I have tried dozens of the Cosabella Never Say Never Sweetie bras in different sizes and in the Standard and Curvy fits. This is the first one I've tried in the Petite fit. According to the Cosabella website, the Petite fit is not just a smaller size, it is "Designed for the petite frame customer (5’3 and under), with shorter straps, shallower and smaller cups, and smaller bust bands."
Per the label, here are the recommended sizes: PS: 28A, 28B, 30A PM: 28C, 30B, 32A PL: 28D, 30C, 32B
Since I currently measure between 28E and 28F (about 27" underbust and 34-35" full bust), you'd think that I'd be sized out ...of this, but actually PS is quite comfortable, and I have no issues with the fit even though according to the size chart it should be at least 4-5 cups too small.
The regular NSN Sweetie bras are quite stretchy and the different colorways all fit differently. I have both sizes S and M and there is no real consistency to how they fit. Some fit well, while others are way too loose in the band. Cup measurements can also vary drastically depending on color. Here are the recommended sizes: S: 32A-D M: 34A-D
On the other hand, the NSN Curvy's sizing is quite different: P Curvy: 28-30 DD-E XS Curvy: 30-32 DD-E
On me, P Curvy is really tight in the cups, and XS Curvy is a little too big in the cups, and hits a little high on the body. The band is nicely snug in both sizes and much better than the regular NSN style.
So, I'd just ignore the size chart and order by your underband size as a starting point. P for 28, XS for 30, S for 30-32, M for 32-34. The cups are so stretchy and aren't that supportive (except in the Curvy) that it doesn't really matter. The main thing you'll want to look for is underbust support, otherwise it'll slide around and ride up.
This fits exactly like the standard NSN Sweetie except the band is much firmer and the cup height is much shorter. The full bust circumference isn't really that much different from regular size S, depending on which color you get. I love these things as sleep/lounge bras, but they aren't meant to be supportive or look good under clothing, so I wouldn't wear them out of the house.
Sette is a neutral, slightly-rosy leaning nude shade. It works very well on my light skintone.
============
I purchased 3 of these and they fit remarkably consistently:

Neon Rose is of average stretchiness and is relatively supportive. This color measured and fit like a S.
Full bust circumference: 73 cm Band circumference: 59 cm
The color is a bright neon pink with iridescent printed overlay. The fabric quality for this Iridescent collection is different from the regular collection. It felt very stiff and scratchy compared to the normally soft lace, and I didn't like the feel or appearance.
Geranium Pink is of average stretchiness and is relatively supportive. This color measured true to size in the bust but small in the band, so it fit more like an S.
Full bust circumference: 75 cm Band circumference: 57 cm
The color is a lighter, slightly more dusty turquoise version of Blue Mediterraneo.
Citron is of average stretchiness and is relatively supportive. This color measured and fit true to size.
Full bust circumference: 70 cm Band circumference: 56 cm
The color is a bright lemon-lime yellow with a greenish cast. It is less neon and more green than Neon Yellow, and brighter and more yellow than Acid Lime.
This came in a set of 3 that was supposed to include Miami Pink, but the color does not match Miami Pink (which I also have). It was missing the original tag.
This color is of average stretchiness and is relatively supportive.
Full bust circumference: 69 cm Band circumference: 55 cm
The color is a cool-toned orchid pink. It is cooler and a little lighter than Miami Pink and Dragon Fruit.
