This is one of my favorite bras. It's much more supportive than I expected, despite having only one row of hooks in the back. It's also so comfortable that I almost forget I have it on. Definitely a bra I plan to re-purchase.
My boobs totally don't fill the top of this bra. I thought it was the wrong size until I found this site, and realised it didn't suit my teardrop shaped boobs.
My other bras are mostly 32F or 32FF. Needed to size down to a 32E for this to fit and it fits great! Amazing cleavage and no quad boob at all, everything fits exactly as it should. Band fits comfortably enough, could probably wear a 30F easily though as I can stretch it past last hook with it on.
Such a cute bra, and I was hopeful the elastic lace on the top might work to keep the top from gaping. No such luck. The underwire is too narrow and short, but the top of the cup is too big. And such long straps! I don't think my breasts and Freya bras get along well.
This is the comfiest unpadded bra I own. Usually with unpadded bras, the wires will grind the heck out of my ribcage right under my boobs, leaving me bruised and sore. This wire, however, feels softer and more pliable than CK and Panache wires. I like it!
The band tends to wrinkle in the front while I wear it, so I have to keep pulling the bottom of the band down. I am thinking about stitching in boning to stop this. The gore is rather wide, and this bra may be a better fit for shallow breasts. The straps are wide and comfortable. Lines from the lace and bra construction can be seen through thinner shirts.
I have some gapping at the top of the cup, but it's not noticeable with a plunging neckline. This bra gave me some cleavage, but I achieved a better fit with the 30FF. Despite a less than stellar fit, it's very comfortable and sexy.
The details on this bra are very beautiful and luxurious. The velvet teal trim is lovely and I like the charcoal stripes. I have a matching set with thong and garter belt. So cute!
I like the long straps because I can use a racerback clip and it looks great under racerback dresses and tank tops. The cleavage is a little less pronounced in racerback style though.
Freya is a bit weird with sizing and it has taken me a while to figure out. I take a 32FF in Panache/Cleo, but in Freya I have to size down a band size but keep the same cup size.
No, I don't know what I was expecting either. I bought it at the Nordstrom Rack sale even though I knew it was a full band size too loose and a full cup size (at least) too small. That said, it is an adorable bra.
This bra is very pretty, though obviously very sheer. It didn't give me the best shape (uplift/support). Also, the wires are too wide for me, so the cups had empty space at the sides. The gore is pretty high, so it rubs on the breast tissue in the middle. Otherwise, this bra seemed comfortable.
Unfortunately too small in the cups. Perhaps two cup sizes. The gore is more than an inch away from my body, and my breasts fall towards the center towards it. I also have the issue of the longline part of the bra rolling up, but it does not bother me. The bra is gorgeous. The longline makes me feel really pretty.
I'm going to wear this bra for a bit because of how gorgeous it is, but it's probably not a keeper.
LOVE THIS BRA! One of my favorite bras ever. The longline style is perfect and I finally own a bra with my proper band size! The color is a pretty purple and the designs are cute. I will be purchasing all the other Freya longline bras as I get the money.
This bra ran huge. It was at least two sizes too big, possibly more. I ended up selling this bra to a friend with larger boobs and she couldn't fill it either.
This bra gave an excellent push-up effect, which I didn't expect to find without all the push-up-padding. I have only very slight gaping at the very top of the cup on my smaller boob (which is nearly a full cup smaller than the larger), so could probably stand to go up a size. The band I found quite tight, and without much stretch at all - it only just does up on the larger hook, which I find odd as I measure just under 25" round my ribcage. As other reviews mention, the top of the cups seems to curl back, I think to to the trimmings.
Love this bra. It's my first unlined bra in 8 years, and I feel great in it. The fit is perfect and the comfort is high. It's the first bra in ages (ever?) that stayed in the fold beneath my breasts all day (I have pretty high-set breasts).
And beyond that, it's ADORABLE! Feminine and fun without being too twee or girly.
It made me feel a tiny bit pointy when I first put it on, but I noticed that after wearing it for just a day, it seemed to conform more to the shape of my breast and now looks a little rounder, like in the pictures. Still, it's got great lift and I feel like it made me look thinner!
I wore this bra when I had different measurements than I do now.
Now -- The band is fine, though the cup is too small all over. The underwire is too narrow, and I quad out the top. (Not surprising as I'm a full cup volume larger than a 32GG would typically indicate.)
Then (where, "then" = smaller band, smaller cup) -- I remember having issues with the wires being too narrow even when I filled out the rest of the cup just right. Probably then the band was a bit loose... as Decos are wont to be.
amazing bra. this is my third deco. it just gives me a fantastic shape, and fits my body really well. it's fairly comfortable. I wear my deco(s) practically everyday. it's a good bra for fancy occasions, and also lies flat under a tee.
it's not a great period bra if you get really sore breasts during or before your period, as being lifted up and in when you're sore can hurt. (tbh, I like that it keeps my boobs in place when they are sore before my period, but putting it on and taking it off doesn't feel great.)
The first one I ever had (maybe 2 ...years ago?) had strap issues. The straps frayed badly, and nonstop. The second one hasn't had fraying at all in the months I've owned it. I'm hoping this one doesn't fray, and that the first was just a fluke. I've mentioned this issue in lingerie stores, and everyone was surprised and said it was unheard of.
The straps are not the comfiest material, but the cut of the bra is so good that I just suck it up.
If you wear a tank or a dress, or anything even remotely low cut, you can count on the deco to give you some great cleavage, especially if you S&S! wear something higher cut, and your boobs will look smaller because they are up and in. Awesome!
