxes for me. My boobs are quite close set, with a fairly narrow root and most balconettes tend to cut into my breast tissue at the gore - this one has a slightly lower gore and magically does not cut in! It's the perfect sweet spot between a plunge and a balconette for me - supportive, but low cut enough to be comfortable for me. I've also got very soft breast tissue and I think I'm fuller on the bottom, and this bra works really well for that, especially with the stretchy lace on top of the ...cup.
The wires are quite close set, and the straps set closer than a lot of other brands - both of which are frequent issues for me with other brands - this is why I generally like Cleo a lot. Alexis does fit a smidge tighter in the band than other Cleo bras - I usually find Cleo very loose (and prone to stretching), and need a 30 band (which is way too tight for me in Curvy Kate and Freya), but this one works well in a 32 as well. It really feels like this bra was made for me. It feels very secure. It lifts and pushes me together the way I need a bra to. I’m wide set and shallow.stays put even when running around and I’m so glad I got this before I was unable to. I felt like maybe the cups were too small at first but when I tried the FF it was definitely too big. That seems to happen to me all the time. One size too small the next size up too big or vise versa. I’m still trying to figure out what I need. But this one is probably going to be an everyday type bra. Unless I find something else that works as well
