Looking at the sizing of bras on here and other sizing guides, the band length does not always match the "fits bust" or underbust measurement. (Like it says band size 34 but fits bust 31) But my reccomendations gives me the exact number I put in as my underbust.
I have bras from a store that I got fitted, then ... re-fitted when the center gore kept poking me. I was given 36 at first and told you're supposed to go up a band size.
I need to check again but I don't think the bras I got were G which is my reccomended bratabase cup size but maybe the bras had British sizes.

I bought it and it's too big all over, I'm having no luck selling it on braswap so I figured I'd try and give it away for free on here since I really love this community and would rather give it yo one of you guys than someone on braswap. It's a UK 10, US 6 but fits big. It's ... white with yellow and blue polka dots. It's peplum style, so great to dress up jeans and amazing waist emphasis. It would probably fit about a 30GG/H or so volume-wise. It'd work for 28-34 bands but the waist may be a bit snug at the upper end of that.

I have no idea how my size would work in Kris Line, and tbh, I probably have enough bras r.n. (I'm supposed to be getting one more in the ... mail soon!) but price conversion is like $20usd/$26cad for this bra, including shipping, but it's only shipping to Poland. I actually tried to buy it to see if the website would work - you can buy it from Canada (spelled "Kanada" in Polish), but they ship to Poland only, bummer!
I'm guessing this same bra in my city would cost $80-$100 at a local boutique: jealous of my Polish-American friend who can just have her mom or relatives mail her this stuff from Poland.

I am Polish living in the U.K. and I get my mom to ship stuff from Poland to U.K. for me. I am so grateful for this especially that I mostly buy Ewa Michalak bras and her new postage charges are crazy expensive a compared to what it cost by shipping with a Polish mail service (20pln vs 80-100pln for dhl) plus after Brexit I’d have to pay vat on all purchases from abroad.
I envy anyone who can obtain bras/panties from Poland for minimal coast. I just spent $1.142.55 PLN ($319.65 USD) on new Ewa Michalak bras and panties. That’s after shipping and VAT and whatever other fees associated with purchasing form the US. *cries silent tears*

So I’ve outgrown my 34F Comexim plunges from breakout bras (of course while waiting for an order of 2 custom bras directly from Comexim 🤦🏼♀️). It seems I’m somewhere between a 34FF and 34G (maybe 32GG, I can easily wear the 34G on the tightest hook, but a 32G is too tight). I have a 34FF in Jasmine which is ok. The 34FF in the basic plunge I quad out of. Does anyone else thing the basic lounge light run smaller??

Hah! No way...I was just wondering the same thing, lol.
The only bra I have to compare it to is my last order from Breakout Bras.

I have VERY close set breasts, im not sure if there's room for my pinkie, short breast roots (which makes me functionally FOB), and need a cup with depth. My current best fitting bra is CK Delightfull in 34HH but the cups could be a lot closer together, wires could be narrower (but not polish narrow), cups could be shorter. ... The band is okay even though it's on the second hooks. I'm finding myself preferring slightly looser rather than tight but that's probably also because the cups were too small in the sizes I tried before. I would post measurements but it seems to underestimate me by 1-3 sizes now at the very minimum lol. I've found that just measuring the perimeter of one breast is more accurate. Mine would be 15in and my band size is currently hovering between 32/34 due to cycle fluctuations. My budget is $60-$80 for two bras at least because I need to be able to rotate them.

I'm gonna take a stab at this. In my experience, of the UK brands I've tried, Panache and Cleo bras tend to have the narrowest wires, with a few exceptions. What worries me though is you being so close-set--maybe you could try a plunge? The Panache Ana comes in both 34HH and 32J. I know you said no Polish, but you could also maybe try a Comexim unlined bra? The one I have runs a lot wider than my padded Comexims, and it has crossing wires at the gore.
Any there any styles in particular? Also in what sizes should I try it in? The main reason why I don't want to try polish is because its expensive and I don't feel comfortable with ordering from Poland and then having to pay return shipping/not being able to return it/:

I know that it's possible for merchants to edit a paypal invoice after paying that prompts you to pay more for an added item or whatever, I've had that done before with other brands. last time I got a Comexim order I don't think I was ever charged for the longline ... alteration (though it was done). this time, the end of my confirmation email says ". . . and non-returnable.
Do you agree?

What is the alteration you requested? I’m curious, I’ve only had alterations done on a 3HC and wasn’t charged for it.

Help! I'm trying to add a@ Maidenform push up bra. It's number is positively (DM0066). So I add the model. No problem. When I'm asked what size is on the label, There is only one size on the label and that's 38B. Then I'm asked US or UK? There is nothing on the label about US or UK. Just 38B. Why won't they ,or it trust me on this?( Technically,it's not a label. It's more like printing in the back of the bra.)
Someone, please tell me what I am doing wrong. I'm stumped!

You should be able to enter either one and it'll be fine. 38B is the same in US and UK sizes.

I was browsing around on the Ewa Michalak website, as one does when they're considering making an impulsive decision, and I noticed the M cut isn't listed on the dropdown menu of styles on the left when you click "bras" anymore. Is it possible that she's discontinuing that line (maybe except for custom orders)? If so, I would be very VERY sad, since it's my perfect fit

I asked on the IG post of the BM Melon if they could make it a PL or M. They said, yes for a fee and not returnable. When asked if more M was coming out, they said no. Which is a shame.

I was thinking after my most recent blunder with the 80HH - Ewa Michalak » Bm Suzy about how wires fit my breast shape. A few weeks ago, I posted about how it dawned on me that my breasts are splayed, and then how too tight bands cause the cups to stretch too far back and become shallower. ...
My most recent realization is that certain types of wires just don’t seem to be the right fit for my breast shape. For example, Ewa Michalak and Nessa bra wires are very ‘UU’ shaped, and extremely angular on the sides. They jut straight back like a slash /. Kris Line wires are more curvy, like a “3” shape (but sideways so it looks like a bra...hopefully that makes sense and you can visualize it!)
I feel like the angular “UU”shaped wires also have way more space at the bottom of the wire, which is why I always find this type of wire not staying in my IMF. Either that or my boobs are too wide for those types of wire so they push the wire out of my IMF. Either way, I think those “3” shaped wires fit me sooo much better. I think I’m going to just have to stick with what I know and not stray away from Kris again, lol!
I did end up ordering a Kris Line Veronica full cup bra today in a 36JJ, even though I probably shouldn’t have. I guess I should blame PayPal for letting me split the payments into 4 now!

Can't comment on what's happening with your boobs specifically, but I've yet to find a bra with wires that fits the literal shape of my boob. My boobs are really flat on the bottom, so there's always space there, even when the projection is more or less good. 65H - Ewa Michalak » Sf Moonlight Lace is my best fitting wired bra, and you can see even there how the wires aren't built for my 'slant-into-flat-on-the-bottom' tissue.
bustyand wow, that’s such a pretty bra! Honestly, I’m about the same, it seems like I’m flatter underneath as well. Glad to know I’m not alone with that certain fit issue, though!

Hey everyone! DA know where to find tiny bra sized bathing suits? I found a 30B and it was too big in both cup and band. My measurements are 26.6 UB and 29, so I’m probably looking at about a 28 B? No idea where to even begin. I dislike triangle bikinis because I have a mild deformity which is ... very pronounced since I lost weight(my chest has no tissue on the top and sticks out the same amount as my boobs underneath- hard to describe but I’m very insecure about it). I like something with wires and need a little padding for coverage. Any ideas are much appreciated!

Hey, you're back! If you sister size up to a 30A/B you can fit into most matrix size ranges. I.E. VS, target, Gap etc. They won't be a perfect fit, since the band is meant for a measurement bigger than your bust, but they'll work. You can also get gorgeous bikinis from comexim. I'd go for a 60D/55DD in them. I bet they could also custom make a 60C or 55D.
My daughter wears a 30C (we can’t find anything better) from Aerie and she had great luck with a size XS bikini top from Target. She’s 25.5” under-bust and 29.25” over bust.

Most bras I own give me neck pain after few hours of wear!
Some have my boobs sag down with wear and bands ride up a bit.
I swear I wear my correct size, If I wear my smaller sizes I just end up with quadboob.
Could bras be worn out and need to be replaced? Is it just bad quality? It's mostly bras I have had for less than 1 year, and I have a good rotation and might wore only my favorties once a week.

That’s a bummer. I wonder if they are starting to wear out. How do you launder your bras? Have they ever been in the dryer? I hear that really kills the elastic in the band.
Is it possible that you slouch throughout the day and that you need to do neck strengthening exercises? and it doesn't have to do with your bras? Or is it definitely your bras?

I think bratabase recommends brittish sizes. if shops dont have your size they will fit you in something else. being poked by the gore is not always because the band is too small, sometimes its a shape mis-match. some brands having different band sizings, too - the +4 sizing. its confusing!
