The design is pretty and the quality seems good. The band fits around me comfortably, although I am worried how much it might stretch. The cups wrinkle slightly at the top. **UPDATE** After tightening the straps and pushing the wires in the gore down a bit, I find this bra very comfortable to wear, it supports my breasts really well and in so doing gives me an attractive "forward" shape. The wrinkling on the top is still there but it is really quite slight. I'm considering just taking the top lace in by a few mms to solve the problem. I'm afraid a cup size smaller would not be wide enough to fit my side tissue in.
This is a good quality bra with soft fabric in a lovely, blue/purple colour. The cups are quite wide with high wings and the fabric is soft, so it comfortably encloses my side breast tissue, although for some it might run up too high under the arms for comfort. The cups are slightly to big for me, I can't quite fill it at the top but it doesn't bother me so much. While the gore lies flat on my sternum initially, the wires do shift towards either breast after a while, which becomes uncomfortable. Unlike the 30FF that I tried before, this band feels comfortable on the loosest setting, e.g. I can breathe without cringing. The bra doesn't do much for me in terms of lifting or shape, but for an every day bra it should be fine.
This is a really cute bra with a nice pattern and some lacy bits on top. However, I think it doesn't work for all shapes. It is supposed to be a "side support" bra and now that I've put it on, I see what they mean with that. It basically has a really wide cup, or rather the wire goes out pretty far on the side. Then there is an extra vertical seam at about 1/3 of the cup which is supposed to squish your side breast tissue to the front. A good idea in theory, however in my case, it cuts into my breast tissue too much, ...giving me vertical quad boob! In addition, I can't quite fill the top of the cup, it is seriously wrinkling. Long story short, it offers some kind of projection and side support, but it the wrong places for me. What a pity. Since I have free returns, I might try my luck with a different size, but I'm not even sure what would fix the vertical quading in this model - smaller cup, smaller band? Read more 75 more words
This bra fits me well, but for some reason only when I use the racerback hook. If I don't use it my center fullness spills out the middle. I can tell that it is trying to even when I have the racerback engaged, but it's not noticeable most of the time. I have to wear it on one of the middle hooks for proper support but I don't mind.
This has pretty good immediate projection for a moulded cup. It stays in my IMF well.
This bra runs large in both band and cup! I normally wear a 36HH or 36J with 38H and HH usually running a bit big on me, so I purchased this in 34JJ. The band is perfect, but the cups are huge! I should have gotten it in 34HH or 34J instead.
The straps are too wide for me and the shape is very odd, especially with the side support panel. I think if I went down a cup, the seems would be mashing me into a bizarre clover shape. Not for my FOB, inner-full shape at all.
I like the design and the fabric, and I fill out the cup nicely. The band is uncomfortably tight so it pretty much hurts around my entire ribcage. It will be returned.
The color of this is really nice and it's beautiful, but it did not work for me at all. My right breast is slightly smaller than my left breast. Somehow, even with FOB breasts, there was empty fabric at the bottom of the right cup. I couldn't figure out why but this was a no go for me.
My breast shape: Shallow-low projection, wide root, full on bottom. Height 5'7", weight 145lbs.
I previously reviewed this bra in the black zebra colorway ( L - Freya » Wild Bralette (5424) ). They fit the same, and are equally comfortable. I tend to reach for the gray one over the black one. It just strikes me as a more "hanging around the house" color than black.
Honestly, this is the prettiest, most comfortable bra I have had in a long time. I love the lace/mesh look of this bra. The straps are wider than I usually like to buy (because I like to wear them under camisoles and not have the strap show), but they are SO comfortable, I can't complain. The ONLY thing I don't love about this bra is that the straps aren't Multi-way. They are stationary, cannot be crossed or anything like that, which is unfortunate. That said, there's seriously nothing else I don't love about this bra. It is unlined, so my large breasts sit comfortably supported, without any extra ...padding or pressure, etc. I have lactating breasts, due to a side effect of medication, so I generally wear nursing bras to accommodate that, meaning that this is the first non-nursing bra I have bought in a long time, and I am SO happy with it. I had almost forgotten how much more supportive a great bra is. I love this bra, truly. I bought it in black and beige, and I'm looking for it in my size in red and blue because I love it so much. It's well manufactured, and I can tell that it will last a LONG time, way longer than anything from Victoria's secret or similar. I am thrilled. Read more 115 more words
I wouldn't recommended this to someone with bottom-full breasts. For someone top-full I think this could work well, especially with the stretchy lace. The fabric is pretty and smooth.
This bra is a close fit. Color is pretty, so is the lace. The cup is made of two layers: mesh three panel underneath and lace over top. The lace is fairly flat but still shows texture through a thin sweater. Better projection in the bottom of the cup than many other (bottom full) recommended bras. Top cup edge measurement: 6", slightly elastic. I'm keeping this one.
This one is *not* reddit full-on-bottom recommended, or recommended by a user. I tried it on my own accord.
Would have loved this bra, as its comfortable and the gore is not too wide but could be taken in further easily. However, the lace overlay at the top bulges under the armpits due to excess fabric, while the bra band underneath does fit tightly.
First bra I ever tried that comes very close to fitting!
It's a very pretty bra, stretch lace with flowery design over mesh, non-stretch cups. The colour is magnificent, way prettier than in the pictures. A deep, yet bright blue. Very comfortable fabric, and it creates a nice, rounded shape. Looks absolutely stunning, both underneath clothes and on its own.
About the fit: I have very wide roots, and the cups on this bra fit wide enough. Probably way too wide if you have roots on the narrower side. Gore is relatively narrow and short and works with my center-full breasts. Projection-wise it's just a tad off, I think I ...need slightly more projection than this bra can provide, especially at the wires. They sit a bit below my IMF, just enough to become slightly uncomfortable with long wear. Overall, the cups fit the best I've ever encountered. No wrinkling, no spillage, no gore sitting on my breast tissue, no wires digging into the breast tissue that exists in my armpit. My breasts feel very well contained. The band unfortunately is too long for me (I'm on the smaller end of a 30 band), but as I don't require a ton of support it's worth keeping and wearing it on the second hook. I have ordered a 28F to try out as well, fingers crossed the cups will work as well as they did in the 30E! Read more 126 more words
Super pretty, but cups too big and too wide. Could not put arms down when wearing, but this was a whole size too big so that is probably the cause. I sized up, but I should have stuck to my normal size.
I was looking forward to this bra because my actual calculator size is 28HH and it's not an easy size to find. I was aware that Freya runs big in the band and can run big in select styles but I found this bra for 50% off the price so I thought it was worth the risk.
I found the band actually fit quite comfortably, but the cups are far too wide for me and so they run too far under my armpits (although they don't poke me). Also I found the cup overall to be just too big. I think this bra might be ok in a smaller cup size, like a 28H.
