Very summery looking bra with pretty pink ribbon at the top of cups. The band is nice and smug but cups are too big in size 32h. In 32gg cups are ok but band seems looser.
I have this bra in the noir color. It is black with red embroidery. I have the Freya Arabella in a 32HH and I prefer the Arabella. That shape is a little pointier in the Lyla but that could be due to the different sizes. I think I could probably do a 32HH in this bra too. I think Freya bands run a little big in general. This bra will be for sale on ebay in the near future. I just wasn't that impressed with the looks to get another size. I'm more into bright colors. Also I'm not that thrilled with the shape I get in most Freyas. I'm currently exploring the Panache Cleo range because they produce a rounder look.
I've wanted to add a black bra and a moulded bra to my collection for a while now, so when I saw that a fellow Bratabaser was giving this bra away, I couldn't believe my luck! I got it immediately, and, thankfully, it more-or-less fits. I would need to go up a cup size, ideally, but the 28G is manageable.
Even after lots of wear, the band seems tight enough to me. I'm also a big fan of the plunge shape - I have very close-set boobs and have a problem with most center gores, so the tiny gore on this bra fit great.
The uplift and shape of ...the boobs can be described only as "oomph!". I knew that the Deco boosted cleavage, but it wasn't until I put the bra on that I realized exactly how much! It felt nice to have a large bosom after wearing flattening balconettes for the past few months, and I immediately took the bra out for an evening in the pub... I quickly realized that it takes a while to get used to cleavage again https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I probably won't be wearing this bra every day, but for the occasional wow-effect, it's priceless.
Very comfortable, too! Big fan of the straps on this one. Read more 108 more words
the colour looks more purple than in the photos, but nonetheless i think the bra looks really nice.
my first reaction on the bra was, oh god it's huge!! and the center-gore is really high... (in the ebay photo shows that it's plunge bra) so i thought it will be too huge on me...
but surprisingly it fits so well!! and the support is really good i never saw my breast so full and perky in my any other 28DD bras before. but it's more of a full cup bra than a plunge. the back band is kinda thick so it gathers back fat and armpit fat very well. not ...stretchy but i dunno how fast it will stretch out...
My only complain is that my nipples is slightly inner from the seam ( but i saw a lot ppl seems to have same problem), and the center-gore is wide, seperate my boobs a bit.
and it looks really seamless even when i wear thin and tight fitting clothes.
Update: This bra doesn't fit me anymore as my boobs grew out of it Read more 70 more words
Good fit, still a little high in the front but shouldn't show under *most* tops/dresses. Like most Deco styles, pretty forward projecting but also gives decent support and push-up. There are two loops for strap attachment both in each cup and on either side of the back, so it does give options for placement.
I ordered this bra in a 32FF and another bra in a 30G because I was unsure which band size I need. I now know I prefer a 30 band, because I immediately had to put this one on the second hook. Other than the band, the fit of this bra is nice. It gives me a very nice, rounded shape, and appears to be the correct cup size. The "fit" page says this bra doesn't fit because I marked that the center gore was high, but I just bent the wires out ever so slightly, and it's no longer a problem. I chose this fabric because I thought it was unique, but might also work as a neutral bra to wear under lighter coloured clothing. Unfortunately, the darker dots show through a thin white t-shirt, but will be fine under most other clothing.
Edit: After wearing a better-fitting bra for the last month or so, my "back fat" has migrating back where it belongs, and the cups on this bra are definitely too small.
This bra is beautiful! I bought the "denim" colorway and it is really gorgeous. I love the little details that make this bra look special. I have one in the "nude" colorway also, for practicality, but it is nowhere near as pretty as this one (that one is in a 28FF and is too small on the cups, pictures coming soon). Unlike the 28FF the cups fit me perfectly and still create a nice bit of cleavage without mega-boobage.
The biggest fault with this bra, as with every deco, is the band. It is too loose. If you can go down a bandsize then I would recommend it. ...The cups are noted to be on the large side, and as I'm tending towards a GG I think this is true, so I would recommend going down a backsize and cupsize. I wish this bra was made in a 26GG or 26H, then it would be perfect.
edit - I'm starting to fall out the middle of this bra and the band has stretched out so much, I wish I had more of a ribcage so this bra would fit better. Now the wires end up sitting on my breasts and I'm falling out the middle! I'm considering trying the new 28GG version but not yet sure ... Read more 110 more words
So I always thought that I would never find a Deco that fit... and I always though I'd have weird gapping at the bottom of the cup... but the 30G fits perfectly! This is such a wonderful bra.
I've bought it on Ebay - my pre-pregnancy Jolie in 32 gg was ok so I was hoping this one will be too but it's way too small in the band and in the cups. I'm very surprised I can't fit into band 32.
Edit after few months: I've lost few cm in boobs and cups fit better but band is still tight, I can feel it after few hours of wearing. I will have to get extender.
This bra has only two rows of hooks so it's less comfortable then bra with three rows.
Best bra ever had, lovely in fit and shape. Ruffles at the top not a problem could be seen only under a VERY tight Tshirt. Nice detail of gem in the center gore.
The most comfortable bra I have. Lovely shape, the frill around the upper edge only shows under a VERY tight Tshirt. It has a bit of a sheer, which I like, and it looks good under a semi-sheer (black) shirt.
This bra is the same fit as the Freya Teagan Padded Half-Cup. I find this fits well in the cups, and from the store can wear on the middle hook - if this came in 28GG I would buy it! I have had this for quite a while now and wore it non-stop (bad I know, but it was the only bra that fit me!) and the band does stretch out quite quickly. Straps are comfortable and fully adjustable, cute colours, and overall a comfortable bra when the elastic is still new. Note that the half cup (at least to me) does not give any noticeable cleavage.
I thought this was the balcony version (1181), as I would not call it padded. However the tag seems to have the half-cup padded code of 1183? I think this bra is the exact same fit as the Freya Pixie. Great fit at first, though I can comfortably wear on the 2nd and 3rd hooks already (bought approx 2 weeks ago). Supportive enough while the elastic is still new, but ideally I should go down to a 28 or even better 26 if I can find one. I have this bra in a 30G, however unfortunately it does not go to GG in a 28 back. Cups fit very well and straps are comfortable. Can be adjusted fully. Seams and lace can show through thin fabric but not enough to have stopped me doing that yet - though it is noticeable. Love the color but with the darker patches in the pattern it is not suitable under light coloured fabric.
Thanks for mentioning about the Pixie/Teagan relationship. I've looked up a bit and they do share the same cut. Just added it to the list of sister models :)
I tried this bra on a whim while at Intimacy. The bright colors grabbed my attention and I knew I had to have it. Don't let the mesh fool you...this bra really is supportive, like my other Freya bras. This bra definitely makes me feel sexier underneath it all.
**update** I still love this bra. I try not to wear it often, but if I could, I would. The plunge isn't too much for me and I love the bright colors for summer
Is it you in the picture? It does seem as the person in it is spilling over a quite a bit in the cups. Have you tried a larger size?
Yes it is me, and I'm not spilling out of this bra at all; I will take a pic from the side to show this. I had a reduction (believe it or not) and the inner area of my breasts aren't as "smooth" as they would be on someone who hasn't had the surgery.
Thank you for your reply. Your reduction probably explains a lot, I guess the structure and shape isn't the same as with a breast of the same size that hasn't undergone surgery. And, yes, I believe you. No matter how much many claims to be a B-cup after surgery, few actually is.
I've had a reduction as well and I get that little bit of "spill over" in the middle, especially with plunge or lower-cut bras. I've tried sizing up, but end up swimming in them everywhere else. Nice to know it's not just me!
Very Comfortable. It gives a great shape. The cups fit me perfectly.
The only thing that's not great about this bra is that there's no boning in it so the bottom elastic in the front flips or rolls up on me. There are only two rows of hooks in the back.
I love that it's a longline. I love have all the extra fabric in the back, it gives great support and hides any bumps. While the band measurement may sound long, the whole font of the bra doesn't stretch, only the very back does.
I had to get this in a band size up because I couldn't find it in a 32f. It works fine but as I can easily hook it on the last row, I wish I could have gotten my true size.
Ah yes, so glad to hear it fits well! I'm anxiously awaiting Hatty to come out any day now and hoping for that ideal fit too! :)
