It's an adorable bra in a style I'd been looking for for a while, but it just doesn't quite fit my shape.

It pokes a lot, but I think it's because it is the wrong size for me. It's really pretty though, and I like it.

I've found The Bra for me.
My shape is projected, full on bottom, and fairly narrow roots. This is the first bra that felt like it checked all my boxes.
Pros:
-Enough projection without the pointier Freya look. Holy cow.
-Lovely rounded shape.
-Somehow I manage to fill out both the bottom and the top of the cup entirely. It is like magic.
-I love the narrower straps. Love.
-In general it just looks more feminine/small/delicate than any of my other bras. Maybe it's just that it's pink and has narrower straps and bands, but when I took it out of the package I had a moment of fear ... that it would be too small because it didn't look big enough to be a big bra. But it fit!
-Until now the best bras for my shape have been Freyas, which all have an extra bit of boning on the side seam. The way it's attached to the band always digs in for me. This bra doesn't have that. Yay!
Cons:
-Only two hooks. Initially I was excited about this because I've always been just a little jealous of people who could wear two-hook bras. But it's true it makes it dig in just a little.
-The available colors don't thrill me. I'd love to have the option of plainer colors.
I've heard some bashing of this bra but it really seems to be a holy grail of sorts for my shape. I'm in love.
The one thing I will say is: there's something about the shape that makes me look HUGE. It's a great shape, it's lifted, my waist looks great ... but there's no denying the sheer size of my breasts in this bra!

Not great. The center gore is too high, I need to go for plunges. The cups, while they seem to be the right size, are designed for wider-spaced breasts than mine.
It isn't unattractive, just bland. I don't like the button at the tip of the gore. I might be in the minority, but I'd rather it either be plain or have a bow.

I got it in the orange trim because that was the cheapest version (it was just a bonus that that happens to be my favorite color) - thinking it was just orange trim on white, but it's actually bright orange on a very light peach - so much cuter than I expected!
In terms of fit:
On the up side the gore is low enough, narrow enough, and I actually think I don't need to alter this bra!
On the down side, the cups are still a little wider than I'd like them, so the straps do sit almost in my armpits. The band could stand to be a little tighter, ... but I think a 28 would be a bit too small.
Still, this is the ONLY bra I have ever worn that didn't require a needle and thread to fix, so the pros outweigh the cons. I think I'm in love. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
EDIT: I've come to realize this bra HAS TO be mislabeled. I have another Lucy in 30H that is a full cup size smaller. I think the fault is with this bra, not that one, and that it is probably actually a 30HH.

I love the thin straps and the unique way they attach to the band. The button in the center and the subtly striped fabric is also super cute. The cup is too shallow for me though, so it rides down and cuts in.

When I wore a 30HH, this was one of my favorite bras! It got too big for me so I let it go, but it was a favorite.

I like this bra. I think the print is gorgeous (I love florals) and it looks lovely on. The fit would be perfect, but there are a few things that are just a little off. I do have a bit of wrinkling in the bottom of the cup and about a cm of space around the sides and bottom of the wires that is not filled. I wish the wires were slightly narrower or shorter, and I wish the lace on top was a little tighter. The lace is really thin though, so it doesn't show under a shirt. I had to extend the straps because they were ... too short for me, but that was an easy fix and now they work just fine. I wish the straps were a little closer together in the back because they feel like they want to slip down when they aren't going to.
That's a lot of complaints, but this bra is comfortable for every day wear. I recently got my Lily in the mail (review to come) and it solves most of these problems. I think the Lily is the bra for me.

I really like Cleo bras. Along with Ewa Michalak, they're one of my favorite brands. This print is super cute, and I love the shape Cleo bras give me. I would prefer the wires and center gores to be a touch narrower, but they're fine. This fit well a few months ago, but after getting in the correct size, I had some breast tissue migration that's causing the larger side to quad-boob more than I can effectively hide.

I bought this bra used, so I don't know how that affects how much the band stretches. The cups are a perfect fit for me, but the lace doesn't lay flat. That isn't really a problem though since it lays flat under clothing. The shape from the size is really good, round but not in your face.

General Info: measure 28HH although trying 30 bands to see if they will fit and if the wires are better than 28 bands; close set, full-on-bottom and top breasts plus round in shape.
Band: I tend to prefer 3 hooks and thicker bands but I don't mind it too although if there was an option of a wider band - like Bravissimo bras tend to do at the size - I would probably chose it. Does rise up so I do need a 30 band, although it does not ride up as much as Cleo Lucy and Marcie in a 30H.
Wires: Surprisingly are not too wide at all, much ... better than Bravissimo's Alana and Thea & Cleo's Lily, Lucy and Marcie in the 30H-28J size range. Quite impressed considering what I am used to. Would prefer a little narrower but there's no creasing at bottom of cup to indicate it's affect.
Gore: Being close-set, gores are tricky for me. I find this gore comfortable as it is the same as the Lucy, wider than Cleo Marcie and Lily. If a gore is too narrow, I find that the wires poke painfully while a marginally wider gore - where the two wires meeting have a slight gap, unlike Marcie/Lucy whose's cup wires touch - is able to skew of to the side, preventing pain.
Cup Shape & Profile: Where the fabric and lace meet is quite tight, it looks like it cuts but, upon a second try, seems okay. The lace is a little baggy but I feel that this might be the look; a cup down would be far too small. Typical Cleo rounder, lifted profile that I love.
Appearance: Stunning lace and cut, love the geometric pattern as well
Result: Will return to try a 28HH and 28J

Measure 28HH (28 comfortably tight band, 40 leaning bust); round breast shape; close set; and equally full on bottom and full on top. Trying 30H in Cleo Lucy (blue) and Cleo Marcie (pink).
Tried a 30H because I was told the wires looked distorted in the 28HH Cleo Marcie I tried from too small a band. Also heard that Cleo run quite tight in their unpadded bras. I also wanted to see if the wires would be better a larger band.
Sadly, the wires are still very wide (please stop pattern grading Cleo!) but not enough to make the cups collapse as in the 28HH which is great news. The ... wires are quite soft and flexible and I would normally prefer something much firmer to contain tissue. Moreover, while the straps are a little wide on my shoulders, it isn't too uncomfortable (or, at least, I've had worse) and the straps are soft underneath. The profile is wonderful and a typical round, uplifted Cleo look. The lace is stunning and I love the colour and quality. Despite being close-set, the gore is not too painful although is a little skewed off onto the breast due to being in the way! It cuts in slightly at the top on one of my breasts (the larger one) but, after trying on the Cleo Marcie, I think this is a shape rather than size issue due to having more tissue up top than the right as Cleo Lucy is a classic full on bottom bra / Cleo Marcie classic full on top bra.
I think I agree that Cleo unpadded bras might run tighter than normal in the band but, unfortunately, this has not worked out in my favour or is not tight enough for me. Even on the tightest clasp, the band rises a lot at the back so I'm going to have to return it despite everything else being great.

Being close-set, I found the gore is a bit awkward and painful, leaving a deep impression on my skin. It seems to dig into my skin at the top of the gore but it wouldn't stop me wearing the bra though and nothing some cotton-wool wouldn't fix. I found the Cleo Lucy's gore much more comfortable and barely noticeable comparatively.
It is slightly gaping on my right, smaller breast but I've heard this is common with this bra and I think this is more a shape than a size issue for me definitely due to the Cleo Lucy having the opposite effect (fitting perfectly on the right, slightly cutting off breast tissue at the top on the left). Just shows how asymmetry works in both sizing (my left is larger by one cup) and in shape (my left is far more full on top and bottom with the right bit more full on bottom).
I think I agree that Cleo unpadded bras might run tighter than normal in the band but, unfortunately, this has not worked out in my favour or is not tight enough for me. My breasts are a weird shape; The top part of the cup lays flat against my breast tissue, but the bottom of the cup drops an inch lower underneath from where my boobs are. I, personally would like the underwire to rest right where the root of the bottom of the breast tissue is...You know, UNDER my boobs to support them. It just gives my breast a weird shape.
The band was suprisingly loose. I need to wear it on the tightest hooks. Even then, it still seems to ride up just a tad.

It's really beautiful. I love the bird pattern. But sadly it doesn't fit me.
The bottom is good, but the top of the cup cuts in, yet is empty. The same issues some others have with this bra.
I found the side of the cup (from the strap out to the wire) too tall. Armholes really need to be cut bigger. It cut in very uncomfortably, but I seem to always have this issue. Wing height is good though - just wish the armhole was cut bigger.
