This is such a great sports bra. I prefer it to the Freya sport with moulded cups, because I think this one gives a better shape. I ran with it and had no issues with bouncing or moving.
This is the best sports bra I have ever tried! It can be used with a snugg band and it doesn't hurt due to the underwire linning. The padding is very light and at the same time, see-through-proof.
I belive there is a difference in sizing of the old and new models. On a recent model I was sized a 28DD (even though I usually use 28E), and on an older model a 28DD is definitly too small in the cup. So be aware of that when buying online.
This is a sports bra that works and looks good. I have been wearing it for martial arts for a year and it is perfect. Not only does it keep everything in place (no bounce), it actually helps remove my boobs from under my arms and keep them lifted and centered.
It could even become a good bra for winter, as the shape is great and it is comfy https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I am a fan.
I love this sports bra and I'm so damn happy I finally found one that fits!! I'm so done dealing with L-XL sized bras that provide zero support/comfort/cute appearance. I feel confident enough in it that I could work outside/exercise without a shirt on if I wanted to...which is just a massive step away from all my past sports bras where I had sagging, spillage, everything just was wrong. This bra couldn't be more right and now I want it in all its color variations!
It fits perfectly. I wish the cups were a half-inch taller but I wish that about every bra. The support is excellent. I can run without thinking about my boobs once. Then band is perfect on my 26 underbust. The cups give me sliiight quadding because my roots are too tall. The lack of wires gives my close set breasts more freedom.
How is this, fit and support-wise, as compared to the wired version?
on me the unwired is more supportive and fits better than the wired version for because it is more permissive in its shape. for example, in the wired, the wires sat on my close-set (touching) breasts, reducing support.
Thanks, yogurt.
I've really wanted to try the unwired version but I can only find it for ridiculously expensive in Canada. Mind asking me where you go it from?
I`m not entirely sure how I feel about this bra. I use it for running, my other sports bras are all by Shock Absorber (Ultimate Run, D+ Max), so they are my point of reference. The band is very tight (I did not size up), but after wearing it for 20+ times, it stretches out quickly (but not excessively). The cups fit me well, there is no spilling on top or on the sides, and I do not feel restricted in movement. The support is very good (I have very soft breasts requiring lots of support), similar to the Shock Absorbers.
My main problem with this bra is ...the racerback hook. When I use it, I get intense neck pain after 30+ minutes of running. I think the reason is that the hook sits way too high for me (almost on my neck) and it is not adjustable. Adjusting the straps does not help. When I do not use the hook, the support is reduced noticeably - still ok, but the bra could work so much better. If the hook were adjustable, I think this would be a perfect sports bra for me - now, it is a pretty good one for short trainings or hiking, but not for longer runs. Read more 104 more words
This was my exercise plan: (1) Shop for an excellent sports bra that would use encapsulation rather than compression to support the boobs, for a flattering look (2) Wait until bra comes in a color I like (3) Buy bra in my chosen color and most common UK size (4) Exercise wearing pretty sports bra that makes my workout clothes look good while sweating
This plan worked great until step 4. Don't judge.
As many reviewers have mentioned, the center gore is high in the wired Panache Sports Bra. The cups go even higher. Surprisingly, I can't feel the underwires because they are plushly cushioned. I know they must be resting on breast tissue; ...any gore higher than 1.75" can't help it. When I press on the gore, however, I feel no discomfort. The top of the cups don't gape. If you're looking down my bra, you can see the boob separation, which means the wires are separating them. The cups themselves, however, lie on top of my breasts to give a crop top look. Worn as a top or peeking out from under a warmup jacket, the purple Panache Sports Bra is very becoming. I know this because I've tried it on multiple times. I always congratulate myself on having found a well-fitting, flattering, and supportive sports bra. Read more 106 more words
I have 3 wireless Panache sport bras at the moment, and the fit is the same in all of them, only some variation in the band length. In summary, all of the 3 have shorter bands than the wired versions I´ve owned. The only complaint I have is that when using the J-hook with the straps (straps crossed at the back), the straps don´t adjust long enough for me. I don´t usually have an issue with strap length at all. Straps are ok when I don´t use the J-hook.
I will copy here the review I wrote for the purple version 28F:
Great bra but do size up in the ...band!! This one is purple/violet with white stripe on top.
My boobs are: wide + tall root, shallow. My "usual" size: 28F.
I have had the wired version in 30E and 28F (black, pink, purple, turqouise, raspberry colourways) (oh dear, how many I´ve owned!!!). 28F started to feel a bit too tight at some point so I sized up to 30E. I couldn´t even close this 28F, first I had to go get an extender!! So I do think it is tighter in the band than the wired version.
Other than that, it is a great bra https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Feels very supportive and comfortable and gives great lift! I think that in my case, it fits just as well as the wired one. "Cups" are wide enough an Read more 130 more words
I bought this online, I wanted to invest in a good sports bra.
First I ordered a -32G It was huge, I could not fill the upper part and also y had extra fabric on the side of the armpit, so I returned it. I changed it 2 sizes smaller, I received a -32F (read some reviews to order one size cup less) I fit it full, I think it's even a little bit small.
Overall the wires and band fit perfectly (maybe a little bit tight bit i think it's because it's sports bra) also the wire touches the middle of my sternum (barely, but it touches it) but on the sides of my armpit i think I need 1-2 cms more and also on the upper part my boobs spills a bit, but not that much that might be a issue.
I'm wondering if I should returned it and ask for a 32FF which is actually my size.
Hello I want to ask you something about the bra do you hear if panache change their sizes iam 30Jand I buy 32HH and I have room in the cups when I put it in third hook it’s ok
I haven’t heard about them changing their sizes. When I put the hook on the make it a racer back I had too much room at the top still. It calls for a much fuller top than I have. I hope that helps
Hi I don’t know must I go down a size ? I have 32H but after a hour I have notice the center of the bra stays far away I put my finger in why this happened
Comfortable and supportive, but slightly too large in the cups at the top. I like how high the cups go (keeps the girls from jiggling) but I think I'm in between sizes for this particular brand. The 32G is slightly big, but the 32FF that I tried last summer was too tight.
This is a very comfortable and supportive sports bra. Unfortunately, it is a bit too small in the cups for me. The band length is great- a snug 28. The straps are wide and comfortable and can convert to a racer back. It gives a more attractive shape than most sports bras, as well as being more comfortable. It has no irritating label- the label is printed onto the band. I would love to have this in a 28F. I'll be listing this one.
I love panache sport because of its maximum control in my opinion.
I do have some fit issues but they don't bother me. The biggest issue is my smaller side doesn't have enough upper fullness to full the top of the cup (I'm FOB). I also have very slight cup folding on my larger side, most likely due to my FOB shape combined with it being in between E and F in size. Although it has a wide gore it is very soft and supportive so I don't find it bothers me. The band is also firm so if you are a large 28 you may consider sizing up.
Overall I would recommend this bra to anyone looking for a maximum control sports bra!
The band is firm. I often wear size 30 in bands, so going up to 32 was the right call. Even the 32 feels slightly too firm when I first put it on, but it stretches gradually and becomes more comfortable as I wear it - not loose, just more comfortable.
The cups are a bad shape for me. They are a worse shape for me than the wired version of the Panache Sport Bra. (However, the underwire rubbing on that bra was more unbearable overall. The cups being too wide isn't as much as a problem on this one.) I'm very narrow and projected, even to full ...on top, and I think these cups are designed for someone with a wider root and more full on bottom. The cups are also very tall, where I have roots on the short side. If I wear it for more than an hour or so, the wings have a tendency to gradually fold in on themselves under my armpits. This folding causes the band to feel too tight.
While this is currently my best medium-impact sport bra (for activities like hiking and biking), I'm not really happy with the match to my shape. I'm still on the lookout for a better encapsulation sport bra for narrow/projected/FoT. Read more 106 more words
This is my 9th one of this style! It's as wonderful as they've always been. I love the colors. It's the perfect red, white, and blue, and makes me feel all patriotic when I wear it. 🙂
Wow! Great support, minimal bounce. I still might not run in it, but I'd definitely do any other kind of exercise. I was hoping to find a good bra for hiking and I think this is it. It's wireless but very structured, with firm, molded, padded cups. They're too wide but it doesn't bother me, since there's no wire to rub into my ribs. For this reason I prefer this to the wired Panache Sport.
Very firm band - I have a 30.5" underbust with little squish, so I can go down to a 30 band in many bras, but here even the 32 is on the tight side.
The Blue Marl colorway has high contrast which can be seen under some shirts.
I had to size up in the cups for this to work on my wide shoulder frame. The bust points on the 32D were way to narrow for me and looked really weird. The support after sizing up is a little less than it should, but I do not run in this, I do jumping exercises and it works pretty well. If you are concerned about maxium support, stay with your usual cup size, but if you want a more traditional bra with great support for light to medium exercises then this will be great sized up in the cup. The band is super firm and doesn't feel tight on. I do need help hooking the band because it is is firm.
These are fantastic!! I used to be the one wearing a sports bra over a regular bra with a stretchy bandeau over top just to be able to run. This bra is great! Not much bounce and I don't feel like my chest is squished nor that they're going to slip out the top or under the band.
How is this, fit and support-wise, as compared to the wired version?
