***Cassie Longline Has Been Returned to the store***
The Cassie Longline Bikini arrived but was a failure, so in case someone wants it, I've listed it for sale until I return it tomorrow. I'll ship it around the US for free since I'll have to pay to send it back anyway, but will also ship it internationally.
Aside from that, I lowered the prices on all my listings so some are $20 or less. The Ewas were not spared from the price cuts either, so you could save a few extra bucks *nudge*

Hmm, I'm having trouble deciding if it does or not.
Knowing I'm kind of in between 30FF and 30G at the moment, I'm thinking it might be pretty true to size or maybe like a slightly loose 30GG. It's definitely too big for me, but could be coming across as bigger than it actually is because I don't have tall enough roots to fill it out better.
As an aside, I'm debating on whether I need to go down two cups or if one will be enough. I get essentially 0 cleavage and a ton of gaping as it is so I'm leaning towards two.
How should I order a size out of the pre-made range of Ewa Michalack bras? Do they have someone that reads/writes English? Do they only go up to the sizes listed at the bottom of each page on her site?

If you want to order a size which isn't on the dropdown menu, you send an email to sklep@ewa-michalak.pl There's people on staff who speak English, so sending a simple email in English is fine.
You won't be able to order a special size if they don't have fabric for the style, so it's worth checking if there's a full range of sizes available (if there's sizes missing, they're out of fabric). They'll also only make a size which is a listed special size or a sister size of the sizes listed for a cut.
Send something like
Hi,
I was wanting to order (bra style) in (size). I understand that this size cannot be returned. My username on the site is (username).
Thanks,
Once you've done that, as long as what you've requested is possible, they'll set up a Paypal invoice for you and when that's paid your bra order will be processed as normal.
otoh, supposedly they are ABOUT to come out with a new FB line (fuller bust) which will have extended sizes. They have made a few prototypes already. Maybe they'll even suggest that, but who knows. But the point is, they are working on getting more extended sizes

That's great! I would never have thought of this! Will it work for returns as well?
I have used PayPal to cheaply return an item or two, though they weren't outside of the US. I'll try putting in the address to someone like Bravissimo and see how much it costs, but I imagine it'll work just as well.

Ok, I was remembering some post where someone said a sales girl tried to help her with a bra, and the sales girl used to work at Victorias Secret and kept insisting the person was a 34D when she was wearing a 28 . . . idk, F or G?
anyways, I tried to find the post to comment, ... but couldnt, so . . .
I think its kinda sad really - not only does VS train their sales girls so badly that all the young women who go there are told that bras that dont fit do fit . .and they leave thoroughly confused and often hating their boobs . . . those poor SALES GIRLS are SO CONVINCED that VS's sizing is correct that they will probably spend the rest of their lives unwilling to learn that there is so much more to life than the +4 matrix.
The damage that company does . . . uggg.

That was me.
We watched a video during training that showed the "proper" way to measure. It's really terrible.
I went in again during their sale to get gym thongs (they're the best) and another lady offered me help with bras. She said I looked like a pretty standard 34D/DD when I told her they don't have my size. Yeah, I bet I do.
She also told my 32F mother that their sizes run differently and she really needs a professional measurement.
The only time I tried VS, I asked to try a bra in 32DD (which I thought was my size at the time). The "fitter" said they didn't stock those, measured me and declared me a 36B. Which they had in stock! When I protested that my UB was 26-27", she said I could also try a sister size of 34C.
They didn't fit.
tl/dr, Possession of a tape measure does not mean one is trained in its use.

I am searching for a certain bra,,the earners unbelievable concealed bra underwire #o1526

Do you mean you're looking for information about it, or you're trying to find a place to buy it? It's listed on here, you can just enter "unbelievable" into the search field and you'll see it.
When it was announced that LargeCupLingerie was selling the beige Marcie, I was super excited but wasn't ready to buy any new bras. The other day, I decided to check on said Marcie and realized they had sold out of 30G already. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed.
Skipping to today, I was reminded that I hadn't worn my ... 65GG Burek or 30G Marcie in nearly a week. After getting off the scale to see only 3.5lbs left to lose, I figured I should probably try them on. As luck would have it, they're both too big! It's sad news for my beloved Burek, but it also means I should be able to fit in a 30FF Marcie - a size that wasn't sold out! It looks like it might have been the last one, too, so I feel like I got pretty lucky.
As an aside, Bravissimo did have all the sizes the last time I checked (and for the same price), but for some reason they charge $15 for shipping to the states while a company like LCL charges nothing... and they're both from the UK. Shouldn't Bravissimo be the one to afford cheap/free shipping overseas? /shrug
Unfortunately, I am worried about the Comexim order I have on the way. It finally shipped, but I'm not sure if 65J with reduced cups, straps moved in and lowered gore will be enough to make up for the boob I've lost since placing the order. I wouldn't normally be too upset if they don't fit because I know they'll resell eventually. BUT, the Pin Up Girl bikini top is the thing I've been banking on for my vacation in a little over two weeks and it might not end up working. Despite all that, I am excited to try all those alterations as I've never experienced the straps moved in, nor a lowered gore, I think. I'm especially giddy over the idea of a plunge Joy Longline, so I'm really crossing my fingers and toes!
Speaking of which, I was getting a little worried about receiving the Comexim order in time, so I managed to fall in love with a Cleo Cassie longline bikini that I ordered from Breakout Bras yesterday, in a 32G. The band was said to run tight and I am expecting the cups to be shallow as it appears to be of similar construction to the Pansy longline. Because a 32FF Cassie measured in at 10" deep and my Pansy is 10.5", I'm hoping the 32G is the right choice (and the shape isn't totally off). I need that Marcie luck to continue, please!
To make this even longer, for those keeping track (which is pretty much just me), I've officially gone down from 30J to 30FF (at least in Marcie) while losing 25lbs, so far. That's a ton of boob! I don't even consider myself large busted anymore, though they still look pretty big because of how concentrated they are - being short, narrow and projected, my tissue is just not spread out effectively across my chest, heh.
Anyway, my mind is blown!

Ooo, I'm very excited to see your Comexim order! Those alterations sound potentially great! (And hey, maybe if they don't work for you I can buy them off you. ;D)
Woo hoo, lucky that you got one from LCL! :) LCL didn't have my size available either, but I emailed them on Friday to find out when/if they'd have it. I'm like you -- I'd rather take advantage of free shipping than the shipping charge from Bravissimo. LCL sometimes has coupon codes floating around as well. ;) I just got a reply today:
"The release of these has been delayed by quite a bit, which is such a shame for a bra proving to be so popular! We're awaiting delivery of the other sizes, so we can let you know when we have a 32HH available."
Bravissimo doesn't seem to have all sizes in stock anymore either, so they must have gotten a very limited shipment as well.
Just thought I'd let you (and others) know! I guess they weren't actually sold out; they just never got complete stock of all sizes.

Here's something that needs to be corrected. I noticed that Bratabase has it that the @Lunaire "Versailles Seamless Jacquard underwire" (13211) has been discontiued. This is actually false. I know this because I recieved one today from Ebay and looked up Lunaires web site. And they still have the Versailles with nothing about being discontinued. Just thought you'd like to know.

Sometimes brands discontinue popular models, regret it and then bring them back!
I own and *love* one Empreinte bra, the Melody underwire seamless. It's perfect, except that the straps are a wee bit wide and the lace isn't my fave for everyday.
I've been trying other Empreinte bras, though, and the Melody shape seems to be an aberration. The three different seamed cups I've tried all squashed and flattened my boobs. ... src="https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> The photos show a lovely round shape, but on me... I don't know if they're too narrow, expect less fullness, or what, but the result is extremely sad. Now I'm stuck trying to return two bras to a French online store with no posted return policy, or else I'm out $100+. (Discounted bras actually made me wary that it was a... bootleg issue, but buying the Daisy Empreinte through Amazon gave me the exact. same. shape. )
I guess it could also be that the cups are too small in the three seamed styles I've tried, but they seem to fully encapsulate me so it seems more like a shape problem...

you should post a fit check! empreinte are truly wonderful, but like all brands/styles they don't work for everyone. The sizing is unique/tricky, it could be a sizing issue.
Yes, their sizing is basically from another planet. I've tried on eleventy billion of their bras (and in different size ranges too) so I'm happy to help if you want to post fit requests. What were the models you tried and in what sizes?

I became interested in the manufacturing country of my clothes and it seems that most of my bras were manufactured in China. I read some really alarming things about China´s lack of environmental protection and how people have it difficult to breath the air in big cities because of pollution etc.
I would really like to know where the bras are ... manufactured, before I buy (=order) them! But how can you tell? You just have to ask the seller _every_ time?
I have almost all of my Panache / Cleo bras made in China, but Cleo Maddie Animal + Neve strapless are made in Sri Lanka. (Andorra, Rhea, Marcie, Pixie; China)
I have 3 shock absorber bras, 2 x Multi sports and 1 x Ultimate dry. Of these one is made in China, one in Morocco and one in Romania!
None of my Fauve bras has any mention about manufacturing country!!!
All Mimi Hollidays: China.
Freya Decos in Sri Lanka.
So, how can one ever know?? A good option would be the Polish bras, but they don´t seem like a good option for me because I need wide wires + shallow cups (size 28F+ ish). Or maybe Avocado has some suitable cut?

I have never, ever had a strapless bra fit correctly, and I was so hopeful after finding out that smaller bands exist that I would finally be able to find one. I got a white Panache Confetti strapless in 30F off braswap (no measurements on here except mine for that size, so it was kinda a shot in the dark) ... and oh my, it is so pretty!
I love that it's unpadded and the lace is grogeous, the band is comfortable and stays put... but the cups just do not fit. They seem like they are too deep and they don't offer any support or shaping. They just make my boobs look sad. What's weird is that I fill them out/ it looks like they would fit if I had straps to put on it (when I pull up on where the straps would connect)... but that was the whole point of getting this bra. No straps.
It's such a pretty bra, I really want to just alter it to fit, but I have no clue how to do it. If I do the alteration I did to my Jasmine, the top of the cup becomes too closed off and cuts in. None of my other attempts to pinch/ fold/ pin it to the right shape have been successful, and they distort the pattern of the lace. I wonder if a 30E would fit or be too narrow? Or where I'd even find one in my budget... seems like way too big of a 'maybe' to pay full price.
Ugh.

I am even to slightly fot with narrow roots and have the same problem. I am trying to get 3 strapless bras in smaller cup sizes than normal, 30D and 30DD when I'm firmly 28F. When I've tried bras in the past looking for strapless I've found that I need the straps to keep the girls up, it always seems like there is no support. The go-to bras are too fob and/or too wide in the cup.
I've finally just accepted that I need to make a strapless bra work even if it doesn't fit perfectly.
It's not you, or rather it's not just you. I've never found a strapless that fit me, and I've been a LOT of different sizes in my adult life (30E/32DD when I was a wee slip of a thing and 32GG right after babies, and I've been through every size in between).
I basically quit worrying about strapless bras, because the way I see it, I can find several cute tops and dresses that can conceal bra straps roughly 1000x faster and with less angst than I can find one single strapless bra that is kinda wearable despite not actually fitting well. I've lived in very warm climates, North Carolina, Washington DC, southern California, etc. and have found this to hold true even having to fill a wardrobe with 70% summery stuff.
I'm thinking of ordering from http://www.ewa-michalak.pl - has anyone else ordered from their site?

Yep, I've placed two orders with them.
The first one took about 3 weeks from order to delivery since they had to wait for materials.
I'm still waiting on my second one for the same reason.
I didn't have any problems and my experience with customer service has been good. All of my emails are responded to quickly by Kaska, who speaks English.
Ok great! Thank you! I'm thinking of trying one of their bras - the S Kamea. From your experience with sizing… do you think they run big or small? I've been reading the reviews for the one bra I'm interested (and also comparing it to bras I own) and I'm torn between ordering my normal cup size or a larger one. I'm either a loose 32 band or tight 34 (and depending on how stretchy it is!)… so I was going to go with a 75 band. … What do you think? Sorry for all the questions!

So Mom decided to keep the Etta in a 36F, and try a band and cup size down in the Caitlyn since it was too big all over. The 34F in Caitlyn was a much better fit but she couldn't tolerate its full band - she's got a very short torso and some upper abdomen fullness and she said ... within an hour the band material was digging and she couldn't wait to take it off.
So she went back to the boutique that originally put her in a 38C and she wore the 36F Etta in to prove they were wrong. After that, she got a really helpful lady who spent an hour with her, trying on the proper size this time. Said she went through 20 bras and found one acceptable fit - the Fantasie Susanna side support. And she sent me pics and I agree, it's lovely!
Plus, she hopped on Amazon last night and picked up the nude Etta for only $18, and also decided to try the Panache Loretta just because it's so cheap right now, even though Panache straps have tended to be too wide set and I've heard Loretta can be a tricky fit.
I'm so happy for her Not only has she found ABTF, she's now found another style that works, was able to get a 2nd Etta super cheap, is not afraid to order online and try new things, AND was able to confidently stroll back into the boutique and show them what ABTF really looks like and get some real help this time.

Doesnt it seem odd that all of the bras they advertise underneath the article are worn by A cup models? ok, tell me if you think I'm wrong. Well, maybe the underwire bras are Bs?
Is this blog popular?
Oh, totally. I read the article and was like "oh, good!" and then all the recommended bras are like... bralettes without underwires. Idk.
And I suppose you could say it's popular; I've been subscribed to their emails for a few years before they got really "big."

As of now, since I've found out my size, I still don't have a sports bra. I bought one about 45lbs ago in a medium. So that doesn't fit anymore. To boot, it was one of the pull over your head ones-which isn't going to give the support you need doing mundane things, let alone workouts.
I've been thinking, to be ... safe, do you normally buy them a cup smaller? My biggest worries for myself revolve around the fact that my IMF is unusual, as well as breast shape. So with this, most bras in 30E have wires that are pretty far from the bottom and sides of my boobs.
If I go a cup down, the depth isn't enough and cuts into my tissue.
So I'm wondering if buying a cup smaller would be a better option than having some wiggle room on the bottoms, sides, and possibly tops. If the cups are moulded, that's bound to happen.
Also, are there any brands/models that have worked really well for anyone? Are they compression, or moulded? I had a moulded sports bra in 36B and obviously hated it..but mostly because the cups felt useless to me. I want something that's kind of compression, but with underwires and back clasps, but I don't even know if that's possible or a thing xD
I just have no idea where to start with sports bras that actually do what they're intended for, and it's. .well summer time in 2 days? I think it'd be nice to go for a run or something but I'm lost

I havent found a sports bra, but I dont do sports and . . 32J. But i just did a search here on sport 30E and found a bunch. i'd start by reading reviews of those.

I've been wanting one of those forever and just got really excited that you had one for sale, but yours would almost definitely be too big for me. :P So based on this one, do you think this top runs big in the cups?
