Wow! I don't know what took me so long to try this bra, it is the best fitting unlined bra I have ever put on!!! Where can I buy more? lol!!! Seems like they are sold out of all colors in my size besides the one I purchased.
It has a lower center gore than most plunge bras- making it a true plunge!! It gives quite a bit of lift and cleavage, kind of with a flattening effect. It's not unattractive, but as a petite woman I'm sometimes just looking for a bra that will solidly hide under a v-neck shirt without necessarily putting myself on display. Most center gores are very easily visible under my favorite shirts, but this one is not.
The underwires are a bit wider on this one than other Cleo bras- this bra also tends to grow uncomfortable throughout the day.
I bought this to replace my old strapless bra. I first tried the 32E which fit well in the cups but the band felt like it would stretch out quickly so I returned it for the 30F. It's too tight to wear brand new on the loosest hooks but I only need to add 1 hook on an extender to wear it comfortably so I think it will stretch out to the perfect length soon. It's right on the edge of being too shallow but it was one of the few strapless bras I could find that was supportive but also in a plunge to not show under low cut tops or dresses.
I LOVE THIS!! It's soooo cute, fits just right and IT'S A CLEO THAT DOESN'T HAVE A GORE THAT DRIVES ME CRAZY!! I'm loving the molded half-cup look and feel... it just works so well with my shape and I finally have something comfortable that won't show up under t-shirts.
This bra has been a work horse. I've worn it probably every week for the last year and a bit and I've just moved it to the second set of hooks. I like the centered rounded shape and the print is cute. I wish cleo could put out something I could wear under light tees but at least this one works under darks. I get a bit of over spill the wrong time of the month but otherwise this fits well.
Very good for even shapes. Something about this particular one makes in-cup quads way more obvious, but I do think my shape is changing or my girls are growing (hard to tell). I will always love the Lily. It has a slightly minimizing effect but one of the best "lifts"! Doesn't have enough immediate projection, though.
At this stage in my life, this bra is the best fitting one I own. I have breastfed two children and lost a substantial amount of weight. I refer to my breasts as basically zip bags of water. Very soft tissue, any fullness I have is on the bottom. They are also average to narrow root width and fairly close set, but not touching. This bra works for me because the molded cups are on the thicker side and very firm, with seriously forward projection. No east-west worries in this bra, at least in my size (30F). I have a friend who has this in a 32G and she's not fond of the shape it gives her, so this may be a better one for the lower volume cups. The band fits exactly as I expect a Cleo 30 to fit, slightly more snug than Panache or Freya, but not uncomfortably so.
This was the second bra I tried in my true size journey. I'm not a big fan of the super bright blue and pink color scheme, but hey it was cheap on zulily so I thought I'd give it a go! This is probably one of the most comfortable bras I've tried yet. I find it very supportive and decent compatibility with my shape (FOB, close set, narrow, maybe short root?) if not a tad bit pointy profile from the side. Does give a very front and center appearance as with most cleos. It is kind of closed off on top which might be a problem for ...people with more upper fullness and/or taller root. I found the band to run on the smaller side of a 30. I think my only real complaints is the gore being a bit too wide and that I could probably benefit from going up a size to a 30FF or maybe even a 28G due to some slight quadding and escaping tissue on the sides. I figure a size up would give longer wires to prevent that from happening. Read more 79 more words
This bra fit the girls pretty well and kept them perky and in place. The top of the cups did wrinkle(mostly the lacy bit)but mostly on my right/slightly smaller breast. The band was a bit tight at first, but it's a brand new bra so better a bit tight than not enough support. Even so I think I'll be moving up to a 32 band size since I don't like the band too tight. With the scoop and swoop technique there has been no back fat. The only weird thing is that the cups are set rather close so the girls look a lot closer than they normally do. It doesn't cause a problem it just makes me look like i have narrow set boobs instead of the slightly wide set I naturally have. The only uncomfortable part is the center gore, it really digs into the sternum, i think it is too high. The bands are really soft, I love the seam in the middle of the cups. It kept me from having my headlights!
I thought this might be the bra for me, but it isn't .๐. It is nice and I love the appearance of the blue. The band fits well on the second hooks but the cups are too wide, the top of the sides of the cups rubs my arms. Also, the cups may be a tiny bit big, they are fine right after scooping and swooping, but it doesn't stay. And a 30e is much too small in the cups. Time to give up on this bra.
This bra is sooo cute, a vibrant patterned aqua teal. It gives a very uplifted round smooth shape under clothes. This style just doesn't work for my close set breasts. The gore is too wide and too high so it sits on my breast tissue and digs into my sternum.
This bra is really cute and well constructed. The band fits nicely and feels comfortable. I just kind of spill out of the top some in this size. Hoping to find one that fits well, as I love it other than that.
I like this bra because it really does disappear under shirts. Where the strap is connected to the left cup irritates me for some reason, and only on that side. Other than that is comfortable and I fill it out well.
Another great Cleo with great support. I fill out the bottom of this one, but not quite the top. I am trying a few 30F because 30E seems a tad small in the cup, but most of the 30F's I have tried are a tad big, particularly on top. I think this would work in 30E or 32DD like my 32DD - Cleo ยป Natasha Balconnet (6841) . For some reason I feel the Natasha is more comfortable, perhaps the fabric is softer.
Top of the cups are too wide/high, hurts under my arm. Also gore is on breast tissue and painful. The wire starts too far ou I think. The width of the cups on the bottom is ok. Some quad boob happening.
