I don't think the cups look too big. I think the wires look too wide for sure. And Panache has some majorly wide set straps!
I swapped this 32FF for my 32F, and the fit difference is significant. It shows in the top of the cup, where the stretch lace is, which now gently encloses the top of my breasts rather than cutting in. This may also be because the entire cup is deeper at the apex and the wire, so my breasts have more room to settle into the cup; the 32F would gradually ride down out of my imf during the day. It is also wider, so the girls are probably heading sideways more also, although it doesn't push them outwards. I may bend the wires to get it more centered. I am fairly even with above average projection, and I thought I could continue to get away with the stretch lace on the smaller size, but it really does make a difference to size up. Also, the old one was the black animal print and the new one is the blue & pink watercolor. Sometimes black bras are smaller, I have read.

This bra is very comfortable except for the strap attachment, which sits right at the crease of my armpit and is a bit painful. The shape is pretty pointy, especially on my smaller breast where I don't quite fill the apex as much as the other side. It's quite closed on top, even on my smaller side where the lace wrinkles a bit it still effectively lies flat. I LOVE the pink houndstooth print. The band is a bit stretchier and more true to size than most Panache bras which honestly is a plus to me.

This is now my favorite bra. It is extremely comfortable and gives my breasts a very round, projected shape. The stretch lace at the top of the cups doesn't cut into my breasts and the cups contain all my breast tissue. The only fit issue I have is that the wires are quite a bit too wide, but this doesn't significantly impact my comfort and I'd be hard pressed to find a better overall fit.
Edit: The first time I wore this bra for a full day, the fabric was scratchy and the wing were uncomfortably high. After a few washings with Eucalan, the fabric is fine, although the Floris is better. I had to lower the wings of the bra by about half an inch, but now the underwires poke a bit and I may have to shorten them as well.

This is the better fitting of the two same exact bras, smaller band by an inch and only a hair bigger in the cup, still not perfect, but I wear it out anyway.

It separates a little more than I like, but all in all the most comfortable and well fitting bra I've ever owned. I have a narrow ribcage, small frame and wide root breasts with average projection. The cups are a perfect depth, the underwire is slightly more narrow, and really it just fits my body beautifully. The material is very thin, no lining, so getting cold is very visible through a top. I wear a camisole or thin tank top under my shirts to help combat. I'm not comfortable with my nipples on display lol Still, I highly recommend.

I really wanted to like Panache Jasmine (6951) but I either have to get a bigger cup size or scrap it all together.
The Pros:
Comfortable and not too bright or distracting. It would have been the 1st mostly black bra I have since finding bras in my size. Looks like an actual balconette in the true sense, since the mounds of my breast are uncovered.
Cons:
The cups are really forgiving and stretchy. I suppose if I had firmer breast this wouldn't be a problem, but since I have soft, pendulous breast, and full on bottom they overpower the cups and my boobs hang a bit low. This is why I'm not sure if a bigger cup would make a difference. I didn't find this bra to be as supportive as I would like.

Even though my "how it fits" has some bads (pokes sternum, too wide set straps) because of my size and breast weight, this is actually the 2nd most comfortable bra I've ever worn. I look so high and round, my breast stay in place and my neck, back and shoulders don't hurt. This is my bra. basically the only one I wear, because i feel so sexy and in control in it. yes, I'd like it if the wires were slightly lower and if the straps were a bit closer in. But I've never found a bra that was more comfortable that makes me look and feel as ... amazing. No quad boob, no side boob, no sad and pointy boobs. I think based on my measurements that they run large, as I get more support in a 34. they do stretch after wear, so I would do the tighter of two bands. In a 34 K the poking is minimal, and the straps don't fall down, they just feel like they will. I very much reccomend this bra, especially for large breast.

This bra feels good which is not something I ever thought possible! The wires hit me in all the right places. It's the perfect projection. It makes my boobs look great. And it's cute!
