  1. Geisha Plunge Bra (202)

This bra absolutely fits me. I would say it runs two sizes small in the band and one size small in the cup.
About myself: I am most typically a 30D/65D, with my favored stretched band being 29-30". I have close-set, shallow, slightly FOT breasts and most all bras with a gore taller than an inch made in the US or UK have had gores too wide, sitting the wires on my breasts at center. This is the first bra I've purchased where a taller gore didn't immediately have me thinking about alterations.
I personally prefer narrower straps since smaller cups don't really need wide straps for additional support, but that may just be me.

I would have rated this bra excellent quality if not for the ridiculous sizing discrepancy. Thanks to the Bratabase member who sold this to me.

This is a very beautiful bra!
I got it with straps moved in, reduced cup and overlapping wires at the gore.

I've read that the two seamed Comexim half cups run small on some and I would say that this is true for me. It is not super small tho, but the gore does not sit flat it stands out about 1 cm from my chest wall.

I will wear it anyways since it gives an amazing cleavage and it blends with my skin tone under white.

Beautiful! If you decide to sell it please let me knowšŸ˜„

    • Empan I've actually heard the opposite, the single seam is supposed to be shallower and if you want the half cup style it is suggested that you request 2 seams instead of 1 to give you more projection. This could possibly allow you not to have to size up in the cup. Anyway this looks gorg on you.

I have this one; it IS gorgeous! Mine makes me spill a little toward the center, alas, but it's comfortable nonetheless. My band feels very soft, which I dislike, but again - comfortable anyway.

  3. Juliette Plunge Bra (237)

    Didn't fit

Juliette is a discontinued standard plunge from 2012.
The bra, straps, lace trim, and ribbons are a gorgeous moody mauve color. The lace overlay is a grayish blue geometric pattern. The lace lays over the cups and extends to the band. There is an acrylic crystal charm at the center attached to the bow.
My Juliette is tagged a 65G, however I have marked it as altered to exclude it from measurement data because I am absolutely positive that it is mislabeled.

Juliette's band only stretches to 26". The woman I bought it from said that it ran snug and as such it had never really been worn, but two band ... sizes too small is not "snug", it's a sewing error. I browsed the other Juliettes on this site and not a single one of them was two band sizes too small. Because this one is, I think it's a 55HH that was tagged incorrectly.
Because it does not stretch, I can't wear it without an extender and I wear two columns of it with the bra. With the extender the band is better, but it does bring the straps pretty far out in the back. It's manageable and doesn't really bother me, but I do wish it were more TTS.
The straps are comfortable and fully adjustable. They're not very stretchy and are a good width. With the extender I do have to angle them in a bit, but they stay in place pretty well.
The wires are very narrow and very comfortable.
The cups are a good shape, round, centered, and to the front. They are pretty shallow at the bottom, but it isn't uncomfortable and I haven't pushed them out of my IMF yet. Probably because the band is so firm.

Juliette is beautiful and I searched for one for a long time. Ideally it would fit better and closer to the tagged size, but it does not. This is not the best technical fit, but it is wearable and I'm keeping it.

This bra is beautiful, the pattern makes me think of Ancient Rome. It's too bad it's mislabelled but the cups fit great!

    • 1

Yeah, the cups are pretty good. A little wrinkle on my bigger side but nothing I can't overlook.
Thanks! I think it's Grecian myself. It's really a nice color combination. Real understated and adult like.

I can't believe I went an entire month without trying a new bra. That's very unlike me lol. This is yet another hit for me from Comexim. These 3-part half cups, both EM and Comexim's, are my jam lately. This one is a little wider than others but still workable. The immediately-projected-but-not-too-projected-at-the-apex shape gets along well with my squishy tissue and short roots.

I'm so excited to receive the Comexin half cup i ordered. This looks fantastic and comfortable!! Sincerely, thank you for encouraging me, repeatedly, to purchase the half cup :-)

    • 2

You're welcome!! I super hope it works fabulously for you!

    • 2

That looks great I've been thinking about an Elena half cup, hadn't thought about requesting 2 seams or a color change though. I just got the Sonia half cup and it fits great so I might go ahead and request the 2 seams for the Elena.

    • 1

I have this in the nude as a plunge and love it! I didn't know you could request black! I might do that :)

    • It's so weird, the other bra on bratabase under this entry is clearly the plunge, and the stock photo here and on Comexim's site is a single seam half cup.

    • I mentioned in my blog review that I specifically ordered this one as a 3 part half cup because it's standard as a single seam and that cut doesn't fit me.

I finally took the plunge and ordered directly from Comexim as an X-Mas present for myself, and OH MAN am I ever glad I did so. It took a while to get it (over a month) but it was soooo worth it. This bra fits so well! I had the straps narrowed and the gore raised, and it fits like a dream. Thank goodness for you ladies and all of your reviews on this, too; based on what I read, I ordered a size bigger in the band, which helped a bunch. It feels tight but not TOO tight that it's uncomfortable.
The straps fit a lot better too, ... though I still have to move one side up every once in a while, especially if 'm moving around a bunch. I wonder if I can request to have one side moved in slighter more? I'm for sure going to order more, so maybe I will ask and see what they say.
Also, this bra is just GORGEOUS. I mean, look at how pretty that lace is?! I feel so great when I wear it.

    Fits

This is my Joker bra! The print is unique, and the colors are extremely vibrant in person. I ordered this with straps moved in 2cm and cups reduced 1cm, which is my standard now with Comexim orders.

I consider my Comexim size these days to be 80HH, but I've found the bras modeled after this one (also like 75J - Comexim Ā» Tropical Garden (191) , 75J - Comexim Ā» Free Time (270) , and bras of that ilk) run large in the band and cup, so I ordered in a 75HH. It fits similarly to my recent 80HH bras, which means it fits my current UK 34G/36FF chest well, so take that for what it's worth.

Like I said, the colors are more vibrant in person, and the fabric, esp the band, is silky soft. Another win from Comexim.

    • Wow! The colors on that are incredibly different than on the website! I had no idea that is was purple. It looks blue on the site to me. Thank you so much for all of the detail pictures! Comexim's product photos leave a lot to be desired sometimes.

    • 1

Thanks for the UK sizing note! I'm still trying to figure out my Comexim size after getting two bras from them. I wear a 34H UK usually, or a 34HH in some designs. I'm pondering whether to get an 80J (which would definitely be a little small in the cups) or try to special-order an 80K next from Comexim, and risk having it be a bit too big.

    • Oh my! I have to have to have to get this now! Purple and green are my favorite colors! I really thought it was blue on the website! Thanks for sharing about it running large! I really need a 60O but in that size the bra is just so overpowering for my short torso :/ maybe I can get away with a 60N in this one! Thank you thank you thank you! :D

    • 1

PetiteCollegiate , you're welcome! And I agree colors can definitely appear different in person than online--esp blue/purple/pink color ways.

larabloom , I really recommend you reach out to Jaimie from braobsessed! She'll def help you nail down a size, and can even order a couple sizes for you to try. :D

gogobee , then this is a must have for you! Liliu is unmistakenly green and purple in person. I'd say it runs large compared to regular plunge models, so hopefully she'll work for you!

    • I totally agree with you that the Free Time clones run big. My 60HH Free Time is the biggest 60HH I own and also very stretchy in the band. It's kind of a bummer because IMO it's the most immediately and center projected Comexim plunge I have too.

    • It's purple and green???? Brb, ordering this bra...

I love the look of this bra so much. The hunter green lace is so pretty and the whole bra is fairy like. My particular bra, I feel, has quite a bit of the lace - but I wish there was more. I'd love to see it continued through the sides of the band like the lace on the Victoria. Oh well.
In person, the beige on my bra looks like a rose gold. It's really striking with the green. It doesn't look like that in my photos though. I wonder if they use different fabric at different times or if everybody's Ivy is a bit soft pink.

The band ... is alright. It starts out really snug and comfortable on the loosest set of eyes, but it stretches really quickly and I need to move on to the middle set during the day. Initially I was happy to have ordered a 65 and not a 60 as the band only stretches to 28" when it hasn't been worn. Obviously the elastic loosens quickly and I'm wishing I had bought a 60 after all since I'm concerned about longevity. Once the bra has rested it only stretches to 28" again and I'm back on the loosest eyes until the middle of the day. As long as that continues to be the case I can deal with it.
The wires, as always, are where they need to be. No stabbiness, no rubbing, no migrating. Super narrow and right along my root.
The straps are comfortable, not very stretchy, not too long, and a decent width. My straps are embroidered and the adjusters are easy to move and stay in place.
Thankfully this lacks the knife-like edging that my Victoria has, so the bra is virtually undetectable by my body until the band starts to ride up.

The underwear are a M for my 38" hips. They fit fine and are comfortable, but the briefs are very full coverage and I'm lukewarm about them. They're great under a skirt/dress, but I wish they were cuter. The bra and thong feel youthful and free-spirited and the briefs feel a bit matronly. There is just so much beige fabric on them and not enough of the lace to balance it out.

I guess the first review on Bratabase! So... The bra looks amazing! every detail, every piece of fabric, eyelash style and the 'C' between cups - love it! The band is so soft and comfortable! Also the straps are fully adjustable. Although, I've seen review of Sonia and i have the same issue with too wide wires (its not that big as was lcl0706 in Sonia but still, would prefer more narrow). Also the band is quite stretchy (I've requested 4x2, and easily can close on no2-3). I think to reorder it in Sonia style with 2 vertical seams and ask if they could work out for me narrower wires.

Oooh I'm so excited for mine to get here!! I asked Anna about narrower wires & she just told me to size down. I'm the Sonia with the wide wires. But I think the Sonia has enough extra space I'll be ok in a size smaller in the Victoria. I'll let you know how it works out!

    • Yes that's you ! Sorry I was just too tired to find you :)
For me I'm not sure if I could as there's not much this empty space but enough to annoy me :) will wait for you probably to see if this worked for you and then decide.

    • So I looked at your pictures and yours definitely is a single seam pattern, and mine is a 2 seamed pattern like Sonia. So weird!

    • Yes, my one was with single. But now I've sent it back and want to get Rose in plunge :)

    • bonjourhi Arabella comes in both PL and HC. Brigitte doesn't & this is a plunge. You can tell the difference by looking at the seam pattern. HC cuts have only vertical seaming.

    • The first link is a half cup - that one even says it is with the HC after the name. The second link is a plunge. If it's not noted on the site, the seam pattern gives it away. But they're also categorized on the website in a "half cup" section & a "plunge" section.

    • 2

lcl0706, I've always loved your reviews because they are well photographed, with all three angles critical to discerning fit; good lighting that reveals detail; and, of course, intelligent text. I love the post with this Comexim Brigitte review most. I was moved by your personal revelation about body image and eating disorders. I might suggest one very slight change to the review. Could you link to Bratabase when you mention how you stumbled on correct bra fit?

    • Aww thanks lady <3 you bet I'll link back to BTB.

  10. Pioson Ivy Plunge Bra (353)

Well, the much anticipated arrival of my third attempt at Poison Ivy has come. Finally, one I can keep! Yay!! However there are a few points I'd like to make about this particular bra, especially in comparison to the Free Time I also ordered and will review in a bit.

It's still just as pretty as it always has been. I feel like a sexy woodland fairy. The band is TTS - stretches to 28" exactly. Cups are narrow at 5" and allow for immediate projection. One caveat here - it is shallow by the gore. Anna told me it's ... the same pattern as Free Time (and I imagine quite a few other Comexim plunges) but there's something quite different about how it fits in comparison to my Free Time. I think it's the material - it feels thicker somehow. The gore soft tacks, and really wants to float at the top. I noted this on the fit checklist, but on the personal assessment I said it was okay, because I think this is the best fit I will get in Poison Ivy. It tacks better than the reduced 60HH I tried. The 60J gore did completely tack, but it was massive everywhere else. It's possible that I could have requested a 60J with like a huge 4 cm cup reduction, and maybe it would have tacked, but I took Anna's advice and just went down to a standard 60HH.

I think Poison Ivy is a slightly different bird for Comexim. It gives me a hint of actual cleavage. It acts like it wants to be a push up bra. It's definitely the bra to wear if I want to go out and put the girls on display. Everything is up front, together, and says "hello boobies!!" Since I don't do a lot of taking the girls out these days, it will be a mini-adventure in itself to see which of my shirts it works best under. But this bra has been The One I've Chased Forever, and I'm so glad I have it in my closet now. It's so uniquely gorgeous and I just cannot get over that hunter green.

Thank you! It's such a gorgeous bra. You should definitely try it ;-) The main difference is the gore which isn't a deal breaker for me. However the Free Time is the exact same size & definitely tacks. Who knows!!

    Didn't fit

It's a bra with the moon on it. How really awesome!

So I bought this bra from a boutique all the way on the other side of the country (thanks kerniss!). $55 (+ $5 shipping) for a 60F that I figured wouldn't fit (given my try on of a 60F Ingrid). But you know what? This actually isn't terrible. As long as I don't totally swoop and scoop. If I press the gore down I do quad out and if I bend and shake, my left side comes out, cleavage like whoa though. Falling out is typically a deal breaker for me, but I was going to ... make an exception for the moon (how could I not? This bra controls the tides!). Turns out I don't have to since a kind user sold me her 60H.
I'll admit, even having a better fitting one, I'm still tempted to keep this. If I shrink, I'll never be able to replace it. But cooler heads prevail, and I've not actually shrunk in about 3 years or so despite intentional weight fluctuations. So, I guess I won't be greedy.
Anyway, this is probably the softest bra in the world. It's made of clouds, no kidding. I have a few Comexims now and a lot of really nice and comfortable bras. This one is the softest ever, Victoria's Secret soft.
I feel like this particular model runs a little bit bigger. I'm in a 65G/60H in Comexim and I could have pulled this off. The wires on the sides are a hairs breadth from sitting on tissue, but I wasn't collapsing the cup. Though I may have if I actually wore it for any amount of time. This is just under the 5x8-8.5 cup dimension I like in a lined bra, so 60F.5ish?
If you can find one in a size that you can make work, do it. It's really unique and so comfortable.

This is a marked improvement over the 65F I tried previously.
No quadding, I'm not squashed, and it's *so* comfortable. Very soft and the wires are perfect. Put it on and forget about it.

The band is snug at a 65, it's not overly stretchy, but the material is soft and it doesn't dig in.
The straps hold the adjusters well and don't dig into my shoulders. They're set at a good width for my broad shoulders and don't dig into my armpits.
The wires follow my fold pretty perfectly.
My gore doesn't tack. I don't know why. It's a good .5cm from my chest. When I push it in, I don't ... quad anywhere. The band isn't too tight, and it's not shallow. Measurements are in my ideal range and if anything this is deeper than my other Comexims that do tack. What the algebra?!

    I'm done though, I'm not ordering a 65H, it wouldn't fit. I know that because I tried a 70G and I swam in those cups. It's a mystery.

The bra is beautiful. The only thing I don't like about it is the blingy charm in the middle, but I can fix that with some pliers.

Undies are a Medium for my 38" wide hip/31" hip bone.

    Super happy with this bra.

I was keeping my hopes up that I'd make out fine with this, being as I have a 65F and 65G (and runs-similar in cups to 65G- 70G/65H Joys).

I do feel like this band is a tad more snug than my other Comexim's, which I recently read about the Geisha, but it doesn't bother me.

The cut is VERY similar to the Basic, which makes me a super happy lady(warning: I'm going to be comparing this to the Basic. A lot.https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />)
Like the Basic, there is slightly more room on top, which causes the 65F to JUST fit me.
    Yay!!!

There's about ... 8" on top, and since my tissue is pretty malleable, that just makes it work.
Bottom cups are about 6.4", then centers are about 7".
I'm center full with almost no bottom or top fullness, and softer, so, somehow it works.

I believe that if Emanuelle had higher padding, I'd have less cup stretching.
Though one of the things I love about Emanuelle is that beautiful top lace.

The cups in this and Basic are slightly firmer and more moulded(but not near what typical moulded bras are) than Emanuelle also, so I think that helps with the fit and lack of stretching? I'm unsure.
I get more side coverage in my Basic 65G, which I really prefer, but the Geisha in 65F seems to work just fine. I'll probably order a 65G in the future, but I'm plenty happy with this now.

I enjoy the bit of cleavage I get, without quadding. The only quadding I experienced was when lifting my arms a certian way. I know from the cut similarities that this in 65G would be *perfect*, but I'm not hung up about quadding with my arms lifted. When do I lift my arms for more than a moment anyway? https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />

The center gore tacks nicely. I can fully scoop and swoop, and the band is definitely firm enough to keep it that way.
You may want to consider sizing up in the band. This stretches in total, to 28.5".
I'm 29", so to keep the bra intact, I think I'm going to need an extender.
70F would probably be my *perfect* size in the Geisha.

As always, perfectly narrow wires, very light padding compared to other padded bras, and absolutely gorgeous.

I initially didn't see what all the fuss was about with the Geisha, but I fell in love with it after seeing a photo on braswap.
I missed out and have been trying to find another since, when another user offered it to me in a swap.
    So I'm pretty ecstatic.

I love Comexim. I should be working at Amazon again, and I swear, my first or second paycheck are going straight to Comexim, in full. And then I'm probably going to sell all my other bras.

As for the design, it's absolutely gorgeous.
The cups and band are like a cream with black mesh overlay, and muted red floral patterns. Straps are black with black bows, and as always, fully adjustable.
The center bow is black and pretty thick, which I feel goes well with the design.
It's a very dainty, but mature look. I don't know what it is, I just adore it.

I get slightly more cleavage in this, I guess being on the verge of being too small.
I enjoy it though. I've never felt as good as I do wearing my Comexims.
The Joys don't really do much for me, which I think comes down to me sizing up, but I'm really enjoying their plunges and the half cup Coco.

Comfort-wise, like the Basic, I really like the cup lining and even though the band is 28.5", the fabric is a nice silky texture and it's overall very comfortable.

Inner cups are very flexible which my other bras confirmed is typical of Comexim. Just a light layer of foam.

Cups, again, as typical of my Comexims, are very close, centered and fairly projected, slightly more on top.

The cup height in this and 65G Basic work for me even though I have taller, shallower roots. I think that has a lot to do with just having the correct size. I had a 60HH Basic and the top cup depth was too large and caused the cups to appear higher than they were, and to look like bubbles on a flat surface.

I would recommend that if you have taller/longer, shallow roots, to have the cups lowered, just to be safe. And order whatever size matches the depth of padded bras you currently fit. There's lots of measurements for the Basics here.

The 65F would not work for me with lowered cups, because I'm using the top cup depth to manipulate my boobs into, but I believe a lowered 65G would work. I even think the 60HH/65H would have worked with lowered cups, but a cup down with normal height worked just fine for me.

I recommend the Geisha and Basic(because they have the same cut IMO) to anyone with narrow roots, projected, more centered boobs(even if just when lifted like myself), and upper to center fullness.

I'm functionally FoB/literally even, and my even/center-fullness is what makes these work for me, I believe.
If you're super shallow on top/seriously FoB, definitely consider getting reduced cups.

I really adore Comexim because I had such a great experience ordering directly from them, and even when I've just messaged asking questions. Then just the fact that all their bras seem to work for me, is amazing.
I think with all the customizations they do, they could work for almost anyone.

Even if you're more shallow and average/wide, there's the Joy Longline and I believe, the Burgundy also runs similarly, and I wouldn't hesitate to ask if they'd make wider wires.

If you're FoB, shallow on top, I would absolutely order reduced cups. For FoT and even people, I wouldn't worry as much about the top part. As I mentioned, this and my Basics both ended up going about an inch up as the cup goes taller.
This would be 7" in the center. My Basics are/were verrry similar.

Anyway, I feel I'm digressing because I'm too obsessed over how much I love Comexim.

This bra is beautiful, has a somewhat sophisticated look, practical, and gives great lift, shape, and support.
    Definitely a favorite.

    • Also, thanks again for swapping LoisVain ! This bra is amazing :)

Comexim is made for your boobs. Even when they don't fit, they fit.

    • jlcl119 hahaha You're totally right! xD

love love love Comexim!! I just picked up Geisha too, and my band is pretty snug compared to my other Comexims.

    • 1

I want so many of Comexim's bras. I wanted to get the Emanuelle and tropical garden, but after this I can't decide. And there is still Anna Pardal. šŸ˜¢

    • Cymbidium Get them all!! lol I love mine :) I havent tried AP yet, but plan on it soon.

    • tanzi1103 Maybe I will...

    • tanzi1103 Same here! They're perfect!
And I guess that confirms it, the Geisha definitely runs tight.

    • Cymbidium I agree wit tanzi1103 :p
I seriously can't wait until I get my new job hahaha

And Anna Pardal bras are gorgeous *_* I really liked the purple and green bra(if you look on her instagram, or Sophisticated Pair's site), but I haven't seen it. Idk if it's already discontinued or hasn't been made available yet, but it looks amazing.

    • Queequeg0925, I LOVE that AP!! I think it is available, just not on the site yet. You can email her and request it. :)I am trying to narrow down my AP choices. I am horrible at narrowing things down. lol

    • Queequeg0925 tanzi1103 Yeah, if you look on Instagram I believe you can also order any of those through Erica from A Sophisticated Pair. I'm currently trying for the Stiff Cappuccino, and oh my word I want the Florence!

I also needed a black bra. What do you suppose would be better the black polka dot from AP or the Comexim Basic (170) ? AP has more detailing but I've heard the lace is better quality thus shows through tops less.

    • Cymbidium The AP bras use better quality materials all around. Comexim doesn't use cheap or bad material by any means, but AP tends to be a little more high end. Florence is gorgeous!

  14. Geisha Plunge Bra (202)

This is a great bra and could probably satisfy you straight off the rack if you have a 27" underbust. I'm gonna need an extender, personally, since it stretches to 27.5" and my underbust is 28.5". But ANYWAY! Beautiful, honestly. The cups are right. The gore is unaltered and actually does not bother my sternum. The projection/depth is perfect. I would definitely recommend this to those of us who are between a 26" and 28" and need a good amount of immediate projection as well as space for upper fullness. I'm between even/FOT and this is really, REALLY good, though the band is quite tight right now!

    • Yayyyy! The band is super tight, one of the things I personally loved about it. Hopefully it can stretch a little bit for you so it's comfortable!

    • Also, it looks bangin' on you! Great review :D

  16. Bubbles (727)

I feel so cute and feminine in this bra. The pink bows are a little more "neon" than expected, but they're still pretty. This one has the loosest band brand new compared to my other Comexim 3HCs. I got this one on sale (20% off) and it seems this bra used up the last bit of the Bubbles fabric, because after I placed my order, Bubbles was gone for good on their website.

It looks adorable on you! I had my eye on this pattern. I'm sad to hear itā€™s gone!

    • 1

justapac thank you!! :) and sorry for using up the last bit of Bubbles >.< letā€™s hope they put out something similar in the future!!

    • 1

This bra is so cute! It looks great on you! I'm sad that they discontinued that one... it was on my list for next Comexim order. When they do their sales I often wonder if the styles that are lowest price will get discontinued soon. There is no other way to figure this out? I mean could they not like tell us... we are about to discontinue this, order it asap?

    • alisa thank you :) and totally!! I feel like there is a little bit of a lack of communication from Comexim sometimes :(

    • 1

Yes sadly it'a not easy to communicate with them. I missed the last sale about a month ago because I waited for a reply to my e-mail before I placed an order. Never got one.

I LOVE this bra's color. I never thought grey and purple could combine in such a beautiful way. The pattern is lovely as well as the little bows. I love that their center is pink. Of course, this fits just like my other 3HC's. I'm impressed with the consistency in sizing! The seamstresses at Comexim seem to really know what they're doing when it comes to my size. I got this one and Bubbles during a 20% off sale!

  18. Nina 3hc

Out of all my Comexim 3HC's in 55G, this one fits the tightest and gives me the most "oomph". The gore is also lower than the others, which I like because my sternum is kinda bony. Otherwise, it fits exactly like the others: amazing.

  19. Sukulent

I bought the matching set for this, and omg, I FEEL AWESOME IN IT. I just love the design, I think this colour way is unique in lingerie brands as they tend to be plan jane vanilla (black, beige, white) or Ć¼ber sexy, red and lacy. Itā€™s very refreshing to see one that is neither the above. Yet again, Comexim has the cutest collections suiting the widest range of users. Side note as this is not a bra comment but I ordered the Braziliany Sukulent in a size S and it is cutting into my butt cheeks and is overall too tight. My hips and thighs arenā€™t that ... voluptuous either, I believe my hip circumference to be around 35ā€ and my waist 23ā€ ish. So yeah if you plan on getting the matching set, which I 100% recommend as it just looksā€¦*complete* that way, I would recommend sizing up in the bottoms. The seams are less accommodating than usual from what Iā€™ve experienced with their briefs and thongs.

Anywho, back to the bra. This is a 3HC, which is what it originally comes in, and I think I am doomed to not fit this style as it is just too closed on top for my breast shape. I am even/FOT, I would describe my breasts as 3/5 (3 fifths of my tissue is above my nipple, 2 fifths below) so in certain positions the (absolutely gorgeous!) teal ribbon at the cup edges cut into my body rather uncomfortably. The Comexim plunges fit me much better; I find them to be more accommodating towards FOT shapes compared to the 3HCs. So, verdict #1 is that if you are FOT, I would stay away from this shape as it is quite closed on top.

Verdict #2 is closely tied in with the former, with it being another shape issue I have with this bra. The 3HC is quite shallower than its plunge counterpart. The cups for me lack immediate AND overall projection at the front of the cups, and there is empty fabric on the sides of the cups as my roots are quite narrow. So in conclusion, a shape mismatch on my part.

I think that if I could travel back in time I would request a 60L cup made using a 60K wireā€¦the band isnā€™t as snug as Iā€™d like either, and I think there is some pseudo-snugness because my breasts are pushing out the bottoms of the cups. So actually Iā€™d order a 55M with 55L (or even K, at this point) wires.

I think for now I will keep this set anyways, I canā€™t bear to part with it and the issues arenā€™t super noticeable day to day. Itā€™s just so beautiful, and I donā€™t wanna wait another month for a Comexim shipment that may or may not fit me. I can live with it! (cries)

  20. Lilou Plunge Bra (424)

I was pretty excited to try out Comexim's famous "lower plunge cut" cut, which this bra was rumoured to be. I even saw the review on bratabase in size 60E which clearly shows the lowered gore.

Meanwhile, surprise! The fit is exactly the same as Yellow Bird's. I'm wondering if they stopped making bra's in this cut or if it's a mistake. Anyway, I'm not complaining as I'm in love with the colors and again, the fabric.

EDIT: Comexim responded saying that the gore should have been indeed lowered by 1 cm and that they are sorry about the mistake.

...So now I have to wait for another discount and decide which lowered gore bra I wanthttps://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" /> They don't have too many options in that cut though.
