Lovely lace fabric, secure band and narrow wires. I've never gotten a Comexim bra before, though, and I wasn't sure if it would fit. I couldn't tell on the website if it would have stretchy fabric (which is what I was hoping for in a nursing bra), but it does not. I'm normally a 30J or a 70J in Panache or Ewa, so I tried a 70L--their largest cup size--in this model, but alas it was way too small--probably more like a 30H or even a 30GG. For nursing bras, it looks like I'm going to have to splurge and get an Ewa, or order a Kris Line one from Ebay that may or may not fit. So much for finding a bargain-priced nursing bra above an H!
I think Comexim can custom make up to a size O if you just ask them. The best part is that it is supposed to be free also, so if I were you I would give it a shot.
It is a lovely bra though ,too bad it didn't work out . Helpful to me that you added it as I have been trying to find my comexim size seeing this one is much smaller than what I already own . Maybe you can do a nursing clip alteration? To a bra that fits . I had pretty good luck with just taking breast out of the top of a regular bra when nursing lol not the only bonus to pendulous breasts when nursing .
This bra is really cute. I think if this were a 65H this would be a much better fit for me, the band is too small which I figured it would be, but I don't mind wearing bras with an extender if the cups fit. However when I wear this with an extender, the straps become too wideset for me. For not having reduced cups, the cup height is actually pretty good for me.
Sigh. This seems like it should have been the right size, and maybe it would be, in theory. It was so not! The band was fine, but the entire rest of the bra seemed...shrunken on me. The wings were too low, the wires were not wide enough, the cups were not high enough. I had 1/3 of my breasts outside the cups. Alas! It's a gorgeous bra with a subtle pattern and a deep, lovely plum base. It creates a lovely round shape and, theoretically, gorgeous plunging cleavage. But not for me...sadly.
This set is absolutely gorgeous and absolutely too big for me. It's very soft and quite high quality. The fabric is the type that accommodates quite a bit of stretch but does not feel loose. It's a lovely set and I'm really bummed it doesn't fit me. It's been discontinued for some time, and my chances of finding my size is pretty much zero.
I got this bra a while back, before I realized I simply can't get the regular Comexim bras without alterations. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> It's a beautiful bra and very well made, but the straps are too wide and the gore is too short. There's lots of empty space at the top of the cup, so I don't feel secure, like my boobs are gonna flop right out or something. It's weird. I would totally wear this bra if I had the correct alterations done, though. It's so pretty!
This is a gorgeous bra. It's stunning. It feels wonderful - the fabric is so smooth and luscious, and the pattern is eye-catching and distinctive. It's got a gorgeous plunge element, and wonderfully rounds the breasts in a very natural way. Sadly, it is a hair too small for me; one cup size up in this style would do well for me.
So, finally received my Comexim order. The 70F - Comexim ยป Noir (410) is such nice bra, very comfy. The back lace cover beige cups looks pretty. I've requested this one with lowered gore and is reduced by 0.5cm. The wires are fine, but the cups are like too closed for me, even if I'm not fot but more fob. It doesn't cut my boobs much, but enough to annoy me, although Im not sure that sizing up would be a good option, coz it doesnt look like is 1 size too small.. any ideas why is that?
EDIT: I've come to realize this bra is too wide by maybe 3/4 of an inch and the bottom is definitely too shallow. I still love this bra despite it's less than perfect fit.
This bra is an odd fit, and I am slightly disappointed. I can fill the cups pretty well, but I get a weird wrinkle down at the bottom which I tried to capture a photo of. It was really bad at first but I was able to minimize it by tightening the straps a lot and it is not noticeable under clothes. The straps are VERY wide set and I have to angle them in ...slightly. If I order another Comexim the straps will have to be moved in. The band is rather firm at only 29 inches. I have issues doing it up and I definitely don't want it any tighter than this. There are 3 rows and 4 columns. I had originally requested a 2 by 4 set of hook and eyes because I think I didn't need the support of 3 however this is not an issue. The wings are low enough to stay out of my armpit so even though the straps are wide set there's not too much armpit harassment going on. The gore, surprisingly, is not a hard tack like all the other bras I have. It soft tacks but it does not feel like this is compromising support. The wires are perfect. They encase my breast tissue perfectly and don't poke under my arms. It doesn't give a round shape like I was expecting but instead a more of an upside down 7 shape. I wasn't the biggest fan of this at first, but it's starting to grow on me. It looks AMAZING under clothes although I'm realizing that I like that vintagey perky-almost-pointy look. The cups seem shallow at only 9.25 inches but I'm not sure if this is just a thing that half cups do. It doesn't contain all my breast, or doesn't appear to. As you can see in the photos, I get bulges on the side. I'm not entirely sure what they are. I can scoop them in, but they don't stay contained. Appearance wise, it's okay. I'm honestly not sure why I ordered this particular bra. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty, but not my cup of tea. I wish I had ordered something lacy instead. The quality is okay, there's a few loose threads. Will this be my first Comexim? Probably not, especially if I can figure out these minor nit-picky things. I think the size is spot on, especially if I find a deeper style. The bra is super comfortable, and I'm overall very pleased with it, minus the wrinkle at the bottom and the wide set straps. I will be keeping this bra. Read more 363 more words
Awww :( I'm sorry this one didn't work out perfectly for you! I get the little wrinkle at the bottom of the cup too, but I get that in basically all Comexim because of their lack of immediate projection. To me it looks like you may want to go up a cup size. I get a sort of square shape from this one, because of the lack of 2 seams. I still love it, but you may find that a double seamed half cup works better for you.
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll go up a cup size on my next order and see if that helps. I'd send this one back and try again but I'm leaving the country soon and don't have the time, plus I consider this a pretty acceptable fit. Not perfect, but totally wearable. But next time I'll try a cup up and a 2 seamed half cup. :)
Are you sending tis bra back? I would gladly swap for it <3
I think I'm gonna be holding on to this one for now. It's pretty comfy and a surprisingly good fit despite the flaws. I lasted all day in it with no issues. If you get a chance to try one I highly suggest it.
This beige basic runs a bit smaller in both band and cup than the other Comexim plunges I've tried. In my measurements it was only about a quarter inch on each.
I ordered this with straps moved in and reduced cup height. I have a bit of gaping near the gore, which bothers me a bit because it sometimes creates a bulge in clothing. I have splayed breasts, so this gore may be too short and narrow for me. I will try ordering a higher gore next time.
I'm a UK 32F-ish and a 70F/75E in Ewa and I think this is the right size for me. I generally have to size up in non-Polish bras because my boobs are so projected, so it was difficult figuring out my size because I don't have to do that here.
This bra does a good job as a "t-shirt bra" except under close-fitting stretch fabric.
Comexim's 'Yoko' is currently the best-fitting bra I own. It ticks all the boxes in terms of fit, aesthetic, and overall experience.
This bra gives insane projection and cleavage (at least for someone as shallow and wide/tall-rooted as I am). It gives me a beautiful shape despite lack of heavy padding - it's a very lightly padded, comfortable foam cup that looks great under tops, blouses and t-shirts. It doesn't cut in on top either (though it's been a while since I got it, and I've noticed an ever-so-slight 'quadboob' on my larger breast lately - may need to size up soon - these cups really are quite shallow!). ... The underwires are comfortable and fit all the right places. The 28'' band runs small (which is great for my 25.5'' underbust - take note if you're a 26'' and struggling to find bands that are snug enough- this may fit you). The aesthetic aspect of this bra is gorgeous, unique and very classy. It is incredibly well-made and there's a retro aura to this model. The matching briefs are a cherry on top!
While it mostly fit, I did need an extender with it. The cup seemed to be a bit shallow and I got slight quad which I hoped using the extender would help some, but I still had slight quad. I will probably try this bra again in a different size possibly 65H with reduced cups.
This looks great although after wearing it for a day I realized it is a bit on the too tight side. I'm not sure if it's because the band is a bit on the small side or because I could use a bit more projection. I'm going to try wearing it with an extender and see if that solves any of the issues. I do get a bit of bubbling, but not full blown quadboob, which as long as it's not noticeable I don't mind. Without an extender by the end of the day my chest was in pain from the pressure of the gore. I will update this after I try wearing it with an extender.
I get some gaping in this, I think it may be a bit more open on top than other Comexims. I have a few other Comexims in 65H and I don't get gaping in those at all. I did request reduced cups and gore, but I'm not for sure if the alterations were done. Other than the slight bit of gaping, it seems to be a pretty good fit.
ordered this in 65G. just waiting for mine to arrive. looks prettier on you than the picture on your website. im just curious, what are your measurements? underbust and overbust bending over.
I love the look of this bra, it looks even prettier in person. However the underwires kind of float. The band seems to run a bit big compared to other 65 bands from Comexim.
This bra is gorgeous, but I'm not sure about it. Nothing about the fit seems horribly off, but it is a very east/west look. I think this could be caused by the cups being a bit too wide. If it wasn't for the east/west look I would probably keep it because while the wires are a bit wide, they aren't uncomfortable.
Pros: - Soft and sturdy, like all Comexims I've tried
Cons: - Tons of wrinkling, in a size that fit me flawlessly in the other three Comexims in my order - The cups did this weird thing where they folded over on the outside edge - never seen a bra do that before - Smooshed my boobs in and up, with an obvious tension line across the cup from the straps pulling the fabric too tightly across my breasts. Again, this size fit me perfectly in the other three Comexims I tried (which I ADORE and will not part with for anything)
Thinking I might've gotten a one-off fluke on this one; did not purchase, but still love the brand and will buy from them again (though not this model in this size).
Gorgeous bra, perfect shape for me. Way too stretchy though! Slid down my ribcage all the time https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> The 30FF I bought ended up a large 30, and I'm a small 30. I'm going to be listing it on bratabase for someone else to love!
I love this bra it is so beautiful. I got it from another Bratabase user and was still a bit questionable of trying the 65H even though all the numbers seemed to match up. I know everyone says not to use Comexim's size chart, but when the cup size is 4 sizes larger and 2 band sizes smaller than what Comexim suggests it's really confusing.
When I opened the package and got it out, I saw the band and I thought for sure it was going to be way to small, but the cups didn't look too big. I tried it on fully expecting ...to need my extender. I was shocked the band is a perfect fit, no extender needed. This bra is amazing, it's pretty and comfortable. This is probably the most comfortable bra I've ever tried on. I've only tried it on, and haven't worn it for a full day yet, but usually I notice discomfort fairly fast.
On a side note this and the Ewa Michalak Chp Marcepanowa Magnolia are my first attempts at Polish bras thanks LoisVain
Update, the band is a bit on the tight side. I feel like I don't get quite the amount of cleavage I would like, but a cup size down would definitely be too small. I'm thinking reduced cups and a lower gore might be the trick. Read more 132 more words
Pretty! I enjoy the colours and the lace. This is actually the closest to a lace bra I've ever had. This is a beautiful and well-constructed bra, as always. The fit is pretty good; there's just the tiniest amount of quad boob and hint of the gore not wanting to tack, but both so minor I didn't enter it in the fit. It's entirely possible that at other times of day or standing/sitting positions there would be none at all. I'll update this review once I've worn it under clothing and out and about. But so far, so good. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Update: You see the ...seams more than the lace under tight shirts (aka: you don't see either much, and the lace is not at all a problem). The band is right in the middle between my Basics and my Arabella; a little looser and stretchier than the Basics but not nearly as much as the Arabella. I might switch it to the middle hook, though; I felt a bit bouncier than I'd ideally like. I can't get over how pretty the bra is. I had to stop and admire it before I put on a shirt this morning. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" /> Read more 101 more words
