Oh Ewa. When I took this bra out of the box I could tell it wasn't going to fit. It looks like a miniature bra. I worried that I'd ordered the wrong band size, but no, it was the 65G I'd ordered. Apparently the PL Karmelki's band is just ridiculously small. I tried it on with an extender, then two extenders. It's just not going to happen. The cups are also too small, mostly in terms of width, which may be a factor of my boobs getting perpetually bigger (yaaayy....) or perhaps they do run a bit on the small side.
It's too bad. This bra is so gorgeous I want to keep it around and look at it sometimes. Which is silly because I know I can order it in another size (and the CH style might work better for me anyway).
I love how much care and detail goes with this brand. I think I prefer this soft foam to the slightly more rigid one of a molded cup like the Deco. The seams show terribly in a light colored shirt, but I find they're more subtle under a dark shirt or one with a pattern or texture and I don't mind them.
My ribcage is 28 but I sized up to the 30 following the advice of others. The band does stretch to 30, but it's firm enough that it won't give it easily, so a 28 would've definitely been too constricting, or would have needed an extender to break in.
The other thing people caution is that the cups run small, so it's good to order a size up. It is true... almost. The cups only run maybe a half-size or so small, and I feel as if you should only size up if you're between sizes anyway.
Such a gorgeous bra, but it doesn't fit me. I can't fasten the band without an extender, and with an extender, the cups are too big for me. The straps are only half-adjustable but they're very short, so they shouldn't cause problems for small shoulders.

This is a fantastic strapless bra. I had my doubts at first: the bra is pretty low-cut, and I'd never had a strapless bra that worked. One day, I decided to wear it while taking pictures of shirts I was going to sell, and discovered that it didn't budge ONCE even through trying on so many old shirts. I wore it for the rest of the night and found that not only did it stay in place perfectly, it was really comfortable (something I was worried about since the band in lined with a clear, rubbery material to help it stay put) and gave a great shape in ...my opinion. I'd almost wear it just as a normal t-shirt bra. I'd say it's a bit more shallow than the other Ewa I've tried, but I didn't find the wires to be particularly wide. I'd say it's maybe closer to an HP shape than any other shape. Another thing I loved (and what convinced me to buy it) is the lace detailing on the cups: I cannot stand nude bras sometimes (even though I know they're a wardrobe staple), and the lace added a very charming, subtle, unique touch.
Two notes about the fit: Since EM 28 bands are non-returnable custom order, I decided to try a 30 first to determine my cup size. The 30 ended up fitting fine on my 28" underbust, as it came up pretty tight--if you're in between band sizes, I'd definitely suggest picking the larger band size. The cups also seemed to run about 1.5 sizes small, but this may be due to one of these reasons:
-My breasts are full-on-top, and the bra was pretty low-cut, so I needed the coverage from the larger cup size.
-Slightly related to the last reason: the bottom of the cup is very shallow, and the material in the cups is very stiff, so I could NOT get my boobs to fill the bottom not matter what. It doesn't seem to affect its ability to stay in place or give great shape; in fact it almost seems like this was done on purpose because I have yet to see anyone fill in the bottom, yet it still looks great on those people.
-This may just be the way Ewa bras are sized. The other Ewa I tried (a CH lato) also seemed to be about 1.5 sizes small.
Anyway, overall I found this bra to be pretty awesome, I'm always recommending it! Read more 301 more words
Love this bra. The colour is gorgeous. the material is really nice, and it looks really nice and smooth under a shirt. It runs a little bit small on me, but not enough to return it - I think I hover on the cusp of a larger size in this bra, but close enough. The band is really tight, which is a godsend. Might take a little time to break it in, but there is little to no pressure on the shoulder straps.
I've finally found my favorite style from Ewa Michalak https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Like most other bras that I've bought from this brand, it fits perfectly-- better than pretty much everything else out there that I've tried on that count. What I've been missing so far is the perfect shape for me..
The other styles that I've tried (PL, CH, strapless) are good at giving a nice rounded shape, but not quite enough uplift as I would like. In saying this, I should also note that I'm short and very short-waisted, so my breasts have to be sitting sky high in order for me to be ...satisfied by the look in profile. I also need fully adjustable straps in almost everything, which this bra has.
What I most like about this bra is that, for me, this finally gives enough lift to rival my Freya Decos. It looks good from all angles and the tomato red color is very striking. Now, the vertical seams do show through thinner tops, but I'm going to be wearing this with thicker fabrics, so it shouldn't be a problem at all. Read more 82 more words
This ran a lot tighter than my other PL bras from Ewa Michalak. I couldn't even fasten it around without using an extender, but it should get looser enough once I start to wear it more often. Other than that, it fits my breasts perfectly (don't even have to scoop them in the cup, really). The cups were true to size and it gives good support. As far as looks, it gives a nice shape from the front. In profile, it seems to push my breasts out farther than other bras do. The lift is good, but not quite as high as I'm used to wearing. Straps are ...halfway adjustable, which I don't really like since I'm so short. Still, it seems to be all right.
The design on this bra is just amazing, though, to every last detail. The lace overlay is so beautiful, and the bows and ribbon detailing on the straps gives it just the right touch. I wanted this bra for months and it looks even better in person than I had imagined. I'm completely pleased with this purchase. Read more 76 more words
It's a little too big in the band, so I wear it on the smallest hook. It fits my left boob just fine, but is a little bit too small for my right boob. The wires are a little too narrow for my right boob, but I suspect that's because the cup isn't deep enough. The wires are nice and firm, the cup fabric comfortable. The seams show through clothing, but that was to be expected.
In all, it's comfortable and cute, but I'd be better off with a 60GG. I tried a 55HH in a similar style (HP Koktajl), which should have fit in the right cup because 55HH is a sister size to 65GG. But no, that one's definitely too big. So maybe, going down in the band would solve my problem?
So after trying this one on a few times, I think I need to exchange it for either a 60GG or 60H. I haven't decided yet because of monthly fluctuations in size. Basically, the bra was too loose for me. It would fall down and dig into my ribs unless I wore it on the tightest hook. I found myself having to arrange myself in the cups and it seemed like it sometimes fit, while other times, I was spilling over.
On a positive note, the cups are made of a very stiff material that actually supported the weight of my breasts (unlike the Deco Strapless, where the bottom of the cup folded over after use). It also looks fantastic in profile.
Wow, this bra gives the best shape I've Ever seen before! Uplift is amazing and I could tell even before I put it on that it would be comfortable. Very satisfied with my first Ewa Michalak bra =)
This one has for me the greatest fit of my whole bra collection. The boobs are close together, but not too much to cause discomfort. Great for v-neck tops. It is really comfy. Only thing i would change is the color, which might seem to agressive (mixture of blue and green, more green in it), and for me personaly it is quite too much. Im considerring ordering this one in black.
