  1. Deco Moulded Plunge Bra (4234)

This bra looks amazing under shirts. It gives a smooth, rounded shape. It's very comfortable and supportive.

    Didn't fit

When the sales associate at my local bra shop brought this to me, I was not impressed. It looked like entirely too much fabric to be flattering. But I tried it on anyway, and I'm so glad that I did! It's beautiful!

That said, this bra isn't a perfect fit on me. My measurements put me around 28G or 30FF, so I'm getting some quad boob in this, and I could easily go to the last hook on this bra, new. However, even at the first hook, it's not uncomfortable. I think the Longline keeps the band sturdy around my back, even with the size difference. Also, thanks to the cut of the bra, the quad-boob isn't *that* bad. The top of the cups does not dig in, like in some bras I have, so even though my boobs pop out, it isn't unwearably noticeable.

I ended up buying the bra, since it was an improvement over what I was already wearing, but I think I'm going to look for a 30FF in the same line.

The material is nice and breathable. The lace section on the top of the cup conforms well to my slightly smaller breast (doesn't wrinkle too much). The design printed on the fabric started to crumble off after the first wash. Band is very stretchy.

Despite the cup covering my larger breast almost perfectly, the bra does not fit my petite frame well. The cups go as high as my shoulders and are cut high under my armpits (the wire doesn't poke, at least). The straps are very wide set and fall often.

This is my favorite bra so far. It fits me very well. I love the lime green/polka dot pattern and the little white bows on the straps. Breathable material. Band is very stretchy, but stays in place.

I wish it gave more lift, but it provides good support and coverage for my breast shape. It fits my petite frame: narrow shoulders, shorter torso, wires don't come too high under my arms.

    Comfortable bra overall.

I really like the material. It's very breathable and the pattern is very classy. Unfortunately, it has very prominent seams which show through even under layers.

The cups are a touch too small for me, so the gore doesn't tack. The band became even stretchier after a few washes and wears.

  6. Taylor Moulded Plunge Bra (4971)

Bought the matching knickers and suspenders to go with this bra, that's how much I love it.

I think it fits larger than a normal 28F deco, but slightly smaller than a normal 28FF deco. The band is big like most freya bras, so maybe down a band size if you like your bands loose.

This bra is very pretty, but it just doesn't fit me. The cups mostly fit ok, but there is a fair amount of gaping at the sides by my arm pits.

The fabric is a bit stiff and scratchy for my taste.

I don't think this would fit right even if I went down a cup size.

I already reviewed the black Faye (here: http://bra.pe/RBoC/) but as I bought the beige as well I measured it, just for kicks.

And I think it's fair to say that the beige runs both larger and stretchier in the band than the black; I pulled this one out to 84 cm/33". It fits comfortably on the loosest hooks around my hips--not, by any stretch of the imagination, around my underbust. I've probably worn smaller 32s.

I didn't find the bra noticeably bigger anywhere other than the band. I get the same weird combination of wrinkles and quadboob, in about the same places, and the wires still end up poking my sternum.

I do actually need a belt, but I'll be returning this one anyway.

  9. Antoinette Balcony Bra (3935)

I love this bra! This is the first one I bought that is in my correct size!
The only issue is that at first it was a bit painful under the breasts where my torso begins to curve, but after I bent the underwires to fit the curve of my body, it's extremely comfortable. I have had this bra for about six months now and I can still wear it on the tightest fastening. The bra doesn't show through even my thin shirts, but it does come up a bit high so sometimes I have to be careful about lower-cut shirts. Also, the straps are quite thick which is a pity because I would have liked to wear the bra with some of my tank tops. The only slightly uncomfortable thing is that the straps are set quite widely apart, and sometimes it pinches a little bit of my armpit fat. But maybe that is breast tissue that is going to migrate?

I bought this bra after a fitting at Nordstroms. When I left the store, it fit really well, but the band has stretched out really quickly. After a few months, the padded cups are starting to bend outwards, causing a visible line under my shirts. Also, recently, my breasts have starting falling to the center of the bra, causing quadraboob.

Such an adorable print on this bra, but was not meant to be for my low boobs/wide root situation. As you can see it gave me mega cone boobs, and I don't think switching sizes would have helped. I probably cannot wear Freya as I've recently learned more about having a long torso and low set boobs, so I am going to try Elomi/Panache/Goddess.

  12. Erin Padded Half Cup (4133)

Like the Libby and - I guess - other Freya half cups, the Erin has much softer padding than other bras, making it very comfortable to wear, and its cups also run bigger. Because its cut is a bit different from the Libby's there are no lumps that show through t-shirts. The different upper panel can make this cut too "closed" for some people with wide root shallow breasts, but it works for me.
This bra only fits me around "that time of the month", on other days my boobs don't quite fill its cups. The band feels very stretchy and wide, but nonetheless it works for me on the second widest set of eyelets. I got this bra used, so I guess its band has stretched out while the previous owner had it.

  13. Libby Padded Half Cup Bra (4332)

The Libby is a really comfortable bra, and its padding is much softer than in other bras, for example Cleo half cups. I'm not sure I'd wear it under tight t-shirts because things can show through https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" />. Little bumps where the vertical seams meet the lace at the top of the cups also show through.
So it's a great every day bra to wear in winter or generally under sweatshirts. Besides it gives a great shape to wide root shallow breasts.
Like other Freya half cup bras its cups run bigger than Cleo cups. Although the band seems very stretchy, it still works for me in the second set of eyelets (I bought this bra used, so the band has probably stretched out before I got it).

I bought this as I loved the print and I had a gift voucher that needed spending. It really doesn't fit me though. If I don't lift and scoop it gives horrendous under arm boob, if I do I get quad boob.

The print is lovely but the top half lace is a bit itchy.

    Very stretchy band.

I really like this one! The fit is similar to the Panache Ariza, except the top edge on this one is quite rigid (as opposed to the Ariza, which is rather flexible).

The straps seem veeeeeeery wide, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone without broad or square shoulders. Leaves your chest incredibly open (it seems even more open than the Deco to me), so should be great for open necklines. And it's cute!

This is probably the only soft-cup bra that could work for me. The wires are wide enough, the cup is small enough (although there is one wrinkle that I don't think would be fixed by a smaller cup size), and the gore doesn't hurt.

It fits, but it fits very very tightly right now. The band is almost difficult to hook, and the structure in the wing is uncomfortable after a couple hours. I wouldn't doubt, though, that it would stay up under a strapless dress. The cups may be too small for me.

Lord, I love this bra which I got in beige and then in the Tia colourway - and also a fantastic pink-based geometric pattern. How I wish I could find others of them because I return to them again and again. I've worn them once every couple of weeks for YEARS and the bands have only just loosened to fasten on the middle hook. Excellent for full on top breasts because the tops of the cups are quite open (but still supportive). It's sexy, uplifting and terrific.

  20. Millie Plunge Balcony Bra (5920)

At one time, this was my absolute favourite bra. It's comfortable, very feminine, uplifting and the fit is very good for a deep bust that's full in the centre. It's an older Freya model so the fit is more generous than current offerings. It's a good, pretty basic and I wish they still made it.
