Im normally a 30H/30HH/32H and this bra is too big in the cup, im not even sure if one size smaller is gonna fit me. shame, its such a pretty, nicely made bra! i can close the band on the tightest hook, not sure if thats because its too big overall or if i need a smaller size.
Gore is high and the top of it sits on a little bit of breast tissue, which chafes a bit. Very wide straps. The lace does not sit flush to the breast, but is easily fixed by wearing a camisole underneath my top. But overall, I really like the nice round shape this bra gives me. The band sits nice and secure, and I can wear it all day.
I've lost weight since I bought this bra and the cup is now too big so I usually wear it when I have a bad case of water retention.
The Juna by Cleo, sold in black, white and beige, is pretty close to being your average molded tshirt bra, except it has some lace on top.
The sizing seems pretty good, though the band does seem larger than average and the cup might be a bit smaller depending on your breast shape.
The fabric is smooth and comfortable, the quality seems okay. It's probably not a bra that will last forever, but it'll last for ...a while.
The real downside for me about this bra was that it is definitely not made for breasts that are fuller at the bottom and it will be noticeable due to the lace on top. This bra is great for breasts that are full on top (though I suspect you might need a bigger cup size if your breasts need deep cups) and for shallow breasts.
This is a great thing, though, because while it does not suit my shape (and I'm not surprised, I never liked molded bras for this reason), it will definitely look great on other women and give them enough support.
So if you're the right shape, go for it and consider taking a smaller band size. If you're not the right shape, avoid it.
I think this is a really pretty bra. The band is stretchy enough for me to fit a full hand underneath, but doesn't seem to ride up. The cups seem to be right size, but not the right shape. They cut into my breast tissue at the top. The shape underneath clothing is also a little funky. The wires also poke a little in the center. I'm still deciding whether this bra is worth keeping or not.
this and the curvy kate princess were the first bras i bought, i grew out of them really quickly. its a pretty bra, comfortable to wear. i even liked it so much i bought the ellie and rihanna (in my new right size). those are the bras i wear when i want a bit of cleavage, i even wear the too small juna now and then when i want even more cleavage.
Fits my smaller boob pretty well. The larger one, not so much. Quadboob isn't too bad, but the right breast isn't sitting in the cup as it should. The bra is somewhat wearable, as long as the top I'm wearing is not too tight. Much adjusting is needed throughout the day. I'm curious as to whether a larger cup would fix this, but alas, Cleo stops at J. The cups supposedly run big. I'm still not entirely sure about my cup size so I can't really comment on that.
The wire width is ok for me in this size (I'm very narrow).
The shape is nice and round.
32 is the smaller of my normal two sizes, and I'm pretty sure a 34 would be too big for me.
This is my first bra with only 2 hooks, and I have to say, I understand why people complain. Ugh. 3 hooks feels much more stable.
First bra I tried in my correct size. Gives good shape and doesn't show too much under shirts. I might try a 28H next time because the band seems to be stretching after a few wears. I like my bands really tight, though. Definitely going to be a style I wear for years to come!
the first time i saw this bra i knew i had to have it! i love the print, its so pretty! i would say it is similiar to rihanna and ellie but the cups are a bit different, kinda higher on the side, on the armpit, which is better for my armpit fat. it makes my boobs look a lot bigger than they normally are though (bigger than the rihanna and ellie as well). i havent worn it a lot yet so i cant say that much more about.
i really like this bra, although the band could be tighter. i would have bought a 30HH but as the rihanna only goes up to a H, thats not possible. apart from that it is a nice bra and gives me a nice cleavage and it hardly shows under a tank top (which is always a plus!)
Fits almost exactly the same as the 36GG. Only difference is I have this on the loosest hook! I've done the same modifications (taken in the centre gore and bound the bottom edge of it in jersey), but the cups are essentially the same size and it fits.
First, I need to mention that I've altered this bra. I've started altering almost all my bras, by taking in the centre gore. I've been doing this as I'm very narrow across the upper back and the rib cage, but I have a quite rounded upper chest. This improves the fit by moving the wires closer together at the bottom, but giving my chest more room at the top. I also bound the bottom edge of the gore as I found the fabric to be quite stiff, and it irritated my skin a little.
That being said, this is my current go-to bra. I have it in two sizes, ...and I alternate wear depending on water retention. I love the fact that there is no elastic under the cups, as I find I can pull the bra up under my breasts, and not only do I fill the cups comfortably, but the bra stays where I put it. This was the size I was fit in, but as I started wearing it on the middle hook I ordered a 34H online. I will definitely be ordering more of this bra, so hopefully I manage to snag it in a different colourway. Read more 93 more words
I like the overall design of this bra, but it definitely didn't fit me. I was bursting out of the top and the band was quite snug (probably because the cup was too small). The shape is less round than I would prefer, but I didn't test it with clothing.
The band on this bra probably would not feel too tight if the cups fit properly. You have breast tissue pushing the cups further away from your body than fitting cups would normally sit, which causes the band to strain more than normal.
I should wear somewhere around a 28GG. (28 underbust, 38 bust) I bought the 32FF because it was the closest sister size in stock and I really needed a bra. I am fuller on top and I am nursing (4 months post partum).
The band is too stretchy, but the gore tacks. It offers good support for being two band sizes too big. The top of the cups doesn't dig in unless my breasts are swollen, but even when it digs it is not painful or too noticeable because the fabric seems to be elasticized. I think the wires are too wide because when I take this bra off ...I have red marks a couple inches behind where my breast tissue stops. Probably because the band size is wrong, again.
I can nurse in this, which is a big plus. The center gore does not come up too high, but it is slightly too big for my close-set breasts so it sits on the breast tissue just a little. Also not painful or too noticeable, though.
I don't love the appearance or the colors it's offered in. I like bras in colors more like those offered by Elle MacPherson. But it's not a grandma bra, so I don't hate it either.
I will check out some of the sister bras to this one, because overall I do like it. Read more 117 more words
The wires and the ease of bras with the youthful playful lace embroidery give the bra two. Firstly, it is because non-padded, light and airy and comfortable to wear even in summer. For another, it is, despite the many embroidery on the upper cup invisible even under the narrower T-shirts, well, if you take the side profile apart. It could, through its Balcony cut the habit fetch the breast from the side to the front and to form spherically round.
Love the shape of this bra. Fits very comfortably, very securely. Band is not overly stretchy, I've had this bra since May, and I just started fastening it on the middle hook. Seam does show slightly under tighter clothing, but as a non-padded balcony it is great!
I've been wearing 32C bras for the past few years (after getting fitted down from a 34B), but after reading up on bra fitting I realized that my cups are still too small and my band is too big. Juna is the first bra I have tried in my new round of bra shopping.
First I tried going down a band and up a cup size. 30 bands are clearly the right size on me (29" under bust) but a 30D was incredibly tiny on me, quadboob everywhere and my armpits got filled up with breast tissue too. Because of how small it was, ...I sized up two cup sizes from there, and tried a 30E. With the underwires finally sitting properly, the band of this bra is loose for a 30 and actually fits more like the bands on my 32" bras--I can wear it comfortably on the tightest hooks right out of the bag. I'd suggest sizing down. The underwires were definitely wide enough for my breasts and the cups had the right amount of projection for my breasts. My slightly larger breast fit absolutely perfectly, no complaints at all, while my slightly smaller breast had a bit of space at the top when I slouch, but because of the open shape and the padding it didn't have any wrinkling.
Why this bra isn't for me: Three things: The center gore is too high and too wide for my breasts and the top of it was actually sitting on and cutting into breast tissue. I'm at my heaviest weight right now, so when I swing back down to normal the cups will be too large. And finally, this bra shows unattractively under shirts--the center seam is clearly visible and there are bumpy seams where the arm bands meet the cups. Read more 207 more words
