Returned this before I could measure with in on so I guessed a the overall bust Measurment. Ordered my usual bra size in Panache instead of sizing up (like Freya Sports Bra) as recommended on ABTF. Band was snug yet comfy, generously wide wires to enclose my migrated tissue and gore mostly tacked. Not sure if sport bras are suppose to tack as snugly in the middle as regular bras. Cup are generous, there is some gapping along the top causing bounce support issues. Although this goes away when I use the j hook, I prefer not to **NEED** to use it. Probably need to size down to 32F (my other usual)
Ok so I LOVE the panache sports bra. This one is like a size too small so it is slightly uncomfortable, but I have a 28H and it is the best thing ever!!!
So, this review is for the ODYSSEY PRINT, which I feel is particularly important to note since some of these bras are known to run small depending on the colorway. (Here's lookin' at you, gray/white.)
This particular one seems TTS, stretching only to 31" and that with protests. It might actually be a little TOO small on me, but sports bras are my nemesis; tight enough for support, without being too tight to breathe deeply...? It's a bit of a battle.
Generally I like underwired Panache sports bras. The racerback hook gives me added support for jogging, while unhooking that allows for the range of motion I need to do yoga comfortably. I can't stand compression bras, and there aren't many alternatives, so I wouldn't necessarily say this bra is perfect for me... but I do own several, because it's definitely the best I've found.
Had to get a smaller cup size since I lost weight. Fits PERFECTLY and is so so comfortable. I might get another one just because it is so comfy. Definitely size down in the cup if you are FOB or have short roots.
Just received this bra in the mail this morning–thanks, LarsandtheRealBra ! While I may update this review after I try to actually exercise in the thing, I thought I'd give a review based on initial thoughts.
Initial thoughts: wow! Is this what I've been missing out on? I've bought sports bras in sizes small or medium for years, based on what was the least painful at Target or Walmart. Always, the bands are too large and the cups are too tight. This is my first ever "real" sports bra, and I think I may be a convert! No painful squeezing, no wrestling the darn thing over my ...head, and it actually fits!
Fit-wise: this thing seems to be just the right size. The straps are wide (width actually varies), padded, and quite comfortable. The center gore is high (measured at almost 5"), but most of that is fabric; the wires themselves only come up 2.75" and don't jab me in the chest like some high-gore bras. While the top of the bra is slightly tight, it's less of a quad-boob and more of a quad upper chest effect? Meaning, there's a small bulging at the top, but I don't think it's actually breast tissue. Either way, I find the bra to be very comfortable. I'm so excited to try this thing out! Who knows? Maybe this will be just the thing to get me back into running! Read more 129 more words
After 2 years of very frequent wear one of the straps on this bra finally broke. While it lasted it was consistently comfortable and full coverage, and very supportive. However, the cups never really fit exactly right (they are quite high cut on top) and I would have liked a bit more supportive "side" material since I have a wide root. Still, I loved this bra and the convertable straps since I wear so many racerback tops, though wearing the straps that way would often hurt my neck and shoulders after more than a few hours.
This bra's measurements have been altered
No alterations but measurements taken after I'd worn the bra for 2 years, so some stretching in band, etc...
Short, projected, close set, center full, omega shaped, slightly narrow, even breasts....
This is my second sports bra. The first was a 30G Shock Absorber 4490. I've been happy with my Shock Absorber, but I needed one more sports bra to lessen my laundry frequency. Thanks to letstalkaboutbras I was compelled to try Panache Sport's 7341. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
The materials are supportive. The construction appears to be good quality. The seams do not chafe or bind. The j-hook is easy to fasten while wearing. The staps are thoughtfully padded over the shoulders. And, the padding is sufficient to shroud prominent nipples. Yes!
I like ...it, but this is a "lot of bra." It is 100 degrees F today. I perspire just thinking about wearing this. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> I would choose the Shock Absorber everytime during summer over this Panache because of the padding. For winter, this Panache will be great. But, in summer,....phew...I'm perspiring. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" />
The design better accommodates taller roots than Shock Absorber 4490. And, because of the space for taller roots, my narrower breast bounces more in Panache 7341 than S.A. 4490. But, the bounce does not hurt and I can freely exercise. My wider breast is perfectly encapsulated and I risk discomfort if I size down. So, I'll tolerate a bit of bouce and continue jumping around.
For the price I paid, I'm content. However, I would be unhappy had I paid full retail considering the excellent results I've had with a less expensive S.A. 4490.
Overall, this is a comfortable sports bra and my breasts celebrate the lack of wire https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> Read more 184 more words
This is my best fitting bra right now. The band is slightly loose on me, but not overly so. Just enough that I'll need to wear it on the middle hook to start, which is ok by me. I've never had an encapsulation sports bra, and I pretty much love it. No awkward bounce and extreme cleavage like compression bras give. It's perfect for runs. I don't fill out the top of the cups perfectly, but the 30E was definitely too small, so much that it was slightly uncomfortable. I'm okay with this since it means I can use it when my breasts are swollen too. Maybe a more FOT shape would fit this bra better. The wires are slightly too wide as well, but not so much that they're uncomfortable.
This is a great bra, sadly not my size. I knew it wasn't my size when I got it, but how can you say no to a Panache Sport for $17? I can wear it with an extender pretty comfortably, it looks great (I have the Geo Print), very high impact, super well made. The padded wires and clasp are wonderful, although it does make the gore quite wide. Cuts in just a hair on my tall roots. A 30DD would probably fit me perfectly.
I have a couple gripes about this bra. Sometimes the wires bother me while running. While this is a super high impact bra, it's ...still attached to a person running, and like anything else, shifts up and down slightly. I usually don't notice it after a few minutes though. The one that actually annoys me is that I cannot use the J-hook on it. I'm a short person (5'2") and if I use the J-hook, this thing practically decapitates me. Maybe in a 30 I could hook it, but I doubt it. I have to have the straps almost all the way out just to wear it normally. It also makes some of my running shirts fit tight since they're cut for small boobs in a compression bra. The last one, is that the printing on the front of the band, where it says 'Panache Sport' is peeling off and I only wear this bra a couple times a month.
All in all, I think it's a fantastic bra, and I'd love to have it in my actual size. I wish Panache would sort out those straps though. Read more 163 more words
This top is basically a Panache sports bra built into a shirt. This bra is the holy grail of sports bras. The band fits snugly and the cups hold everything in place perfectly. It's great for any type of exercise. The cups do run a little big -- I could have sized down to 28DD if I had wanted to, but I'm still ok in the 28E.
Same as my review for the grey colour: I have tried lots of sports bras over the years - Shock Absorber, Triumph, M&S and more recently Freya. I didn't get on with the Freya underwired sports bra and the Shock Absorber gave me monoboob. All sportsbras were a great disappointment until I tried this bra - wow! This bra gives great support and the padding over the underwires makes it extremely comfortable. It looks nice on. When I exercise (running, aerobics & zumba) the girls are kept in place. I can't shorten the straps enough to wear them bra style, have to use the J hook. Using the J ...hook means I can feel a pull and weight on my shoulders but it isn't enough to stop me from wearing this bra.
About my boobs: they start at my collarbone, I think they are average on the top, firm and bottom heavy with lots of projection. In most panache bras I usually wear 32HH or 34H but this bra is known to be on the larger side so the 32H fits. Read more 71 more words

when the bra was new, i was not used to the tightness of 30 bands. but now that i am used to tighter bands, i truly need like a 26 or a 28 for this to work. and thus there are many other issues that come with a loose band, namely tissue escaping from the armpit. also, without any inserts, the cup where my small boob goes has now permanently creased in an ugly way.
despite all the issues the bra still works when i do dig it out of my closet to go jogging, which is amazing and goes to show how well engineered this bra is.
This is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. Which is kind of a bummer, because it doesn't actually fit my shape well, but it's perfect for exercise. I ordered a 30GG first, and that fit my lower projection and overall shape much better, but there was a bunch of empty space in the top, which wasn't suitable for exercise. In the 30G I have empty space near the gore and the bottom, but it is still somehow comfortable and plenty supportive. The construction of the bra also makes it look like it fits perfectly, so that's nice! The straps adjust just short enough for me, and I ...use the clip for higher impact activities and it works like a charm for me. I would buy more if they weren't so expensive, because I love it as a t-shirt bra! The only thing I'm disappointed in is a couple of the bottom hooks seem to be coming loose after less than two weeks of exercise. I think it's a fluke, and easily fixed, but it's still annoying.
If you don't have much upper fullness or have short roots, definitely size down in the cup. I like a very firm band and this one runs true to size so I wouldn't order up a size. Read more 105 more words
Panache Sport is my favorite everyday bra. I usually just wear them as T-shirt bras because they're so comfortable and are the only bras I have right now that actually fit perfectly. They are incredibly comfortable and are actually good sports bras for those who need a little more support. The straps have a clip on them for extra support, which is nice for when you plan a vigorous workout.
The only problem is I can't wear them with lower-cut shirts because they come up too high.
Ahhh, another of the amazing Panache Sports bras! So incredibly comfortable, so much padding on the wires, so soft. I think this one has a firmer band than usual, it only stretches a couple inches. Fits like a glove for the most part and feels like a dream. Even after wearing it for 15 hours straight! And then of course to top it off, its cute!
Well, this was an experiment in me seeing if my boobs could fit more comfortably in a 32FF, mostly since I have nee trying to excercise and eat better and lose weight. 32G is still my go-to size, though I CAN technically wear this 32FF. It's really tight and a bit too shallow for me, though, so not worth me keeping and trying to squish the girls into a too-small cup.
Hi can you try the 32HH it's came
