A classic look of black lace over beige mesh. Straps are nicely firm. The cups on this bra seem slightly more closed than other Comexim plunges, which I appreciate for my soft tissue but others may not.
I just got this bra in and it looks just how I expected. One thing I'll mention (after trying both this and the longline version) is that if you may want to size up in the band, especially if you're on the cusp of two. It is by far the tightest band that I own (likely due to the fact that the whole front doesn't stretch). Or if you own an extender or two you'll probably have to break one of those out

Do comexim bras tend to have fronts that stretch ? Just curious I haven't had any bras that were unstablized in the front but have a bra sewing pattern that calls for a totally unstablized front that made me go hmm how will this possibly give support with such a flexible band.
Ivp I guess maybe they're not stretchy per se, but they front is generally made out of a mesh which has a little bit of give even if its not stretchy. The Florence is made out of a stiffer fabric which has no give at all.
Although now that you've asked and I've examined the bras more closely, that seems to be the biggest difference between the regular bras and the longlines. On the regular bras, the front section is made from a nonstretch mesh and only the side band part is a stretch mesh. The longlines use the band stretch mesh even in the front section (and those seem to offer very little support)
Interesting , I found the one ewa bra I have has a lot of movement (not stretch ) too and it took some getting used to but I kinda like it as I am finding my ribs don't hurt on the days I wear it but so much more jiggle . I honestly like the comexim design aesthetic more so have been trying to figure out the difference between the too structure wise . Your review and description helps a lot we are in a similar size range that there are very few details on bras . So thanks hooray !!

Ivp I love how my EM bras look but they kill my ribs lol. I have a flared rib cage and they seem to have pretty wide underwire channels (at least the padded models) which are a little uncomfortable to wear.
I just got mine in the same size and it stretches much farther than yours! I remember you warning me how tight yours was, so I thought I'd let you know how mine turned out. I did get 3x4 hooks, so that does add a tiny bit of length.
@Kermitdafrog you mean bras are not supposed to kill your ribs? Every bra I own kills my ribs with the exception of my sf . I have permanent trigger points I think at my sternum, underwire lines and along my right ribs .. my daily routine in the morning is massage the trigger points away so a can put on the bra of the day. Went to physical therapy for myofacial Release all along those areas last year .. All my bras have those wide channeling, ewa's Gore is wide at the bottom for me as in too splayed. Have you looked at trigger point release in those areas to see if you can increase comfort? You can do self release you don't need someone else to massage your chest .. me I have no modesty left I had a messed up tense body everywhere boobs was nothing but it does help so much with the comfort of the bra .
BumbleBean Mine also has a 3x4 hook. I've noticed with my more recent orders from them that the bands have been much more true to size, so maybe yours is just following this trend!

BumbleBean Also, I just looked at the pics. The front fabric on mine extends out farther than the front fabric on yours, so I'd guess that's a factor too since that part doesn't stretch
So.. another joy that doesnt fit me! I was really hoping for it as the measurements seemed to be okay but they are not unfortunately :/ Bra was previously used but its still in pretty good condition. Band feels like between 70 and 65.
I have 2 Basics, the first Basic I got with straps moved in, reduced cup height, and 3 hooks. This Basic has straps moved in, reduced cups, and reduced gore, both fit very well. I get a better tack with the lower gore, but the standard gore doesn't present any real issues, it just has a softer tack.
It's not just a black bra, it's special! The tassel is so unique and the little black line at the bottom of the band is attached with impossibly delicate little threads, practically invisible. It doesn't feel delicate though, it seems like a very sturdy construction.
The band is borderline too tight, though I just got it so I can't say how it will stretch with time. I find it tighter than Basic and Dottie.
The fabric is a little rougher than the Basic and Dottie, probably because of the mesh. It's a little bit more closed on top as well.
this fits Perfect! at least it feels perfect! they only put a cookie pocket on one side though, so i dont think the other alterations were necessarily completed. this is SO soft and gives a great shape.
i think i need a cup size larger as i seem to be spilling from the top, yet there is wrinkling at the bottom. maybe its a bit too shallow for me & i need more immediate projection? the fabric is AMAZINGLY soft (reminds me of a "shinnier bridgette") and silky! i love the colors, exp on my skin tone. i asked for the gore to be lowered&overlapped, which i believe was done. I also requested the straps moved in. i am not 100% sure how to tell if this was done, however.

Finallyyyy a padded tan bra that works! After failing in all plausible versions and sizes of Deco and happening to find that Comexim works for me, I went for this. Gives infinite times more support than my old VS Pink tan padded bra.
The seam shows through thin shirts slightly.
The straps are a bit thick and sturdy for my liking, but it feels so much more supportive than my old tan 32B, so that's not a dealbreaker for me.
It's a very comfortable and soft fabric, like the old VS Pink bras I used to wear. I think this makes the band a bit more stretchy than my other Comexims, but not so much that I need to size down in the band.
Well, this bra was definitely a surprise. After being almost happy with my Comexim Irish Coffee, I wanted to try one cup size bigger since the Irish Coffee doesn't sit quite flat against my sternum. Enter the Geisha. Hooo boy, the cups are like, huge! I had to check both the above-mentioned bras to be certain that it's really a 70N. It is. When I first got this bra (pre-owned), it felt perfect, but after wearing it for a few hours, it started pinching me painfully on my larger side under my armpit. After a few more wears, it stopped. I never figured out what had been causing that.
The band was too loose. I probably could have taken it in, but the polka-dots were never really my thing anyway. I mainly got it to test my new Comexim size after my beloved 60J Joy longline stopped fitting. ;( I think I'm more of a 60H - there was a little too much gaping on my smaller side than I would have liked.
This Sonia is beautiful and was supposed to have reduced cusp and the straps moved in. For some reason this bra was large on me in the cups, despite me owning another Comexim Plunge in the same size that fits fine in the cups. Oh well--will be returning it.
This is a beautiful peach bra which I bought to wear under light clothing. I'm still finding my Comexim size (normally a 28G/GG European), and this one was too large in the cups for me. However, the band was TTS and firm. It's only a little snug on the loosest hook. This bra is completely unaltered, and I now know that I would prefer an overlapping or narrowed gore and the straps moved in 2 cm. The cups also come up too high under my arms, but I don't know if that's because it's too big for me.
Beautiful bra, but it doesn't fit. This was my first attempt to find my Comexim size, which I now think is either 60 K or L. In European sizing, I wear a 28G/GG.
This bra is CRAZY comfortable and a lovely shape for me. I've actually never found a molded bra that actually moves with my breasts. However, something about the gore doesn't feel quite right - it's a hair too wide and tall to lie perfectly flat, and the cups seem to run a full size small. If I were to order from Comexim again (a definite possibility - the gore issues don't outweigh the overall comfort and fit of the cups) I'd have to go one cup size up.
This bra is beautiful and well-constructed. It offers quite a lot of immediate projection and quite a lot of overall depth. The wires are nice and narrow! I'd say it best fits an even to slightly full on bottom top shape, though the foam is pretty flexible so it could vary. The eyelash lace looks wonderful and isn't scratchy or irritating in the slightest, I don't even notice it when I'm wearing it.
I have quite firm tissue and a bunch of centre fullness, so the gore on this bra does not tack. However, I have bent the gore inwards (the wires are very soft) and it comes much ...closer to tacking now. The bra is still secure and supportive so I don't mind this. When I press the gore fully in I get some slight quadboobing (I seem to have grown again...) so a cup size up may have been a good idea (then again it may not have been as the quadding is only slight), but it's a moot point as the gore doesn't tack anyway. I'd suggest figuring out your Comexim size through a returnable site like @Wellfitting, then ordering direct from @Comexim from then on.
I ordered this bra directly from Comexim and it took just over a month to arrive (though the post in my area is quite slow). The only alterations I ordered were the size (55L is a custom size) and the 2 seamed shape. When it arrived, I noticed the band has 4 columns of 3 hooks (which is amazing) and the wire channels overlap at the gore. I didn't order this but it happened and frankly both of these things are great!
The bra arrived in a cardboard box in very good condition. The eyelash lace was folded over the cup on one side, so it has a tendency to curl under, but I suspect this will stop after I wash it. The only construction issues I see are a few threads sticking out of the inside of the gore that at first glance look like a wire's about to stick through, but it isn't. There are one or two loose threads on the bra otherwise but I can easily cut them off. It's a lot better than offerings from UK brands which come in at the same price or even higher - and this bra is covered in lace in comparison to their much plainer ones!
