This is a beautiful peach bra which I bought to wear under light clothing. I'm still finding my Comexim size (normally a 28G/GG European), and this one was too large in the cups for me. However, the band was TTS and firm. It's only a little snug on the loosest hook. This bra is completely unaltered, and I now know that I would prefer an overlapping or narrowed gore and the straps moved in 2 cm. The cups also come up too high under my arms, but I don't know if that's because it's too big for me.
Beautiful bra, but it doesn't fit. This was my first attempt to find my Comexim size, which I now think is either 60 K or L. In European sizing, I wear a 28G/GG.
This bra is CRAZY comfortable and a lovely shape for me. I've actually never found a molded bra that actually moves with my breasts. However, something about the gore doesn't feel quite right - it's a hair too wide and tall to lie perfectly flat, and the cups seem to run a full size small. If I were to order from Comexim again (a definite possibility - the gore issues don't outweigh the overall comfort and fit of the cups) I'd have to go one cup size up.
This bra is beautiful and well-constructed. It offers quite a lot of immediate projection and quite a lot of overall depth. The wires are nice and narrow! I'd say it best fits an even to slightly full on bottom top shape, though the foam is pretty flexible so it could vary. The eyelash lace looks wonderful and isn't scratchy or irritating in the slightest, I don't even notice it when I'm wearing it.
I have quite firm tissue and a bunch of centre fullness, so the gore on this bra does not tack. However, I have bent the gore inwards (the wires are very soft) and it comes much ...closer to tacking now. The bra is still secure and supportive so I don't mind this. When I press the gore fully in I get some slight quadboobing (I seem to have grown again...) so a cup size up may have been a good idea (then again it may not have been as the quadding is only slight), but it's a moot point as the gore doesn't tack anyway. I'd suggest figuring out your Comexim size through a returnable site like @Wellfitting, then ordering direct from @Comexim from then on.
I ordered this bra directly from Comexim and it took just over a month to arrive (though the post in my area is quite slow). The only alterations I ordered were the size (55L is a custom size) and the 2 seamed shape. When it arrived, I noticed the band has 4 columns of 3 hooks (which is amazing) and the wire channels overlap at the gore. I didn't order this but it happened and frankly both of these things are great!
The bra arrived in a cardboard box in very good condition. The eyelash lace was folded over the cup on one side, so it has a tendency to curl under, but I suspect this will stop after I wash it. The only construction issues I see are a few threads sticking out of the inside of the gore that at first glance look like a wire's about to stick through, but it isn't. There are one or two loose threads on the bra otherwise but I can easily cut them off. It's a lot better than offerings from UK brands which come in at the same price or even higher - and this bra is covered in lace in comparison to their much plainer ones!
All in all it is a great bra and I thoroughly recommend it! Read more 308 more words
This is a gorgeous bra. I really love it for a number of reasons, most of which have to do with the cup construction. I got this used from another bratabase user, and I was surprised at the light weight fabric and wires; it barely weighs anything. Initially I thought it would be a boob hat (doesn't lift, just sits on your tits), but I couldn't have been more wrong.
This, and every other comexim bra I have are like mithril brassieres, or "bra-sithril" as I call it. I really love the shape and lift of this thing. The shape it gives is SO ROUND. It's unusual in ...my experience to have a seamed foam cup give this kind of shape. The wires on this were a great height on my 6'0 tall frame, and did I nice job enclosing without pinching.
I also love that there are actually 3 hooks. It makes such a huge difference in the feel of the band. I do wish the band was a bit longer, but I prefer a slightly looser fit. My only complaint is the tension on the thread. There is a bit of cut in across the horizontal cup seams because the stitching has less give than the foam. Oddly enough there is a smooth line across the top of the cup, but in the middle theres a little I cut.
This bra was sent to me by mistake. I was supposed to receive a Geisha plunge. Luckily, Comexim was able to identify the mix-up and both me and the other lovely bratabase user were able to exchange for the bras we ordered https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> This bra is a 3 part half cup with cookie pockets, an overlapping gore and the straps moved in. It is a true beauty and I'm so happy to see it return to it's rightful owner.
This bra is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! However, while it is super pretty… the fit is awful. I've never tried on a Comexim that did not fit me (and I've owned over 10 different Comexims over the past year - all in the plunge cut in a 75F). The amount of quad boob I get is ridiculous. I think that it might be the ribbon since I do have a lot of upper fullness. The only other comexim I own with a ribbon is the Irish Coffee… but on my Irish Coffee the ribbon is in a different placement than the Annika. The Irish Coffee that I own has a ...ribbon that sits at the very edge of the cup, but the Annika ribbon is a few cm below the edge. I'm not sure if this makes a difference or not… but I have no quad boob in my Irish Coffee. This is the first Comexim I'm returning due to fit. Luckily I got it from a US seller (Zathiya Lingerie - this bra is actually exclusively through them) so returning it will be easier! I am disappointed about returning it since it really is a stunning bra. It's much prettier than the photos! If you don't have much upper fullness, but prefer the narrow wires of polish bras I would say to try this bra. If you have a lot of upper fullness like me I would warn to stay away since it is very closed off on the top! Read more 141 more words
I had this one previously as a 2hc and that was a diseaster for me - too loose band and too wide cups. I got this one from Bratabase user and I'm okay with it however is not perfect fit. The design is quite pretty, famous eye lash laces, lovely 'C' charm between cups, soft straps, not too wide set, overlapping gore and stretchy band. The band is just tiny bit too tight, I can wear it without extender, however it is more comfortable with 1 extra row. The wires are prefect but cups are too closed for me - they dont look like have any modifications - and never had this issues with my sister size in 70F, although is not that big issue, and I can keep it for now until I get someting new https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
This is the second Brigitte Plunge I have owned, and she gets prettier with each viewing. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> This model has overlapping gore wires, reduced cup height, and reduced gore. The straps and the netting-like lace ruffle around the band are unique and beautiful. Although I adore fuchsia, pale pink never makes it to my favorites list. However, black striped straps and black damask print combined with pale pink are edgy and cause me to contemplate steampunk costumes. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
This 60cm band is a single layer of fabric which is stretchier than the double layer fabric bands. ...I require 60cm in single layer fabric bands and 65cm in double layer/lace fabric bands. In fact, Brigitte stretches more than the 65 Elena and 65 Papillion, both have double layer fabric bands.
Had I not previously experienced complete comfort in a 65K Eris plunge, I might be convinced this fits. But, I know it is slightly too narrow and not as lifting as the 65K, because I don't have enough space at the wire. Regardless, the immediate projection is better than seven other Comexim plunge sizes I have tried. The cup has not collapsed and there are no wrinkles at the base of the cups. Impressive.
My smaller breast has a bit of open space near the strap despite this bra having both lowered gore and reduced cup height: predictable for my very short roots. I fill the bra to the apex. This is why, despite my best efforts, Comexim 3HC are the best, perhaps only, fit for me.
Again, this is another stunningly beautiful, well-constructed, narrow, projected Comexim bra. Read more 170 more words
I so wish this fit me, but alas, the cups are just too tall. There's so much empty space at the top that it might as well be one of those full coverage bras that always fit awfully on me, and as usual with Comexim plunges, I get gaping near the gore. It sometimes pokes me painfully under my arms too because the wires come up so high on me.
Fit issues aside, Luna is a beautiful bra. I really appreciate the uniqueness of the moon print and the wavy white lace. Its condition is still excellent even though it has had at least two previous owners.
I would love to own this bra in a smaller size (maybe 60H or even G), but since it was discontinued so long ago I highly doubt I'll ever find one.
My friend asked me to get her this one from Poland.. she didnt want to believe that Comexim sizing is different than the UK. Shame I didnt see her face when she got the bra in her hands! Overall, as most of you who had this bra, knows that is so pretty and soft. Also it has 3x3 hooks and eyes, also I believe it runs tts however, not my size (is at least 2 cups too large on me). I still hope that one day ill get one in my 70F (or sister size at least)!
This is so pretty! I love how the bra is covered in lace all over. I kind of missed lacy bras when I started wearing fuller-bust bras. Ginger is composed of beige fabric overlaid by white lace and decorated with brown bows. Straps are the same beige ones used for Ingrid. I like how the color looks on my skin (although it’s a bit too pale to be nude) and I think it would work well on many skin tones.
Ginger is Comexim’s “deep plunge” cut, which is slightly more wide and shallow than their standard plunges. My breasts are projected and narrow but not too extremely so, and ...my standard Comexim plunges seem to have some empty space at the apex, so I thought that I could get away with the shape. Unfortunately, there’s pretty bad bulging near the center gore. It’s worse in reality than what it looks like in the pictures. It still doesn’t show under a shirt, though. Ginger doesn’t seem capable of handling center fullness very well. I’m sad because I would love the super low gore! Not sure if sizing up would help here.
Despite the quadding, Ginger felt pretty comfortable for the short time I’ve tried it. The band has 3x3 hooks and it fits nice and snug. The cups are very lightly padded. The edges of the cups are very smooth and I think that it would function well as a t-shirt bra. I would recommend Ginger for someone with slightly wider-set or shallow breasts looking for a great cleavage and something pretty and practical. Read more 153 more words
I love this bra, I got it with straps moved in, lowered gore, overlapping wires and cookie pockets.
The bra looks a lot more beautiful in person than on the website and I love the lace at the top of the cup.
The cups fit great without a cookie on my bigger days an on my smaller days I use cookies in it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The band runs about a bandsize small so I have to use an extender, my ribcage measures 71-72 cm (28.3 in) and the streched band measurement is 69 cm, so hopefully it will stretch out a little.
This bra was transferred to me from as new without tags, and I really wish it worked. Everything is perfect but the cup, which cuts into my tissue pretry badly. This is a truly beautiful bra, especially considering how basic it is. The band has an appropriate amount of stretch, and seem to run "true to size", when you considering that a 65 band is more like a uk 28 than a 30. The bras constriction is wonderful, it feels sturdy and light at the same time. Kind of like a mithril brassiere. Truly gorgeous, I hope the next owner finds it to fit.
I knew the band on this bra was going to be a little too small, as I usually wear a 32 UK band. But, I had tried a different Comexim plunge bra in a 70J, which was definitely too small. I wanted to try a cup size larger, and I couldn't find any 70K Comexims at Zathiya. The band feels fine with an extender. I'm not sure if I have a touch of quad boob, but it does look fine under a tight t-shirt. The top of the gore is just a little bit shy of completely tacking, but the bottom tacks firmly. If I do a full ...scoop and swoop, I definitely have quad boob, but if I grab the top part of the cup and bounce it up and down once or twice, everything seems to settle in nicely, with a teeny bit of quad boob. I like the way it looks under clothes and I think the bra is adorable. I love that the seams are not really prominent. It may be a bit too small, but I'm keeping it because it looks fine, is pretty comfortable, and it's my husband's favorite out of all the new bras I've gotten lately (sometimes, it's worth it to see him smile). Next time I order a Comexim, I will go up another cup size for a better fit. This one will be great when I'm looking for a more subdued look under clothing. Read more 137 more words
As with every Comexim I own, the bra is beautiful and feels high quality. If you read my Rita review, this is going to mimic those same complaints. Every Comexim I own in a 60J is a touch small in the cups. Well I have read over and over that the Comexim Badic runs smaller than the other bras... Well, this bra actual had a few wrinkles in the fabric where it isn't filled out all the way and the band barely stretches to 27 inches. The bra is wearable but I am frustrated at this point with my order.
