This color is so pretty! I love the all over lace. Mint would be a perfect summer bra. Unfortunately, this one didn’t really fit me so well (possibly because of the alterations I got). First of all, the wires are wider than in other Comexim plunges I have tried. Also, it seems that cup reduction takes away a tiny bit of the volume that I need. There’s no obvious quadboob going on (except during PMS boobs), but the cups sort of smush my boobs together. I’ve never have Comexim gores fully tack because of my close-set breasts, but this one floats much further away from my ribcage than usual. ...I do have slightly FoT shape and about average root height (not short at least) so I guess I’m better off with standard cup height. The band is pretty tight. The straps are thin and stretchy, but also pretty and shimmery. In the end, I’m just not a fan of the fit on me. I do love the style otherwise, so maybe I’ll reorder this at some point with standard cup height or as 3HC.

Reduced cups and gore, straps moved in, overlapping gore
Free Time is so good looking! The double bow is gorgeous, and I love everything plaid. I didn’t realize that I want a denim blue bra before I got this in my hands. It’s really cute but also has a slightly masculine touch. This bra has reduced cups, reduced gore, straps moved in and 4x3 hooks. Unfortunately, I am starting to realize that reduced cups don’t really work for me, as it makes the bras fit a bit too small. This one doesn’t really quad too badly, but it sort of smushes my boobs together in a way that doesn’t happen with standard cups. The gore is also ...pretty far from tacking. The band in this bra is really big. Although it fits okay on the tightest hooks, I would probably need to shorten the band if I were to keep it. Otherwise the construction and materials feel very lovely. I was very happy to find this in Bratabase, but unfortunately I need to confess that it’s not the best fit for me. I’m sad that Free Time is now discontinued! I would totally order a new one otherwise. Read more 80 more words
This was ordered as my bra for low cut tops. As I am full on bottom most bras tend to show at the neckline so I asked for a halfcup with reduced cup height (1cm). Comexim made this customisation and additionally the band height under the arm is reduced. I am not sure if this is a part of the reduced cup height or a second modification I did not ask for. While the cup height does little change fitwise the reduction below the arms makes the cup a little bit smaller. As the wires are shorter my breast tissue is exactly kept in place, few millimeters more ...reduction and it could escape. As standard 3HC fits perfectly this bra is reallay close to too small. If I breath in deeply there is quadding and worn normally there can be a slight hint of quadding, wich is luckily invisible under clothing. The reduced height below the arms makes the bra even more comfortable than norml comexims and it works fantastic with tops that are low cut at the arms. The shape is okay, I guess it is a little less projected than the normal halfcup but perfectly okay for me. I would not order a second bra with this modification due to all the mentioned points, but I will keep this one until it will fall into pieces or my breast size will change https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 131 more words
I had initially bought the Sonia as a plunge. The plunge unfortunately was waay to shallow and my roots were too short for it, so got the half cup, which is supposed to have more projection. For reference I ideally wear a 32F. Pendulous, soft tissue, FoT, with short and narrow roots. This bra does indeed offer more projection than the plunge, however it's still not projected enough. It's not a bad fit but I probably would be better in a band size down and cup size up, 70G (I don't think Comexim used double letters). I don't get a good with the gore but I've heard that ...Comexim has soft wires and that's common. The band is stretchy I already wear it on the second or third hook. My only real issue is that the straps don't adjust as short as I ideally need, I'm short so that's a problem I'm used to. The straps are multiway so I could possibly get different straps that adjust as short as I need.
Overall a beautiful bra comfy bra, but I find the band stretchy and cups shallow. Read more 79 more words
This is a bra that I have lusted after for a long time, and finally bought. I also have an Angelina, Ginger, and Pearl Mint Flower; and they are all far more attractive in person. Most of them look great on the websight, and become even more radiant in your hands (and on your boobs).
However I didn't find that to be true of the Geisha. While it's a lovely bra, it's not stunning in person, it is understated and sophisticated. You could probably wear it as a nude tone if you were a medium/dark skinned person.I'm Jim Gaffigan colored, so it's not practical for me in that ...way (but a great tshirt bra). I really thought the lace would interfered with wearability, circa ck tease me, but it's not visible.
I would highly recommend this bra to other women who take a 28GG/30G uk bra with soft tissue and teardrop/natural round (mostly) even breasts. I wish the cups were taller on the sides, but I'm 6'0-6'1. This may not be an issue if you're "average" height and have higher breasts or shotter roots. Over all, super bra, beautiful construction, pretty understated material. Well worth the $31.00 I paid for it.
Side note: I couldn't find very much info on the fit of their brief or string cut underpants, so I bought the XL. It's an ok fit on my 39" hips, but I wish I had bought the L instead. I feel the same way about the Angelina string I purchased. Not bad, but I wish I'd ordered a size down. Read more 155 more words
I am currently a 32FF UK. I sized up one cup from my UK size with this bra, but unfortunately it runs a full band size small, and about a half cup small, so it fits more like a 30FF/30G. I probably need this in a 75HH.
I ordered this bra directly from Comexim on April 5, it shipped on April 28, and I received it on May 5.
OMG. I LOVE this bra! It is gorgeous and so unbelievably soft. It might be my softest Comexim ever. It feels like I'm wearing Pajamas! I ordered this through Zathiya and it came with 4 rows of 2 hooks, which is great for me. The band is one of Comexim's stretchier bands. The white is not super white due to the cups being made of a red fabric, but it doesn't bother me and the bra still looks super pretty. I have read some reviews that say that the red bleeds when washing so I will update my review after I wash it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" ...alt=":)" />
Update: After washing this bra for the first time I don't feel like the red color bled at all. I washed it in a Victoria's Secret Lingerie Bag (as much as I dislike their bras, I love their lingerie/bra bags lol) and the bag still looked white - not pink or anything! My washer (I live in an apartment) has limited options. So I washed it on "Woolens" (which runs for about 24 min and is cold water). Normally I would have done "Delicates" but I don't have the option to change the temperature on this washer (I did in an old apartment) so it's always set to warm. So yeah. The bra still looks great and it didn't bleed! Yay! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 130 more words
I agree, that bra is beautiful! Sadly, the one I ordered from Zathiya didn't fit (the first Comexim bra I ever tried - still not 100% sure of my proper size). I hope you are able to enjoy it for a long time!
This bra is beautiful! The cup is a little too wide and tall for me so I've just sold mine, but that red against my pale skin was fab.
I am SO, so sad!I was waiting for the pioson ivy for 6 whole weeks, and now it doesn't fit like my comexim beauty 3HC at all! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
I did ask for the following alterations: -reduced centre gore -reduced cup hight -straps moved in -cookie pockets -2x4 rows of hooks
I did get: -straps moved in -cookie pockets -3x3rows of hooks -overlapping gore
Actually I don't seem to need the reduced centre gore, so thats fine! When I'm not taking pictures the sides go pretty high under my arms, but well, I can live with this. That way at least I won't be wearing it like 10 days in a row^^
Anyway, this would all still ...be ok! BUT this bra feels way more shallow, then my beauty 3HC! Is it because of the cookie pockets? (No cookies!) Or did they maybe use the wrong underwires? (they are 13,5cm wide, compared to the underwires of the beauty with only 12,7 cm) I am so sad! This bra is so beautyfull but so uncomfortable!!! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> It doesn't have enough space near the underwires and slides down untill it sits uncomfortably on my ribs.
Ugh, I am just so sad and disappointed!!
Edit: just realized this has 4x3 rows of hooks!
Edit2: after bending the wires it fits way better! thank God!! (I was verry close to crying because it didn't fit!!)
There seems to have been quite a few 3HCs that feel shallower than they should lately. Odd that your band is loose, both my PIs have had tight bands. Did you try to bend the underwires narrower? Might help.
All that aside, I think this is too small for you overall.
Ugh, exasperating. It's really hard to order with wildly aberrant band sizes. I contacted Anna about mine but she hasn't got back to me. P Ivy is a really pretty half cup, though!
Through Jaimie at @Bra Obsessed, I have asked Anna to create a more immediately projected bra. Anna is "thinking about it." If you feel like it, send her a similar request. The more of us asking for change, the more likely she will create a more projected design.
I ordered three new 65K 3HCs and sold one 65K that "wasn't quite projected enough." The three newest 65Ks were so shallow I had to re-purchase the "not quite projected enough" 65K from the person I sold it to.
I measured the bands before I wore them: same length. As I stretched one of the new 65Ks around my bosom, knowing the band was plenty long, the threads snapped in two locations. This is the first time in 85 bras I've broken threads.
I did try a two sizes too small half padded style. Surprisingly, it may work: it had more immediate projection. And, I've ordered two E.M. CH nursing bras that I will alter to fit.
It is...frustrating, maddening, and causes me to buy more beautiful bras. Sigh. I hope something changes soon.
lcl0706 yes it is definatelly tol small in terms of cup deepth, but I am afraid to order 60J, because yours has like 3cm more cup deepth then mine! (And yours seems to me the perfect size for me :/ ) How to I bend them narrower?
@letstalkaboutbras yes it is so pretty! :)
@DressTheTwins thats a good idea! I might send her an email to ask what bra has most immediate projection and explain my fit problems to her.
Do you think I can ask her if they might have accidentally used the wrong wires or is this to offensive?
DressTheTwins I was just going to place a new order and your comment has me debating it now ... Come to think of it, I did notice that your 65K for sale seemed shallow enough for me; the only reason I didn't buy was because of the cup height. If I have to go up to K to get the volume I need and can't reduce the height on a half cup, I'm out of luck :(
BronteBeach pleeeeeaaase take the Sonia I have listed. it's too big for me and I think it would be perfection on you! seriously! I think you need that added depth and it's so gorgeous. This PI looks too small all over. You bend wires by gently pressing inward on each side of them until they measure narrower. Comexims are easy to bend.
lcl0706 thx for the advice how to bend the wires! I always thought they would just go straight back in there position! I did bend them and now the bra feels waaaay better!! Thank you so much!! I hope it will stay this way during the evening! :) I will try to bend the wires on my chp, if it doesnt work would you like to exchange it with the sonja? :)
I already have this exact same bra, same size & everything! I'm really needing to destash stuff that doesn't fit. But I bet you could sell it easily, PI is a popular bra
If you decide to order a new size, I'd do that sooner than later because I know they're low on fabric for it. The reduced gore alteration is really slight. I have a picture of my Sonia's with and without it and I'm surprised you can visually tell it wasn't reduced. I was under the impression they don't reduce cup height on half cups, but that moving in the straps makes the cups fit a little smaller. The band sizes are pretty inconsistent there, so I just order a 55 and take it in need be.
lcl0706 I was talking about my Ewa Michalak CHP you mailed me about a couple of weeks ago ;) The pioson ivy fits good after bending the wires (at least for the last 3 hours, so I have hope! :) )
@girl333 I think I'll stick to this one :) I have three 3HC bras size 60HH and the other 2 are obviously not as high as this one! I will add pictures if you are interested :)
I have several 3HCs as well and the gores all vary a lot...most of mine are reduced gore. A reduced gore is only bc a few cms. I'd check the measurements on the other pioson Ivys in that size. Bending the wires should work for you though. I did it in my VS bras pre abtf.
This bra is gorgeous in person! It's insanely difficult to photograph but I tried to capture the colors the best I could. The Gina is a black bra with charcoal grey lace and orange/rust colored metallic flowers. It's super soft and really pretty. I love how the lace wraps around the entire bra and isn't just on the cups. It's a very unique black bra. Unfortunately my boobs got bigger since I placed my last Comexim order and the cups are a tad too small on me. I love the appearance and feel of this bra so much though that I'm going to re-order it in a cup size larger. Once I get the bra in my correct size I will write another review https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Comexim bras are the only ones I can really order anymore, mostly because of the customizations they offer, which is GREAT. That being said, I ordered this one directly from Comexim, but I don't know if the raised gore and narrowed straps were actually done. The gore seems ok, but the straps are still too far apart. I think I might need to specifically tell them HOW narrow I need them, and possible get reduced cups, since the fabric rubs into my armpits still. Otherwise, these bras are amazing.
The standard move in is 2cm, but I find that somehow moving the straps in 2cm makes them feel farther apart (I'm not quite sure how). I usually request them moved in 4cm, and that works perfectly for me
Oh, good to know! I wasn't sure what the "standard" was; obviously I didn't research it enough. I figure next time I order, I would ask for 5cm; hopefully that's something they can do! Thanks for the info!
This was a surprise https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> I ordered a 65K 3HC because I require shorter cups than Comexim plunges typically provide. However, Comexim sent the plunge instead. This plunge arrived with overlapping gore, cookie pockets, cup height reduced 1cm, reduced gore height, and straps moved inward.
This is the third size in Geisha plunge I have worn, but the first Geisha plunge with a reduced gore. The reduced gore dramatically improved the fit for my very short breasts. In the 65K Eris plunge, I could land a Boeing 747 airplane in the top of the cup. In this 65K Geisha plunge, I can ...park a little Volkswagen Beetle. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> The 65K Eris plunge required I remove the transverse section across the top of each cup. Conversely, the reduced gore height and 1cm reduced cup height improved the fit of 65K Geisha enough I would not need to alter it.
The cup width of this 65K Geisha is .1" smaller than 65K Eris because the intended owner ordered this with a narrower wire. This causes two fit issues for me: my tissue is forced into the gore and compressed. Ouch. If this were slighly wider with the same depth, I would contentedly wear it. If I bent the wires a bit wider, it would shallow the cup. I didn't have enough immediate projection to "share" with the cup width. 65K Eris is 100% comfortable, but 65K Geisha is not comfortable because of its slightly narrower cup. I hope this narrower wire is perfect for its intended owner https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
I'm thankful for this order fulfillment error. I had previously decided I could not wear Comexim plunges. But, ordering reduced gore height and reduced cup height may create the "perfect plunge" for my short, projected breasts. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> Read more 214 more words
This is a Comexim style I had not tried: half padded. And, although I knew it may not fit, I wanted an opportunity to share with others an atypical Comexim (rarely seen on Bratabase). For the record, I'm very short rooted, projected, slighly narrow, and close set.
For short roots, the cup height is excellent. The wires are nearly identical to those of the 60J Comexim Ivonne balcony. The cup is more shallow near the wire than the balcony. However, the immediate projection, from my perspective, is better than the 60J plunge. Impressive. The stretch lace along the top quarter of the cup allows for center fullness and taller ...roots. If you are full on top, however, you may find this bra unsupportive and diminutive.
This bra feels lightweight and perfect for summer. I can't imagine wearing a 3HC in 115 degrees F temperature with high humidity. This is where Comexim's half padded will perfectly suit me-summer. One third of the cup is unlined, soft lace. This should dramatically improve its comfort compared to the 3HC.
Due to the lace top, this style is not as supportive as the plunge and 3HC. I would not bounce around in this bra, but it is comfortable for more restrained activities. Both the gore and wings are low. The band is supportive. The design moves tissue "front and center." Overall, a fantastic bra for short roots.
Like the balcony, this is yet another fantastic bra from Comexim that won't eat your arm pits, over pad your breasts, and is available with a myriad of customizations. Thank you, Atlien !!
Look for this style in my bradrobe soon https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
I LOVE this bathing suit top. My only gripe with it is the straps. I ordered it with convertible straps so that I could cross them in the back, but was not expecting that they would also be detachable in the front. I'm a bit worried about one popping off while at the beach, so I'll probably end up sewing in the front. My other gripe with the straps is that they're definitely long enough that I can't wear them uncrossed, but it isn't the end of the world. They're also super stretchy. But other than the straps, I love this top!
Just for record keeping, I ordered this top with the following alterations: Made in a 3HC style Reduced cup height* Straps moved in Made with convertible straps
(Note: I didn't email Comexim to confirm that all of the alterations were doable before ordering this top. I'm unsure as to whether they will reduce the cup height on a 3HC style, so I'm not sure if this alteration was done).
:-) :-) "reduced cup height"--the elusive, much needed by some alteration ;-)
DressTheTwins It seems as though maybe they'll do it for some sizes and if you ask them enough times? I figured that if they said that they wouldn't do it then that wouldn't deter me from buying it, so rather than email and wait for a response I just put it in the comments and hoped for the best lol
I included an imgur photo of my breasts in a shortened plunge and "my breasts are short." I hope that is all they required for convincing ;-)
Hey now, I wish mine were convertible in front!! When I ordered the top they told me they'd only be convertible in the back. Rawr.
This is my holy grail bra. I ordered it with the narrowed gore and lowered cups alterations, and it fits me like a dream. What an amazing bra. It's so comfortable and it makes my boobs look great. Words cannot express how much I love this bra. I might get it in 50HH next time since the band runs just a smidge big, but that's so minor I don't even consider it a problem. Comexim is the best. <3 <3 <3
This is a gorgeous bikini and I am so happy to have gotten it before Comexim ran out of fabric! The botanical print is amazing... flowers and butterflies in shades of purple, pink, orange, yellow and green. The fit is comparable to a standard 65HH plunge. Like my other Comexim bras, I have bent the gore gently inwards in order to get a more firm tack.
My only disappointment with this bikini top is that the straps are only half adjustable, and I had to tighten them all the way right out of the box in order to prevent gaping and get a good amount of lift. As ...I'm pretty average height at 5'5", I can't imagine this wouldn't also be an issue for petite girls! The back clasp is silver whereas the rings on the bottoms are a white acrylic material; it would have been nice if they were the same but it really isn't a deal breaker for me. I ordered the bottoms in medium, my usual Comexim underwear size, and overall they are a decent fit, but the swim fabric does make them fit a bit more snug than their regular briefs. Instead of quad boob I get a slight amount of "quad butt" https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> However, this is a pretty common occurrence with me in most any swimwear brand. At the same time, I think sizing up would have rendered the bottoms too big once I get in the water, and it's rather pointless to wonder anyway as Comexim is out of the fabric even if I wanted another size!
Overall, a very cute bikini considering the reasonable price point. Read more 171 more words
This is the first Polish bra that I have tried, and it is the best fitting bra I've tried on so far of all the bras I've tried. It doesn't quite fit perfectly, but it was the only Comexim my local shop had in my size. The store marked the 75HH as equivalent to a 34G [UK]. I experience a bit of quadboob as tissue moves inward throughout the day, which is probably due to the low gore and/or my soft breast tissue. One cup size larger, or a slightly higher gore might fix this. The cups come up a bit too high in the top corner, and ...there is a little space there. I've recently noticed that the underwires have been sliding from the center to the sides because there's a little extra room there. Moving them back to the center gore has helped. The wire width is perfect. If the wires were just a little higher (0.5") on the side/ wing, though, they'd be jabbing into my tail of spence/ underarm. Like all bras I've tried on, the band slides down during the day. Perhaps due to the cup size or shape of the cup. I'm not sure. Read more 92 more words
I love the aesthetics of this bra! Its a beige colored bra with burnt orange flowers and ribbons on the straps and the gore. Its beautiful! However from a fit standpoint, it doesn't work as well. It doesn't show up in the pictures but I'm definitely quadding out the top of this bra (its my first 3HC bra so maybe I need to go up a size from my plunge size?). To compound the issue, since its a longline, the band isn't too stable so the cups tend to slide down, making the quadboob even worse. The bottom of the band definitely rides up a lot as well. ...Some people on here seem to be able to get them to work, but I think I might have to accept that longline bras just aren't for me :/
For record keeping purposes, this bra was ordered with the following alterations: Made in a 3HC cut Made in a longline Raised gore* Reduced cup height* Extra column of hooks (the clasp is 5x3) Straps moved in Cookie pockets added
(Note: The bra was ordered without confirming that all of the requested alteration were doable. Therefore, I'm unsure if the starred alterations were actually done, but the rest definitely were.) Read more 90 more words
A lot of people need to size up from their plunge size for a 3HC. And Comexim's longlines need re-engineered completely. They are not nearly as stable as their regular bras and are often wider and shallower. A 70O regular 3HC would likely work much better on you than this. Beautiful, though!
lcl0706 Yeah, I keep hoping the longlines will work but so far the only kind of success I've had was the Florence (because the whole front of the band is non-stretch). I actually ordered a not longline version in a 70N as well which should be here either today or tomorrow (guess I should have waited until I got this one first), but I'm hoping that the quadding isn't noticeable under shirts because I really like this one lol
I think Ingrid (plunge or 3hc) runs a cup size small. I have ginger 3hc, otylia plunge and ingrid 3hc all in the same cup size. Only ginger gives me quadding, ginger and otylia are a bit big though.
I also tried this bra on courtesy of DressTheTwins . Overall if fit very similarly to the 65K - Comexim » Geisha Half Cup , in that the cup width, height, straps, and wings were great but the cups were too small on me. Pre scoop and swoop this bra *almost* fits perfect, and I love how it looks under shirts--smooth and round profile from front and sides, neither pushed too far forward or too far to the sides--perfect! I also loves that the Eris fabric was smooth and flexible, and for some reason the entire cup seemed to be more flexible and mold to my breasts more than other Comexim bras I've tried.
I tried this bra on courtesy of DressTheTwins to further explore my Comexim fit. Aside from being a cup size small on me, it was perfect. I don't mean that as ironically as it sounds--the shape, wing height, strap placement, cup width were all great, I just need the cups to be bigger. The band was surprisingly firm for a 65, and felt similar to other Comexims in a 60 band I've tried.
I'm so happy I reordered this in a different size, it fits quite well. When I initially tried it on I thought it was a bit too big, but I just needed to tighten the straps a bit, I get the slightest bit of gaping on my right side, but I think a size down would be too small. I could have went with the 65 band though as the 70 is pretty TTS, my Irish Coffee Plunge is a bit on the smaller side of TTS in the band and I got it used so I decided to go with the 70, it does fit quite well, but I think I will be on the 2nd hook after a few wears. I ordered this with straps moved in 2cm, but I don't think it was done.
I think their cups step up in smaller steps than most bras, so a cup up is not as big a change?
