I'd previously avoided Ewa's PL cut, assuming it would be too wide and shallow at the wire on me with too tall cups. But but but... this is a bra I missed out on as it was discontinued prior to me finding ABTF, and it was long on my "love this and will never have it" list. I'm so over taller gores, I've gravitated towards short gores (and looser bands) lately. When I first got bras that fit I was all about super snug bands and lots of separation. I don't know if I'm becoming more sensitive with age or what lol, but all ... my 28 bands feel like they're suffocating me lately even though my measurements haven't changed, and I have been shoving cotton balls between my sternum and my balconettes. So when this popped up for sale on here, I thought well why the hell not!

Turns out it works pretty well on me! Yeah it's a little tall/big on my smaller side, but I hate using cookies so I deal with it. I don't find it slipping out of my IMF, at least not uncomfortably so, and I'm over super narrow wires too. Just because I *can* wear 4.8" wires doesn't mean I have to, nor do I want to, nor do I need my boobs THAT front and center 24/7. This bra is very comfortable, beautiful, I don't spill out the center, my boobs don't touch in the middle (which also drives me crazy), and that makes it a win in my book. Now I want the PL Lovely, the PL Dark Magenta, the SM Tattoo, and the new M cut she has out.... and I also want to win the lottery!!

That is such a pretty bra. Grats!

Wonderful! find. I thoroughly enjoy this colorway. Hope it is fantastically comfortable with the looser band and slightly wider cup!

    • 5

Beautiful! I find it became refreshing when I stopped focusing on the PERFECT fit and focused more on comfort and a great fit. I try to recommend everyone to not become too obsessed with the perfect fit. I've known a few women who just flat out give up because nothing is perfect. This is just as perfect IMO so long as your happy & comfortable.

      That's so beautiful!

    • 1

      Stunning! What a great find!

    • 1

I, too, am now more focused on comfort. The Pl Blekitna Rapsodia is one of my favorite Ewa Michalak designs I never bought. It looks good on you! If you did try the cookie on your smaller side, did that make it fit? I understand what you're saying about not wanting to bother with cookies on a daily basis, though.

    • Yeah it fit better with the cookie, but I don’t like how padded the cookies make the bra feel. Like boob armor. Plus it feels like they take away some of the immediate depth, and I need all I can get.

      Yeah!!

    Didn't fit

As others have said, Zielony Pieprzyk is an extremely beautiful design. Polka dot mesh overlaid on a teal-emerald base with shiny black ribbon vertical seams and a ribbon bow. I'm so sorry my poor bathroom lighting fails to really capture the true detail and contrasts! Because the cups are pretty near seamless under clothes and the color is surprisingly sedate, this will work pretty well as an "everyday black bra" for me.

I custom ordered in the CH cut, which is fabled for its fabulous immediate projection! Well, it certainly doesn't disappoint... nothing else I own even comes close in that department. It frustrates me that Ewa ... offers so little in this cut anymore... it really offers the depth at the wire I feel like so many full-busted women need!

My only prior experience with this cut was the CH Cherry in 65FF, which was too small for me. Like the Cherry, this bra fits maybe half a cup size large and very open in the cups; I need the pad on my smaller side to properly fill it out without gaping. Also, while Zielony has much sturdier straps than the Cherry, they still feel ridiculously wide-set. I have to purposefully angle them inwards a bit, and though they don't bother me personally during the day, I can't imagine how very petite or narrow-shouldered ladies would fare. The cup shape is very round, ultra projected and a little less compact than the CHP cut. Very flattering from both the front and side, but definitely not minimizing!

Oh, I think this is lovely! I think I like this bra better as a CH than an S.

    • Gorgeous!! The projection is is excellent. I so wish the gore was a single wire, because the narrowing alteration I performed caused the wire to bite hard under my most projected breast. Otherwise, this bra is magnificent.

    Hasn't set fit

I'll have to update after i've worn it - it came in right before the holiday rush and I tried it on like a week ago and havent put it on since!

I do remember that the band is too big, already on . . . 2nd or 3rd hook? The first SF I got, 75 was the right band size, but it no longer is.

The cups fit well, I was happy about that.

Hubby commented that he really liked the color of this bra - and thats unusual for him to comment. It is a darker shade of wine/purple. really nice! Looking forward to wearing it!

oops, looks like i have to post from here even tho i didnt put the pics in yet - should be up pretty soon.

    • Georgeous!! I LOVE the color! You might have to take the band in; or maybe a Rixie clip?

    • 1

I like this color, too. Giggle. So glad your husband approves :-) :-)

    • 1

Well, so far my 75 bands fit on 3rd/4th hook, but are . . ok. Not sure rixie clip works for such a wide band? I've never seen one in person. and i'm no seamstres, tho I suppose I could pay someone to take in a few of them

    • 1

I was worried these newer sf with the lace overlay on the band's would not be as firm as the basic sf with the two sturdy layers which was for me the very firm band was a bonus ... now I know not to size up in this bra ..
What I find interesting is that the cup depth of this 75jj sf is smaller than your 75j sf by .5 " and with the 1" longer stretched band of your 75j st that is a significant size difference to me .
Makes it hard to want to order directly from Ewa michalak if you don't know what your getting .

Does it feel as super supportive ?

It is a lovely color in a bra though .

    • I'm so sorry the band is too big :( :(

    • I looked for 4 hook Rixie clips, and couldn't find any, although I did see 3 hook Rixie clips. 😥

    • I havent worn it yet - its hanging on the shower rod drying, now. It did seem less big than I thoguht, but it could be measuring differences? its not easy . . .

    • It's definitely not easy that is for sure

    • 1

I didnt have a tape measure, but I held the two against each other this morning and the cups look pretty much the same shape except the new one is maybe a half inch taller? Really, it does look too small on my bigger side, but I was starting to fall otu of the other one - and i always fall out over the top, so . . taller works

Looks great on you and the colour really is gorgeous!

    • Very lovely!!

    • I have this and like it quite a lot! I also don't feel like it's super lifted, but certainly very round and projected.

    • I was always curious about this one, and it looks great on you! Glad for the review.

    • Apparently I can't edit, but the straps on that should be fully adjustable. If you have a rat tail comb (or something similar) wiggle the top loop loose (the one on top) and then it should be easier to make the straps shorter. Just fyi for next time. :)

    • Thanks everyone! So glad I didn't give up on it when it didn't work out at first. Definitely an awesome bra.
gratiat You're right, they are!! Thanks to your tip about the comb, I was able to get the green half of the straps through the loops. Took me about 5 minutes to do because the stitching made the straps stiff and thick but it finally gave in. Tried it on after and the lift is definitely improved, too. Just when I thought I couldn't like this bra more... You're a lifesaver, haha. Thanks! :D

    • I had to do that with my Syrena. It's amazing how much difference just a little adjustment can make. On the upside, they don't slip during wear.

This bra is gorgeous. I feel like its the Cadillac of bras. These wires are sooooo narrow. They are perfect. I finally have a bra with enough immediate projection - the wire seems to match up perfectly under my breasts and it doesn't keep settling down all day. I don't have the straps jacked all the way up, either. It is on the narrowest hooks. Praise God. This bra is comfortable and secure. It's not stabbing me. When I took it out of the package, my husband said "wow that's a really pretty bra and I'm a dude and I've seen a lot of bras in my life ... and never saw one that actually made me want to compliment it." The color is a light peach and my pics don't show it very well. I love the big bow but you can't really see it because it's trapped between the girls.

This bra tacks but its not what I'm used to. I can push it more firmly against my chest. It's not floating away from me or anything but it's not a firm tack. I wouldn't want to go up in the cup bc my 75J - Ewa Michalak » Bm Groszki is too big in the cup and the cup volume of my 65JJ is much more appropriate for me.

This bra is lined throughout which I love and it has a softer feel than the Panache Jasmine. It cannot be handled as roughly as the Jasmine. I attempted to adjust on day 1 and heard a heartbreaking "rip." !!! I am heavy handed so I'm going to have to handle this thing gingerly. Hopefully I will not have to adjust it often. Day 1 I did not have to do much adjusting. My breasts are very soft in the center and I had to tuck my tissue back out into the cups a little bit. The gore is a little bit lower than what would be perfect for me.

That's pretty! Great fit! Did you buy the thong? I can highly recommend that one, soooo comfy (runs very large)

This bra and brief set I've managed to receive today, earlier than the release date, and arriving only a week after I ordered it! Possibly as it was my birthday (my boyfriend got me a EM voucher which I used last week) and possibly because I saw the upcoming preview from BraObsessed (who I would have bought it from but my voucher was for EM!) and I asked her nicely.

Anyway - as I'm the first, I've taken all the measurements, and taken loads of photos of the bra and briefs.

The bra band runs a band size tight! It stretched to 28 inches (this stretched band measurement I ... added to Bratabase)! I couldn't do it up. But I thought NO...no I do not accept this. I want this bra to work. I don't want to send it back. I thought right... first I'll try stretching it out a bit, as bras end up stretching anyhow and if that doesn't work I'm using an extender.

After stretching it, I then managed to do it up first time. I just took my super tight and it's 28.3, snug around 30. I just measured the stretched measurement again and its now around 29/29.5. Excellent... it still runs tight though for a 30 but at least it's now wearable for me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Okay so the quality is great as you would expect. I find the zig zag hem a bit scratchy but I just have sensitive skin.

The cup lace is a teal kind of colour, the bows are ivory, the straps are an icy blue shade, and the inner lining is beige.

The only thing that isn't what I expected is that the inner beige lining can be seen above the bow from the front. Actually one of the bows just fell off, so that's another thing I wasn't expecting, though I think it may have been my fault as I think my nail struck it. I will have to re-attach it. The other bow is well secured so I'm sure it's an outlier.

The cups allow for a fair amount of immediate depth, and give quite a pointy look. As my boobs are slightly fuller on top, the cups are on the verge of having the neckline digging in, which you can see in the side pics

The band has four columns and two rows of hook and eye fastenings

The straps are too wide for my frame, and I'm considering moving them inwards so they are centre-pull in style.

Otherwise, it is so beautiful. I absolutely adore anything in cold green tones. A rival to my CHP Mietusek.

As for the name Mohito, it definitely looks the part.

    • Could you post a photo of the brief, please? How is the sizing? Do you know if there is a thong?

    • 1

I did post pictures of the briefs.

They seem to be true to size.

I went for size 46/18 as my waist is 30-32 but my bum is 48-49 inches.

I'm guess most people who order a 30 band are unlikely to order a matching brief in 46, so I'm not sure how helpful my pictures are, but hey... that's my shape. Small band and plus size briefs. I found a few others at ABTF who have similar measurements so yeah... here's some unedited pictures:

Front of brief (with another pair underneath for modesty):

      http://www.bratabase.com/picture/dnlze/

In fact you can't see from the front because of how I'm standing but the gusset has this diamond shape bit at the front and back (like a modesty hiding thing)

      http://media.bratabase.com/cache/ba/53/ba53b90ee6d4341aa07f2da11bfa5e60.jpg

      From the side:

      http://www.bratabase.com/picture/dnlzf/

They feel amazing actually. At the back they are mesh with an extra layer that stops half way.

    • That is one gorgeous bra, and a must-have for me in that lovely teal colour! So far Comexim were beating EM for me, in terms of their designs, but this has won me over. :)

    • But ohhh, looks like it won't be available to me in the UK for quite a while though....

    • alexad I'm from the UK. I assume they have been making up all their standard sizes, ready for the big release, so already had a 65G made as it's one of their most popular sizes, so probably just shipped it instantly so with UK airmail it arrived in about a week. That being said, I bought the two opiums on the release day and they arrived in like a month. I saw a message in the notes that translated to "ship ASAP, is birthday present".

    • Oh and it's 179zl for the bra and 69zl for the briefs

    • Oh, maybe I've misunderstood then - I thought you ordered it from Bra Obsessed, and as far as I can see they only ship within the USA and Canada?

    • Nope

"I saw the upcoming preview from BraObsessed (who I would have bought it from but my voucher was for EM!) "

BraObsessed sent an email out to everyone saying that they could pre-order the Mojito, so I saw it and was like "yes! I want that" but then I received an Ewa Michalak gift voucher for my birthday from my boyfriend. So - as I knew I wanted the Mojito, and it was out... at some point??? I thought I'd try my luck and ask Ewa Michalak if I could pre-order it. She replied that I could order it early as a birthday treat.

So yeah, I got it directly from her and not BraObsessed.

    • Sorry, I really need to read things more carefully! ;)

Hopefully it will be released on the web-site soon then *happy dance*.

    • Oh, sorry, I hadn't seen the briefs. They look amazing. I spoke to EM and she said that the S/BM Mohito is coming out either this week or the next. The PL Maryna and the S Magic will be delayed, and the swimwear plans have been cancelled.

    • Veritas

I thought the swimwear may have been cancelled. When EM first brought out the Saint Tropez it was called

      Saint-Tropez - gora

Which I assumed meant "larger cup sizes" as google translate said gora meant mountain

I thought they would be bringing out a small bust and cup version (not sure what that would have been called, maybe M or 3D) but at some point she removed the "gora" bit so I'm guessing that was around the time the plans got cancelled

    • 1

Ughhh the Magique is the one I'm waiting for lol

    • Oh that color is way nicer in your pictures than the promo pictures ..now I really like it

.. it's close to my "signature " color you know that color you have to buy in everything because you look amazing in it . Light teal is mine I thought it was bright bright aqua this is lovely .
And the briefs are so pretty too just like I like mine to sit . I have a curvy body hips included I am always going for the big bottoms . Plus hate them when they bind better bit bigger than too small so thank for that information too .

Now I need to go back and look to see what cut this one came in besides the s .. I want an unlined .

    • 1

Ivp , I think it also comes in a BM style

    • 1

It comes in a BM style. I've never tried BM. I loooove this color, but need another padded bra like I need a hole in the head. Maybe if I come into some extra cash (ha, ha) I'll have to check out the BM.

    • Wow, that looks pretty!!! Way better than their stock photo!

I have been covetting this bra for awhile and finally decided to go for it. So glad I did! It fits like a glove and compared to my other Ewa in a 100 band this one definitely is more firm and stretches to 39" comfortably whereas my others can stretch to 40" easily. Cup depth seems shallower as well but could be the S cut. I will need to compare with my other S. The only recommendation I would have is to make the harness style straps a little longer for wider bands. I cannot use the smallest one without it cutting in and pulling the straps of the bra inward. Not the best look. Other than that I have enough strapping options with the others it came with. Another great bra by Ewa! Wish she had more colors as I would get another for sure in a different color.

    Edited/updated review:

This bra arrived with a faulty hook and eye (one was sewn upside down, making the first set of hooks unusable). I can wear it okay on the second set, and it wasn't something I felt warranted a return, but I contacted EM on their Facebook page, just to make them aware.

Gotta say, I'm impressed with their response. Kaska replied right away and offered to make and ship a new one completely. I couldn't really accept in good conscience (it's easily fixable and I don't need two of the same bra), but we made another arrangement and I have to say I'm very pleased. Excellent customer service, ... IMO. I will definitely feel more confident about ordering again in the future.

As for the bra itself, I like the fit! I ordered my usual size that matched what was in the drop-down box, and it seems TTS. The lace trim is a little itchy, but hopefully it'll soften up with wear and a few washings. Great projection, narrow wires, straps are wide but not annoying. I think I could do with the wings being a tad higher (my tail of spence is larger on the right side for some reason, so things tend to poke there even if the left side feels fine), but it's not too bad. Very firm gore tack, hoping that will soften up a bit as well.

Appearance wise, this is adorable! The little buttons instead of bows are perfect, and are a big reason I chose this model to start with. The CHP cut gives me great lift, cakes type cleavage, and a nive smooth look under clothing. Due to the lace, it definitely shows under clingy shirts, but it would probably be an okay t-shirt bra for me.

All in all, while not an ideal first time ordering experience, I'm generally pleased. It's such a cute bra, and I'm thrilled to have it.

    • For $56 (shipping included), I would return it.

    • I would still complain, whether you want to return it or not. PetiteCollegiate posted today on the Facebook group Clothes for Boobs https://www.facebook.com/groups/261128837304402/ that even though initial contact with EM about her CH Cherry was unsuccessful that she received a box of smaller sized CH Cherries to try.

    • 2

For something I can probably fix myself, I don't think the expense of returning it from the US would be worth it. I do love the bra itself. But I may leave a comment on the Facebook page or something, just to make them aware. It was just disappointing, bit of a downer on top of the initial new bra excitement.

    • 2

To be fair, they probably order the bras hooks and eyes in mass quantities. I'd be surprised if Ewa hand sewed each hook and eye into the clasp. Its not like she hand knits the fabrics, they do have material suppliers. It's possible it's the clasp supplier's fault. Each side of the clasp is probably machine stitched onto each end of the band. Even if it was hand stitched into the band, I can see something like that going unnoticed in a hurry. I'm not an Ewa fan nor am I defending her. Just throwing the possibility out.

    • 2

lcl0706 Oh sure, I wasn't really thinking they'd attached all the hooks themselves, but I'd expect someone attaching that part to the band to at least look closely enough at their work to notice. I sew a lot, and I'd definitely be double checking anything I was doing at the machine, if only to check the orientation of the pieces. I'm just surprised no one ever noticed at any stage.

I bought this bra mostly because of the spaghetti straps, otherwise I wasn’t enthralled by the design. Actually the stock photos don’t do it justice. It’s a very elegant bra. It reminds me of the CH Purple that I still regret not having bought. I think it’s even more beautiful and thoroughly designed.
The cut is a perfect copy of the Onyks - narrow wires and open cup. The cup volume is typical for this cut, the band is TTS.
I like the contrast between the black, shiny elements (straps, band, the satin ribbon on and under the cups) and the mat material on the cups. The cups (probably rose) ... are overlaid with a black lace that gives them an elegant purple colour. As always, I find the central bow too big and rather kitsch https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
Unfortunately, it’s not as comfortable as Syrena. I would like to curse the person who designed these straps and punish her by obliging to adjust them every day to the end of time! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> They are UNADJUSTABLE without additional tools (they should provide them with the bra). The problem is the sliders are thinner than the straps (also in the spaghetti straps), which makes it really hard to move it. I also find the straps are too thin for this size, hard and overall uncomfortable (which also reminds me of the Onyks). That being said, the band, even though not as soft as in Syrena, is pretty nice and firm.
It feels quite strange to have these additional straps, I’ll have to get used to feel them on the upper part on my breast. I would prefer the sliders less visible or no sliders at all. I'm not sure yet if I'll dare to wear this bra outside with the spaghetti straps showing off.
I actually haven’t decided yet if I’ll keep it (the statistics say I will, I’ve never sent back any of my EM bra so far).

EDIT: I added measurements and they confirm that this bra has very narrow underwires, the narrower of all the CHs I've owned (I took the measure 3 times). Happily there's enough depth in the cup for the breast tissue. That is actually typical for this style which gives a very projected shape.

The shoulder straps are terrible! Are they super stretchy too?

I think it looks good on you, and I agree about the cup straps. I really like them, but I don't if I'm edgy enough to pull off letting them peek out.

    • 1

Oh I love it! And I'm one of those weird ones that loves thin shoulder straps. I'm also not sure about the bow, but maybe I'll like it more in person. This style really does look lovely on you!

    • 1

they aren't SUPER stretchy, but stretchier than I would prefer. It's barely enough for me, but not enough for bigger cups I think, I hope they took it into consideration in bigger sizes.

    • 1

PetiteCollegiate thanks :) I also like thin shoulder straps in Freya bras, because they are thick and soft. Gossard makes wonderful thin straps, still supportive.
The bow is horrible but I get used ;) It seems like they put gigantic bows when they don't have any better idea ;) I far prefer small and discrete adornments like in HP Kobalt, CHP Noir or S Orzechowa Pralinka.

    • 1

I hope they're better in bigger cups too. I don't mind the thinner straps too much as long as they are not also too stretchy. If they're both narrow and very elastic they dig and hurt.

I love Ewa's giant bows. Especially on the backs of underwear, I feel like my bum is a gift :)
I also really like the delicate bows. The little bow with the pearl charm on HP Kobalt is very sophisticated and lovely.

    • 1

I haven't thought about a gift :D I think Ewa really likes these bows too because she uses them very often, it's a kind of trademark. I find them too imposing but they don't dissuade me from purchasing.

I'm in love with this bra! I was so worried that the band would be too tight, or the cups too big, or the straps too wide after my (really long) wait, but everything is pretty much perfect. The band does run a bit tight, and the cups are more closed off than is standard for a CHP. If you have tall roots or upper fullness, size up. They're also a bit stiffer than the other CHPs I own which will make them less flexible in fit. I can't wear this with the removable pads, but I don't think I could size up in the cups without gaping due to my lack of upper fullness. The lift provided by this bra is (as is typical for the style) quite impressive. I really don't know how Ewa does it!

So she still makes 55 bands upon request? I thought she had stopped. That's good news!

    • 1

Yeah she does for just the custom fee. On a lot of them they list the 55 band sizes, but I've gotten some (that are still on the way) made that didn't have 55 band sizes listed at the bottom.

I adore this bra! It gives great cleavage and lift without the removable pads and crazy-town cleavage with them. The style is short root friendly and accommodates a lot of projection while still keeping a rounded appearance. I think I may be an Ewa Michalak convert https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />. The attention to detail in the styling is lovely and the crosshatch continues to the back of the bra. The band is (obviously) too large for me, but I'm going to alter it anyways. If you're looking at this style, keep your regular band size because the band does run on the stretchier side of true to size. The straps are wideset and fully adjustable and the clasp is a 2x3. I'm definitely a big fan of the S style! I wasn't sure if I'd like the higher gore, but it gives a nice "Cakes on a Plate" look.

      This looks awesome on you!!

    • Re: being an EM convert - from the extensive measurement-stalking I've done of EM bras in my size, 9.9 times out of 10 the wires of EM bras are 0.2-0.4" (if not more) wider than Comexim bras in my size. I noticed in your review you pointed out the width & I just wanted to point out that it's probable that would be the case in most EM bras your size. I do believe Comexim is known as the narrowest wires currently available in padded bras.

    • 1

This bra looks terrific on you! Great review. The style suits you to a T.

You may want to include a link to the product page in your reviews. You could link to the retailer/manufacturer page or even the bratabase page. That way, if it's still available, people could track it down more easily or see measurements and reviews. The Kamea is an older style, so Ewa Michalak will probably take down the page soon, when it's sold out. Then bratabase will be the only place to see it, besides the blogs that reviewed it.

    • 1

Noob Thanks! I really love it :)

lcl0706 That's really interesting. I had heard as well that Comexim has the narrowest wires in a padded bra, but my Comexim's are all either 5 inches or 4.9 as well. I think they maybe have a minimum wire width that they use that makes your size about the same width as mine.

learningaboutbras That's a great idea! I'll definitely add that. I think that Kamea is only available now in the 3D style on EM's website. I'll definitely add links to the posts I can find things for.

This bra is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. The mint with black lace overlay is both sexy and sweet. There's a beautiful black satin bow on the center gore with gem detailing. The straps are black with a smooth finish and fully adjustable. The cups are a very deep plunge and where the strap meets the cup doesn't bother my armpits at all and also has a small black satin bow. The backband is quite stretchy and I have to wear this on the tightest set of hooks. There are two rows and four columns of hooks on the backband.

*All pictures were taken with the cookies in the cups.

As soon I got this baby home, I snapped a pic of it and sent it to the boyfriend with the caption, "I hope you like this, because it's never coming off my body." Holy moly, what a gorgeous bra. The pics online truly do not do it justice. The cups have a similar lace pattern as the Ewa Michalak Pl Orange (545) , but this one feels more subtle and, in my opinion, better -- likely because the pattern is the same color as the rest of the lace. The metallic sheen is not obnoxious at all, and can only be noticed as metallic in ... certain light. The bra is almost luminescent. Words may be failing me, but trust when I say it's GORGEOUS.

As for sizing, I agree with a previous review that the band is very stretchy. I tend to run somewhere between a 75 and 80 in EM bands, and this feels just a touch too loose than I'd prefer it starting out. It doesn't ride up, praise be to Ewa, but it doesn't feel as firm as I'd like it. The cups fit true to size for an S model. The straps, a gorgeous mint green, which play perfectly with the aqua blue of the cups, are fully adjustable -- thank you EM! I hope she keeps up making her straps fully adjustable, as they are appreciated.

I also bought the matching briefs with this, and they run TTS for other EM panties I've purchased. The fit is closer to a short than brief. If you're debating whether or not to get the matching panty, honestly I'd say to pass. They're fine and comfortable and all that, but I wish they had more of the beautiful lace rather than being mostly the matte fabric on the band of the bra. I don't regret buying them, but EM has done better.

This is my second time purchasing this bra in the size 65GG. More on that and why.

Original review for size 65GG, found here: http://bra.pe/X4mV/
Originally reviewed in detail in size 65G, found here: http://bra.pe/X2kV/

I don’t usually share reviews on the front page for a bra I’m just repurchasing in a size up/down unless I feel there is something important to take away. So here we have Kleks. I know some have had a love hate relationship with Kleks, me included. So why, did I buy it in a 65GG and return it the first time? Well at the time my 65G was the smallest ... cut out of my 65G BM collection. So at the time I was trying to get a better fit. The 65GG I originally purchased was also cut very small! The band of the original 65GG was tight to the point I felt constructed and uncomfortable! The cup seemed to fit wonderfully, but the straps felt way too wide and annoyed the heck out of me.
So back she went to the US retailer I purchased from.

Flash forward to today, and my bust have grown due to body fat redistribution, perimenopause, and age. So I decided to rebuy my whole bra collection in a cup up. When it came to Kleks I was on the fence about buying, knowing the woes I had with it before. So here she is. She fits great! So I guess the moral of the story is, if one doesn’t work, giving it a shot later down the line and it just might work. There can be so many factors involved on how something fits when it’s hand made. Everyone has a different sewing method and no two seamstresses sew the same.

Finally my dark blue bra that didn’t leave me feeling blue. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Glad it eventually worked out for you. I totally love bras in dark blue. “ and my bust have grown due to body fat redistribution, perimenopause, and age” oh boy do I relate to this right now! I’ve had to get my Comexims in a larger size even though I haven’t gained any weight. I’m still nervous to get Ewa’s in a size up though since it didn’t work out the last time I tried. However, as you mentioned, sometimes we gotta try and try again ;)

    • 3

margesimpson Yeeessss!!! My weight hasn’t changed, yet I clearly needed the cup up. I actually tried the BM in 65GG the first time I ever purchased that style. They were definitely too big. So I went with 65G at the time. I held onto them should I ever need them. And I’m glad I did. It gave me the opportunity to reassess fit.
Thankfully all the matching panties I have still fit the same way they always have.
Just when you think you have things figured out, your body goes and changes.

Sorry it’s taken me a bit to get to the pictures and review…it’s been crazy at work, and we’ve been forced out of our apartment (old owners sold and new owner is moving in) so I have been packing and moving stuff. Luckily, we found another unit in the building, but it’s a 1br instead of a 2br like we have now.

Anyway, I immediately messaged the seller as soon as I saw this listing. I tried a 65FF CHP a few years ago when my boobs were bigger, and it was almost too small so I thought I would try a size down since I have lost ... weight. I was slightly nervous about it though, because the other one was sort of east west looking on me, but I was never sure if it was the CHP cut or the actual design aesthetics of the XOXO.

I’ve always had a mixed feeling about the Antonina, as I don’t really care for white lace bras, but I think it’s the combination of the beige shimmer underneath that makes this one work for my skin tone. I’m pale but semi warm. I think that whites on me need to be soft and muted rather than bright and crisp for them to work. Though, as a bra underneath my clothes, this is less important. I think it’s a very pretty combination, actually, and had it not been for this site, I might not have seen that with the details of others posting about it.

On to the fit…as mentioned before, I lost 20lbs last year, and with that, I have had a change in my shape as well. I’m 1-2 cups smaller, and my already soft tissue is significantly less full all over than it was before. When I put this on, I was honestly a little bit shocked that even a full size down was still big on me. I’m glad that I asked for the cookies even though I didn’t think I would have needed them, because I absolutely do! You can see there is some significant gapping without the cookies, and that it barely fits with the cookies, to the point where I am actually wondering if I could do a cup size smaller. Wearing with the cookies does feel a little bit weird, and these cookies are a pain, but it’s narrow and deep enough that it does not feel too shallow. Unlike the XOXO, I don’t feel especially east east west in this one.

Overall, I like the bra, and I plan to hold on to it, as it gives me a little more room to grow if I add more weight back. It fits well enough with the cookies for now.

This looks lovely on you! It reminds me of mermaid seashells. I’m with you, I’m not a fan of white bras in general, but this fabric is really pretty. Bummer it wasn’t a spot on perfect fit, but it still looks really nice.

    • 1

      Thanks!

    • 1

I'm not usually one for beige bras either, but I think this one is so pretty. It looks really nice on you. I tried the BM antonina a while back and got rid of it because it was too small, but I wish I'd kept it for when I'm in that range. I fluctuate so much, I'm not sure why I ever get rid of bras for being one size too small or big.

    • 1

Yeah there’s something about the Antonina lace and colouring that makes it pretty versatile. I’m still not a huge white lace or white bra fan, but I’m still open to some if I think it’s unique enough or has something that I think might work for me.

I purchased this because it’s the same color as the BM Heaven. This bra is exactly like the SF Nibynic, but in light blue.

This is a great light weight sky blue fine mesh bra. The fabric feels very comfortable and more relaxed. The bottom of the cup is a three part cup with a fine sky blue mesh over a matching non stretch fabric. The upper cup consists of fine sky blue stretch mesh folded over. The center gore has a mesh overlay with a pearl white button accent. The band is a fine sky blue mesh doubled up with the back clasp consisting of 3x4 ... hooks. All elastic is matching sky blue. The straps are a satin elastic and more on the stretchy side. The hardware is white. There are small pearl white buttons where the strap meets the cup.

    Briefs in size 38:
I just received these high waisted matching panties. I feel they run true to size and fit very smoothly. The front panel consists of the light blue mesh over a more thick light blue fabric. The side panels are made of one layer of light blue stretch mesh that wraps around the back with a center seam up the rear. There is a light blue elastic waistband. The front of the panties have two pearl white button where the center panel meets the side panel, near the lower leg hole. There is also a white pearl button at the top in the back of the waistband. There is a white cotton gusset.

    • 1

marilynne Oh man, Wrozka has a special place in my heart. I still have my 65G even tho it doesn’t fit and the band has deteriorated and wouldn’t be wearable even if the cup was the right size. I’m considering dismantling it and using it as a basic pattern to make cups to sew into the dresses I make for myself.

I love me a vibrant blue bra and this color is super. And I say that because my husband has dubbed this color “Superman blue”. It’s a beautiful cobalt blue color.

The fabric is more of a Lycra spandex. Not quite swimwear feeling, but lovely to the touch. The cup is the typical SF cut with the lower cup consisting of thee parts. The lower cup has the stretchy blue fabric over a black non stretch under layer. The center lower panel is made with a black mesh edged with black lace, that is only attached along the mesh sew line. There is a thin satin ribbon detail ... to mimic the look of a laced up cup. These are fixed in their position. There is black piping/seam covering over the horizontal cup line.
The upper cup consists of a folded over stretchy material met with a upper corner piece the strap attaches to. This piece has the blue fabric over a black non stretch layer. The center gore has a cute black mesh detail with black lace edging along with a tiny black bow and diamond pendant. There is black seam covering along the outside of the wire for a nice contrasting look.
The back band consists of the cobalt blue stretch fabric over a black power mesh. The edging elastic is all black with the straps consisting of black elastic with an ever so slight sheen to it. The front of the straps attaches with a black ring. All hardware is black. The back clasp consists of a 3x4 closure, my favorite!

I added a picture of me wearing this bra under a basic tee. As you can see the horizontal cup lining shows. I’ll be reserving this bra to wear under darker/thicker/patterned fabrics.

Briefs in size 38: These panties are made out of the same royal blue fabric as the bra. The front panel of the panties has black lace, same as on the bra cup, down the front in a V shape pattern. There are two small black buttons at near the top of the waistband. The back panel consists of the royal blue fabric as well as a fine black mesh diamond center insert. There are fine satin ribbons sewn on to give the illusion of a laced up look that ends in a small tied bow at the bottom. There is black lace that runs the perimeter of the mesh panel. With two of the lace strips continuing down to where the back panels meet the leg hole. There is black elastic lace along the top of the waistband and thin black elastic that runs the whole perimeter of the leg holes. There is a black cotton gusset. This particular pair runs slightly small in my opinion compared to other EM briefs in the same size.

I bought this beautiful bra from Happy2BraShop (Thank you so much!).

My stats: 26HH/J according to the ABTF calculator, slightly FOT, tall and narrow roots, center full, close set and high set.

    The look:
This bra is super cute! It somehow balances cute and sexy perfectly. The bra consists of a light teal main fabric with a whimsical patterned black floral lace overlay. The lace covers almost the entirety of the cups and the cradle while the band consists of two layers of black powermesh. All hardware is black and there's a circular ribbon charm on the center gore, it's hard to describe but it's ... beautiful! The closure is 2x4 hooks as is typical of newish Ewas in this size.
Unfortunately this bra is discontinued so I couldn't buy matching panties but I managed to find laguna briefs that match quite well. The cmain fabric is the same, but the lace is different and the center charm is the same as the blekitna with the colors inverted.

    The fit:
I may get a more technical fit in 65GG (or it's lower-banded sister sizes) but I think this is a good fit regardless. I feel fully supported, the wires are narrow enough and I don't quite quad but I definitely would if it weren't for my firm tissue and tall roots. Instead of quadding my boobs just like to migrate up to my neck in this. I'd be worried that a 65GG/60H would be too wide and stab my armpits so I think I'm going to stick to 65G for PL's. The gore of this bra is SO COMFY, I never thought I'd say that about an ewa gore but here I am. It's just low enough to not dig into my close-set and center full boobs AT ALL.

    Overall:
This bra is beautiful and a great fit for me in this size! My experience with this bra is so great that I want more PL's now! They may even overtake Comexim plunges as my preferred padded bra.
