I’m technically outside Cosabella’s size range for this bra, but I decided to give it a try since I’d heard it was very stretchy. It IS very stretchy! If I move around a lot, the top can shift and create a little quadboob, but usually only if I’ve been leaning over. It’s not uncomfortable if it does cut in because the lace is so stretchy and ridiculously soft.
My only real complaint is that the lace below the band tends to roll up. This doesn’t affect the fit or the comfort, but it’s mildly annoying. With the lace being so soft, it’s not uncomfortable or itchy, so it’s not a huge issue.
This bralette is stretchy, soft, pretty, and a really good choice when you want light support. I have soft tissue, and this keeps everything lifted and contained, but the support is light enough that it’s still comfortable as a sleep bra if I want to wear it to bed.
Want to love this bra but it's just not gonna work. Straps are too wide. Cups are too wide and and high on the side. Gore doesn't lay flat. I do like the height of the cups though. Also, lace isn't smooth under knit tops
I was looking for a comfy lounge bra to wear around the house and not feel exposed when greeting the delivery person at the door.
I grabbed this for a bargain on Amazon. A size SMALL might have worked better, but I was going for the sale.
The straps are partially adjustable, and surprisingly, not enough for my short/petite stature. My boobs were smooshed together and somewhat flattened.
I don't have all of my bras listed on Bratabase, but I have several underwire bras, Montell Flirt for one, that are more comfortable lounge bra options.
This is a beautiful bra, though I believe it runs slightly small. The wires are fairly wide, which is great for wide roots. The balconette style with open top makes it well suited to full-on-bottom breasts and various root heights. The straps are pretty far to the side, which may be uncomfortable for some. And the lace does show through thin tops but is gorgeous when topless!
I bought into the hype and got one. It doesn't give quite the same effect as what the smaller-busted can achieve, but it fits about as well as a bralette can. The underbust elastic is supportive, there's enough room in the bust, and the straps are thick enough to hold everything up. The rave reviews about the fit seem to be true, but I think the usual $80 price tag is quite steep for what they are. The stitching looks sturdy but not careful; there were small gaps in the mesh where the elastic met and some of the seams weren't aligned. Only time will tell about how they hold up.
I already have a M - Cosabella » Never Say Never Ultra Curvy Sweetie Bralette (N in Palm Aloe that I've reviewed, and this one in Sole (warm yellow) is very similar. The band is a little looser, and the bust seems to be a smidge larger. I've had this on since last night (24 hours and counting), and it was comfortable to sleep and lounge around in. The color is more flattering on me than I would have expected.
I love these, I have multiple colorways. Not overated at all to my surprise, and extremely comfortable. Also supportive enough to feel comfortable with my silohuette in most shirts.
I had an FDL Abdominoplasty and an Extended L-Brachioplasty, which has made my bra-wearing even harder and more complicated. Wearing anything with an underwire or even a thick band or pseudo-wire (I previously was wearing a wire-free bra that had what I called a pseudo-wire, where it has the fabric for a wire, but no actual wire) absolutely drives me insane as they sit on my incision lines. When I uploaded my new measurements to Bratabase post-op, this bra was the only wire-free recommendation, so I thought about it for a while I decided to jump in. I was afraid it would either make me look flat-chested OR ...make me look saggy, but neither of those things is true.
This is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn in my life and IMO fits me beautifully. Another review mentions the upper cups being large, but I am FOT, so this is not an issue. I do not have any part of this bra that I dislike or that doesn't fit beautifully. I feel amazing wearing it! I would recommend this for anyone who has had an FDL incision or other high-abdominal incision, as it is supportive and sexy, without being irritating.
ETA - I've owned this bra for right around a month now and I still adore this bra! It washes by hand and in the washing machine very well, I know sometimes that's a concern with lace fabric. I have struggled for years to find a bra that fits me because I have a very uncommon breast shape (in all areas) and even other seemingly accurate calculators calculated me and recommended me bras that were too small and uncomfortable. This was the only wire-free bra recommended to me and it has truly been the best purchase I've ever made. I know it won't be for everyone, but give the bra a try, you might love it! I can't wait to buy multiple colors in this bra! I highly, highly recommend it. Read more 224 more words
Years ago, a well-meaning friend got me a Cosabella gift card for my birthday. Purple is my all-time favorite color, so when I saw this bra, I had to have it. It only came in matrix sizes and whoever measured me that day did the +4 methodology and I was sized as a 34A.
