Would make a lovely fit if it would be actually my size. it is too small in the cup and too big in the band. 28E would fit me perfect though, as far as i can see what it does now, perfect cleavage
For starters, the band seems to run a little big in this (not a full size, though.) Although to be more accurate, it's not that the band is very much too big (although I did find myself hooking it on the middle and tightest hook) but that it's not very stretchy - I would much prefer it measure waaay shorter unstretched and just stretch a lot.
The shape of this bra is absolutely wrong for me. It's pretty shallow and has quite wide underwires. I look as though I need to size up in it, but I think a G would gape, and instead I just need something with ...narrower underwires and more projection.
The material is nice, not too thick and comfortable (nothing like a moulded cup bra for keeping your boobs from noticing there's anything on them) and the upper edge doesn't show too badly through shirts like some moulded bras.
As far as full on top vs full on bottom style goes, I think it falls about in the middle - it would probably gape on someone very full on bottom, but it curves in enough that it would cut in on someone who's very full on top.
In shape, it's actually very much like a Victoria's Secret type moulded cup bra. The straps are not as wideset as in most unpadded bras in lines like Curvy Kate and Freya. I thought I would like this but it ended up bothering me due to armpit spillage (but the cup depth had a lot to do with that too.)
I would definitely recommend those bras for those who need wider underwires, though. Read more 163 more words
Love how it fits and looks. Cups are basically just lace (and as such, very thin!) so not really something I feel comfortable wearing to something like work. Definitely good for a night out with a special someone!
Center gore rises 4.25". Because of band stretch and because of the depth of the cups the 40F I tried on was at least 1 band size too big, and at least 2 cups sizes too big. Bra construction looks good for an inexpensive bra, and it looks like it would be incredibly comfortable.
It fit me great when I got it! Then I wore it a lot and now it's really stretched out. True to size, easily hidden under clothing, gives good shape and lift.
In a previous review I tried the 30F of this same bra. I thought a 32F would be better, but now the band is too big and the cups are too far apart. Ideally I would need a 30G (since it's so padded), but not sure I'm going to keep trying with this style since the underwire is hard and uncomfortable even when I lean over slightly.
Beautiful and sexy push up bra in a hard to find size. I would say that with the band measurements and thick padding inside, this is really more like a 28E or small 28F maybe even a 26 band. I would need 1-2 cups sizes bigger in this and maybe a band larger. Note that the under-wire feels very sturdy, may be too hard for some! I may try a 32F (biggest the bra goes in a 32 band) hard to find a new bra for this cheap!
Purchased from Figleaves.com November 2012, for $28.50
The cup is padded and has a significant push-up pad inside the cup. This pad is intregrated into the padding and part of the cup, it is non-removeable. It is positioned at the bottom near the outerside of the cup. The deepest part of the cup is relatively close to the centergore.
Since it is a plunge, there is a rim that closes in, but it is not too closed and it might work for some more rounded shapes.
I got this bra in 30FF for a friend who normally wears bras in 30FF, with some in 28G and others in 32F. With this bra she had trouble closing it close it bc the band runs very tight and doesn't stretch much. The cup was also too closed for her, she is full on top while this bra is made for somebody who is the opposite.
I found this bra to be true to size. The design is very elegant and soft. The bra gives very good support and the straps are fully adjustable. It also gives me a nice round shape. One of the things I really liked about this bra is that it is high under the arms. It may not be suitable for some people as the wires might poke a little but for me it was fantastic and I did not experience any poking at all. The centre gore is also very comfortable. Overall, it is a very supportive bra and one of the more comfortable ones I own, even ...though it's a bit snug at the back. It still feels very lightweight yet supportive. I highly recommend it especially when it goes on sale. It's often in the bargain section of brastop.com. The only downside to this bra is that the seams on the cups are sometimes visible under thin shirts. I still kept the bra because I think it's worth it and because I tend to wear it under blouses and thick shirts where the seams don't show. Read more 82 more words
This bra fits pretty well. Because my breasts are two different sizes, it fits one and is slightly too small on the other, but that's not the fault of the bra. It's beautiful to look at, and gives my breasts a nice shape and a bit of cleavage. The band is a bit more snug than I would like, but it's not terribly uncomfortable.
overall fit seemed good, buy I'm still trying to find my true size. It seemed a bit too snug, but maybe just because I'm used to a 36 band. Ended up returning it just because the lace on the straps is scratchy and digs in.
very pretty bra. Doesn't remotely fit me! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I wear it occasionally with a cheap corset or somewhat bust-supportive dress for a costume or something like that (where I just need some extra coverage/definition). I really wish this bra came in my size! The materials do feel a bit cheap and flimsy to me, although that might be because I am used to much stronger underwires in the bigger cup sizes I actually wear.
I really like the look of this bikini top! Have been wearing it all summer. After reading reviews I ordered a cup size smaller and the same band size. Maybe I should have ordered my normal size, because it tends to give me quad boob effect after a while. The only negative about this is that there isn´t much support, but I just tighten the back through the day. I´d actually have a friend who bought it after seeing and trying mine, but she´d ordered her normal cup size.
