I think I found my Holy Grail bra. The fit is fantastic and only marginally bigger than the 65FF's I had been purchasing in this cut recently. It wrinkles ever so slightly on my smaller side (unnoticeable through clothing) and fits my larger side perfectly. The wider back feels for comfortable than the thinner one of the 65FFs. As with all of them, it's super comfortable and super pretty and I'm very excited to wear it more
I love this bra, but I need it in a 70F. It's gorgeous, and sooooo sexy. The silky side fabric is stretchy, and does wear easily (piling/stretching etc) though the elastic band itself lasts ages.
This bra is lovely! It's black and green with beautiful satin and lace detailing. The straps have been moved in a bit, which suits my narrow frame. The fit is very good, I think. It sits closer to my IMF than most of my other bras so it has quite good immediate projection and the cups are fairly narrow. The band is pretty TTS and the straps are wide and softly brushed on the underside. Thanks, rachaelll!
This bra is a lovely teal colour and very comfortable, even by the end of the day. It fits really well on the tightest hooks (band is TTS) with a cookie in my smaller side. The straps are substantial and wide (I don't like skinny straps), easily adjustable, and softly brushed on the underside. Thanks for the trade, Calluna!
I was very hopeful but while this bra technically fits it feels like too much bra. The band also though loose enough for a hand feels too tight. The gore is slightly too tall to be comfortable for me. The bra brings everything up front and centered but I prefer a more minimized look. This bra lets me know I have boobs somehow lol. It’s a pretty tan bra. I appreciate the slightly darker beige and details like thicker glossy-ish straps. And the seam lines did not show through the dark but thin T-shirt I tried it on with
Very short, projected, slightly narrow, even, close set breasts....
The previous SM I tried was a 70F. The band may have been too stretched to offer support, but it felt like I was wearing loosely wrapped paper around my breasts (no support). This 65 cm band is much more supportive. I'm thankful to klilly3 for this experience https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
Because I've spent too much time and money tying to find a lightly padded bra that stays in my IMF, I've turned to unlined bras. And, Comexim Eve is my baseline for comfort whereas Curvy Kate is my baseline for fit.
I must have a ...narrow gore along this entire length of the gore. This is where Ewa Michalak and Curvy Kate vary. At the gore base, Curvy Kate Bardot is .25" narrower than Ewa Michalak Wanilla. Because I alter the gore of every bra I own, this is not a deal breaker. However, it explains why Curvy Kate bras are significantly more comfortable to me: less breast is trapped under the gore wires. If you are not inclined to alter bras and you have close-set breasts near your IMF, Curvy Kate may be a less painful option.
Strap placement is significantly more comfortable in Curvy Kate Bardot and Comexim Eve. Wanilla's straps are set .75" further away from the gore than Bardot. See photos. Strap placement and wing height both effect underarm comfort. Despite Bardot's .5" wider cup, the cup height under the arm is roughly .25"-.5" shorter. This is much more comfortable for me. However, the sensation I feel in Wanilla may be more closely related to the wire width and its position on my breast tissue.
Curvy Kate Bardot uses a finer mesh for their cups than Ewa Michalak Wanilla. Finer in this case correlates strongly with increased comfort. Bardot is softer. However, Wanilla has marginally more plush straps. Wanilla has a supportive and soft two-layer band whereas Bardot is single layer mesh.
Because I have "slightly narrow" breasts, I require more width than Wanilla offers in 65G. This is likely why the fit in Wanilla is remarkably less satisfying: the cup is too narrow to allow all of my breast inside. However, because my roots are so short, I can't see this clearly by looking at photos. But, wow, I can feel it. I'm moving away from Polish brands for this reason: I'm slieghly narrow rather than very narrow. Comexim and Ewa Michalak are excellent selections for more narrow breasts, but I fit better in the wider wires of Curvy Kate.
Wanilla is lovely and her straps and two-layer band admirable. But, I prefer CK Ellace and Florence for fit and Comexim Eve for comfort. Read more 344 more words
I was so upset when this bra was discontinued, and so happy when it returned. This bra is stunning. I was hoping the color would be closer to the Summer Time, but instead it's less warm and more of a neutral tone. Still, it looks amazing and blends quite well with my medium olive skin tone. This is the best fitting bra I own right now. It's my first unlined Polish bra and also my first bra in this size. I'm glad I went with 65G instead of 65FF. There is slight wrinkling at the top on my smaller side, but 65FF wouldn't have enough depth in the ...cup and at the wire. It gives a very lifted but natural shape. It is refreshing how narrow the wires and gore are. I really like how the back of the straps are structured. It actually does keep them from sliding off my shoulders. This is my only Ewa bra in which the straps don't bother me. My one real issue is that the wires are very firm and run high under my arms. It starts to become uncomfortable after a few hours because I notice the gore and top of the wire are poking me. Read more 97 more words
center gore tacks but leaves a mark after wearing, being too high and wide. wire is a bit wider that I would like again leaves mark further from my breast tissue. band is stratchy though hardley rides up. bit of gaping near the bottom but quading around center gore.
Expectedly, not at all a good fit on my projected, pendulous, asymmetric boobs, but passable enough to make the few dresses I need a strapless for wearable. It's super shallow at the bottom-- no way I can get it in my IMF, and I get that tell-tale too-shallow rib pain within a few minutes of putting it on. I do love the low gore because I find so many other full-busted strapless bras are too full coverage to wear with most necklines. It does provide a round, minimized shape that looks nice beneath clothes. Sigh. Strapless bras and I just can't get along, it seems!
Gorgeous design and true to size in every way as compared to my other 65G CHPs. The lavender floral trim appears to be the same as on the Ewa Michalak Chp Bratki (285). It's pretty smooth under shirts, although the dark contrast of the black vertical seams against the pale pink background does show beneath light clothing.
I almost didn't buy this bra because, although I thought the straps looked very sexy, I thought I wouldn't get the use out of them. Well, it turns out that 90 percent of the time I do wear this bra without the straps, but that's because it is SO comfortable that it has become my go-to everyday bra. I have worn the cage style straps on occasion but I have to be in the right kind of mood for them because they attract a LOT of attention.
I am a true 28 but I have often struggled to get the right fit in Ewa's 60 bands, so ...one of my few gripes about this bra is that I'd prefer the band to be a smidge tighter, but I need to remind myself that it is a 65. The thick shoulder straps might be a little limiting with some clothes but they are oh so comfortable, although for me being high set it would be great if they were fully adjustable as I have them shortened to their fullest extent.
The shape and cleavage this bra gives is fantastic, it deals very well with my upper and (very) centre full breasts, with a minor amount of overspill (I think the 65gg might have been slightly too big). You know you're on to a good bra when you forget you are wearing one but feel miraculously supported just the same. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> Read more 138 more words
Please excuse the fact that this bra is not sitting all the way in my IMF in the pictures... I was so excited to pull it out of the box and try it on for the first time that I clearly got a little too hasty! Comparable in fit to my other 30G Ewa S bras. The brilliant turquoise straps, neon pink lace, vibrant floral print and tiny rhinestone charm are just a fabulous combo. I'm not usually one for tremendously bright colors, but Kwiaty is different from anything I've seen before and unlike anything I already own. I love seeing this bra in my drawer and having the thrill of wearing it beneath otherwise understated clothing. It's totally deserved of all the hype and praise that seems to be associated with it! The matching brief is quite stretchy; it fits well in a 36 whereas I usually take a 38, and good thing-- because it was the only size left I could find. SO pleased with this set.
This bra is GORGEOUS and I wish it fit me soooo badly. Alas, I think the SM shape has too high of an apex for my short roots, so it kept pushing the bra down, even when I wasn't really moving around. Also, I think the wires are just a touch too narrow for me. The band runs quite snug.
This is a pretty bra, and I love how low the gore is. It does provide cleavage for low-cut tops, but I prefer the CH, CHP, or S styles. The PL squishes my breasts together oddly, and it's just not as comfortable as the other styles. I would also prefer a 60 band if it available.
I didn't think about pilling lol. Is there a more 'practical' EM bra that you could suggest that you think wouldn't pill etc?
