This is from my shopping trip to Poland! Feel free to send me a message if you want any more info on that. For reference, I believe that I had short, narrow roots with a very projected, omega shape. My best Cleo fit is the Meg then Marcie/Melissa.
Ava I think is more of a discount brand and the quality shows it. The foam in the semi-soft solid bottom feels cheap and collapses a bit, and the materials/designs don't give off a luxurious feel. However, I quite like the brand and am ok with the quality considering the price.
This bra has a fairly low gore but higher wings, they're ...just about at my limit but not as bad as Nipplex. The cup cuts down low towards the gore so not very full coverage. I think someone with softer tissue might just ooze out the middle on this unfortunately. The elastic under the top part of the mesh might not work for people with upper fullness or tall roots. The cup is on the shallower side I think, as it collapses a bit on the sides, but the shape is pretty round. Read more 83 more words
Beautiful thistle flower pattern, grey-blue outlined print on a nice light blue undertone. Cup edges and bottom have a pretty lacey border. Nice detailing like a little 'knot' on the centre gore. Materials feel of high quality, soft and well put together. Inner cups are lined with a cottony fabric, very comfy.
I like how this bra's design is really feminine but in a little more edgy / original way than your standard pinks, hearts and florals (though admittedly I also love 'kitsch' bras - but there's a time and a place for everything https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> ).
On me this bra unfortunately doesn't work though: ...mainly because the cups are too tall. For reference, My height is 1.68 m (around 5.5) and my boobs are not low on my chest (not sure if they're high set either, I guess 'medium'?). In any case, I often have issues with underwires + cup edges ending too high under my armpits and I really dislike that feeling. Sad, because apart from the tall cups this bra is pretty great!
Rest of the fit is quite decent: tacking gore, band is nice and snug, no overspill. Maybe slightly shallow in the bottom for my projection. Fits like a UK 30GG / 30H I would say. As for who this bra would fit, I'm mostly FOT but I guess this bra would also work for even fullness. FoB I'm not sure.
Anyway I'm listing this bra: it's brand new with tags. Read more 140 more words
This fit weird. Side support pushes boobs together and forward. Extra fabric in cups, but tight straps are pulling fabric into boobs, making quad-boob effect.
An attractive and functional bra that boasts Ava's firm, medium-width wires comparable to Panache with a winsome K-1130 balconette construction. Granted, I have soft, pendulous FoB breasts. The Soft Side Support is one of Ava's staple bra constructions and has been issued in different styles every fashion season (twice a year) for many years now. The geometric embroidery of the main cup is stylish and not too bulky and the top section is plain mesh which makes this bra easily workable under many tops. The crystal charm on the gore is lovely and sexy. Fits like Comexim, but make it a Freya. Super lovely thin U wires. Somehow the absurdly deep wing fits like a dream and no diggin in the armpit area or sawing at tail of spence.
Can every bra be this way.I should have sized up, but that's not the fault of the brand/style. It may run large on others, not sure. I usually find myself wishing the center of cup was about a third deeper than they are, and this one is just a little tight.

Altered this bra to 60I/28I EU/US sizing, and it fits ahhhhmazing for something which is technically a full inch too small in the cup. Likely as not this may be a full-on-bottom style that happens to not fight with my tall rooted, side-heavy breasts which are functionally FOB. The wires are much narrower & taller than average. Built like a comexim, shaped more like Ewa BM with somewhat stronger immediate depth at the cost of overall projection. This prevents my breast from being shoved out ...of the cup on sides where the wires can stab.
On first appraisal, Monica appears to be a quite narrow & deep cupped style made of very nice soft sturdy materials with a slightly felty feel. The main is typical thin airy foam, with a very stretchy fine net lace over. The lace is prone to gathering fuzz from clothing which then pills and requires 'shaving' or picking off. It's stretch mesh upper band looks to easily wrinkle and is incongruously lightweight in contrast to the rest of this bra, band seems a bit flimsy and stretchy compared to the easily compressed foam in the cups. The powernet is quite silky and unobtrusive. This becomes something of an issue with the lift and strength seen in the lower panels as upper even tissue can easily triple quad, at the cup + band seam and again at edge of the band (as is often seen in many other UK brands which have tried this textile pairing). On me, upper mesh band just crawls as far down as the width will allow it. Fantastic
While the straps of good quality, they are still a bit shorter than works for my large, tall shoulder blades, there is no cutting in or digging near tail of spence, which is unusual. I can't tell if this is due to the strap placement for this style/brand, more likely a side effect of sister sizing down 4-5 sizes off, so straps may be more side-set in larger cup sizes?). This bra's measurements have been altered
Altered band,
half inch fisheye dart removed at the bottom of cup center to shorten
I have this bra in three colours, unfortunately the gore didn't tack in all colours. This has no side boning, maybe called Freesia semi soft, K-925 Ellice's sister.

The website where I purchased it said "AVA Malia semi-soft 1130", but definitely this is a soft bra, not semi-soft. After checking the official website, I believe this is "Biustonosz AV 1130 soft biały". It is a sister model to the 1130 Soft, which has two vertical and one horizontal seams, side boning, and reviews that the cups are one size larger. The cups are guess deeper side, like Gorsenia soft bra with deep cup model.
This is semi soft bra. Lace of top part is layered, beige-ish colour inside with elastic edge, white lace outside. This is 1030 model and I had horrible quad boob effect, what a too shallow! That's my opinion. If you're looking for something narrower and deeper one in the AVA brand, this is not an option. I recommend avoid this.
This is semis soft bra of the sister model of 1030, I have tried three 1030 models and the cups seem to vary. This one is shallow and digs into my boobs, especially centre side, but cutting out the elastic band at the top of the edge might work a little.
I think this is one of my favorite bras. The gore almost tacks but it is so close that I'm willing to accept that. It's cups are semi padded I guess you'd call it, so they cover any nippage. And it's beige so I can wear under any color. The lace along the top is so pretty and the little bow and rose gold medallion makes this bra just perfect.
I wear a 30DD in this brand but they use EU sizing so the label says 65E.
I really like this bra. The gore is just barely tacking and the cups are a bit wide, but it is pretty and supportive and gives a nice shape. I order a 30DD in this brand which uses EU sizing so the tag says 65E.
What UK size does this fit as?
