ORIGINAL REVIEW OCTOBER 2015: Never in my life have I experienced a more perfect fit. (My boobs = narrow root, soft tissue, close-set.) The band is on the stretchy side, which works for me in this model since I'm really between a 65 and 70 band. If you're between two band sizes, go with the lower-band sister size in this model.
My best bra to date has been the Ewa S Truskawki Z Malinami (the red one with the strawberry decoration) in 65FF. It's still going strong, but lately it's started to feel too shallow. I used to wear it with the pads, but a few months ago ...I took the pads out, and the fit improved. Then it started to feel shallow even without the pads, so I ordered a cup size up. I'm 30, so I doubt my boobs are still growing--maybe the dreaded tissue migration? I did start wearing well-fitting bras about a year ago.
Anyway, this bra fits like a dream. I left the pads in for structure, but I can wear it either way. Tacking gore, perfect smooth line at the top of the cups -- I forgot what that looked like, I've had quad-boob in all my bras for so long!
It's a gorgeous bra, too. I love the aqua color, which looks great on me and goes with a lot of my clothes. The entire cup is covered in embroidered lace, which is beautiful if sometimes annoying to pair with clothing (definitely not a T-shirt bra--but invisible under a structured woven dress shirt or a heavy knit).
EDIT MAY 2017: I've grown! This is too shallow for me now. Stilllll growing. Read more 171 more words
I wrote a very detailed review for the 70G - Ewa Michalak » Bm Naomi (809), and almost all of what I said there also applies to this bra, with the following caveats:
- In a 65G, this is too small. Very slightly small in the band, too small in the cups. 70G is definitely my size, with 65GG as a fallback.
- Stretch lace covers the entire bra. Instead of a bow, there is a beautiful tinkling comet-shaped charm at the center.
- Cups are lined with a soft mesh, which is loose on the top panel. This might increase the comfort for some people.
This is my second Wanilla. I recently discovered that every time I wore my 65FF, I was falling out at the center and had to continually reverse S&S as the day went on. Luckily Bra Obsessed still had a 65G in stock for me to try!
Overall I think the decision to size up was definitely the best choice. There seems to be a couple grading differences between the FF and G cups: the wings are noticeably taller and the straps are much thicker, with the result that I'm more conscious of how wide-set they are; they're not overly irritating to my armpits, however. My left/bigger breast fills the cup perfectly, and I have a minimal amount of lace gaping on my right/smaller side. I feel more contained and have much greater room for bottom and center projection in this size. The shape is naturally rounded rather than super orb-like. Design wise Wanilla continues to be very very much to my taste... I absolutely love its feminine and ethereal look so much https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
The color of this bra is absolutely spectacular, a brilliant turquoise that reminds me of mermaids or the Caribbean Sea! I'm in love with the rose-motif lace also. The fit of Mojito compares to my other S cut bras in every way, except that it gives a shape that is conical and pointy-as-all-get-out. My S bras tend to get a bit rounder and less torpedo-esque after being washed and worn a few times, but this one has a particularly extreme silhouette. I'm not sure if it's my individual anatomy (it very well could be) or the pattern of this specific bra, but it looks dreadful under clothes and is a deal breaker for me. Because I love the color so much, I'll be re-trying the Mojito in either the CHP or BM shape.
This is an amazingly beautiful bra in a cool-toned oyster/taupe color very similar to the antique colorway of the Masquerade Rhea. The lace overlay is very delicate and lovely (it almost looks like little snowflakes) while the band has a gorgeous satiny sheen, as does the pale pink ribbon trimming the straps and cups; the effect really lives up to the bra's name. The materials look so elegant and expensive, while the bra itself is very soft, supportive and well constructed. I ordered it in a PL as the S cut seems to be a little hit and miss for me, and it is very centering and lifting, just as expected. The matching briefs have a sheer back panel made of the same lace, as well as a thin layer of scalloped sheer tulle at the waistband. I love them!
I love this thing! I don't use it as a sleep top, but it's perfect for those lazy days at home when I don't feel like wearing an underwire bra, but don't want to go braless either.
My usual EM size is 65G/70FF (in padded) and 65FF/70F in the unlined styles, and I thought I'd try this in 65G, and it's perfect! At first it looked like it might even be too small, but once I got it hooked (it hooks in the front) it was perfect, and made me feel so supported, something I can never achieve in a typical bralette. It does squash the breasts a bit, but there is no overflowing or any sort of jiggle when wearing this top, it gives a nice round shape, and prevents the breast from just hanging there.
This bra looks just like a black version of the PL Triumf, except the lace pattern is interspersed with shimmering gold threads. A circular, gold-edged glassy pendant, I believe a "gold eye" per the bra's name, adorns on the center gore beneath a subtle black bow. It's very lovely. The fit of this bra is true to size, and is consistent with the other PLs I own in size 30G. I absolutely love this cut... it seems to have more center projection than either the CHP or S, and by far the lowest gore, which produces a firm tack even on close-set breasts. It's the only bra I've ...ever encountered that creates such a phenomenally lifted, centered cleavage but still feels supportive and stable.
If you're narrow rooted, projected and in need of a bra that creates a spectacular décolletage for special events and date-night... this is it! The cleavage it provides would be absolutely beautiful beneath a wrap top or a low-cut shirt. And, unlike in wide-wired plunge bras which create cleavage by uncomfortably displacing your boobs out of super shallow cups, I am able to fill out the bottom of the bra, with the wire sitting and staying firmly in my IMF. The straps are fully adjustable, a feature I wish Ewa would include in all her padded bras!
My only quibble with this bra is that, being so projected, there's a slight bit of empty space at the apex, which prevents a rounded shape from happening and makes me very conscious of the size of my boobs when wearing. It is a minor detail, but means that I will only be able to wear it with certain clothing. I'm going to hold on to it for the time being as it's so beautiful, but will be listing it if I find I'm not able to get very much wear out of it for that reason.

A perfect fit and a very practical everyday bra with subtle feminine details. Gives moderate cleavage without the pads, and incredible, extreme cleavage with. The seams don't show through thin clothing and it's overall very comfortable to wear, giving a projected and semi-rounded side profile. The band definitely runs small; this one fits more like a true 28, so if you're at the larger end of a band size I'd recommend sizing up. The cup also runs a hint smaller by maybe half a cup, which in my case means that it actually fits better than my other 30G S styles, but it may prompt others to size up instead.
What a beautiful bra! The color combination of the blue and green matches great. The quality is excellent, just like all my EM bras. This bra is incredibly comfortable, gore sits against chest, fits like a true 65G. Some reviews say the band is firm, but I don't find this to be the case at all. I could wear this bra all day long!
A lovely, lovely bra in a heather purple color. Up to this point I'd only ever tried British padded bras, and have never encountered one that fit like this one does: narrow wires, room for immediate projection, a firm band, and a low gore which tacks perfectly. The only downside is the fact that the straps are only halfway adjustable; they're a little stretchy for my preference, too.
My perception of this was a fairly perfect fit for me (close-set, soft tissue, projected, narrow root). In the pictures, I can see a little teensy bit of a quad-boob, but that may be affected by the fact that I'd leaned over in the middle of my photo shoot https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
(If anyone has a 65G S Rarytas they don't want, please let me know! I have one and want more but Ewa doesn't have any more in stock.)
Initially I thought this bra didn't fit me well, but I've come to realize that it actually does. It gives the typical slender silhouette when viewed from the front, but I think it might be even more than other S models. (Basically it makes me look really slim from the front with no east/west at all.) The shape is very round and lifted. The cups are very sturdy feeling so I feel very contained.
This is one of the smoothest S bras ...I've found. Of course it has seams in the cup, but they are quite smooth. I still have to wear a cami with it under solid light colored t-shirts because the satin line over the one seam(which is what makes it smooth) has a tendency to show through light colors. Still, even though I sometimes have to wear a cami I'm quite thrilled because this is the closest thing to a smooth t-shirt bra that I currently own.
The straps are supposed to be interchangeable but it's basically impossible on the one I have. It came with the comfort straps attached and I cannot get them unattached. I've tried but they are on so tight I'm afraid of somehow ruining something if I try any harder to get them off. This is definitely a drawback as I really would like to try the bra with the regular straps attached...but despite this annoyance I do still like the bra very well. 6/14/2015: Update: The wires of this bra dig into my ribs and the band just feels a bit too tight. In comparison to the other bra's in this size it looks as if I received a custom ordered size or some sorts.
6/25/2013: In this size, 65G (30G), it ran smaller in the band than my CH-Toffik 65G(30G). This one feels more like a 28GG. The under wires are a nice round shape and do not distort. The wires sit on my ribcage perfectly encasing my breast tissue, perfect for my narrow ribcage. The band is very comfortable, a little on the snug side when worn on the ...loosest set of hooks but will be perfect once it’s broken in. This bra has three columns and three rows of hooks. The nude is on the darker side, but looked fine under a white tee shirt. The bra cups come up high enough that I don’t have any areola showing, even when my breast have been wiggling around all day.
Order timeline based on shipping from Poland to Anaheim, CA, U.S.A. -Placed order 6/10/13 -Processed order 6/16/13 (they did not have all the items in stock to fulfill my order.) -Notice of shipment 6/17/13 -Received in mail 6/26/13
I was lucky enough to buy this off another BTB user instead of direct from Poland. I've only ever tried EM's padded bras in a 65FF. I LOVE the CHP cuts, but the PL Rapsodia I tried was def too small. So I wasn't sure if the 65G in the SM style would work or not, but I was mainly curious just to see HOW the SM cut worked for me. I LOATHE pointy boobs, much like the shape that ALL Freya unlined bras give. But with the exception of my Chantelle C Chic Sexy Plunge, every unlined bra I've ever tried either gave a very unflattering shape ...or was just extremely uncomfortable and itchy. But I LOVE EM's unlined bras!!! I'm so happy I finally found unlined bras that give such a wonderful, rounded, lifted shape!!
But with regards to the Nana, can I just say....HOLY SEXY, Batman!!!! OMG, super hot!! I really wish this bra fit, it was very close, but just a tad too big. I was getting some wrinkling in the bottom under my IMF, and on the sides under my arms. But everything else fit perfectly. The gore tacked nicely and wasn't bothersome at all. The top lace edge of the cups lay perfectly on my boobs without any gaping or digging in. The straps were just right, the band was nice and snug for a 65 (but you may want to size up in the band if you're a true 30, I'm 27" in my underbust and I was able to wear this on the first set of hooks!). My mom is between a 30/32 band and she just couldn't hook this one at all, she wanted to try it so badly. Haha. But I def recommend sizing up in the band.
Just wearing this bra makes you feel super sexy, and confident! It's empowering, and just makes me feel so feminine. I ALWAYS wear padded bras, and never knew I could achieve such a fantastic shape with an unlined bra. I am in love with EM's SM cut now!! I just ordered 2 more off their website, but in a 65FF, so I'm hoping they fit perfectly! I ordered the SM Czarna Mgielka and SM Kusidelko (which is the closest thing to the Nana that they had, pairing the sheer nude against the black trim). I'm so excited to try them!! Def high quality, ingeniously well-constructed and fabulous appearance!!! Read more 298 more words
Looking back thru all my bras and I'm really regretting letting this one go :( I wish I had held onto it. It might have even fit by now. So sad :( I'm really hoping to try a new EM SM style soon!!
This is my first try at an sm style bra. I've been fitting 65G or 70FF in the S and PL styles and was sure I'd need to size down for the unlined styles but saw someone selling this and thought I'd give it a shot, just in case. Glad I did. Beautiful bra, cool and comfy for summer. Gives good lift - does give a more natural shape than the lined bras but still looks very good under clothes - not pointy at all. The band feels firm on this one.
This bra is absolutely stunning. I ordered a 65G as there were no 65FF left, and it sorta fits but I think it's likely that I should have gone for the 65FF. Will be listing it for sale as Ewa is not making any more.
Band runs quite firm - like a 28 band, but also seems slightly smaller in the cups.
Why not add some chicken cutlets in the bottom or double up on pads?
That always seems to make my boobs look lumpy :(
However pretty I find a bra, I will not wear it if it's the wrong size. I prefer to not wear pads, although right now I'm wearing a 65FF CHP elegance with the pads in and it's not so bad so I'll probably keep them in. As I've ordered 6 bras from Ewa in the past 2 weeks and kept 3, (Marcepan, Elegance and Owoce Lesne) I've got enough for now and this gorgeous bra has now been sold.
Luckily Ewa bras are really popular so it's been easy selling on the ones that haven't quite fitted :)
I hear ya on that! I bought four ewa's and sold two of them Cuz they were the wrong size and have just bought three more sets hoping they fit as i bought the matching panties
I don't dare to try and buy matching panties as I know I will get some funny message if I try and buy a 65 band and size 18 panties (US size 14)
Kim K's bum would look tiny compared to mine basically
However I'd really like some of the high waisted ones from Ewa... no idea what size to go for, seeing as my waist is like 30 inches on a larger day. Do you think she would make me a custom size?
possibily! I mean curvy wordy orders matching panties sometimes and she has a big difference! no crazy looks there. She even gets free bras! lol I'm only a 70G and i ordered a size 12 so they don't cut in and i usually wear a woman size 8 jeans
Wow, these fabrics are soft. Baby butt soft. Baby cat butt soft. So nice.
Amazing vivid red colour, with a big, beautiful red bow and a strawberry charm in the middle. Sexy AND cute. And simple enough to not show under t-shirts. Yay!
I requested this to be made in a PL cut, because the SM is a disaster on me in every size, and I fear the S will be the same, so I'd rather throw a little extra money on a bra I pretty much know will fit, instead of chancing on something that maybe (probably) won't work at all. So, on to the details. It's a very ...low coverage bra, and I'll admit I'm not sure why the PL works on me, when plunges are normally the worst possible style for my breasts (second only to full cups). Somehow it manages to contain my relatively soft, centre heavy boobs without any spillage at the gore or anywhere else. The wires are still a hair wide, but they don't bother me at all, so in the "Fit" pile it goes. There's only the one point to knock down the score -- it holds up to light jumping or running, but when rocking out to anything heavier than Coldplay, the bra is pushed down and the gore pokes uncomfortably. Maybe narrowing the gore would help with this - or just staying away from wearing it when I know I will be taking part in any activity that involves a lot of boob bounce. Read more 144 more words
I had thought about getting an S in this style, but as I haven't tried the S yet and like the PL pretty well, maybe I'll do a custom order. Baby cat butt soft, lol,I like the way you review thing.
I can definitely recommend it! It looks so good as a Pl. It truly is gorgeous. I'm glad I made you laugh :D Kitten butts are so soft though!
I got a 65G because I hear that Ewa Michalak padded half cups ran smaller, I didn't know if it was true or not since I have never tried it any on my usual size 30FF (30:8)
I have two CHPs now the 65G - Ewa Michalak » Chp Gazeta (447) and this one, both in 65G and I find that they fit me. Maybe if I get my hands on a 65FF I may get some more cleavage https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
My experience with Ewa bras is that they run a bit tight on the band so I find that 65 ...(30https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> bands fit me very comfortably even though I could fit into 28s. This one bra stretches up to 28" (for my snug ribcage of 27").
The center gore of this bra is not as low as a plunge but I consider it being on the low side, a little bit lower than my 28G - Cleo » Marcie (6831) .
The cups have inner pockets for inserts, I'll wear them if I want more cleavage, but the effect is minimal on me.
The straps have have an embroidered details which is very pretty but makes it so hard to adjust! but once I managed, they fit me just fine.
This bra's "beige" tone is darker than the standard "nude" colored bras, it fits my skin tone https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
If you wear a clingy thin top then the the embroidered cup detail will show, but not that I care.
Overall I am very happy about this bra, I would not change anything about it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 215 more words
I have to get used to the bright colouring, but I am warming up to the looks of this bra quickly https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The first thing I noticed is the band is really tight, which is good because I won't need to alter it myself to a 60. I did replace the underwires (because the ones used in this size are so sturdy that they poke and hurt me a lot) and have altered the strap position, and now it is very comfortable.
So I went back to wearing this bra. Of every brand and model I've tried so far, Ewa Michalaks plunges are still the best fit. At first the bra gaped more on me than it does now, although I still have to get some support from the straps, and not only the band. The gore dug in painfully when I first got it and for the couple of times I wore it after that. Even bending away the underwires didn't help that much: after a day of wearing I had scratches at the fold of my breasts, of which one even left a scar. Today I am wearing ...it again for the first time in a while, but the gore doesn't hurt me so much anymore. Maybe because I fill out the cups better now. I hope there is a way of altering so that I can get almost all support from the band. EM bras are quite sturdy and have strong underwires. I never had this problem before I started bra fitting in my true size, but the straps are a bit too short and therefore too tight for my taste. Of course, I kind of need that now for support, but they do dig into my shoulders.
Oh, by the way, I altered this band to a 60. I ordered it in size 65 so that it could be returned if it was no good.
EDIT: replacing the original thick, sturdy underwires with thinner ones of the same shape and length entirely solved the problem of the poking center gore. No more scars for me, thank you https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I swear my boobs are getting bigger, and i"m 50! Looking forward to the next S to come out on sale, probably a 70K. ewww.
