The Great Amazon Prime Wardrobe Try-On, Part 4!
My shape: projected, soft tissue, narrow shoulders and roots, FOB
Fit: I've never tried a longline bra before, so I figured this would be a perfect opportunity. I haven't had luck with Cleo bras in the past, and this one is no different. I admit, it feels... weird having such a looooong band. Plus, it cuts into my waist flab in a not very flattering way. The hooks are a little annoying to clasp, but that's mostly because I am unused to doing up so many.
The cups themselves fit me fairly well. The wires are a bit too high in the armpit for me and are slightly too wide, and I get gaping at the top edges, which is common for most padded bras that I try.
Appearance: This bra is FRICKIN GORGEOUS. It's so colorful! I love the bright floral design. I definitely have a thing for bright pink bras.

You answered the concerns I had about longlines and some things I didn't realize would be an issue. Thanks for the review - love them!

    32G

    Didn't fit

This bra had been on my increasingly diminishing list of must-tries for months. My dream bra is a padded-to-molded balconette with minimal detailing or seams to show through shirts and ideally with narrowish (but not tall) wires. What few measurements were available on Bratabase seemed to confirm that this would be the case with Mimi. My pendulous, high-set boobs consistently strike out with Cleo's unlined bras (ugh, just awful, even the magical Lily that so many rave about). I got a pretty good fit with Neve, only the wires were wide too and the gore too low.

Sadly, I struck out again with this bra. I ordered a ... 32G because it was on sale even though my usual size is a 30G or 30GG depending on brand. 30G can run a little small in Cleo's molded options like Maddie (which is a total fail for me). This bra's measurements gave me the impression it would be rather shallow, so I would have thought my ideal size to be a 30GG. I'm not sure how accurate the measurements here are and will be adding mine soon. Since Cleo bands run tight for me, I figured 32G would be a fair option.

Keeping those size gymnastics in mind, this bra isn't right for me. While the wires are narrower than, say, a Freya half-cup, they are far too tall. Even though they don't really poke my armpits, they are very U-shaped. The cups are deep, not shallow like I thought. Fit wise, it seems like a cross between Cleo Juna Balconnet Bra (6461) and Cleo Maddie Moulded T-shirt Bra (7201) . It is more open on top than Maddie, but more molded than Juna, yet has the same U-shaped wires as Juna. Also like Juna, this bra only has partially adjustable straps, which is probably the only reason why it's not reaching my armpits: I can't fully get it into my IMF; at least not comfortably.

The main, glaring issue with this bra and why I will not be keeping it is that the cups are super tall. There is no place to measure cup height for Bratabase, but laying a soft tape measure from the top center edge of the cup along the curve of the cup to the base of the underwire channel (not including the band), this bra has 7" tall cups. At 5'1" with high-set and short roots, yet again I find myself wishing that I could order the "petite" version of this bra with a reduced cup height. Because of the tallness, I am literally getting a wall of bra that is empty at the top. My larger side does a little better. I am getting the most emptiness nearer to the gore. The cup is jutting out more there. This is also where my tissue wants to slide the more I wear it and move around. I am not sure if this is because it is probably 1/2 a cup size too big. A cup down might quad on the larger side. Because of this severe gaping, although the gore is quite tall, it doesn't support my breasts towards the center.

The gore: it is much taller than other balconettes I've tried, more like I would expect a true half-cup to have. I have a little space between my boobs so high gores don't really bother me, but the thickness of the underwires and channels in the center irritates my chest. It tacks hard at the top and floats at the bottom of the gore. I find it uncomfortable and would have had to bend it out if I'd kept it. I always get a little floating at the bottom due to a dip in my rib area, but never had a bra so uncomfortable at the top of the gore.

Band: I have to wear the 32G on the tightest hooks, so for this bra I would say the band runs TTS if not a little long. More like a Freya 32 than what I would have thought a Cleo 32 would be like.

Size: If I were to give his bra another chance, it would have to be in a 30G. But the cups being so tall and the partially adjustable straps pretty much rule it out, anyway. Now that I think about it, with all Cleo bras, lined and unlined, I am between a 30G and 30GG and the cups are always too tall. I may have to scratch this brand off of my list even though the styles are pretty cute.

Shape: As for the shape this bra gives, it is pretty true to the type of shape I think Cleo unlined bras give when they fit: more or less uplifted and central due to the narrower wires. There appears to be adequate immediate projection at the bottom of the cup, but not a whole lot. More than, say, 30G - Curvy Kate » Starlet Moulded Bra (CK2501) , and maybe a smidge more than 30G - Cleo » Maddie Moulded Balconnet T-shirt Bra (7091) , but less than a Cleo unlined.

Appearance: I cringed when I ordered it, but truth be told, I don't hate the leopard print. I like the minimal detail of the tiny scalloped edge and no other frilly bits. The material is soft and supple. The underwires are thick and hard, true to Cleo's usual, which I don't really like that much, but wouldn't be a deal breaker if they weren't the wrong shape/height/length.

Unless someone wants to gift me a Comexim this month, I will be waiting until next season's offerings come out to make any bra purchases. My to-try list is dwindling to next to nothing while my fail list grows. I'm so tired paying too much for bras that don't fit. My post office probably refers to me as the one who returns everything, and they wouldn't be wrong.

Bonus review note: This is the first bra I ordered from Amazon that didn't arrive damaged in the mail. They padded the cups out with paper. Maybe my complaints are having an effect?

    • Thanks for this comprehensive review!

I've been considering this bra, but based on your review I'll stay away from it. I had a similar wall of empry bra experience with the Breeze an Minnie long lines, do I suppose this cut is very similar to those.

    • Thanks for your comment, Charlotteke ! It's funny you mention it, because I have had my eye on the Breeze and Minnie longlines for a while. I read somewhere that the padded balcony cut must be the same as with Mimi. So I won't be ordering those, either. So sad because they are so pretty!

I know some people aren't into the young vibe of Cleo, but after years of wearing plain beige bras, I love the vibrant prints. Why do they hate my boobs? :(

    • 1

I also like the Cleo's crazy print and color explosions, but I don't like to wear it all the time, which is where Ewa Michalak comes in luckily!

I am also on the lookout for a perfect half cup. The Freyas are too shallow for me, although the Patsy came close. Cleo's Juna was a bit underwhelming and that lace sticks up too much.

I am now waiting for my first Ewa chp, I have high hopes that that may be the one...

    • 1

Sorry it didn't work for you :-(
Amazon and damaged bras, nope mount your complaints are making a dent. Mine sure haven't. Got a couple molded bras last week, with 3 pairs of hubby's jeans dumped n top of them. And the jeans were ordered separately!!

    • Sc2401 I'm laughing because I actually reported my bra order "missing" when I first got home and saw the box wasn't there when it said that it had been delivered. Turned out the bra was put in the box with a pair of shoes that was ordered at least 3 days later. If they hadn't put paper padding inside, it probably would have been crushed to death.

    • So, this review got voted down today and I'm not sure why. I always try to be accurate and comprehensive. Let me know if you think something needs to be changed!

    • Some people disagree with our "tall" appraisal of the cups. I looked dwarfed in the Mimi's cups, but fill out a Gorsenia 65H unlined. Strange!

    • 1

Love4Pollinators well, on my frame, the cups on a 32G are tall. I'm short and high set. If I tried this bra again in my new size, it would be in a 28FF and only then the cups might be an OK height. So it's all relative to our bodies :)

    • 1

I have super short roots, so I always look at the height of cups. I can always add data for cup height when I measure bras, but I notice that that data is missing in a lot of searches. Cup height is a huge consideration for me when I buy bras, so I wish it was a standard measurement and search criteria.

    • 2

Wilderness1 I agree. I think the plan is to make it standard in future... at least, I hope so.

I bought this bra in 30GG (aqua) and 32G (black), and they fit so differently they might as well be different bras. 30GG is a great fit apart from being a tiny bit too wide and some in-cup quadding. 32G is way too wide with super wide-set straps, and I can't fill out the lace portion at the top, which results in a pointy shape.

Besides apparently being a completely different cut despite being only one sister size different, there are a few differences in construction between the two as well due to the jump from G to GG. The 32G has thin straps; the 30GG has thicker straps that are padded on the front half. The 32G has one layer of thin stretch lace; the 30GG has a completely different lace reinforced with power mesh underneath.

Unfortunately I can relate, this definitely happens in Cleo / Panache (and other brands - I know I was shocked to first find out, years ago with my 30GG - Freya » Flourish Balcony Bra (1542) - apparently Freya bras go from 'airy / flimsy' to 'industrial strength' between 32G and 30GG).

I've recently re-confirmed that Panache Jasmine (in 30GG versus 32G) is like a different bra as well. But for Jasmine, like you with Hettie, I prefer the 'build' of the 30GG - with 3x hooks, sturdy straps, less wide-set overall.

The 32G Jasmine has a thin 2-hook band, feels more flimsy, thinner straps, seems to suit a much wider frame (a.k.a. not me). The gore feels different as well (weirdly it seems higher on the 32G, while the rest of that bra is way less sturdy).

Good to know though, these variations over size range, so thanks for informing us on Hettie!

FYI: I am evenly full to FoT, very wide set and a bit splayed, on the shallow side, with short roots.

WOW. This is such a different, but near PERFECT fit! I am so surprised!

I bought this from another bratabaser, still with tags on, and it is my first attempt at a Cleo.

I had heard that Cleos are more narrow and projected than my usual half cup Freyas, but the measurements were not far off from my best fitting bras. However, the look this bra gives me is wildly different! It is the first bra that manages to push my super wide set boobs inside my frame. The ... gore is narrower than I'm used to, but especially under striped clothes (see pics) it is good to have my boobs a bit closer together and inside my frame, as they tend to make me look super wide and massive on top with other bras.

The bra has a lot more projection than say my Freya Marvel (which is great on me but a smidge shallow), and when I look down at my boobs they are definitely sticking out much more. Much to my surprise, I could get all my side breast tissue in these narrow wires with some proper swooping & scooping, and even though the wires are narrow for me, they are not uncomfortable.

From the side, this gives me the green, elf shoe shape you guys are raving about, and I agree it is a good profile! Well fitting bras usually give me super round shapes, so this is a new experience for me.

The cup fabric is sturdy and non stretchy, much like my beloved Marvel, and feels very supportive. The mesh upper part fits very well, not a quadraboob in sight (which was my fear with this bra), and no gaping whatsoever. I only see a teeny tiny wrinkle in the mesh right where the mesh meets the cup, but this seems a construction rather than a fit issue (see pic). The band is also perfect; tight but comfortable.

In all, I am very impressed with this one! It is a great bra for under clothes that normally make me look wide, and because it pushes my boobs close together, it even gives me a bit more cleavage, which is also rare for me. However, under other clothes I miss my hourglass shape a little, as my wide boobs balance out my wide hips, but oh well, I have plenty of bras for that look already.

I am really suprised that this good fit can give me such a different look than my other well fitting bras! My husband even noticed the difference, although he thinks it makes my boobs look small (which is not a good thing in his book https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" />.

This looks fantastic on you, really. Like - it's perfect. And FWIW, I would not call you shallow or wide rooted. Your pics show quite a bit of projection, and even fullness. You would probably do well with other bras similar to Minnie :)

I like this bra, though maybe not as much as I like the regular Minnie. The padded cups are a bit bulky, especially with the trimming at the top of the cups, which shows through thin tops.

It gives a lovely round profile and is very supportive. The longline band is comfortably snug, and does not seem to bunch or fold much.

My one main concern is that the cups come up a bit higher than I would ideally like. I have short boobs, and I think the cups are just a tad too tall for me. Not sure if I'll keep this one.

My best-fitting bra so far! Very comfy, great round shape.

    Band runs tight--I fit best in a 32G, but I think I measure more a 30GG.

The only thing that could make it better, IMO, would be a wider band with 3 columns of hooks instead of 2. This might actually allow me to comfortably wear a 30 band, since it would distribute the weight more evenly and not pinch.

I tried this bra on along with a 32FF a couple years ago, but decided to go with the smaller size, in part because I was losing weight at the time. I think that the 32G was technically a better fit in some ways (at the time), despite appearances.

My biggest complaint was and is the thick edge at the top. It causes a noticeable line regardless of how well the cup fits, both in and out of clothes. This is a bigger problem than the seams. If you are quadding at all, it is accentuated by the edge. The edge can also give the illusion that there is ... gapping (when looking from an angle or the side), simply because the bra seems so thick (I do not think the foam is actually as thick as it appears with the bound edge).

It was too shallow at the wire, but the projection was decent overall. Definitely NOT in my IMF. The top edge seemed to gap very slightly, but this was hard to gauge due to the thick binding. The wires were a little wide. The gore tacked hard.

Caveats: I am full on bottom, somewhat soft-tissued, projected, slightly pendulous, close-set, inner fullness, need a lot of immediate projection. I have narrower roots. I am long-waisted and tall for a woman (5'8"). I have a smaller frame, am a bit deflated on top and have some looser skin. It is not super obvious, but likely affects fit slightly.

My first thought on trying this bra was, "Oh I'm glad I also ordered a sister size down (30G)." But while I'll know for sure when I measure it, I think that most of what caused it to feel too big is actually shape issue. (The 30G didn't feel too tight, exactly, but this bra is so uncomfortable that it's hard to be sure. Also, I'm a bit between band sizes, so needing a 30 wouldn't mean this bra runs big at all in the band.) (But the 30G did quad a bit when I swooped and scooped, so it might run a bit small in the cups.)

Me: ... Even/center fullness, tall and narrow roots, quite projected.

This bra: fully encapsulates my tissue, but is too dang shallow, resulting in a bra that feels like it's falling down on me as my tissue pushes the underwire down, out of my IMF, *immediately*.

Let me take a moment to stress that last part. With my shape, I have found a lot of American and British bras that give me mild to extreme "orange in a glass" effect: wrinkling around the wire, but overflowing up top. It's usually not uncomfortable, and indeed I have bought a bunch of bras that wrinkle at the wire without even noticing. The support isn't as good, but until you have your first really GOOD bra that can go unnoticed.

To date, the only bras that really make me miserable are Fantasie bras, and the one I've got the most experience with is the Rebecca Spacer. This bra will start out feeling fine, even good, only to be slowly pushed down over the course of the day until my stomach gets a fun pinched feeling from my bra band digging into the top of it. The process usually takes around an hour.

This bra does it to me almost instantly. New record! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Officially the Worst Bra for Me that technically fits!

It's a real shame because it's a pretty bra and Comexim has kindled a love of plunges in me, but boy oh boy does this ever just not work even a little.

    • It would fit me very similarly. Great for shallow breasts :-)

    • 1

The whole Koko/Neve family is crazy shallow. I have a Cleo Neve that does the same thing - instantly slides out of the IMF - but I get HELLA cleavage from it so I haven't yet tossed it in the swap/sell pile. I really just need to get my hands on a properly fitted Comexim/EM plunge.

    • 1

      Love4Pollinators definitely, I'd imagine!

100percentawesome I get pretty good cleavage from my standard Comexim plunges (still looking for a good fit in EM, but I've also only tried the one!), but whether or not we get cleavage in bras that fit is a matter of how close set we are and how center full, I think. Expectations created by lingerie models sadly do need adjusting :(

First, this bra is very cute, quite comfortable, but the shape is not the best for me.

I feel like a have good support from the brand and straps, but that the cups of this bra lacks «construction». For instance if the straps are not tight, my breast do not stay in place (see pictures). My breast are just hanging in the cups and jiggle whenever I move, even if I do not consider my breast to be very soft or pendulous. The cups give a very round and lifted shape. Maybe too liflted? Its like there is support from the bottom but not the sides of the ... top of the cups.
This bra is true to size, both in the band and cup. The straps are too wide for me, but there is no chafing under my arm.
The wires are a little bit wide, which is exactly what I need.
The top of the cup is very open, and unfortunately not strechy, there is a gap on my smaller breast. I tought I was full on top but I am not sure anymore...

Overall I am a little disapointed at this bra. I will keep it becuse it is comfortable and pretty, but this one does not end my quest of perfection!

Adorable 3-part unpadded balconette style. Front and main part of cups is a red-red background with scattered (random, not ordered) white polka dots. Back and straps are solid red. Top section is white mesh with red embroidery with unfilled circles in the field and a wider circle-y pattern (rows of filled and unfilled circles) along the edge. Pale yellow with yellow polka dots ribbon bow at top of center gore. Scalloped edging at the bottom of band that matches the scalloped edging on bothsides of straps. Straps are fully adjustable with a pattern in the center lines. Elastic along entire bottom of band.

(Acquired new w/tags; sewn-in size ... tag is the rip-off kind)

Wore it for the first time today. Here are my thoughts...

SHAPING: Definitely pulls my boobs front and center inside my frame.
BAND: Too tight new. Wearing with an extender. Hope it loosens after being worn a few times.
WIRE: Is sturdy and not too high for my short torso/high-set boobs.
CUP DEPTH: Almost perfect. Fits my right boob fine. Tiny bit of flapping at top of left cup.
CUP WIDTH: At rest is too narrow, but when wearing it encloses my boobs fine.
APEX/CUP HEIGHT: Seem fine, which is crazy to me.
STRAPS: Slightly too wideset, but stay on my shoulders easily. They don't cut into my underarm crease and are on the inside of my narrower-than-it-should-be frame.
AESTHETICS: I LOVE this pattern. Red + polka dots + geometric lacey is perfect for me.

OVERALL: I'm loving this bra on the first wearing.

This bra fit my breasts perfectly and would have been a keeper except for the gore, it sits on my close set breast tissue and it sits too high between my breasts. I would love this bra had the gore been an inch shorter and was closer to 1/2 an inch in width (wires overlapped). This bra will be returned because it deserves to be owned by someone who can wear it.

I don't know what my problem was with this bra, but it was almost like there wasn't enough room in the bottom of the cups, so my extremely soft tissue is just kinda squishing out of the top of the cups. The straps are also super thin, so they dig into my shoulders. Overall just the wrong shape for me.

Very pretty though! Wow, this is a pretty print.

    • I'll try and take pictures of it in a more natural light later or tomorrow, because these pictures really don't do it justice haha. But it really is super beautiful!

    • 1

The bra looks really shallow and tall? Strange combination, nice print.

    • I'm not really sure. It measures pretty on par in terms of height with my Ewa's I have yet to update. I'll try and get measurements up, but I'd definitely say it is on the shallow end.

    • 2

I think longlines just tend to be that way. It has to do with where the support is coming from, since the elastic isn't at the wire base but instead several inches lower, it tugs on the cups in an odd way giving the shallow illusion in fit feel. :-/

    • 1

MamaPagan dang it. I love the look of longlines, but I can't do the shallowness of the cup :( rats.

    • 2

MamaPagan I am glad you said this, as it is how I ALWAYS felt when trying on corsets in the past. The only exception is my Krisline corset, which has a band-like structure underneath.
I have always been hesitant to try longlines out of fear that they would behave the same way. That, and, I find that my waist/torso is short and I don't like it when things that have elastic "hit" my waist and create muffin tops :/
Comexim makes some VERY beautiful ones though...

    • AGBras I feel like you should give Comexim longlines a try.. for science. I love Comexim bras but with my shape, they're a no-go. I would love to see how it looks on you! 😂 (No pressure 🧐🤣)

DerangedDragons19 LOL!!!! Maybe for Xmas to wear to the police party ;)

      AGBras ohhh! Maybe! 😂

    • 2

I add a strip of 1" elastic to the band on my Comexim longlines-(at the wire base level-sewn at wire channels thru the gore and at the hook and eyeloop sections with a few vertical stitches inbetween) and it does wonders for support distribution, correcting immediate depth distortion, and increasing comfort.

I had read so many glowing reviews of this that I just HAD to try it! I was hoping it would fit me as well as/on par with my Ewa Michalaks, since Cleo bras are a lot easier to get in the States. Alas, it was not meant to be! I think the cups aren't projected enough? I was getting some weird smooshage on the bottom of the cup, as if there wasn't enough space for my soft tissue. The tops of the cups felt fine, but the ... bottom had this weird shape like it was squishing me in there. I was pretty disappointed, especially since this bra is so cute!
I generally don't like bras without more than 3 hooks, but if this had fit me better, I would have made concessions for the fact that it only has 2. Ah, well.
I think I will try a 30GG and a 32GG next time I make a Prime Wardrobe order, as long as they are eligible. Here's hoping!

    • Lucy didn't fit me either: the gore base is too wide and smoothed my tissue. No lift and just compression in this bra for me.

    • That must be the same problem that I had! I'm not very good at describing what the heck I am experiencing, lol.

    • Autocorrect changed "smooshed" to "smoothed" Ugh. Did you see wire lines on your breasts? It is remarkable how many bras are simply not created for close-set and center-full breasts.

    • I didn't have it on long enough to see any wire lines, unfortunately.
What does that mean, gore base? Like how wide the gore part actually is? (the "cup separation" measurement?)

This bra is absolutely beautiful. The print is very vibrant. The structure of the longline is very comfortable. When I first got it it fit me well. For a molded bra it has a decent amount of space for projection and good lift, overall creates a nice rounded shape. However, it's pretty open on top, and my size or shape seems to have changed recently so now it gapes to much at the top for me. I also think it runs about a cup size large compared to other cleo/panache molded bras.

This is a solid bra, I just vastly underestimated my cup size when ordering so I need to return it and try in a 32HH. The center gore is narrow which is good for close set boobs. The full band feels nice and supportive.

Considering the fact that this bra is pre-owned I feel like the fit would've been somewhat better, although, considering the fact that this is the closest that I've gotten to my actual bra size thus far I feel it's just a matter of bra style now. Unlike past bras that I've owned this one does not climb all the way up into my arm pits or dig into my sternum which were problems that I experienced with Curvy Kate (more than likely due to wearing the wrong size) and Parfait by Affiniates (34G) which felt as if the gore was going to puncture me at any moment and ... after altering it and getting the bra wires under my boobs I found that the cups were too small ((don't the cups run smaller in this style))?? Problems that I /did/ experience were the usual inability to fill the bottoms of the cups completely while filling out the top entirely which shouldn't be too huge of a problem as it isn't noticeable under shirts, I did take in the lace though as it had a bit of excess fabric, probably due to previous wear. Another problem that I've been experiencing is that over time, my boobs will gradually try and make a break for it by slipping out from behind the underwire but I'm sure that as soon as I figure out why this is happening I'll be able to do an alteration to fix this issue. At first I was a bit reluctant about getting this bra because the straps only adjust halfway and I'm petite ((5'1)) with a narrow frame but to my surprise they haven't slipped once which is also a common issue that I experience. When it arrived in the mail the cups were a bit wrinkled due to the fact that they weren't padded in with paper but now that I'm gradually starting to break it's spirit they're straightening out. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I feel pretty confident in saying that I can literally feel the difference in wearing a bra that's 98% close to fitting over a bra that doesn't fit at all, whereas I feel little to no support in my others bras it feels as if I'm getting a firm, yet comforting and supporting hug from a friend (AKA this bra holy Jesus) and my shoulders and back are thanking me for it 😂. Overall I wpuld reccomend buying the Cleo Sadie if you have a similar breast shape, if it wasn't discontinued.

This bra is a very successful blend between Cleo Meg and the older versions of the cut - Cleo Sasha/Alexa/Olivia.

It isn't quite as projected as Meg but it's slightly more projected than Sasha/Alexa/Olivia.

The top edge isn't as closed as on Meg but it isn't as open as with S/A/O.

The shape isn't as rounded as the old cuts but it isn't as up and in your face as Meg.

This bra family is wonderfully narrow in my size range and a wonderful option before having to look towards Polish bras.

The design is very cute. I love the dots, lace, mesh, and bow accents! It makes for a fun and flirty bra. The bottom side of the straps have a soft felt-like material that makes them very comfortable.

Now that I've learned more about my shape (narrow, even-FoB, soft), I know that this bra isn't good for me. There is some quadboob going on and the bra overall feels tight in a bad way. It gives me a very flat top profile that looks strange under regular crew-neck tshirts. The straps are very difficult to adjust while wearing the bra. Even though this doesn't fit, I'm not quite ready to give this one up yet because it gives me amazing cakes-on-a-plate cleavage with low cut tops. For someone who is on the narrow side, full on top, and projected, this is a good bra to try.

My first attempt to more structured (read: not soft cup) bras. Like many others, I was in need of a basic bra, something I could wear under white clothing and that would not show nipples. This looked perfect for that end - the lace makes it prettier than most basic bras.

The band on this bra IS stretchy. I usually buy 34 bands in Panache and Cleo (and sometimes even a 34 feels too tight for my 32'' back...), but on this 32 I can fasten on the second hook easily. I could not, however, do a 30 band. It also fits me way better on the second hook ... than on the first: this gapes on my smaller breast, which is something I wasn't that much used to since it's not as noticeable on soft cup bras. I also sized up in the cup, having read it runs shallow, and I don't regret that. While it gapes on my smaller breast, it fits PERFECT on my bigger one. I guess a pad could fix the issue.

The straps are a bit too wide-set for me, which is a new one, as I have wide shoulders.

Ordered three sizes for comparison. Find other reviews here: 30FF (http://bra.pe/SmX/) and 32FF (http://bra.pe/SmY/).

This bra is available 28-38 D-G. Cleo's current season I find fitting more consistently true to G-cup in size than previously. See: Lucy SS12-Yellow 30G (http://bra.pe/R4D/) and Alexa 30G (http://bra.pe/R2w/).

My anticipated size 30G was out of stock so I decided to play with the sizing a bit and see if anything else might work well. Based on one review I thought instead of the cup fitting well that it might even be a bit larger so maybe one size down could work.

The 30FF band is nice and ... fitted but the cup is just a bit smaller and seems a true FF. 32FF is nearly a perfect bra save the fact I went straight away to the last hook. And based on all my research as well as personal experience Cleo bras are known for being stretchy. Sasha (http://bra.pe/S1A/) stretched out to the final hook in 6 months! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> 32G is of course too big in the band for me although the cup is okay if just a tiny bit wider than necessary. I wouldn't say it is uncomfortable. If it were made in a slightly smaller equivalent of say 30GG I would likely be hard-pressed to decide between a 30G and imaginary-30GG in this style. It covers more on top, for sure.

Side wings are actually quite low and remain a pretty perfect and comfortable height throughout all three bra sizes. Cups give a beautiful rounded shape on all three. Straps are the same exact width at 1.6cm. The only small difference I found between the three was the 30FF gore width is about .2cm wider, very negligible but worthy of pointing out.

Although highly likely to be too-small-in-the-cup I wish I could find a 30G and 28G ("sister" to 30FF) for comparison. I hope to find at least find a brand new 30G and hope it fits the best. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Super disappointed to find out from customer service that Figleaves only stocked 28 D-F and 30 D-FF totally missing out on 3 cup sizes! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

Purchased & Returned early-May '12 from Figleaves. Measured unstretched.
