This is another vintage Platex soft-cup; a giveaway to anyone who wants it. It is still in excellent shape. I picked it up at a thrift store about 10 years ago, and I now prefer underwires.

I like this bra very much. It fits me so comfortably ,it's probably my most comfortable bra I have right now. It has soft, lacy, lined , full coverage cups with 3 hooks int the back. Also extra wide pillowy straps.
This is another of my nice full-bust soft-cup bras. I have owned this bra for about 5 years. It was stretched some when I bought it (used). I like the fact it has a 4- hook band. It fits me well, with help in the cups. It doesn't poke. I nice bra, but nothing special.
This is my hanging around the house bra. It's too big in the band, but it feels a lot firmer than other 36 bands I've worn, so it doesn't ride up the back. The cups space out my boobs quite a bit, which isn't ideal for wearing out, but it's a comfortable lounging bra!
Well, it's obviously too small. It doesn't have tags, so I'm going off what I think I remember the saleslady telling me the size was. I'd gotten sized in Australia as a 14E I think, and went back to the States and was bra shopping and this girl told me there was no way I was an E and put me in a D. And they were some of the most comfy bras I'd worn to date, so I bought three. Two of those died within the first three months of me having them. I don't know how this one has lasted so long, but it's become my ...sleeping bra, because the quadboob is way too noticeable to wear it in public but it's super comfy nonetheless. And it keeps my boobs out of my armpits when I sleep, so that's good. It doesn't seem to have stretched too much. I'm still wearing it on the outermost hook and it stays in place through my restless nights. I can't attest to much more though, since it's so very, VERY not my proper size. Read more 76 more words
I used to think this was my favorite bra, that is until I've done some research into my actual bra size and not what is perceived to fit me. But it is very comfortable and soft. I've never noticed anything painful on it or inherently uncomfortable on it.
Even though the band is way too big, I love this bra. The jersey material is soft and comfy, and the cups hold the girls perfectly. But the too-big band renders this bra completely unsupportive, and I cannot adjust the straps tight enough to compensate.
I don't wear this bra anymore, mainly due to the underwire poking through the gore and trying to stab me in the heart, *sigh*.
I picked this thing up at WalMart during a severe bra emergency. It was the closest thing to fitting I could find (as long as I wore a sports bra over the top, anyway). It doesn't even come close to fitting me anywhere except the wire width, so I'm probably going to perform mad-scientist type bra experiments on it before I toss it (hoping to maybe transform it into a sleep bra or something).
Wires are plastic, I'm pretty sure--they're very flexible, at any rate. There doesn't appear to be any elastic in it at all; the bra fabric's lower edge is bound in some kind of shiny lycra/spandex ...stuff that is super stretchy (it's bandless). The straps are solid, though, and the cups are lined with a nice soft semi-padded type fabric that I wish I could get in my real bra size (sigh). It's not as thick as a typical moulded cup, but it's seamless, so there's definitely some kind of moulding going on in there.
Sadly, I can't comment on the fit, since it doesn't fit me. Read more 70 more words
Was definitely the wrong size when I got it, but it's stretchy and I couldn't be braless! The straps are comfy... except the sides where it digs in something fierce. I can't wear it. It's sooooo wide and the armpits come up really high as well. I'm sure it's at least partially, if not completely, because the band is at lest two sizes too big. Thgugh the band is former than a lot of 36 s. The center is strange. Very flat? Like it would push your boobs towards your armpits and flatten you in the center. I don't know exactly how to describe it or what shape you'd need to be for this to be the right cut. But again, my review isn't going to be very helpful since I know it's completely not the right size
This bra is pretty and super comfortable. If I were to complain it'd be to say that the cup and band are so so stretchy that it may effect support - but maybe if I were to wear a smaller size this would not be an issue - all over I'd say this is a very nice comfortable bra.
