This is a nice bra. I feel the cups are on the verge of being too separate for me. Also, the cups are a bit too small for me. The fabric is lovely and comfortable though!
I also think the band is a bit too long for me and I really need more than just two hooks at the back for more band stability. The band just keeps riding up in the back.
I read reviews before buying and they all said to go up a cup so I went one cup size up but the cups were still too small. The top of the cup was too tight. The band was also really loose. This one is definitely getting returned. I think this bra would not work out on people with wide roots .
This bra is really soft, and gives a nice round shape. I have very short torso and usually have to alter straps, and find wires poking into sternum, but both wires and strap length were ok on this bra. Band seemed firm enough, but I need to size up in cups - escaping a bit on the sides. The lace along top of cup is not flush with fabric of cups and was folding outwards on me. It was visible under knitwear. I am returning this, and not sure yet if I'll reorder in F because of the lace.
I have very slight wrinkling near the nipples in this bra, and then quadboobing at the top and my armpit fat is all over the place. Going up to a 28E gives me too much wrinkling.
Too deep for my shallow breasts.
Band is comfortable and doesn't seem to stretch much.
Great lift, felt very supported by the band. Straps aren't too wide, very stable band. Gives a nice forward facing appearance. True to size, band isn't overly stretchy.
Although the bottom of the cups fit me perfect, the top of the cup has way too much extra space. I think the shape is just not right for my breast type. I also don't like how limited the strap length adjustment is.
It is the best bra i ever have in my life.. i really love this bra.. first i bought it in red but later i bought 3 more colors in it... i dont know why but 30 J in lucy fits me all the ways perfect.....
I have the Lucy in a 28HH, which fits perfectly. The 28H was too small and gave me quadboob, so I sold it. For more info, look at my 28HH review https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Overall I've been happy with the support level of this bra. This was my first attempt to buy a properly fitting bra and I think I can do better, but it's much better than what I was previously wearing. The seams on the cup cut into my breasts a little so it doesn't give a smooth profile under my clothes unless I wear a cami over it. The band fit is snug and doesn't ride up. I've owned this bra for 6 months now and just recently moved to the second hook so it doesn't seem to stretch alot.
I LOVE this bra! It is the best combination of shape, comfort, and appearance that I have found in years. The style fits me perfectly; some people have problems with the deep cups, but they fit me perfectly, and I love the super round, up-front shape. The color combinations in this bra are fabulous, and the birds are so fun. As usual, I wish this bra has three hooks in back instead of just two, but the band still feels very firm; in fact, I usually wear a 30 band, but in this style, 30 was uncomfortably tight. The strangest thing with this bra (and others of the same style) is the weird sizing; this bra is two cup sizes smaller than other Panache and Cleo styles I have. I hope they continue this style indefinitely.
My absolutely favorite daily bra recently. The band is very firm with little stretch which I greatly prefer. The size panels are quite tall, so they smooth out my sides neatly, but these wires don't cause any poking for me. Generally forward, uplifted, medium rounded cup shape. The mesh across the cleavage is not stretchy, though it doesn't seem to cause me quadboob like other bras with similar mesh might. The most important element for me recently is the adjustable straps: this bra allows for adjustment all the way along the strap, with embroidery on the strap to prevent it from gradually slipping. This is the perfect bra strap for me. Other bras that are half-adjustable tend to have the O-ring connector at the apex of my shoulder, so a fully adjustable strap with no irritating connectors along it is perfect. I also love that this has a band that goes fully round the torso under the cups, which is a very stable and firm construction that also seems to keep the cups in shape from stretching as well.
The band is too big and is very stretchy. The cups are too far apart for my narrow set boobs so the gore doesn't lie flat. There is a lot of gapping at the top of the cup and a little at the side of the cup. Straps are fully adjustable but they are too far apart. Only two rows of hooks. It might fit if I went down a cup AND band size.
I am so happy this fit well....it comes in lots of colors, not too expensive, it's padded which I like for modesty. The center gore is quite high and it dug a little at first until I took the gore in slightly (< 0.5 inch) and bend the top of the wires out slightly...it now is one of my most comfortable bras. The straps are the nicest of all my bras...very comfortable, soft silky material and they never leave a mark. I don't much care for the nude color but would definately buy it again in black or the fashion colors especially the Ellie! ...The seams are pretty discreet, they do show under some Tshirts but nothing like the 3 part cup bras I have. The lace doesn't show at all. Cups definately run small, I went up a size from my usual. Band is snug on the loosest hook (I measure 28" snugly) and I bought this used so I'd say order your normal band size. I also tried Cleo Jude which was so wrong for my shape....this one fits much differently.
Edited: As I keep trying bras and learning what works best for me, I've realized this bra really doesn't give the best shape. It's rounded but not much uplift and quite wide / spread out from the front. It still does fit me well, but I don't think I will buy this style again. Cleo's unpadded bras are much more supportive and flattering on me. Read more 151 more words
I love the color and pattern of this bra! Much prettier in person than in the photos. I waited until the last minute to purchase so ended up getting a 30F instead of my preferred 28FF...I will have to take in the band but for now it's perfect on the tightest hook. The cups fit pretty well, they gap slightly but not enough to change sizes. It's the smoothest seamed bra I've tried, it's almost invisible under T-shirts. Fabric is smooth and soft after washing but it was really stiff when I got it. Straps are partially adjustable and I have them all the way tightened which is unusual for me...I may have to alter them when I take in the band. It gives a very uplifted, rounded shape which is front and center. Overall I like this much better than I expected to. I guess Cleo is the brand for me!!
Almost everything fits in this bra, but there is one problem. I don't know if it's factory fault. The horizontal seam in the middle of cups is cutting into breast tissue and it looks like quadroboob.
It's a slight design flaw but they are all like that! Trust me, I have this bra in two sizes (30GG & 28H) and the sisters which followed her: Alexa (30G & 28GG), Olivia (28H), Meg (30G). The material is a bit firm but will soften up after a few wears and washes. It is then that the small seaming issue will be much less evident! :)
Runs small; I'm normally a 28D. This bra is weirdly wide, such that the outside of the cups is basically in my armpit. It digs in and feels uncomfortable. Underwires also dig into my ribs below my breasts.
I like this bra but it doesn't work for me, the style is totally wrong. It's beautiful, yellow with a cute bow on the gore. The straps adjust all the way. The band is very firm. It was hard to hook on but it feels fine once it's on. I think it may stretch quickly but I won't be keeping it to find out.
My issues were that it would wrinkle and cut in at the same time, plus it did practically nothing in terms of support or lift. I have firm, shallow breasts and it seems bras cut like the Rhea work better, and plunges even. If you have similar breast shape I don't think this will work for you.
I really like the style and construction of the bra, it's a shame I can't wear it.
I have the Cleo Martha in the same size, so I got this cut-twin, too. I like both patterns, but the straps of the Cleo Rita are even more fun https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> They're not pink, which works better with a lot of tops.
I would probably rather need to wear a 30E in this style, but it's still okay. (Or so I tell myself, hm ^^) It's comfortable, the center gore doesn't stab me. The straps aren't too far outside, so they don't keep sliding off (as some bra's straps do).
