First of all, it's a beautiful bra. I love the pink mesh with the blue contrast. The band is a bit loose, but t's okay when I hook it on the tightest hook. The cups fit and fill fine, I fill them, although there's a bit of wrinkling near the top of the cup after I scoop and swoop. I marked the wires as being too short on the sides, it's not like my tissue escapes, but I feel like they are short for some reason. Maybe I'm more used to taller wires on the side, I don't know. It feels comfortable as an everyday bra anyway. The gore is pretty high, and it tacks, but it's really comfortable, the wires are not as hard as in most bras I've tried. I really like this bra, and I might try it at some point in a band size down.
So damn great!! A well-fitting marcie beats anything. Perfect round shape, and it’s pretty and at least not uncomfortable. Great support. I just wanna go caress my boobs all day when tvey’re in it 😂 I have tried dealing with Marcie sistersizes but it just does not work for me.
Not sure what to think about this style. I got the white floral from bravissimo which was perfect: tight band, comfy, looks great. Because I wanted to wear it so much, I ordered a pink floral off ebay. It's the same size bra in the same style, but the band is loose and there's no support https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
God, I wanted to love this beautiful bra. The black floral fabric was GORGEOUS. But it was WAY. TOO. SMALL. in the cups. Actually, “small” is the wrong word. I think the cups were actually just too short and shallow for my shape. Like, the bra fit me. Band size was okay and the forward part of my breasts fit in the cups. But it didn’t do anything to support the tissue in my armpit area, so it just ended up oozing unattractively over the sides of the bra. Gross. And the shape it gave the girls was way too squashed and pointy. It was also itchy as all hell. I don’t think any of this will be improved by ordering a larger size, so it’s been returned.
I love the look of this bra and the shape it gives me, but the straps are SO wide set! To put the straps mid to outer shoulder where they should be, they go inwards at an angle that forces the fabric to dig very uncomfortably into my tail of spence. Leaving the straps straight isn't an option because they're wider set than my (very broad) shoulders themselves! It rendered the Marcie unwearable for me despite having the narrow wires that I needed.
This bra is very comfortable! My only issue with it is that the sides of the cips dig in a little when I use the J clip, and I think the straps are places too far apart. Other than that I found it very agreeable to wear as it's comfy and gives a nice round shape. I would not recommend this bra to anyone with pretty projected breasts as it is quite shallow, but I can get away with it.
This is it! I suspect it would gape the tiniest bit when I slouch or once the moulding starts to relax. For now, the band is slightly more uncomfortable than the Cleo Koko Muse Tee Shirt bra of the same size. If I didn't know that, I'd have picked this one.
This bra would be suitable for someone with a shallow shape and wide roots. Cups and band fit true to size.
Pros: very sturdy and supportive; gives breast tissue a nice shape; is open on top so can be worn with lower necklines. Fits true to size, and doesn't stretch out much with wear. If this bra suits your shape, it will make your breasts look amazing.
Cons: the wires are stiff and take quite a bit of wear to break in; this bra starts to get uncomfortable after a few hours. The cups aren't as flexible, and the straps tend to get caught in my armpits/migrated tissue causing the outer corners of the cups to bend outwards. Straps need frequent adjusting for comfort, but the cups hold breast tissue with strong support. This is marketed as a t-shirt bra, but the lace border shows under thinner material.
I have wide/tall roots with a shallow shape. This is my FAVORITE bra in terms of fit.
Pros: good support; open on top to allow a more rounded shape; the wires are decently comfortable; the band doesn't stretch out with wear; and the bra is pretty smooth under most tops, including tshirts. Comfortable enough to wear through a work day.
Cons: the straps sit on the outer edges of the cup, so they tend to dig into my armpits when my arms are forward; the cup runs small, I'd suggest ordering one size up.
Nice bra for wide and tall roots with shallow projection.
Pros: holds shape very well, gives a flattering rounded shape under clothing, strong support
Cons: straps sit far out on the cups and can dig into armpits, wires are very stiff until the bra is well-worn, the lace border shows up under thinner fabrics
Absolute favorite bra for wide, tall roots and shallow projection.
Pros: comfortable, easily adjustable straps, doesn’t loose shape or stretch out too much, wires aren’t as stiff as other bras, and is smooth under T-shirts.
Cons: the straps sit far on the outer edge of the cups so they can dig into the armpit. Cups run a size too small.
This bra fits really well on the tightest hook. It's got a decent amount of projection, especially at the center, which is great for me. Unfortunantly, the seams are visible under shirts, and I'd have to alter the band, which means I'll probably return it.
The best fitting bra I've tried so far. My only complaint is that the underwires poke into my armpits a little, and the edges of the cup sit very close to my armpit, so the cup comes forward every time I move my arms. However I have very narrow shoulders, so this is a frequent problem I have.
I love the colourway, and the cups themselves are comfy, but I really wish the gore was smaller and the straps were all the way adjustable. The gore does a weird thing where one wire rests on the sternum, and the other wire is sitting on my smaller breast.
Love the way this makes my breasts look with the cleavage, but somehow it sits wrong on my ribs over the course of the day and sometimes I have a little gaping at the top of the cups.
My first cleo and the fit and quality is excellent! I'm writing this after working a whole shift and it's still super comfortable. The fabric is super soft. And I adore the colors, super vibrant. I might technically need a little more center fullness, but that's super knit-picky .
This is my first cut-and-sew bra, and I'm glad that I tried it! My molded cup bras tend to keep my breasts firmly in place, so the sense of greater movement in the cut-and-sew took a little getting used to, but was ultimately very comfortable. In the summer, I think it'll be cooler than my usual molded cup bras. Plus, the polka dots and the lace are adorable. You can definitely see the pattern and the seams through thin tops, but not through thicker shirts.
My only issue with fit is that the lace at the top of the cup wrinkles on my smaller side. Other than that, the band seemed true to size, the gore tacks, and the underwires/cups are a good fit for my relatively wide, shallow shape.
Finally! Another bra that fits me well. No complaints on this one. It did take me a little while to nail down the size, as the cups on this one tend to run large. So where I'm probably closer to the volume of an H cup relative to my band width normally, on this two cups sizes down is better.
Hi do you know if this bra stop made is it discontinued?
