This will be longwinded, but I can't be the only one out there like this. I literally was kept up last night by thoughts of bras and boob shapes and panic, thinking I've got this all wrong and none of my bras actually fit and none of the ones arriving soon will actually fit! But I'm an overthinker, ... too!
Edit: here's my fit request - http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dlsfh/#
Quickly off the top, my measurements: 27.5 UB, 36 OB, lying while angled breast perimeter is 9.5 but not sure I'm measuring that properly.
I stared at my own boobs for half an hour last night. I've repeatedly assumed I'm broad and shallow, but I think I'm slightly wrong on that. I've located & relocated multiple times what I think is my root on the outside edge and here's the deal... I don't have a natural fold or crease? That or I don't understand what I'm looking for. I honestly think my root, like where I start to feel what feels like breast tissue, is directly under the middle of my armpit. The best way I would describe myself at the moment is extremely shallow on top, very wide rooted, and FOB. My boobs are literally flat until about an inch above my nipples, which gives the impression they're low set on my chest. If I stand with good posture and look in the mirror - the width of my boobs extends well past the width of my ribcage, but if I look at myself from a side angle, my boobs don't stick out front very far. To me, all of my fullness is on the sides and bottom.
So then I went to re-evaluate the fit of the 3 bras I currently own - my 28FF Jude (5.8" cup width), my 30F Panache Alice (6.1" wide), and my brand new 30FF Neve (6" cup wide). I don't obviously quadboob in any of these, but sometimes the inside edge of the Jude pushes just a bit on my boob. I triple checked and none of them have empty space on either side of the wires - I'm assuming I'd know if the wires were too wide.... I definitely have breast tissue across the whole cup and my Jude could stand to be a little wider. My Alice shows very little, if any, wrinkling in the bottom of the cups but the band is too loose. My Jude shows slight wrinkling/folding in the bottom, and my Neve is very obviously too shallow at the bottom and gaps at the top and inside edges. Then I went back and re-tried on my 30E Fantasie Rebecca (5.3") and 30FF Panache Charlotte (5.5") and if lined the wires up to the outside of my roots, they would poke directly into the inner edge of my boob at the gore.
It seems like you can be one of two ways - narrow and projected or wide and shallow. Well, I've yet to meet a bra with wires too wide. But I'm afraid I will often run into the problem of finding bras that are wide enough without being too shallow on the bottom. Just from analyzing many measurements in many sizes - in more "traditional" large cup styles i.e. the Deco varieties and many Cleos like Marcie and Minnie - if I go up on the measurements table to where the wires are 5.8" or wider, the cup depth is insanely too deep.
Here is what I currently have en route to me, and my thoughts:
Tutti Rouge Liliana 28G: I doubt this is too wide, but afraid it will be too shallow overall. Hoping because it's a G it gives me enough room to be wearable because the short cups appeal greatly to me, having no fullness on top.
Freya Deco Hatty 28G from a *very lovely* BTB user: I believe this a large enough size it will be wide enough, but I'm almost positive the bra will be asking for fullness on top I just don't have.
Cleo Koko strapless 28FF: I'm almost certain now this will be too flat/shallow and will be sold or returned quickly. In fact, if anyone wants to try it, if I could list it now I would lol.
If you made it through all of this, BLESS YOU DARLING. Does anyone have any thoughts, inputs, or suggestions of models I can try?

Try Cleo Lily, Minnie, or Izzy. I found they gave me much more lift and rounded shape compared to Lucy.
I also like Frey Patsy half cup.
Did you check the sister models to Cleo Lucy Balconnet Bra (5851) ?

Also, when you visit the page for that particular size you will see a couple of lists of "This will also fit" which are the bras that fit people that also fit in such bra/size:

Lastly, a search by measurements
