  1. Salma Half Cup Bikini Top (394)

    Didn't fit

So far, my main response to this is: disappointment. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
I was so excited for this. I'd planned on ordering it from the beginning of the summer, then ended up having to wait until a bit after Comexim's summer break ended. I had to negotiate to get it in my usual size of 65J, because it wasn't in their list of offered sizes. They added it just for me, and I was so so excited to finally have a swim suit that fit for the first time in years.
But then I finally got it after some shipping mishaps, put it on, and it ... doesn't fit! The band is fine. Very stretchy, but fine for a swim top. I was a little concerned about the straps, which are also very stretchy, but they do adjust short enough.
But the problem is the cups, which are too small, resulting in quadboob and non-tacked gore. It's like they nicely put in a 65J tag into a bra that's actually a 65H or whatever the previous maximum size was before I emailed them. The cups are also shallower and wider than any of my other Comexims.
I'm not sure what to do about it at this point. Email them again and try to get another cup size up? Hang on to it and just decide it's a showy bikini top? Decide to never swim again?

On the plus side, I still think it's a cute swim top. The black and colours play with eachother in a fun way. I think the shape would be nice if it fit. It seems like it would be pretty comfy. The clasp seems to work well.

    • How frustrating - its gorgeous!

    • 1

That thing looks AMAZING. Absolutely gorgeous, even with the poor fit. I don't even like Aztec type patterns, either, so this is a superlative design!

@Quixii, how about emailing Comexim your photos and asking what to do? If you want the same design but with a tacking gore, say that. Even if it's a discontinued design, they might have enough fabric left to make one more.

And, yes, you could still wear this as a va-voom bikini top, on days you're not planning to swim or run or walk fast...

    • I know Salma is their 2 part HC instead of a 3 part which makes it more shallow. Sorry it didnt work out for you :( It looks awesome on you and i really love the pattern! I got the Pin Up Girl bikini and im in love with it! The band isnt super stretchy and the straps are a little more sturdy in my opinion!

    • Thanks everyone.
I really do love how the bikini looks, but in person the quadboob is noticeable and not in a way I'm really comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend it for someone with slightly smaller boobs looking for a cute bikini.
I think I'm going to try wearing it in the shower, just to see how water affects the fit (in the privacy of my own bathroom :p). But since I'm not much of a lounger, if it's not going to work, it's not going to work.
gogobee, that's actually a really good point! The Comexim Pin Up Girl Biustonosz is constructed much more similarly to my other Comexims, which means there's a better chance it would fit me. Thanks for giving me a reminder/hope that maybe I don't have to give up on swimsuits. It's a shame because I prefer the vibrant colours on the Salma, but if the Pin Up would fit, I really couldn't complain too much.

Alright, first impressions (will update after more wear):

This bra is lovely. I wasn't sure what the color was at first-it's more mauvey in the photos than it is in person. I might call it a deep taupe or something. I'm still not sure lol. Anyway, to note: The band on the Ivonne runs small. I *can* get it to fit my 29" underbust, but it starts warping at that point and is not comfortable. However, it's very stretchy and I doubt it'll take long to stretch it to a comfortable level. Right now though it's not so tiny that I can easily use an extender because doing ... so means it's far too big. I will probably take apart an old worn bra and use a set of hooks to extend it to a comfy amount. The wings are stretchy and not as tall as I'd like. There's not much support to them either, and I'd definitely like more. Important to note is that even though this color is quite far from my skin tone (I would not actively call it a 'nude' because it's not really a skin color), it actively functions as one underneath a white tank top for me. The only qualm about that is the lace on top does show through on something tighter like my tank top, but whatever. That doesn't usually bother me. Honestly, despite the tiny annoyances with the bra, it actually is very comfy and provides great uplift. I am tempted to narrow the gore because that shape is best on me, but I think it might be too pretty for that. I was really unsure about ordering this bra as there's not much information on it out there, but I'm glad I took the chance.

This bra is so so pretty in person! The colors are just beautiful - I love the brown ribbon/straps, nude/tan lace, and pink/coral colored bows. Definitely one of Comexim's best designs in my opinion. The band is a tiny bit tighter than my other Comexims but it's not an issue (I'd say it's maybe .25" smaller). The hooks on this Comexim are 3 rows of 2 hooks. I wish it were 4 rows of 2 hooks like some of my other Comexims. This might be something that I start requesting when ordering from them. I know a lot of people have mentioned how the ribbon cuts in or ... closes off the top more. I actually did not find this to be true for me. It might "close" off the top a little (VERY little compared to my other Comexims), but it's barely noticeable for me. Most of my "sexy" bras are black so this is a nice little number to have in my lingerie drawer! (esp since it's SUPER comfortable too!)

UPDATE: Wearing this bra for the first time today - I've had it on for about 5 hours. It is SO comfortable! I thought the band was going to be too tight but it is perfect on the loosest hook! The only downfall about this style compared to my other Comexims is that the gore does not tack very well - there's approximately a 1/4 inch (maybe slightly less) gap between the gore and my skin. This isn't awful, but it's strange since it's the same exact size as all of my other Comexim bras. Also, the lift in the Irish Coffee isn't as great as some of my other Comexim bras. Still it's comfy and very cute.

I agree, Irish Coffee is possibly THE most gorgeous bra I've ever seen. I have one and every time I wear it I keep wanting to look down my shirt and stare at my bra lmfao. When I first discovered Comexim I knew immediately that IC and Poison Ivy were 2 bras I couldn't live without.

    • Hahaha! Yes, it totally is THAT pretty! … I think I'm definitely ordering the Geisha next. This one and the Geisha are the two Comexims that I've been drooling over since discovering the brand lol. (Of course if I had endless amounts of money I'd just buy all of the plunges that Comexim makes!)

I was debating whether or not to order this bra… fearing that it would be too yellowish instead of a true beige. I was delighted to discover that it's still a very warm hue for a nude bra. It's definitely lighter and not as "tan" as a lot of nudes are, but this actually works really well for my skin tone (I'm pretty much irish, welsh, … anything that makes one burn in sun and never actually tan lol). So this lighter shade is perfect for me! I love the little detailing around the edge of the wire. The bow on mine is not the checkered/gingham style bow ... that is shown in all of the photos. Mine is a simple nude bow. I'm fine with this though since what I really wanted was a basic nude Comexim bra (and I don't particularly love the satin material used on the basic bra). I will post pictures soon to show the bow that is on mine. This bra fits pretty much like all of my other Comexims - the band is about 25" long from hook to hook. And stretches enough that I do not need to wear it with an extender (unlike my Basic which measures 24" from hook to hook and has very little stretch). I think this is a great basic bra! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I hope you do post pictures! I've been considering this as an alternative basic bra to the, well, Basic, but I'd love to see more pictures of the real bra before I order, since there's only one bra with pictures up right now.

This fits much more comfortably than the Basic I have, just because of the stretchier band. I like how smooth and soft the fabric is, too. But once again, the straps are too far apart. I'm afraid to take them off and try making the sewing adjustments myself; I've never done that with padded bras before. Also, the right cup, which is my smaller breast, had a lot of empty room near the top. This would more than likely fit me better with a smaller band and cup size.

    Didn't fit

So I have the Geisha in 55J that was supposed to have a lowered gore, straps moved in, and reduced cups. I do not think the straps have been moved in one the one I received and I got one with 3x3 hooks (which is typically custom) instead of the typical 2x3. Unfortunately, this bra is too big for me, and I won't be able to keep it. The straps not being moved in creates about an inch of extra fabric at the top of the bra. In addition, scaling for 55 bands makes them slightly narrower and deeper than the Comexim Vivien I have in 60HH (with ... the same alterations). I think Geisha in a 55HH would fit me well. The band on this one does run tight. It's actually longer than the other 55 bands I got, but has much less stretch. The lace pattern carries around the entire bra (which is gorgeous) but probably contributes to this problem. I would say this 55J definitely is closer to a 26G.5.

I'm so sad this doesn't fit because it's truly a gorgeous bra. The cherry blossom lace pattern is classic, sexy, and luxurious. The foam cut and sew cups are typically comfortable and the bows on the sides and middle are cute finishing touches. I would love to own this bra in a 55HH. I'll probably order it again. It is definitely more projected than the Basic in the same size.

I'll get a real blog post about this up at some point, but for now here are my ramblings https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

    • Do you think when comexim bras are ordered, 'we' should ask for the cups to be lowered?
I'm planning on ordering some (but not for another month or so). I actually want to order non padded styles first, since padded seamed bras don't work out for me.

    • 2

Hmm... I would say probably yes for you, but it does make the cups a bit more closed off. I believe Anna says that most women in a 28 band will want the cups lowered. kerniss tried one of their unpadded styles so she might be able to tell you about them. Padded bras from any other brand don't really work for me, but I firmly believe that Comexim is magic.

    • 1

I'm in a 28 band and can wear a standard 60HH with no cup reduction or alterations. Guess that makes me an oddball haha!

    • 1

Compared to Ewa Michalak, I don't really consider the Comexim padded bras to be "padded" more lined imo. I love Geisha, and I wish it was a better for you PetiteCollegiate .

    • Geisha is so pretty. You should definitely try it again.

    Didn't fit

This is the first bra that I've bought after my breasts grew significantly in the past few months, and the first Polish bra that I've ever bought. According to the calculator at r/ABraThatFits I am now either a 30HH or a 30J; I bought this bra in the EU equivalent of a UK 30HH.

I had mixed results with this bra. On one hand, it was very beautiful and fit my breast shape very well: the wires ended right after my breast root (something that's never happened before), the straps fit very comfortably on my shoulders, and after I moved the cups into place my breasts were able ... to fit into the bottom of the cup. Unfortunately, the bra was one cup size too small, and this resulted in problems with the fit: the gore almost tacked onto my sternum but couldn't make it, and I had definite quadraboob that was pretty noticeable after I shortened the straps. My breasts have center fullness, so the parts of my breasts that weren't contained by the bra were very jiggly and made even jogging in place precarious. Overall, I was very happy with the Jacqueline and will be sorry to see it go: as far as I can tell this bra would have fit me perfectly if it had been one cup size bigger. Oh, well.

Perfect PERFECT narrow wires. Straps are perfectly placed. There is, however, a gaping hole up top near the armpits where the cups wish I had boob. I have very short and very narrow roots, and the underwires perfectly hold them, but I don't have any fullness near the sides of my body or near my armpits. Not sure if going down a cup will be a good solution because my center fullness is very near quadding near the gore. Still, this is NEARLY PERFECT and super comfortable.

I am so jealous, I adore this bra and have never tried Comexim cause I fear the narrow wires. But damn they have some beautiful, unique bras and I really could stand for their immediate projection.

    • lcl0706 You know what I'm thinking? It could be possible to bend the wires to make it wider. I know you can bend the wires to make a cup a little more narrow, though I only have that experience with unlined cups. But since there's so much projection, maybe it's feasible that you could bend the underwires outward and have enough room (though I'm not sure how this will work since it's not unlined?)... Hmm.

    • I looked at your listing for it and it's only 5.0" wires. My absolute minimum is 5.5" - that would be some serious bending lol.

I ought to look around at Comexim's info on here and see if they have any bras that tend to run 5.5-5.6" and 9.5"-ish deep. Those seem to be my ideal measurements at the moment. My two 10" deep bras are too deep.

    • 1

That would be, omg! Yeah...don't do anything I hypothesize could work LOL. Looks like we both need good immediate projection, which seems difficult to find regardless of wire width. :'(

    • Yeah, I've heard Panache Jasmine and Floris are good for it, but I just cannot get on board with the unlined floral thing... :-S

    • 1

Jasmine has the animal print and houndstooth print too. I've given up on caring about the pattern as long as I get a fit.

This bra is so adorable - it's even cuter than the photos! The navy blue fabric along the top of the cups is very soft and almost silky (but not shiny!). The band is definitely a little looser than my other Comexims (I have the Irish Coffee, Arizona, and Stiff Cappuccino [which is an Anna Pardel for Comexim bra]). Even though the band is less tight than the others it still fits great and does not ride up at all - and I'm able to wear it on the last hook (this Comexim has 4 rows of 2 hooks). The straps do slide more easily than my Arizona ... bra, which is my only complain about this Comexim (though they do not fall off of my shoulders at all so it's not really an issue - I have VERY narrow shoulders too). The cups come up a little higher too which is really nice and works really well for me. I seriously LOVE Comexim and want to buy ALL of their bras lol. This one will definitely and easily become one of my new favorite bras to wear!

Itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, orange leopard spot bikini!

Well, the Kameleon 2 is not itsy-bitsy (it's as full coverage as you'd expect from a Comexim plunge), but it is a spotted animal/jungle pattern. It's about as neon and wacky as it looks on the Comexim website. For some reason, the color tones and pattern remind me of a picture made in MS Paint...in a good way!

It is what it looks like: a swim version of the standard Comexim plunge. The cups run true to the other 70Gs I have, with good center projection and narrow wires. Cup and gore height are comparable to other 70G Comexim plunges: fairly tall cups ... that are not for the short-rooted, and a tall-for-a-plunge gore. Band is a bit loose but no more than the band on my 70G Free Time (the stretchiest band in my collection), but both are fairly standard 32s, if a bit on the looser side. I could probably wear a 65H, but I like not having the sides of my back pinched together. Bottom line: if you are concerned about the band being tight on the Kameleon 2, don't be. If anything, it runs a bit loose.

It has a typical one hook swim clasp in the back, which I think is metallic. The clasp and other hardware are silver.

I also got the Kameleon 2 bottoms in a Medium, and they do run a little large, which surprised me since I was really just hoping they wouldn't be too tight. There's no sagging, but the material is very lightweight and I am not sure I'd trust them to stay on in the water. For reference, I'm about 40" at the hips and generally a size 6-8 US in bottoms. And, since they don't show it on the website, the back of the bottoms is all jungle print, no orange.

Update 8/4/2015: I took this set on vacation with me and wore it to swim in on multiple days, a few hours at a time. It was just splashing around, nothing intense, but the bottoms stayed on beautifully and the band didn't loosen (I hand-washed it and dried it after every swim). Hands down the most comfortable swimsuit I've ever owned. I haven't noticed the colors starting to fade at all yet, either.

I got this from Kerniss. It was supposed to have alterations, but now we aren't sure it does. I don't think it would fit me if it did. The wires are nice and narrow and the cup barely fits. After scooping & swooping, I have to kinda reverse scoop the bigger left side back into the cup. After that, the gore tacks nicely, and oddly enough it gives a very minimizing appearance. I wonder if I had this half a size up, if it would be just as minimizing. At any rate, I like this bra because it prevents boob-tent under my shirts.

Pattern is cute, bows are cute, it's a cute bra. 3 hook clasp, which I like. Typical Comexim good quality, narrow wires, and allowance for projection.

Before I get into this reveiw, my shape is: narrow, projected, low-set, very full-on-bottom, short-rooted, very center-heavy. I also have a very, very squishy ribcage and a very pronounced tail of spence.

Now that we have that out of the way, I seriously think that this bra is mislabeled because it is SO the wrong size. It is so beautiful, and I really, really, really-really wanted it to work. I've heard such nightmares about ordering from Poland, and from Ewa Michalak especially, so I was really invested in learning whether or not Comexim was going to be a match for my difficult breast shape ("you're so lucky to have ... an in-matrix size!" they told me, "you'll be able to find bras at every department store the USA has to offer!" they told me). When this baby came up on r/braswap, I nearly peed with excitement. I couldn't imagine my luck!

From all of the research I have done, I honestly expected this to have similar immediate projection to my Ewa Michalak (which has plenty.) I am sad to report that this is the most shallow bra I have worn; It seriously rivals some Victorias Secret bras that I've tried on. Quadboob and ribcage squish every-damn-where; even my fiance immediately used the word "quadboob" and I was not even aware that he'd been listening to all my bra-fitting ranting.

Also, let's talk about the band for just a second: this bra is labeled as a 70/32, but in order to get the bra to 31" I have to pull so hard that the underwire distorts. Not sure how someone with a 31" ribcage is expected to squeeze into that and get a good, supportive, comfortable fit....

All in all, I am quite disappointed in Comexim and I doubt I will be purchasing one from the manufacturer. Perhaps if a 75E comes up on r/braswap I'll give that a try, but the odds of that happening are similar to the odds of getting struck by lightning whilst being bitten by a shark. I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up and order from Ewa Michalak!

What is your UK size? A Comexim 70E is a UK 32DD. Could it be that it's too small all over?

    • 1

I was about to say the same. Comexim uses EU sizing, so no double letters. If you're an E in Ewa, you'd be an F in Comexim. Possibly a G in the Geisha since it tends to be smaller.

    • I am a 32E in American sizes (or 32D3 in herroom sizes). I just went to check what size my Ewa Michalak actually is, but it turns out I can't actually read the tag anymore. (Also why I haven't entered the measurements for that Lato into my account: that bra is oooooold). I've been assuming that I'm a 70E but I could very well be a 70F in Polish sizes! That would do it! Geez, and I wonder why I can't have nice things.

    • jlcl119 I hadn't realized EM and Comexim use different sizing. I should've done my research! That's what I get for impulse-buying, haha. Thanks!

    • 1

Yup. They both use EU bands, but Ewa uses UK cups. Comexim is EU all the way. I wear a 65E/F in Ewa and a 65G in Comexim.

It'd be nice if they were standardized, it does get confusing and takes some trial and error.

    • Yeah I wouldn't discount Comexim yet. On your profile you have a 34F Marcie listed as a fit (that would make you a 72G in Comexim!) and a 70E Ewa Lato listed as a fit. That would make you a 70F in Comexim. And like jlc said, the Geisha runs small (as does the Basic). No wonder it doesn't work for you.

    • lcl0706 I wish I could edit that review, that damn Marcie NEVER fit properly - I just was really new at brafitting when I wrote that and I didn't know better! The EM Lato definitely DOES fit, though, I'm sure of that. Thanks for letting me know about the Comexim sizing though! I love that they do custom orders, and now that I know they use nonstandard sizing I feel more comfortable revisiting the idea of buying from the manufacturer.

    • 1

You can edit your review. Go into "my bras" and click on it. Then you can go into each section like "how it fits" and "write a review" and edit what you have.

    • And I wear a 28G in UK and a 60J or 60K depending on the Comexim bra and what alterations are done.

Don't count Comexim out yet :) I wear 80GG in EM and and 80 K in Comexim with reduced cup. The Geisha does run tight in the bad, and so does Tropical Garden. I think it has to do with the material of the bands. I still haven't been able to figure out how the sizes work, but I know what my size is in both brands, so that is all that matters. Lol. Once you get the right size, you will love Comexim! They are so comfy :)

@MostlyNormal, isn't it cute when they learn brafitting terms? ;)

Geisha is beautiful. The pictures on the website do not do this one justice. The nude base with the black mesh/lace and soft peachy/pink floral pattern are stunning. The little black satin bows on the straps are perfect. The black satin bow on the gore is perfect. Everything about this bra is perfect. Did I mention Comexim? lol The only issue that I have with this bra is that the band runs tighter than my other 80 bands from the same order. And I honestly don't care. I haven't worn this one yet, except to try on and take pictures, but I am in love, and I will not give it up. Tight bands are what extenders are for https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

  15. Ingrid Plunge Bra (289)

I can't sing the praises of this bra enough! Whoever thought this gorgeous of a bra would actually fit *and* be comfortable *and* make me look good??

I decided to take the risk of trying a narrow Polish bra because most of my bras felt like there was extra space on the sides by the wires. I couldn't tell my root width because it looked like it was angled or slanted, widening out higher up like the Nike swoop. As it turns out, these narrow Polish cups cause me no discomfort either at the sides or at the gore. I can't tell if that's because the construction is ... narrow enough that the wires are well clear of tissue, because I'm used to the harsh, hard wires of Cleo and these wires are normal by comparison, or because the band is surprisingly loose (measuring at 29"+ for a 60 band).

Nonetheless, this is one of the most comfortable bras I've worn since leaving the bra matrix, and it plumps up my cleavage without any pads and doesn't flatten me out under a shirt like a lot of molded bras do. I've gotten tired of the front-and-center placement of Cleos that narrow me out completely from the front and hide my boobs unless I'm in profile, and this bra keeps me round all over and evenly distributed.

I could use a hair more projection in this bra since my scoop and swoop settles down slightly, but for a molded bra I'm not complaining! I can't tell if this bra had a manufacturing anomaly with the band being Freya-stretchy, but I would go down to a 55 if I could.

    I love you, Ingrid.

I bought this bra from Wellfitting. I had heard some good and some not-so-good reviews from Wellfitting's service, but I really needed a bra, fast, and I had been eying this style for months. Thankfully I had no problems. They're size calculator worked really well for me, too. I got this in a 75J and after receiving it I think I should actually wear a 75K, but it's probably the closest I've ever got in the bra sizing land (and I've been at it for over a year! Stop growing, dang it!). This bra is so gorgeous and I absolutely adore it. The first few times I wore it, upon taking it off my bras would be so sore from being UP the entire day! I wasn't used to it! I am so happy with this bra, although I wish good bras weren't so expensive. Time to save up for another, and I think I'll try out the 75K this time. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

May I suggest ordering direct next time? You will pay half the price! :) or through Erica at A Sophisticated Pair! She is awesome and way cheaper than Wellfitting.

Irish coffee is one of my favorite Comexim designs! It's so gorgeous! I'm glad you found a bra that fits! :D or close enough at least ;)

    • gogobee Oh! That is great advice, thank you so much!!! :) I'll definitely look into that!

A bit too much in the armpit. I got a lot of irritation from the two times I wore it in that area, but apparently every bra I'll ever have will hate my armpits and cause them grief. I do need the next cup size down sadly, but it's a gorgeous bra and I love the beige they use.

This is an unaltered Comexim Plunge bra. It is a gorgeous white with white lace cups. If it wasn't too big, I would not be selling it. I will be ordering another in my correct size, because it is so pretty for a white bra.

    60HH

    Didn't fit

    Wow, so. Ok. Lol
This bra is too big, obviously. It looks comical.
I have a half inch to an inch extra space on top, but the bottoms extend far enough for me.
I can't comment on wire width or much else, becuase the cups are simply too big for me.
The band in the 60, definitely stretches to 30. It's very stretchy, which I was banking on being as I'm not quite 28" underbust.

I do like the material a lot, and I'm excited to receive my 65G from Comexim.
Speaking of which, I recieved a 65F and this, which fits more like a 65H, both today.
The 60HH had cups too big ... ( at least on top), and the 65F had cups that, earlier I thought were only making me quad slightly.
I'm definitely keeping it, but as the day went on, I realized that the bottom of the cups were too small and makes the cups stretch (which someone pointed out on my fit request). I'll go into more detail about that later on my 65F Comexim Emanuelle review- being as I'm procrastinating with a project right now and don't have much time/ also feel that's more appropriate.

Because of the 65F being just slightly off, and the 60HH being probably an inch or so off up top, I have a much, much better understanding of what I need in Comexim. I already have the Basic in 65G on the way, but I really believe I need shortened cup height and a higher gore.
I almost fall out of my Emauelle, but that may also be because it's just slightly too small. The gore in the Basic looked like it'd be fine in a size down. I'm hoping that cup height won't be an issue in 65G, but we'll see...

I want to mention that the padding in both Comexims is very minimal, and "flimsy" similar to a Freya longline--not moulded. Others informed me of this before I purchased Comexims, as I don't care too much for stiff moulding, but I wanted to include that in my review. I love love love the padding in both my Comexims.

Anyway, yeah. I have tall "roots", narrow boobs and need projection. I'm mostly even, but functionally FoB. If you're FoB and think you're in between sizes- as far as I've experienced thus far, I'd maybe go for the smaller size because the two I have measure fuller on top. If you go for the bigger size and maybe if you have short roots or even long, shallow roots, try getting shortened cup height.

Also, this 60 is stretchy, but the previous owner mentioned that it's always been. I think I could easily wear a smaller band in this, but the 60 is comfortable to me (and now I'm even more worried about my 65G).

That's about all I can say for now, as this is too big on me so anything else might be inaccurate.

I had the same problem with the Emanuelle.
I think you're on the right track with the Comexim sizing. I have a Basic in 60H which fits well in the cup, but my band is *tight* and I use an extender.
Anyway, it's a sister to 65G. I'll post fit pics of it tomorrow

    • jlcl119 Yeah, it's so close!! The comfort is amazing though. Luckily I have soft tissue, because I think being squished a little bit might be uncomfortable with firmer tissue. Regardless of being slightly small, I forgot I was wearing the Emanuelle most of the day.

I pretty much hang onto my VS because their material is amazingly comfy, but I think I'm about ready to let them go after realizing that more cloud-like, better fitting, and prettier bras are out there xD

Anyway, thanks for letting me know! I'll look for the fit pics tomorrow :D

Queequeg0925 They're up! They should be here http://www.bratabase.com/bra/dlufu/ if that doesn't take you to them it's a Basic 60H, mine are the run with the black Frenchie in the background.
You can see in the one that the gore doesn't quite tack. It's usually closer than it is in the photo, but my arms were above my ears to take the shot. Also, the wrinkles are only there from holding my phone.
      I hope they help!

    • jlcl119 Super helpful! Thank you so much :)

I think it looks great! it's unfortunate that the gore isn't tacking :(

    • You know, somebody mentioned on my fit checks that Comexim wires are softer and I may not get a tack from them. I think they're right.
With the Ingrid and Irish Coffee, the non-tacking gore interfered with support and comfort after a few minutes and I fell out of both.
In this it doesn't and I've worn it all day playing with an active 6-year-old, so I think they're floaters for me.

    • jlcl119 I've heard that a few times also. I've been seeing that a lot with the Joy Longline, and idk, I think it might be worse because it's a longline without boning, and people say the band is looser. I think that can affect tacking?

I'd assume whoever suggested that is probably right because the cups look good from the photos, and if you can be decently active in it, then it's very probable that it's the wires :)

    • jlcl119 I just got my Comexims!
The gore doesn't tack in my Basic 65G either. But geez, the cups are nice *_*
Just thought I'd let you know- I'm assuming the wire thing is true :)

    • 1

Your Basic looks great on you! As far as the gore, I think it's nice. I get such a hard tack from my Ewas that the soft tack on the Comexim is a nice break. I just finalized my reorder of my Ingrid and Irish today, I'm eager for them!

The Joys look nice too, but I think you can do better. Maybe if the HC is comfy keep it, but I'd sell the longline. Maybe even both then reorder....
      That's my unsolicited suggestion :)

    • jlcl119 Thank you! :)
I hear you. I have a Freya Rio, Fantasie Evie, and I think my Deco Vibe, and the gores can become really painful to me. The Basic is super nice.

Good luck with the new Irish and Ingrid! I really hope they work out for you :)

I agree about the Joys. I think I'm going to take a few days to think about it.

On one hand, I really want them now, so I feel like I ought to keep them, but then again if I'm buying such good bras, they might as well fit right, right? :P

I'm really distraught about the 70 band, but I like that bra more. That's probably the one I'm most likely to sell and repurchase though.

And the Longline, I definitely think I need a fit check for, because I tightened the straps and it stopped the gapping on my right, but I'm still not sure.
The wire width kind of bugs me, but the actual cup depth is surprisingly 8-8.5"
